Disappointing...We had reserved a table. After over 40 minutes we could have at least ordered drinks. Food was supposed to take another hour. Dear people, if you have so much to celebrate, then treat yourself to some service. We left...

Very nice restaurant, great service

Solid inn and very good service.

Quietly located restaurant where you can also sit outside. The kitchen is now (spring 2025) quite okay, but nothing special. Prices are for the quality....Well. We think things have gotten worse. More like uniformity. Little courage to do something special. We will be guests there less often. The location and service iron out a lot and are great.

A beer garden. Do you drink beer?

The roast pork was not good at all and the sauce was pure fat and watery. I couldn't enjoy the food. And the price was more than what was stated on the menu.

Just always great. Top service, great food and of course, last but not least, the Augustiner beer.

Munich schnitzel very tasty! The Cordon Bleu is also good, but a bit small if you're very hungry.

The best Bavarian restaurant I've ever known. We had dinner with more than 7 people on April 11th, 2025. I can only recommend the restaurant if you want it to be timely, nice and have good service. The food is great. Service is incredibly nice and friendly. Ambience is very nicely decorated. We'd love to come back.

A well-run and decent Bavarian pub. The boss is still in the kitchen here! – That's how it should be! Augustiner beer, sometimes straight from the wooden barrel! Nice beer garden Service and food really good! I always enjoy going there!

I held a larger birthday party in the hall at the Echardinger Einkehr. Both the entire coordination in advance and the day itself went really well. The service staff did a great job and all the organization with Ms. Hauser was always quick, courteous and flawless. Drinks and food were also great. I can only recommend it

Still a good address, you can find what you're looking for in different price ranges. So far we have always had solid dishes where the price and performance were still right. Eating out has now become a luxury for most people The staff has always been attentive and friendly on my recent visits.

Nice Bavarian restaurant with friendly service. Actually, our food tasted good, but not great. I had the Wiener Schnitzel with fried potatoes. It was fine. The fried potatoes were a bit too salty and for the price I would have liked a small side salad. But these are just small things and I can recommend the inn with a clear conscience.

We are always guests there in larger groups: cozy restaurant, nice staff and good food at reasonable prices - which has now become rather rare in Munich.

I've had dinner several times. This time unfortunately not satisfied with the food. Roast pork and red cabbage were only lukewarm even though the restaurant wasn't full. Red cabbage was also very dry, so the rating was revised downwards. Service was ok.

We were there on New Year's Eve, like last year. This time even 12!! The food was great, prices ok. The waiter was nice and on the ball. The only thing...the music is a bit loud, but everyone has to decide for themselves whether they want to go there or not! We'll be back. All the best for 2025

Really Bavarian ambience, solidly good food, delicious beer, highly recommended both outside and inside. Nice staff.

Really a complete disappointment for the price… First of all, we were there on New Year's Eve and of course it was full. Nevertheless, everything that evening was a disaster. We ordered our food at 7:45 p.m. and then had to wait until 9:30 p.m., almost 2 hours for it. The Wiener Schnitzel for 30(!)€ was completely cold, tough and without any taste. The “fried potatoes” were also cold and had only seen the pan briefly. In addition, the lights were turned off at 9 and incredibly loud music was played, which made the bad food even more difficult to bear. A conversation, even with the person sitting next to you, was completely impossible. Drink orders were completely forgotten several times or simply took forever. The Aperol Spritz basically just consisted of water, instead of Ramazotti, warm Jägermeister was served, etc. Overall, one can only hope that it is better on a normal evening, although the bar was set really low on New Year's Eve. Now (at 11:35 p.m.) I'm still sitting in front of my uncleared and inedible red cabbage. I think that says it all about the service.

We were here for the company Christmas party. I didn't know what to expect. It was a little disappointing. The largest dumplings were too salty and the apricot dumplings were as hard as rubber balls and just as tasteless. The service was friendly and quick and despite the fact that the restaurant was full, the kitchen was well organized and our 40 people. The group received food table by table one after the other so that they could eat together.

Very nice service, despite all the stress around it, she tried to take our wishes into account and serve us quickly. Unfortunately the dishes we wanted were no longer there, so we had to change our minds. The food was delicious, portions generous, price reasonable.

Cozy traditional Bavarian restaurant in the middle of an old residential area. Very friendly service, nice guests, neighborly atmosphere. Traditional dishes. My chicken breast with potato salad was good. Please note that parking is difficult, but it is also easily accessible by public transport.

I went here at 18:00 on Saturday evening for a couple of beers with a friend. It's a really warm and cosy place and the service was fantastic. I didn't eat here, but the food menu looked very good, so I would like to go back sometime and sample some of it. Our four beers cost 18€.

Rustic Bavarian ambience with customers, friendly staff, Bavarian specialties, no waiting time, pleasant atmosphere and: everything tastes good and the roast pork has a really crispy crust!

Unfortunately our Reindl with goose and pork was only lukewarm and, to my taste, dry and warmed up. The dumplings had also been out of the water for a very long time. It's a shame, I was looking forward to it. The spread plate in the process was good. Especially the greaves!

The beer garden is large and beautiful. The hall is large and suitable for weddings. Food is not that expensive

I hope it remains a one-off event. So far this has been a clear 5 star recommendation. The three of us were in the beer garden today and had ordered our food when I was informed that the dish I had chosen was unfortunately out. No problem, I thought, and ordered a completely standard alternative. I was also confirmed that the court still existed. My two companions only received their food after more than 40 minutes, mine was still pending. After another 15 minutes the first questions. The waitress confirmed to me that it was in progress. After a total of half an hour - of course we could no longer expect a meal together - we were told it was coming soon. After 45 minutes the waitress came again to appease me, but I canceled the meal. I had already practically finished my second drink. I was there for over 2 hours in total without receiving a meal. That is insufficient! I lose the desire to eat. The beer garden was about three quarters full, inside it was empty. I find it completely disappointing. I actually go there regularly, but if it happens like that again, I won't set foot in there again. What a shame!

I've been enjoying coming here for lunch every now and then for 4 years. Prices have risen like everywhere else. Last week was almost certainly my last visit. Munich schnitzel in a soup plate, schnitzel completely soggy served on a portion of fries. No trim, absolutely loveless look, overall really cheeky for the price. A pity.

Service and beer and ambience excellent as always. Unfortunately the food is getting worse and worse, today I had the EM shashlik. Unfortunately almost no meat and an extremely bland sauce. Next time I'll just eat fries, they were perfectly fine. The cheese spaetzle with the cheese cream sauce were also quite bland.

Unbelievable good . The service gave everything on Wednesday during the EM broadcast from Germany to Hungary. Despite the hut being full, we were in a great mood. Everything worked. I would be happy to visit the house again on my next visit to Munich.

Great service, very friendly and the food was delicious too! Many thanks to the innkeeper who opened the beer garden at short notice so that our group of 90 people could accommodate me with just 1 hour's notice. And despite the "attack", the service was not overwhelmed and was extremely friendly. The roast pork was great! The atmosphere is very appealing. Highly Recommended! And we promise, next time we'll register early ;)

Went to the Echardinger Retreat today to watch football in the hall! Was very disappointing, no sound to be heard from Football game! Lots of people but there was no mood because the sound was just too quiet, hardly worth listening to!

No longer recommended, old warmed up food from the day before twice! When the complaint is made, the boss himself dismisses it as being okay And the answer the next day is just chatter! The boss himself was in the kitchen and didn't want a personal conversation! All standard answers! I think they will only learn if guests stay away
