Great hotel in a central location

Nice hotel, but price too high. The choice of sink in the room is questionable

Great hotel, close to the centre but far enough away from all the noise. The rhine views are great, looks more onto the island, but the balcony doors fully open, which is very nice. The rooms are clean, large and very quiet at night. The staff were very nice and the restaurant looked good. but we didn't eat here. The roof top terrace has some good views, but there is no bar up there, probably because it was too early in the session.

A few minutes from the center and on the banks of the river. It is a minimalist hotel in decoration but perfect for quick visits. The rooms are very spacious, but for long stays there is little space to store clothes. Edit 2025: I return to this hotel and I have found a detriment in the personal treatment, restaurant closed and without the possibility of eating any dinner (they only offered me pasta with tomato) and to make matters worse the shower did not drain the water well and the bathroom was filled with water and soap.

Great location, clean rooms and a special atmosphere thanks to artistically painted paintings. Particularly impressive was the painted wall in the shower, which was illuminated by sunlight - an incredibly beautiful sight! 🤩 The only downside were errors when booking online and the reception staff's lack of knowledge about ongoing promotions. What is positive, however, is the quick problem solving through new information. A slight, disturbing smell in the hallway was also noticeable. Unfortunately the saunas were not available without prior notification from reception. Apart from that, everything else was great!

We stayed here for two nights and, after reading the negative reviews, were really pleasantly surprised. The staff was always friendly and accommodating. Special thanks to Alessandro. :) The rooms were very clean; there's nothing to complain about. Yes, the carpets have stains and certainly could use some attention, but there are slippers in every room that you can wear. You can't hear any noise from the hallway or other rooms. If you sleep facing the street, it's louder, but with the window closed, it's manageable. The breakfast, in our opinion, leaves nothing to be desired, and here, too, the staff is friendly and always careful to ensure that everything is replenished quickly. The hotel's location is very good; you can walk to the city center and the Lanxess Arena, but we ordered an Uber. ;) Since we arrived by train, we can't comment on the parking situation.

The hotel is generally recommended. Particularly noteworthy is the delicious breakfast buffet with a good selection as well as the generously sized and spacious rooms. A small negative point is that the refrigerator in the room was unfortunately not filled. There are some signs of wear and tear, such as the aging carpet and small mold spots in the bathroom, but not serious. A big point of criticism, however, is the staff at the reception. Unfortunately, it seemed overwhelmed by stressful situations, especially when multiple guests wanted to check in at the same time. Friendliness and customer service don't seem to be the top priority here - on the contrary, rude comments like "If you don't like it, you can go to another hotel" are absolutely unacceptable. What was particularly noticeable was that guests who checked in through a tour company or a bus trip were treated significantly worse than individual guests. They were perceived as second-class guests. Overall, the hotel offers solid accommodation with good food, although management should urgently invest in training the reception staff.

The hotel is in a very good location by the river. The breakfast was very good and the size of the rooms was quite sufficient. Everywhere in the hotel was decorated with the works of the painter named Seo. The glass wall of the bathroom in the room was covered with a work of the artist. This added a very nice atmosphere to the room.

I am a very frequent guest at the hotel. Contact via email regarding special requests was not answered at all! Afterwards I called there and was simply put off until the day of arrival. On the day of arrival at the reception the ladies don't really care. Only in the evening were there two really nice, courteous employees at the reception! Sharzad and Fumana great! The shower drain was blocked! We told the staff at reception, but again the listless one from the day before! It's a shame that you're not valued as a frequent, loyal guest! Things are different in other hotels in Cologne

Never again. I was greeted incredibly unfriendly at reception and would have preferred to leave before I even saw the room. All three colleagues were super short and unfriendly. The lady in particular, spelled "Seazard" or something similar, literally ignored me and made me feel like I was being a bother. A little tip: “Welcome to the artotel, nice to have you here.” I won't be staying here the next time I'm in Cologne!!! Rooms are getting old and windows are dirty.

Check in was easy and the service was informative and freindly. The room was beautiful. The bed was large and comfortable. The view was lovely. There is a terrace with very nice view of the city and a gym. We found that the hotel was nicely located a short distance from town by walk and to the metro. The location was quiet and safe. Very easy to go to the chocolate museum and to walk across and along the river. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again.

I stayed in art' otel, the excellent hotel that offers optimal value for money. The service at breakfast was simply fantastic. Since I was using two crutches, I was immediately helped to put together my food and bring it to the table. I can only say good things about this hotel. It is centrally located and has very good meeting and seminar rooms, which contributed to my complete satisfaction.

Unfortunately, my stay in this hotel was not entirely satisfactory. The room was not completely clean - there were stains on the carpet and visible dirt and scratches on the walls. I found the dirt next to the toilet particularly unhygienic and it was unclear what it was. Another big drawback was the volume. The air conditioning/heating was quite loud and the street noise was very noticeable through the poorly insulated windows. The sink in the middle of the room may be a design element, but for me it's impractical. After using the toilet you have to touch doors with unwashed hands, which I don't find particularly hygienic. In addition, the sockets are only on one side next to the bed, otherwise just further away at the table, which makes them a bit uncomfortable to use. An absolute no-go, however, was that there were cobwebs hanging in the middle of the room - and spiders actually climbed down during my stay. The impression of cleanliness is further enhanced.

Modern and stylish. Great location, within walking distance of Cologne Cathedral and Rhine harbor. The rooms are bright and modern. Unfortunately you can hear the busy street on the west side. Next time I would take a room on the Rhine side.

Great location, rooms are OK. Just don't understand the layout of the long table. And we don't like the sink in the room either. But ok A matter of taste. But what doesn't work at all!!!! ... the carpet on the 3RD FLOOR. How disgusting is this floor. It felt like it hadn't been vacuumed for weeks and there were various stains (barf stains?) in front of the room doors. With this in mind, we will unfortunately no longer book the hotel Unfortunately, the high overnight price wasn't worth it. Too bad. Because it's actually a beautiful house.

The hotel initially makes a good impression. Room size is good, facilities sufficient. However, we had no hot water and the staff didn't really care about that.

We chose it for an overnight stay, it was clean, tidy and the location was very good. The only downside is that there is a charge for parking for hotel guests. If you look at the parking fee separately, you can say that it is reasonably priced.

Definitely do not choose this hotel. Due to the weather conditions, our flight did not take off and we could not check into the hotel, and the hotel does not help in any way regarding the change of day or other matters. If it was our fault, the hotel is right, but I would expect them to support us for reasons that are completely out of our control. For this reason, definitely do not choose it.

Correct hotel, located 15 minutes from the center. With a train stop 10 minutes walk away. Nice walk along the Rhine. They don't serve meals, only breakfast, but across the bridge, there is an Italian restaurant that is very good. Correct room, although I missed instructions for the air, since it was hot and it was not easy to understand its operation. I didn't like that the sink was in the sleeping area, and not in the bathroom. Varied and correct breakfast. Correct business hotel.

We stayed at the hotel for one night. We were able to park the car free of charge in a public parking lot nearby. The city center was within walking distance. The rooms are stylishly designed, the bathroom is separated from the room by a colorful window. All in all, we felt very comfortable and would stay there again at any time.

Easily accessible in a few minutes on foot from various stops, the chocolate and mustard museums are practically next door, and there are many options for eating out.

The elevator was broken. There was only one elevator. We waited at least 10 minutes to reach our room, which is a shame for such a hotel. The rooms weren't warm.

The proximity to the Rhine River is a plus. I loved the location and the rooms, the decoration and the service is very good.

The location was very good. We stayed at the end of November. It was 1 minute walking distance to the Christmas market. Having a parking lot was a big advantage. But the room was not clean enough. There were always things in high places under the beds. The price was too high and the sea view room had a tiny window on the front. Most of it was the wall on the view side. Only one of the elevators was working and we spent our lives waiting for the elevator. Since it was always full, we could board on the 3rd lap or so.

We probably had the same room as HS (review posted 3 weeks ago). What was striking was the mold in the shower, loose flush button on the toilet, and loose parts in the bathroom. Elevator is broken. This results in waiting times at other elevators. Cleaning could be better. Otherwise we had a great stay and enjoyed the center of Cologne, because the location is perfect. We had a good time.

The hotel is in a good location and you can easily get anywhere on foot. The staff, whether at the reception or in the dining room, are always helpful and extremely friendly!!! The many little touches are also funny. Such as a fruit basket that guests can help themselves to during the day or if you take part in the Eco program and don't have your room cleaned for two days, you get 4 drinks for free. There are a lot of ideas here... The quiet rooms are also positive! I've visited many hotels, but the Art'otel is one of the quietest I've had the pleasure of staying in. And the hotel was very full, but you couldn't hear anything about it at night. However, I would strongly recommend that the hotel management clean or replace the carpet!!! All rooms and hallways are carpeted. Which, among other things, ensures good noise insulation. The only difference is that some of the carpet is already very worn or not a feast for the eyes with heavy stains. On the 4th floor we could see dried vomit stains! Professional carpet cleaning is absolutely necessary here!!! My sister-in-law was on the 5th floor with her husband and, like our room, her room carpet also had a few smaller stained spots. Not pretty, but everything is still within limits. Only the vomit stains in the hallway, in two different places, are not nice at all. It is of course sad that a hotel suffers or has increased costs when guests cannot behave. All in all, we would book the hotel again at any time, as it is otherwise very clean and the staff are all very friendly! The breakfast offer was also very good!!!

Spent New Year's Eve in Cologne at the art'otel cologne, location is great, everything is within walking distance. Room is well furnished, a few blemishes [signs of use are visible, but everything is well maintained and clean] The fact that there was only one elevator available on New Year's Eve was a bit annoying. The breakfast buffet was great, the best thing for me was that there were lactose-free products to choose from. Absolute plus point.

From December 29th to January 1st, 2025 Only one elevator worked, the hotel with 5 floors was pretty fully booked, we had to wait 20-30 minutes for the elevator every day, plus the shabby rooms cost 225 euros per night and then you get homeless accommodation, the rooms had carpets plus in the hallway on the 4th floor bolted including walls. The fuse box in the room was almost as loud as a mixer and there was no manager to speak to because they had a nice day off. I was only able to complain about this with the overwhelmed reception staff, but there was no solution. I will be in touch with the person responsible in person in the next few days.

This is a nice modern hotel in a good location, with nice size rooms, large and comfortable beds. We stayed here for the Christmas markets and it was a great stay. Thanks to Dorsaf for your help while checking in and the great customer service you provided with a smile!

We stayed at the art'otel for the first time on the 4th weekend of Advent. The room was very nice, with a view of the Rhine and the Ferris wheel. There was a small stand in the foyer where guests were offered free mulled wine, pastries, candy floss and roasted almonds. A really nice idea for Christmas. The staff was very friendly throughout and we felt very comfortable. The breakfast was good and sufficient, again with a view of the Rhine and the chocolate museum. Despite it being the 4th weekend of Advent, there were enough parking spaces available. We'd love to come back.

Hotel very well located especially for visiting the Christmas markets and the city center. Pleasant room. Simple but effective breakfast. The lunch room is not very large for the size of the hotel, tables all placed end to end. You have to love promiscuity. Small Small problem with our reservation, we booked for 2 adults and 2 children and when we arrived the room did not allow 4 people to sleep! The steward told us that the reservation was not normal...a half solution was found by providing us with 1 extra BED...so we had to share our bed with one of our children. The room could have accommodated 2 extra beds!

Overall, rather disappointing for this price range! Rooms shabby, air conditioning terribly loud, but the window cannot be opened because the rooms facing the street are terribly loud. The air in the room unbearable. The breakfast room resembles a canteen, the foyer/reception is too heavily perfumed. You had to drag your suitcases through the stairwell because only one elevator worked and that was when the hotel was at full capacity. All this with room prices >€200 per night! Compensation not available! We were positively impressed by the friendliness of the staff and the location of the hotel.

Very nice hotel right on the Rhine. You can get to the city quickly. We went to the harbor Christmas market, which is right outside the door. The staff is friendly, the rooms are modern and a good size. You can park in the hotel underground car park for 25 euros a day.

More appearance than reality. I visited this hotel with great anticipation and expectation. The disappointment is all the greater: dirty, worn carpets, unbearably loud air conditioning throughout the night, rooms with poor soundproofing, only two elevators that don't even work properly (the alternative stairwell then takes you directly to the street), a narrow, uncomfortable canteen-style breakfast room and more many little things. If only the breakfast room with a view of the Rhine and the Rhine was on the 5th floor... The price-performance ratio is unreasonable. The house is modern but not guest-oriented. The good location, a good breakfast buffet and very friendly staff at breakfast are positive.

1 elevator was broken and you sometimes had to wait for minutes for the elevator. You were led outside in the stairwell, then you came through the main entrance to breakfast. That was a bit irritating.

An incredible hotel. Parking available above ground and in a parking garage. Very safe and secure area. Walking distance to the sckholade museum (5mins) and the centre (15mins). The staff were incredible, so helpful to my partner who's in wheelchair. Lift available at a different entrance as the main entrance has steps. The rooms were great, amenities were great and the view was awesome. Also loved the aesthetic of the hotel. Overall very happy and would go back again if ever in Cologne.

Good hotel for business trips, but you should come to the hotel full - there is no restaurant, even if the screen in the room advertises it. My room was nicely decorated and very clean. Small kettle with tea/coffee in the room and great WiFi. The fitness area disappointed me, super small and a little rancid. You can save yourself and rather enjoy the great location of the hotel at the Rheinauhafen. Sauna costs €6 extra. What really bothered me was the street noise, my room was on two main roads that you could hear all night long and the windows weren't insulated well enough. When checking in, I would imagine friendliness. I don't think the location is ideal, there are no good connections to public transport.

Wonderful stay at the Art’otel Cologne – Highly recommended! We had a great time at the Art’otel Cologne and were completely satisfied. The hotel was spotlessly clean and exceeded our expectations in every way. Particularly noteworthy is the excellent price-performance ratio, which you would hardly expect in this location right on the Rhine. Special praise goes to Alexandro, who looked after us in an extremely friendly and professional manner both during check-in and check-out. His motivated and polite manner really made our stay even more pleasant. Thank you for that! So Alexandro, stay as you are and we're looking forward to the Christmas season. A very nice hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Unfortunately, the information is not always clear, such as different times to the booking platform or that the sauna costs €6/h and requires an hour of warm-up time. Otherwise, I can highly recommend the hotel for a stay in Cologne.

Great location right on the Rhine, parking garage available (license plate recognition). Meeting rooms and service good. Room in the bathroom a bit shabby, but clean. Sockets by the bed, rooms are bright. Suitable for professional meetings. The kitchen needs to be modern, which is not always an advantage. Polenta with coconut?

Nice hotel in a good location. Our room was very spacious and very clean. Coffee/tea preparation was also available. The fact that the sink is in the room is something we also know from other hotels and didn't bother us at all. We skipped breakfast because it cost us 23 euros per person. do not appear justified. The parking spaces in the (public) underground car park are very narrow and you have to be extremely careful when pulling out of a parking space because the entrance and exit are the same and you have to turn the vehicle around. Otherwise the hotel is definitely recommended

Staff doesn’t really care about the customers . Great location , decent sized rooms , but that’s basically it ! If you are looking for a good service and to get what you were promised , this isn’t the place !

Quality-price non-existent! Almost €200 for one night for an unkept room. Torn curtains, rust in the bathroom, dirty shower cubicle, broken toilet paper holder. For €200 a night I expected more! More attention should be paid to small details.

The rooms are clean, the beds are very comfortable. We asked for an extra duvet and it arrived immediately. The price fits the budget very well. The staff is caring. When I come to Cologne again, I will come to this hotel again without hesitation. Just ask for a taxi via UBER. Don't leave that job to the reception!!! Even though I only wanted a Taxi, the Limo came. :( I came back after months and stayed for 1 week. It's a wonderful hotel, I admired its cleanliness. The staff is always friendly. The reception is helpful. I had no problem ordering a taxi from the hotel. I went to the airport by normal taxi from outside. Price performance is perfect. Thank you art'otel.

Positives: Modern, clean, up to date hotel. Good staff, good breakfast, rooms clean and bathrooms are not grimey. Aircon works excellent. Theres a small gym with 2 treadmills, some weights, a bench and a multi exercise cable machine. Theres also a sauna and a rooftop terrace you can take your drinks to. Theres a bar near reception and also a self serve mini bar next to reception for hours when the main bar is closed. Underground parking is only €6 per day. Area’s for improvement: more sockets in the rooms, mount the blackout curtains closer to the window so they are effective, have more staff tend the bar and reception, speed up the elevators!

A good location to stay at to be able to access most central destinations with public transport. Clean rooms and nice sound proofing. I have already stayed at this hotel twice and it is my go to when coming to Cologne. The staff was helpful in facilitating a room change.

Quite a strange hotel. Enjoy with caution! There's stealing here! On July 6th, 2024 my parents checked in here to celebrate our wedding in the Rheinauhafen in pe303. After the registry office, my parents, who came from further away, wanted to get the gifts from themselves and their neighbors from their room. Within 3 hours, all gifts that had emotional and financial value were stolen from the room. But the hotel didn't really care about this; no effort was made to use the surveillance cameras and/or the electronic door locks to determine who had entered the room during this period. Ultimately, the police are now investigating. So someone from the hotel entered the room and stole gifts, especially envelopes with money. So far there has been no attempt to apologize or actively try to do anything.

It's an okay hotel close to everything. We stayed in a room with two single beds, and the sleep quality was decent. The only annoying thing was that there was only one power outlet by one of the nightstands, and no USB inputs. Also, one of the windows had colored glass, which seemed a bit old-fashioned (like from 2010) but that's just a preference. The showerhead can't be adjusted, so if you're tall, it's a bit tricky to wash your hair, which was a bit frustrating. It would also be nice if the staff explained what the city tax is and why we have to pay it when we ask about it.

Yes it's the centre of Cologne. But that's where the positives end. There is very limited parking onsite. It wasn't available the whole time we were there. You can park in off-site carparks that are under bridges or in parks at your own risk. There is no pram/wheelchair access so be prepared to carry them up concrete steps to the entrance. The rooms are very odd! A desk at the end of your bed with loose wires hanging around isn't very safe. It also blocks the view of the TV when watching it in bed. The bathroom light is shared with the bedroom inside some wall art so if you go to the toilet in the middle of the night it brightens the whole place up. Worst of all the mattresses had blood stains on them. I don't recommend this hotel at all. For £200 a night there are much cleaner and nicer places to stay.

I had 2 days in a conference at the hotel and also spend those 2 days there. My room had a nice view to the river and was also very comfortable/big. Everyone was super nice and the food was delightful. There is also a terrace with an amazing view. The hotel is also close to the main station and the Cathedral.

Pros: Nice location. Good breakfast. Friendly service. Cons: Wash basin inside the room. Major turn off. You cannot use the washroom in the night without disturbing others.

First the positive aspects: The hotel is modern and bright. The rooms as such are quite large. The view over the Rhine is beautiful, although not unobstructed. You can see the old customs port and the chocolate museum. The location is great. You can get to the Heumarkt in 5 minutes and it's a leisurely 15-minute walk along the Rhine to the cathedral. A bus stops in front of the door and takes you comfortably to the main train station. The breakfast is excellent and checkout is relaxed until 12 p.m. Unfortunately, there are also a few less nice aspects. The air conditioning is very loud. The room with shower (very large and at ground level) and toilet has no ventilation. Moisture and odors go straight into the room. And the “best” for last. The hand basin is in the room. This takes a lot of getting used to. Okay for a stay with family, but with friends? It was okay for us for two nights. It's a shame, once again it has been shown that art and practicality do not harmonize.

For the great breakfast buffet 5 ⭐️ There was a huge selection, everything was super tasty and fresh and everything was refilled regularly. The staff was also super attentive and the times at which breakfast takes place are very flexible. I just didn't think the hall was that nice. It was pretty crowded and loud there. Still 5 stars for it. The rooms were fine. A nice shower, but I was irritated that we couldn't lock the bathroom and that the sink was in the main room. Also, some TV programs didn't work. That wasn't dramatic, but it was a shame if you wanted to relax a bit in the evening after a long day. Overall, I found the service to be attentive and friendly. When we checked in, however, there were 6 people at the counter and we had to wait for almost three quarters of an hour because everyone was busy with a group. Other people were waiting too. That was really annoying because we almost missed our follow-up event. Overall, I would like to come back again. The location by the river is also really nice and the buffet is brilliant!

Extremely disappointing: I was extremely disappointed with my stay at the art'otel in Cologne. Despite multiple queries, the invoice including the reimbursement of costs by my employer was not stored correctly. Instead, my credit card was charged, even though I had asked about this several times and even received written confirmation via email in advance. The room was also very noisy due to the noise from the road, even though the website promised a "quiet room". It wasn't clean either and some areas needed repairs. I also booked the “ecoFree” program to avoid unnecessary room cleaning. Despite this booking, my room was cleaned daily, which was not what I wanted and I had made it clear to reception. I ended up receiving an incorrect bill when checking out. When I pointed this out, the employee reacted unfriendly and unhelpful. Given the high room prices of over EUR 200 per night, this service is unacceptable. Unfortunately I cannot recommend the art'otel in Cologne. Update May 23, 2024: Dear art'otel Cologne team, thank you for your feedback. However, please stick to the truth. What is not correct is the statement "...our team listed your overnight stay at reception when you checked out and asked if your credit card could be charged and you agreed." - because exactly here I had once again shown that it was already noted in my booking confirmation that my company would cover the costs. Her employee said it was too late, she had already charged my card. If you write "...not all information was stored in your reservation..." then this is also your issue, because if you book via BookingCom or the CRC Hotelservice portal, then the interfaces should work for you. However, everything was correct in my booking confirmation email and I showed this at check-in, whereupon her employee wanted to check this, but to no avail. Your statement is also not correct: "...as far as the repayment is concerned, we asked you to give us the data in order to repay the money. You told us that you would submit the data to us...". This is the first time I've read this statement from you. Besides, this wouldn't make any sense because you would have had the data since you charged the invoice directly. You could have returned it or canceled it straight away. So a wrong statement, then you write: "...the Eco program was taken into account in your invoice..." - This is correct, but the room was still cleaned. So Eco was promised, but then not carried out at all.

We went there for the first time as a couple in 2009. Years later, we still enjoy coming, either alone or with our kids. The employees are great, first class service & special requests are fulfilled. The breakfast leaves nothing to be desired. The bar in the evening is really perfect to end the evening, very tasty cocktails. This hotel is our first address when we go to Cologne.

It's actually a clean and good hotel in terms of location However, it is very funny to see what kind of service this hotel offers In Cologne, where it is already relatively difficult to find a parking space, both parking spaces at this hotel are ALWAYS occupied Then we wouldn't be able to get into our room because they blocked our cards even though we hadn't checked out yet and our things were still in there. It was 11:30 and we didn't have to check out until 12 A member of staff opened our room door but gave neither an explanation nor a sincere apology Overall, I definitely wouldn't stay here The price is also too high for rooms that face the street

It’s not quite place, the doors keeps clamping every minute. You can’t sleep at this hotel

Parking was problematic - had to park on the Maritim. But we knew that it could be tight. There was a long wait at reception, but then an employee took pity and opened another service point. What really bothered us was a loud humming noise in the room that we unfortunately couldn't locate. Top breakfast, attentive service, very friendly chefs.

The hotel is located near the old town, directly on the Rhine. We had a direct view of the Rhine harbor. Breakfast was very good. Friendly staff

Pleasant hotel, you can quickly get to the Heumarkt, cathedral etc. Very good! But … Problem no or hardly any underground parking spaces/parking spaces and therefore huge stress on arrival to get the car... we don't need it anymore 🤷‍♀️

The hotel is very central. Service and breakfast very good! Rooms are clean and large. Whether you have to have the sink in the room rather than in the bathroom is a matter of taste... Underground parking space is not that cheap at €25 per day. It would be nice if hotel guests had to pay half.

If you have alternatives, you should use them... We (2 people) went to the REWE Final 4 and were only able to book at very short notice. The room was quietly located at the end of the hallway. You couldn't hear any street noise. The room was clean. What wasn't right at all was the breakfast. There was plenty on offer, there was nothing to complain about. But the fact that you didn't get a seat in the dining room is absurd! Nobody from the visibly overwhelmed staff was interested. After all, we're talking about a proud breakfast price of €23 per person! Guests sat in the lobby with their plates on their knees. Even when a table became available, no one came to clear and clean it. When someone found himself, he spread the remains of our predecessors on the floor so that we could then step in them. The parking situation is also difficult. €25 for a place per day under the bridge is steep. There was no receipt for this! "Cheap" room prices are one thing, but you obviously compensate for that with the "additional costs"... It's a shame that you don't do anything with the great location.

We got a very warm welcome by the hotel. We got early check too. The location of the hotel was superb, very close to Lindt chocolate factory. You can take a nice long walk along the canal. It was such a peaceful stay for us and we really enjoyed our time here. The hospitality, service, food, location everything was good.

Booked with concert tickets through Travelcircus, we were prepared for everything, and then were very pleasantly surprised! Staff very friendly, rooms very clean and functional, not too cramped, and a breakfast that leaves nothing to be desired.

Pretty, modern, large, comfortable room with nice view to the river (half of them). We didn't have breakfast there. The parking is quite pricey for a night (€25).

I was very impressed, the staff is very nice and accommodating, the rooms are also beautiful and tidy I would recommend it to everyone. The location is right on the Rhine and you can also go up to the terrace on the 5th floor, which is also very nice

Nice breakfast and pleasant location right on the Rhine. The bathroom and shower could do with a renovation. Windows facing the Rhine can be opened. Underground parking and parking spaces are rather scarce and, at €25, quite expensive even for Cologne!

Room was clean and cozy, breakfast was tasty, view was breathtaking, whenever we come to Köln again - we are booking only this hotel 100%

I really enjoyed my stay during the fair. Both the spacious and clean rooms and the view overlooking the river were truly beautiful.

Judging from the estimated price at the tour designated hotel, it was a hotel with very good service. The location is good, within walking distance to the old town, and although I couldn't go due to time constraints, it's right in front of the Chocolate Museum. The breakfast was also delicious, and I was very impressed to be able to eat so many vegetables for the first time in a while, as I rarely find continental restaurants that serve vegetables. Kaiser roll was also very delicious. The room was spacious and even had slippers and bathrobes. The only regret was that it didn't have a hot tub. Since it was a tour, I don't know if there was a room with a bathtub in the first place.
