Very crowded, VERY unfriendly staff <--- Becomes rude after giving NO tip / little tip. Overpriced. Better go to a real restaurant :)

As a restaurant in the Asian grill buffet category, Aroma Gourmet is at the top for me! I have never had such a selection of different dishes anywhere. There are also foods like crab parts, crayfish, etc. that you can't get anywhere else. I was also absolutely impressed by the sauces that you can choose for the grill buffet. The price of just under €30 is absolutely justified

Very large Asian restaurant with lots of seats right next to the cinema. Very friendly and helpful staff. A very large selection of different dishes (meat, fish, poultry, vegetables and dessert. You can really eat your fill at the buffet. But in the evening it is often "overcrowded" and very loud, like at the train station. On our last visit we were disappointed with the quality of some of the dishes. With such mass production, quality often falls by the wayside. We will also try other restaurants again.

We ate there for the first time yesterday. The atmosphere is very pleasant; although it is very large, it is still very cozy and attractively furnished. The buffet is not exactly cheap at just under €30, but the selection and quality of the buffet make it totally reasonable. There is definitely something for every taste. What could perhaps be improved is that the types of sushi are signposted. The service is good. Everyone is very friendly. It is cleared away quickly and if you have something freshly prepared, the plate is brought to the table.

72 euros for two, without alcoholic drinks. The food is a completely ordinary buffet. Watermelon and melon are trimmed with the inedible part at the rind. Peking duck is tough and dry. In principle, you can eat. I won't go there again. Asian food tastes better at any stall. In the underground parking lot there are a dozen stinking garbage containers just at the exit where you need to open the window to pass the barrier and where the payment desk is - you have to be careful there - you can puke and leave your entire lunch. It’s better to send someone with a strong stomach to get the car and wait for the rest upstairs. Yes - The toilet is clean and good.

A really great restaurant. We enjoyed the buffet there, unfortunately I don't know if it can also be eaten a la card. The selection was huge. There was plenty of fish to choose from and the dessert buffet was great. There were also classics like fries, but also churros or cheese croquettes. All very tasty. The service was very friendly. We'll definitely come back.

We had dinner on a Saturday. We went to get food and came back to my seat filled with liquid. We were stuned, standing there and look. A waitress came to clean up, my husband asked what happened, she couldnt explain in German so another man came to explained that the liquid was spilled from the plates of food when a waitress was cleaning up. That was it. He didnt come to apologize first or explain. We were treates like fools. Later I found out the liquid got om my bags also so I had to go to the toilet to use water to wash it off. Is this normal service at this restaurant? RUDE. R-U-D-E! It was the first time here and surely the last time and the only time I dine here. Note that seafood here was filled of not little but proper sand that when you eat, you can feel it in your mouth. From 20 years of seafood eating experiences, the seafood was not wash properly so the sand is still there. It looks ok in the photos, but trust me, you can taste sand. Other food was so-so. They might later reply and say they are sorry this happened and will look into it, but they wont. I went through other reviews and many are about the attitude. Honest advice: consider well if you want to eat here. If I could give minus star, I would!

Horribly, I had the worst food poisoning of my life, everything hurt, it was pure bodily harm, the food was cold, the wine was way too warm and the plates were at foot height, almost everything was sticky and there was only one ladle for 3 dishes. I've never had it so bad ate but the food poisoning was the worst I will never be able to trust any restaurant again after this experience :(

Ordered via Lieferando, waited 2 hours for food and was simply left in front of the door. Not even a notification that the food had arrived. If I have my way, the store deserves 0 stars. Pure disappointment ✌🏽🤘🏽

We decided on the buffet. Food very tasty, with a large selection and appetizingly presented. Service quick and friendly. The ambience is negative because of the loud hall atmosphere. But I would eat there again at any time and can recommend the restaurant. Oh yes, it was easy to reserve via the website 6 hours in advance.

4-5 stars if you get a seat in the niches that are equipped for 6-8 people. 1 star if you have to sit in the huge hall, a no go for me!!! The food and selection is very good!!!

A delicious buffet with more choice than you could eat on several visits. Bite-sized appetizers have increased the number of food choices. I will go there often. It was possible to pay with a card without any problems and the staff was quicker than I have ever seen anywhere else.

My wife "in the latter picture" and I regularly eat at Asi Gourmet's open buffet, once a month. The buffet is extremely generous and after a plate you have what you pay for, currently €19 + drinks per person. But the choice is incredibly generous fresh sushi 🍣 with "Tuna!!" Various seafood! Which is hardly affordable these days! Dessert is luxurious! And the staff is very friendly and helpful despite the pressure. The buffet is always full, fresh, generous and inviting! There is definitely no saving with the customers here, a wonderful restaurant. In my opinion, the best restaurant in Germany! Number one 🥇unrivaled!

Today was the first time and also the last time. Food not good at all. 1 liter of cola €10 and buffet €28.90. If only it would at least taste good, but not even that

I wanted to come eat here with my friends. When a friend of mine called to reserve a table, we asked about the prices. We were told on the phone that it would cost €18.90. When we got there we ended up having to pay €28.90 + a forced drink (be it water or juice). We were told it was so expensive because of the holidays, but as I said on the phone they said otherwise. I'll never eat for that much money again

Hier kann man sehr gut essen mit einer riesigen Auswahl an Speisen. Es sollte für jeden etwas dabei sein und es ist von allem reichlich vorhanden. Auch der Tischservice klappte bestens. Der einzige Nachteil ist, dass das Restaurant aus einem riesigem Raum besteht, bei dem die Tische ziemlich eng stehen. Entsprechend laut ist die Geräuschkulisse.

Visited this establishment in April 2024. The establishment works according to the "buffet" system - payment per person for food. Drinks - for additional payment. The price for an adult is 28.90 Euro. There is a small parking lot near the facility - we found a free space in the evening without any problems! There were also many free seats in the restaurant (reservations were useless). It is also possible to reserve a table through the website. The choice of food is large: there is a lot of seafood and meat. If desired, it is possible to choose fresh products for grilling. The service is at a very high level. The staff is quick to bring drinks and take away dirty dishes. Now I will describe the shortcomings, there are not many of them, but unfortunately they are quite significant: - the toilet is very dirty with an unpleasant smell; - the broken lid of the freezer with ice cream was the cause of the spoilage of the ice cream; (I am posting the photo). And the fact that instead of glass the door had cardboard with tape - says that the problem is very old. In general, despite the shortcomings, the restaurant left a pleasant impression. Thank you!

Food doesn't taste good at all. The ice cream is way too sweet and has hardly any taste. Everything is either made with fish or meat. The mushrooms, for example, have hardly any taste. Drinking is way too overpriced. Despite the fact that it is supposedly 'gourmet', there is really little choice. Of course it looks very pretty inside, but that's not really of any use if the food doesn't even taste good. I wouldn't come here. With as much respect as possible: The food doesn't taste like real, really, really. Better eat something at home

We have been to this restaurant several times. We have always really liked it and tasted very good. Unfortunately we had negative experiences yesterday. The lady who asked us about the reservation was more than unfriendly and visibly annoyed. A table was reserved for us, which was in the passage. We were 4 people plus a toddler. It was really extremely tight. When I asked that we be assigned another table, the lady replied even more annoyed that I should have booked earlier. Unfortunately, you cannot give up a place when booking online. If you call you will be asked to reserve online only. Two people were assigned to the other table in the hallway. There was enough space for that. But not for 5 people! Unfortunately it was very crowded and you had to wait a long time for your plates. As always, the sushi and mussels were really, really good. The others liked it too. The toilets were again very dirty, but unfortunately we didn't know anything different from our previous visits. We would be happy to come back if the service and reservation options improve.

People are welcome to ask where the news comes from. That is the difference between animals and humans Why do I have to experience racism with my money? Every employee answers me in Chinese even though I asked in German (!!!). If you only want to speak in Chinese, go to the place where the language is used as a standard language. My first visit in October 2023 was quite satisfied. But I will never visit here again.

The half-empty glass was simply taken away from us, the waitresses walked around with their cell phones the whole time, completely listless, and food wasn't delivered. We were welcomed with the worst manner possible. Even if you don't speak english it is not hard to show the way with your hands instead of saying the same stuff again and again then look at us like idiots. The price is over 19€ for entrance at lunch during weekdays AND every customers have to order drinks, water is 7€ for a big bottle.

The bluff is not free at all because they watch people eating and they don't understand what you're saying. I don't recommend it at all. You have to take even small quantities. Everything that's left on your plate has to be paid for

Great, delicious food. When you sit in the entrance area it is very restless. Guests who have not reserved a table stand directly at the table and wait for a table to become available. That should be changed. The dining area should not be a waiting area.

I can't understand the recession here, price performance is simply poor, too expensive - too greasy and too cold and not edible. The waitress was awesome, pointed to the display and asked for a tip, unbelievable given the bad food, and then insulted because I unfortunately couldn't give anything. No goodbye, nothing! The toilets are horrible and I will definitely never come here again. The cola was quite good💋 the beer wasn't even carbonated. All in all, it was very bad.

Neither a hello, thank you, please. Even if we actively called it politeness, it wasn't even remotely a reaction. But the highlight was the pay. After the service was so bad, we didn't want to leave a tip for a bill of €67.30. She shows me her cell phone with the price. And tell me "how much"? I say €67.30. She asks again, "how much?" I thought to myself, OK, I'll make €68. Does she then say “just this much?” What's that supposed to mean??? The woman isn't worth a cent!

Es ist was es ist. Gutes Essen mit einer guten Asiatischen Bandbreite als Buffet. Was man aus der Stimmung macht ist jedem selbst überlassen. Komme gerne wieder. Auch größere Gruppen können hier versorgt werden.

Preis Leistungs Verhältnis sehr gut ,auch der Mitagstisch ist sehr zu empfehlen. Reichhaltige Auswahl,verschiedenster Geschmacksrichtungen,immer frisch hergestelltes Sushi. Wir waren bis 2x dort und das bestimmt nicht der letzte Besuch
