So-so. The menu is okay, the steaks are just barely edible. Many dishes are served with an indefinable, floury, generic sauce with no particular flavor. This makes the relatively moderate prices just about reasonable. A shame.

We hadn't been there in a while because we had a few bad experiences. Last week, we gave the Asado another try. And it was really good. The dishes were delicious, the service was fast and friendly, and you could even pay by card. I'd particularly like to highlight the appetizer salad, which, with its various ingredients (arugula, corn, tomato, cucumber, bell pepper, iceberg lettuce, sunflower seeds, and dressing), stands out compared to the competition. Furthermore, the prices for food and drinks are reasonable compared to Zerbster Straße. See you soon.

We stopped by spontaneously late afternoon and received a very warm welcome and were shown to the table of our choice. We received friendly, humorous, and professional advice and service. Nadine and Castello—if I'm not mistaken about their names—were the waiters, as well as Hasan, the chef, pampered us and constantly asked our requests without being annoying or intrusive. Since we ordered meat dishes, we were asked about our taste... And so the tasty, high-quality meat was served. Side dishes, drinks... Everything as requested. Since I'll be working nearby soon, I'm very much looking forward to this discovery. The terrace is inviting, with a view of the park across the street.

Great welcome. Great, delicious food. We popped in today spontaneously, having just called ahead. But we liked Carlo "the boss" best. He invited us to dinner. There was a daily special, which we gladly accepted. And even saved a bit. Prices are typical for Germany. Dishes and side dishes were beautifully presented. The quality and taste were also spot on. Asado is a term used to define a cut of meat and a style of grilling. I say this, so that if the chef were ever interested in reading these reviews, he might be struck by an epiphany about the reason for the name of the place (written in comic Sans on the sign). Call me the usual pain-in-the-ass Italian if you want, but add the fact that I'm also Argentinian; and I ate the asado together with the milk from my mother's zinne. I can therefore say that the meat was of a quality that barely bordered on sufficiency. Plus: When we arrived at the restaurant, we were greeted by a waiter who I don't think had any interest in making us feel at ease. Fortunately, the situation was resolved just after the orders were given with the intervention of another waiter who took care of us with a much friendlier manner, boosting the morale of the whole group, who were already on the verge of wanting to leave upon arrival. The menu is a mix of Mexican, Argentine and Spanish cuisine, which tries to bring together and summarize them all in a clever way, to seem more than what will actually be shown on the plate. If history has taught us anything, it is that centuries of civil wars have devastated the aforementioned nations and that therefore trying to propose them together on a culinary level is not a great idea. In the end I must say that the cocktails made up for the damage caused by the food, very good. Summing everything up then on the price: you pay knowing that you have spent money on something that you would have cooked better at home. Sin.

Very good steaks!! Friendly service. The chef knows his craft. But there is one point of criticism...... the salad was better some time ago (rucola and lettuce were probably stored incorrectly...... they should have been returned. But everything else was really great.

Delicious food, very courteous staff and really very good price for the quality. The baked potato was a very pleasant portion, but there could have been a spoonful more of the herb quark.

My husband and I were guests at your place on Monday for my birthday. We each had a fillet steak 300 and 500 g, with fried potatoes, beans and mushrooms. The food was excellent, the service was extremely friendly and accommodating. We were a bit surprised at the bill, very cheap for this excellent quality. You're welcome to leave a little more tip. We would be happy to recommend you and are looking forward to your next visit.

Lokal ist schön eingerichtet. Der Kellner war sehr professionell und hat uns zuerst über das aktuelle Tagesangebot informiert. Ich habe ein 300g Rumpsteak mit Folienkartoffel gegessen, es war sehr lecker gewesen. Preise sind für die sehr gute Qualität mehr als gerechtfertigt.

The best steak restaurant ever!!! The taste of the steak was indescribably delicious and tender and cooked perfectly medium rare. We were in 7th heaven. There were also the perfectly prepared potato wedges, which were golden and crispy. There were 4 different sauces that also tasted sensational. We ordered the Pinot Grigio wine, which was also very tasty. For starters we ordered bruschetta and garlic bread. That also tasted heavenly! It's a shame that we aren't in Dessau that often, otherwise we would come here every week. Definitely recommended. The menu also offers vegetarian options. By the way, we really liked the location too. Thanks for the great experience!

On hot summer days it's nice to sit on the terrace. The food was very good and special requests were also catered for.

The evening was a complete disaster, it wasn't a relaxed meal. First we didn't get a drink for 30 minutes and when the starters came one was forgotten. While we were still in the middle of the starter, the main course arrived. Where a steak was completely wrong and not medium but almost raw, the second time it was still the wrong steak. And when it came to cocktails, the wrong one came.

I was there today to EAT with my family for the funeral feast, it was great. I had the schnitzel with croquettes. Great. I paid 82 euros for 4 people with drinks. I gave 95 euros. I can only recommend it!!!

Very disappointing. The waiter had black fingers, you thought he had just come from gardening or was working on the car with oil. There was no toilet paper in the toilet. The music was very loud, plus the waterfall, you could hardly understand your own words. To eat: I ordered medium. I got bloody inside. When I go to a steakhouse, I expect that they can cook it right!! Then the meat was completely covered in spices. You could no longer enjoy the taste of the meat. Then the price. It is not price = performance I was very dissatisfied and cannot recommend it.

The Asado Steakhouse in the north of Dessau is a solid restaurant that offers various meat specialties. Particularly noteworthy is the really good price-performance ratio. The quality of the meat is good, as is the portion size. An in-house delivery service is also offered. There are certainly higher-class grill or steak restaurants, but in these you have to put a lot more money on the table than at Asado.

In the past the food was always okay. The service was so-so and the prices were OK. I've been there again for a while now. As always, the food was tasty and sufficient. The prices are absolutely fine. It feels like she's not taking part in this post-Corona madness to the fullest. It's nice to sit outside. It's close to the main street but you hardly notice it. All in all, I'd love to come back! Keep it up! The chicken fajitas have always been my favorite meal there!

We ordered the turkey medallion with croquettes and beforehand a fresh salad with a delicious dressing and a super tasty garlic cream sauce and the dish of the day - bison fillet with fresh, deliciously prepared vegetables and potato wedges. The bison fillet was very tender and was absolutely delicious. If we lived here, we would definitely eat here more often. Thank you for these excellent meals. By the way, the service was great too!

I was here 5 months ago. Then they got a 5. This time I have to jump the scale and give it a 7. Vino Frizzantino does an amazing job for tasters of Italian wines. Beef steak served with shrimps, judge for yourself in the photo. The salad as an appetizer is incredibly sweet. Personally, I found the prices for side dishes and sauces to be outrageously expensive. I haven't heard of a large Coke for €6.20 in a long time, and I thought it was cheeky. I found the prices of the main courses to be okay, I couldn't complain about my food, it was really delicious and the price was fair. My Caipi tasted very musty. I found the staff friendly.

A few days ago, after my day trip with my bike, I visited the Asado Steakhouse in Dessau for the first time. I received a friendly welcome and was offered a free tea by the boss while I was ordering, after I told them that I had cycled from Potsdam to Dessau on my bike. I am very grateful for this friendly gesture because it is still a bit too cold outside. :) The ambience is harmonious in a beautiful Argentinian style. I ordered a beef steak with a side dish of potato wedges and a small salad, plus a small soft drink. The steak was super tasty, tender and I was also impressed by the look. As we all know, the eye is there too. ;) The two side dishes were also great and complemented the steak. Afterwards I ordered some ice cream and was full. I can absolutely recommend the ASADO Steakhouse and next time I arrive in Dessau with my bike, I will definitely consider making another trip. The ASADO Steakhouse impressed me not only with the delicious food, but also with the friendly service and the Argentinian ambience.

I have been a regular guest with my family for years. I have always been very satisfied with the price-performance ratio and the food has always been very good. But last time the worm was in there. We had birthday dinner with a friend and I. The cocktail we ordered was alcohol-free. returned new received. The platter for two people the beef was so thick almost black on the outside and raw on the inside even though we had ordered through. It was improved, of course the rest was cold... the beef was extremely hard and the vegetables were very soft. My baked potato with quark tasted old. soft and old. Even though we had already complained in the restaurant, we were supposed to have a round of drinks on the house. We didn't want that. My girlfriend was there for the first time and I, as I wrote, have been there several times. I am disappointed and also very sad because otherwise we were always very satisfied. I think that just as praise is appropriate, criticism is also appropriate. Emails and messages are not responded to.

Yesterday we went to the Asado Steakhouse Dessau for the first time. At around 2:30 p.m. the number of guests was quite manageable, not to say we were the only ones. The service was still good from the start. The order was taken quite quickly and the drinks were also made available. There was buffalo on offer, we chose a 200 and a 400 g steak. First came the obligatory salad with a house dressing. The dressing went well with the crisp salad and everything tasted delicious. The same went for the side dishes, fried potatoes and green beans tasted very good. The steaks were great, absolutely tender, no tendons, you could almost suck them. With so little stress in the kitchen, the cook (boss?) stopped by and asked how satisfied we were and that's how we started talking. When she found out that we were celebrating our 36th wedding anniversary yesterday, she spontaneously decided that the ice cream we ordered would be taken over by the house. A very nice gesture. This is how customer loyalty works. We had a great afternoon with great food and will definitely be back.

Warm food also around 3 p.m. on Sundays 👍🏼. But there was a downer: the recommended dish of the day has nothing to do with the prices on the menu. The 4-week aged Angus beef offered to us costs significantly more. It's easy to miss and the price isn't mentioned.

Das Essen war fast bei allen gut,1 Steack hat etwas alt geschmeckt,schade. Was negativ für mich ankam das es bei Glutenunverträglichkeit keine Alternativen an Soßen oder Dip gab bzw.bei Vorspeisen . Man stellt sich auf Vegetarier ein aber bei einer Unverträglichkeit wird leider nichts angepasst.

Wir sind kurz nach 12.00 eingekehrt, leider gab es keine Sperribs, der Chef war sehr nett und hat uns als Entschädigung 1 Portion Nachos auf seine Kosten gereicht 👍wir kommen heute Abend wieder und essen unsere Sperribs. 😊zum Essen kann ich leider noch nichts sagen.
