He doesn't have WhatsApp, no text messages, the Lieferando driver chat doesn't work for him, and the driver barely speaks German. The manager on the phone doesn't speak either. At least one employee called back at some point and was able to understand me. She was very nice and apologized. When the food finally arrived after 2 hours, it was already cold and the chicken was soggy. At least there was a full €5 discount on a €70 order. Overall, very disappointing.
