The food tastes good, but the woman taking orders is extremely unfriendly. That's reason enough for me not to go there!

The food always tastes amazing, and overall it feels like a place "with soul"! Freshness not just on the plate, but also beautiful fresh flowers at the counter and a warm, welcoming atmosphere – highly recommended!

Very delicious food! I usually have rice with peanut sauce or mango curry with crispy chicken or duck. The lady is always friendly – ​​I absolutely can't understand other people's criticisms. Of course, she doesn't throw her arms around you, but I don't expect that either. The food is fresh, tastes excellent, and, above all, is MSG-free – I think that's great!

After the Chinese restaurant at Edeka left, we started eating at Asia Food, and I have to say we've been eating there almost once a week ever since. Really delicious and fresh food. Fresh vegetables, delicious rice. I can highly recommend it to everyone.

The food was delicious, but the lady serving was incredibly rude. Her behavior was downright outrageous. It was as if she had no clue, disregarding the customer. And those expressions on her face, saying... hush!!! Because I'm in charge here.

This snack bar used to be a real banger for the buck. I often had to get in my car because they unfortunately don't deliver. Since then, the quality has declined significantly, and the prices have gone up. It's the same old story. The duck is often gristly and fatty, the noodles are often overcooked, and the cooking oil/fat is changed less frequently. It's a real shame.

An extremely rude cashier yelled at me for no reason because I handed her the €20 note instead of putting it on the counter. She should work on her attitude; after all, she works in service, not on a construction site. I've eaten there often, but I won't go back.

My sister ordered food and ate at the restaurant. I came along shortly afterwards and sat down with them and a little later decided to order food. I ordered takeout because my sister was almost finished with her meal. After a long wait, I went to the front to notice that my food had been ready for a long time and was sitting there. I was deliberately not informed that it was finished. I took my food and was about to sit down with my sister and start eating when the employee told me not to. I ordered a to-go box and wasn't allowed to have it in the restaurant. After a long discussion about the fact that I didn't know this rule because it was my first time visiting the store, I was allowed to eat the food in front of the door while my sister sat in the store and occupied a table anyway :) speechless! It is important to mention that only the lady at the checkout caused problems.

Price-performance ratio ok, man shouldn't have demanding expectations, shortcoming very inflexible and not customer-oriented. Of course I wanted to have extra vegetables with my dish for a fee, to which I was told no... that's not possible 🤔🙄 strange but I don't have to understand everything, just that I'm not there I'll go more, that's it

Rarely have I experienced such unfriendly service as at Asia Food in Tempelhofer Hafen. A friendly question was answered in such a nasty way that you lost all appetite. Really bad karma!!!

Our last visits where we ate our food on site were very pleasant. Food was very hot and freshly prepared. Staff friendly and priced perfectly.

What I experienced shocked me. A father with two children sat down at the table, the father then went to the counter to order, of course the children were a little louder, the boss turned on the father because his children were a little too loud, the father said I was just ordering then I'm back at the table and they're quieter. The boss just kicked the family out.

I've been a customer for years and unfortunately it happened once that I ordered fried egg rice and fried noodle came. I said it and they didn't believe it and didn't make the egg rice. She preferred to lose a customer for €6.50.

Don’t come in here if you can only order in English. You’ll be pissed at this woman cashier. Because this woman cashier will scoff at you every time she heard someone order in english (and this is my own experience) with her racist face! And she’s not even native here! Two times been here, two times order in English because I’m new here in Berlin and that’s her attitude! Order with Deutsch and she’ll be smiley lovey dovey poker face at you. Even German native people are far far more kind than this cashier woman here! Went to another asian restaurant, order in English and all of the employees were very very kind and helpful. So this one here, is purely this cashier woman own problem with people speak English I think. I thought the first time she behaved like that, she was in the bad mood and I was like m-kay. But 2nd time with mocking racist face??? Nah-ah..Will never come here again! 🤢🤮

Considering it's "just" a snack bar, the quality is excellent. Freshly prepared, decent portion and very tasty. The service was also very friendly, which is known to be a given for Asians.

This Asian snack bar with seating is functionally furnished and makes a clean, tidy impression. It is particularly busy around lunchtime and many people get their food to take away. You can't really eat in peace here. You would be better off in a restaurant. If you want to eat on site, it will be brought to your table. My order (Fried egg rice with crispy duck) was okay in terms of portion size and taste. Overall, I think the ambience and the price-performance ratio in this snack bar are okay.

There is very tasty Pho here, with your choice of chicken, beef or tofu. The portion is large and the food is ready quickly. A perfect Asian snack for a short lunch break, which I like to use here for lunch.

I was a regular customer for years! Unfortunately the prices have become very expensive! Simple egg rice (WITHOUT chicken, tofu,...) now costs €7.50! Hey guys, it’s still “just rice”! Es gibt ja viele asiatische Restaurants, aber hier merkt man sehr deutlich das sich das Personal erfolgreich bemüht den Kunden, so schnell als irgend möglich, mit sehr gutem Essen zu versorgen. Mehr als 4 Sterne vergebe ich üblicherweise nicht, aber hier ist der Service, gemessen an den gegebenen Rahmenbedingung, herausragend gut!

Ist halt ein Asia Imbiss, sehr freundliche Bedienung. Zur Mittagszeit ist es sehr voll. Halb 12 muss man kaum warten ab 12 bis 2 ist das schon anders. Essen ist reichlich und "europäisiert", ich esse gerne da bzw. Nehme es mit und esse es im Büro...

Nice food and good taste. Whenever I visit this place, I usually eat curry sauce chicken with rice, crispy fish with rice and curry sauce. The crispy fish was not oily and good. Also the curry sauce was good. Chicken was tender and good too. The quantity of veggies in the rice bowl is a bit less, but it's okay.

Gebratene Nudeln+Sojasprossen wurden gefühlt nur warm gemacht. Das Hähnchen war nicht ganz durch. Der eine Stern ist für Sauce.

Also der Laden ist sehr schön eingerichtet und das Essen ist sehr gut 👍 und auch sehr viel. Hier wird jeder satt.

Das Restaurant im Untergeschoss vom Tempelhofer Hafen wurde vor ca. 2 Jahren umgebaut und schaut nett aus. Leider ist es dort immer super laut und man versteht sein eigenes Wort nicht mehr. Dauernd hört man das Geklimper der Kochtöpfe oder die asiatischen Mitarbeiter quatschen. Die resolute Chefin am Tresen ist sehr herrisch und verlangt bei den Soßen zu den To Go - Nudeln - / Reisgerichte noch 0,50 Euro extra, also bei den Sauer - / Scharf - Soßen / Chop Sui - Soßen. Die Hähnchenstücke könnten die noch gerne etwas kleiner servieren. Sonst ok vom Geschmack und preislich noch machbar.

Ich würde gerne häufiger die Mittagspause hier verbringen. Wirklich sehr freundliches und professionelles Personal.

Top Service, immer freundlich, gehen immer auf extra Wünsche ein. Alles frisch und sehr lecker. Preis / Leistung ist prima, wurde noch nie enttäuscht.

Sehr leckere Suppen, immer wieder

Ich habe Essen zum Mitnehmen bestellt. Als ich fragte, ob das von mir bestellte Gericht richtig sei, fragte sie mich. ‚mit Tone auf Vietnamesisch‘ WEISST DU WIE MAN LIEST ? Ich war schockiert!! Essen schmeckt normal und sie hätte mir keinen Löffel, Stäbchen und serviette geben, wenn ich nicht frage. Nicht zu empfehlen und ich werde nie wiederkommen und 100% meinen Freunden und Bekannten immer wieder von diesem Service erzählen! ! ! ! Enttäuscht von der Art und Weise, wie Kunden behandelt werden, insbesondere komme ich aus derselben Heimatland!!!

Ist gut aber Preise steigen sehr schnell.

Ganz ganz schlecht. Kein Geschmack. Tom Kha Gai hat überhaupt nichts mit dem Original zu tun. Die Nudeln eine Zumutung. Und alles so verpackt, dass die halbe Suppe in der Tüte landete. Aber wie gesagt, es war kein Verlust, da der Geschmack ohnehin eine Zumutung war.

Sehr unhöfliches Personal. Sollten als Familie einen kleinen Tisch nehmen in einem bestimmenden Ton, obwohl sehr viel frei war. Die Angestellte diskutierte mit uns. Wir sind gegangen nachdem wir unser Geld zurück hatten. Absolut nicht zu empfehlen der Laden. Kunde ist kein König. Nicht mal ein Stern verdient!!!

Essen ist sehr lecker. War auch gut besucht. Der Service sehr nett und fleißig. Für Besteck finde ich allerdings keine extra Papier- Tüte notwendig. Vll. reicht es ja, das nur mit Serviette rüberzureichen. Ansonsten komme ich gerne wieder, wenn ich in der Nähe bin.

Freundlicher Service. Das Essen war leider zu fettig, zu salzig und hatte keinen Eigengeschmack. Obwohl es ansehnlich war, wurde es nur lauwarm serviert... Reste zum Feierabend??? Cave: Hühnerfleisch! Wir werden nicht wiederkommen. Es gibt im Tempelhofer bessere Alternativen!
