Loyal customers for years. Never disappointed. Always very busy during peak hours. Waiting times should be expected and accepted.

We eat there quite often and the food is simply delicious. The price-performance ratio is good. However, you have to be a little careful. The people behind the counter don't always prepare the food exactly as ordered. So, keep an eye on things. We're always very thirsty after eating tzatziki, but we accept that. The best thing about the place is the waiter.

Too bad, this snack bar has seen us for the last time... we wanted to eat there but apparently they don't take any notice of the customers... we sat at the table for a quarter of an hour without being served, then got up and wanted to order takeaway, but even then they didn't take any notice and we left without a word... what a shame 😕😕

We're constantly finding ourselves in front of closed doors; apparently, the online opening hours aren't correct. I find that a shame, because the food there is actually quite delicious, but then I'll have to find another regular spot.

Update August 2025 Still very satisfied. ❤️ Update July 2023 After a long struggle, we gave the chip shop another chance. And lo and behold, we weren't disappointed this time. The manager made a lucky choice with the service. His friendliness makes up for the fact that she doesn't even say hello when she passes the tables. The food is top-notch as always, the fries are nice and crispy, the gyro is perfectly seasoned! ____________________________________ Please at least put up signs if friendly communication is too exhausting. The regular, who waits in the service area as usual, has no idea that no one is being served today. After waiting for 10 minutes, a customer in the queue kindly pointed to us when we asked, "Who's next?" A snorted "Ugh" and a wave of dismissal from the manager didn't bode well. "We need to come up front, no service today," continued the friendly customer, ignoring us, "so what are you getting?" So we waited dutifully at the counter for the overwhelmed, irritated lady, whose mask was perched on her chin, further increasing the heat buildup in some places, but was otherwise good for nothing, who then greeted us with a curt "yes." "We'd like a mixed grill with this..." "We can't have a mixed grill with the staff here." We looked at the three people behind the counter in bewilderment and left the premises.

We ordered gyros, tzatziki, pita bread, and rice to take home. Except for the pita bread—it's fast-food style and can't be made fresh—everything was really delicious, and we'll definitely order again.

Best Greek fast food in Resse and the surrounding area. Unfortunately, because the food is so good, the waiting time is sometimes a bit long. But it's worth the wait. I recommend the gyros with Artemis sauce.

Well.....not really good in taste! Some of the fries were so hard that you had to be careful not to hurt your taste buds! Regardless of whether it's schnitzel (unsalted)....Metaxa sauce is pretty neutral, farmer's salad without salt...it's guaranteed to be better with little effort and less indifference! You should also work on your ability to take criticism!

Long-standing customers – unfortunately lost because of 10 cents. We have been loyal guests for years and have often enjoyed eating here. The food is generally tasty – sometimes better, sometimes a little less, but overall completely okay. We only order gyros and have been mostly satisfied with them so far. Today, however, our experience was disappointing – and probably the last of its kind. If we were a little hungry, we wanted a pita with all the trimmings. Unfortunately we were 10 cents short of paying. Instead of turning a blind eye, the feta was simply omitted - although on previous visits we even regularly rounded up. It's a shame - with such long-standing customer loyalty, we would have liked a little more goodwill. With that in mind, take care.

I tried to order a larger order by phone today, but no luck. I gave up after 2 hours and no one answered the phone. The food is really delicious, so you had to be patient. Unfortunately, if you order a little more, you wait forever until everything is ready. That's why we now ordered somewhere else. Thanks for nothing

Leftover fries have recently been fried again, which results in rock-hard potato sticks that you can bite your teeth into. The grill plate has become smaller overall and now consists of some gyros, a small pork schnitzel and three cevapcici grilled almost black - the usual meat skewer is missing. The salad was tasteless and there was no salt or pepper. The whole thing is then sold together with a 0.33L Krombacher bottle for 17.10 euros. Guys, you can get a completely delicious menu elsewhere for that. The quantity of the currywurst fries mayo was halved, but the price was increased from 3.70 euros to 5.50 euros, which in itself is a disgrace. But apparently it's normal, because in Greece people get ripped off very often. If the service were less babbling, you wouldn't have to wait at the table for 20 minutes to be able to place an order. A clear recommendation is to go to another snack bar.

Small “village Greek” with very tasty food. We think the price/performance is really great! In particular, the gyros, which are often served very dry elsewhere, are juicy and taste great. But the other dishes are also all recommended. About the location itself: it heats up quickly inside and the seats have that 90s charm. Anyone expecting a flair from the Acropolis or Delphi will be disappointed. Unfortunately, the outdoor area, which is located on a thoroughfare from Resse to Erle, does not manage to compensate for this either. All in all, the quality of the food mentioned above outweighs the above and so I can only give one recommendation. Enjoy it….

Pre-orders by telephone are not possible at this restaurant. Just like paying by card. The shop seems to still be stuck in the Middle Ages.

I've always enjoyed ordering here. However, the prices are rising (like everywhere) but at least when it comes to gyros, the quality is decreasing more and more. The fries also become darker when they are fried again.

Snack bar just outside Resse. Street parking available. The interior is really very comfortable to linger. If the weather is good, you can also sit on the terrace. Portions and quality very appealing. Orders are processed quickly. Ladies from the grill were very friendly.

Plenty of choice, not bad in terms of taste

Zero stars. No one answered the phone to take an order. I drove by in person and placed my pickup order for two hours later. “No problem” they said. When I went to pick up the order, it hadn't even started to be prepared. The staff behind the counter was completely uncoordinated. One person raises the temperature of the gyro spit and the next person turns everything down again less than two minutes later, then the whole game starts again. How such an evenly browned crust can be achieved in a gyro is a mystery to me. Boiled meat is prepared rather than actual gyros being fried. Not a word of apology or attention from the house for the additional waiting time. The restaurant seemed well attended, which is probably due to the lack of Greek competition. I definitely can't recommend it, even though the schnitzel and souvlaki skewers were tasty.

Das Gyros war schmackhaft, obwohl der typisch griechische Geschmack etwas fehlte. Pommes wirklich klasse. Samstag Abend in der Stoßzeit war der Service überfordert, bis wir wahrgenommen wurden, verging zwanzig Minuten. Bis das Essen auf dem Tisch stand, saßen wir schon eine geschlagene Stunde. Schnellimbiss .....

Es ist halt eine Imbissbude. Aber dafür ist das Essen sehr gut. Besonders der Gyros ist hervorzuheben. Habe selten einen so schmackhaften Gyros gegessen. Wenn man nicht vor Ort essen möchte, sollte man ein wenig Wartezeit einplanen.

Wir haben heute zum ersten mal bestellt und sind beide nicht begeistert. Pommes nicht gesalzen, Gyros wabbelig und nicht gewürzt, Bauernsalat kenne ich so überhaupt nicht. Gurke , Tomate, Käse , eine Peperoni ,nicht mal Salz oder irgend etwas dran gemacht, sehr merkwürdig. Zaziki lasch und einfach auf die Pommes geklatscht obwohl ich extra drum gebeten habe es daneben zu machen. Würden nicht nochmal bestellen.

Ser nette Menschen und sehr leckeres Essen ich empfehle dieses Griechische Restaurants weiter .

Bauernsalat: Tomaten, 2 Peperoni, Gurken, ein Stück billiger Feta. Null Geschmack, noch nicht einmal etwas Salz. Traurig. Gyros überbacken mit Metaxa Sauce: Guter Geschmack, Fleisch gut! Sehr lecker, aber es liegt schwer im Magen. Man sollte die Portion zu zweit essen oder ordentlich mit Ouzo/H2O nachspülen.

Die Portionen sind reichlich. Das Personal ist super freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Leckeres griechisches Essen und leckere Schnitzel

Das Essen war frisch und lecker. Das Gyros ist hausgemacht. Die Bedienung super freundlich und selten habe ich in der letzten Zeit jemanden in einem Grill getroffen, der das toppen könnte. Den Beilagensalat im Extra Schälchen konnte man nach Wunsch bekommen. Das Bier war schön kalt und die Cola hatte genug Kohlensäure. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Seid dem Inhaber wechsel hat sich die Qualität etwas verschlechtert essen ist aber immer noch OK. Mitarbeiter alle sehr freundlich.

Das Essen ist super aber ich werde einfach nicht warm mit der Chefin. Vielleicht hat sie zu viel um die Ohren und benötigt mal eine Pause

Ist wesentlich besser geworden, als vor ein paar Jahren. Leider gab es kurz nach 20 Uhr kein Gyros mehr. Zu hohe Nachfrage, aber dann sollte man flexibel reagieren. Essen ist sehr lecker und nicht überteuert. Ein Lieferdienst wäre schön, da die Parkmöglichkeiten begrenzt sind.

Holen uns öfter was zum mitnehmen waren immer zufrieden. Haben auch schon da gegessen wie immer gut. Auch das Buffet ist zu empfehlen

Wir haben Artemis mittlerweile mehrfach besucht, sowohl zum Mitnehmen des Essens, als auch zum Verzehr „vor Ort“. Das Gyros ist sehr lecker und wenig von Fett durchzogen. Auch die Pommes und Currywurst schmecken uns immer top. Eine weitere Empfehlung ist die Partyplatte (ab 10 Personen), die wir anlässlich eines Geburtstages bestellt haben. In dieser enthalten sind vier Fleischsorten, Pommes, Reis sowie Salat. Alle Gäste wurden satt und es hat allen geschmeckt. Zudem war noch genug über, sodass die halbe Familie auch am nächsten Tag noch ein Mittagessen hatte :)

Der Artemis Grill in der Ahornstrasse, GE-Resse ist weiterhin eine Top-Adresse. Die tägliche Besucherzahl spricht Bände und am WE, wenn Schalke spielt, kann es auch schon mal etwas dauern, doch es lohnt sich. Der Gyros wird jeden Tag neu angesetzt und schmeckt hervorragend, besser als jede Presspampe in diesen schwindigen Döner-Currywurst-Pizza-wirhabenalles-Imbissen. Die verschiedenen Menüs sind reichhaltig, die Pommes auf dem Punkt fritiert und die Salate immer frisch. Jetzt gerade, während ich das schreibe bekomme ich Hunger. Man kann auch Tische vorbestellen und dort in einer angemessenen Atmosphäre lecker essen, klar es ist nicht ein Restaurant, aber besser als das große goldene M oder B König.

Wir bestellen hier öfters mal am Wochenende und sind sehr begeistert. Portionen sind sehr groß für den Preis. Sehr zu empfehlen! Ganz gleich was bestellt wurde von uns, bisher hatten wir keine Enttäuschung.

Für die Mittagspause oder den Snack zwischendurch sehr zu empfehlen. Freundliche Mitarbeiter. Schnelle Zubereitung der schmackhaften Speisen.
