ÁRO Neutor - Asian Fusion Kitchen Finest Bowls in Münster

Well, not particularly appetizing. The cold toppings on just lukewarm rice didn't blow us away. The order was: “Butter Chicken”. There was: A sauce that was also only slightly warm and contained tiny shreds of chicken. No sign of butter chicken. In addition, you take your time refilling the topping containers, which are still 3/4 full, while the line stretches out onto the street. The operators still have a lot to learn, not just when it comes to preparing the food, but also when it comes to organization.

The bowls at Áro are delicious and healthy. You can put them together yourself. The selection of toppings is sufficient. The price is okay for the quality and quantity. The bowls are predominantly vegetarian and the restaurant is barrier-free. The staff is consistently nice. Unfortunately, there doesn't really seem to be a parking lot, which is why many visitors simply park at the nearby gas station. I can't really say anything about the ambience since I've only ordered takeaway there so far.

Delicious plate of food with basmati as a base and 5 cold vegetables to choose from with delicious butter chicken finished with a nice mild chili sauce. Together with a drink for € 14 - That is very good value for money. ARO is located near botanical garden.

Very tasty food with a large number of toppings for the bowl. Unfortunately, I have the feeling that things have to happen very quickly and you have to know immediately what you want, otherwise the employees will be stressed. I understand that it can get full quickly, but we just wanted to have a look and were asked directly what we would like without having the opportunity to think about it beforehand.

Ordered extra special - 3!!! Paid euros for extra tofu and didn't get any extra tofu. Now for the second time??? This can't be right people!!!

Just ordered through Ubereats, food was flooded with sauce. I have no idea what was going on with the old one who prepared this. Best regards

Ordered food twice and half of the toppings were missing and of course exactly the ones you paid extra for. Supplier can no longer be reached and local has no phone number. Will not order there again.

This vegan food is just delicious! Big portions for someone who has a big appetite after a hard day. The ‘chicken satay’ takes like original.

Very unfriendly and impatient service. Apparently I was annoyed that it took me 3 seconds longer and I even asked because it was my first time there. The food tasted good but the portion could have been larger. There were only three small pieces of saffron chicken, otherwise just sauce and I even skimped on something as cheap as rice. Maybe the lady just had a bad day, but the customer shouldn't notice

Good individual selection of fresh ingredients. Great for vegetarians and vegans. Service is nice, depending on how busy it is it can take a while to wait in line as every dish here is individual. Although the price has been increased (05/20/24, €9.80) I have the feeling that there is less food in the bowl. But all in all recommended!

As an Aro employee, even I can't get enough of the bowls. There are a variety of possible combinations that really appeal to everyone, whether vegan or with meat. The atmosphere is always super warm and familiar! *Aro love* 🫶🏼🤭

I work at this restaurant and eat the bowls very often. I always look forward to eating one again and always like to invite friends here. The atmosphere is very relaxed. The variability of the bowls particularly appeals to me, as it never gets boring even though I eat here so often. BUT the best thing is that it is healthy and has all the important nutrients, which in my opinion is too rare in "fast food restaurants". I really appreciate working here, I always come into the store with a smile and that's something you rarely get with mini-jobs.

So far I have eaten there regularly. Today, after I asked the friendly waitress if I could use the toilet and was told yes, the owner spoke to me in a very unfriendly tone as I was leaving the toilet, telling me that it wasn't a public toilet and that I shouldn't come back in the future. Don't worry, dear owner, I won't do that again in the future. So one less customer. Service desert. Not recommended 👎

Went to Aro on Steinfurter Str. (Münster) today between 4:50 p.m. and 5:30 p.m. The store was 3/4 full and there were 6 people in front of me in line when I arrived. I stood for almost 20 minutes. until I got my meal, which only consisted of pre-cooked rice and had to be topped with 6 toppings. All of the seats were now empty. The two employees behind the counter seemed extremely unmotivated and showed no signs of commitment or service orientation, even though the line now stretched all the way to the door. It's moments like these that I don't understand. Students who obviously have no plan or experience with catering and service, but appear as if they are completely knowledgeable. Deeply relaxed at work, even though the snake looked increasingly annoyed. Team spirit didn't really come across either. There is somehow a lack of a leader in the team who keeps an eye on performance. All in all, an unpleasant experience there - unfortunately for the second time, which is why I'm spending the energy on this text in the first place.

Fast service, simple quality cuisine. The only downside is the setting which doesn't really make you want to stay there. Ideal for “takeaway”.

I ate there for the first time last week and I really liked it. You can put together the bowls yourself. As a base there is rice or salad or both mixed. You can choose from 5 toppings and add a meat or vegan meat variant. The toppings and meat options are very tasty and there is a good selection. The restaurant is highly recommended and is particularly suitable for vegetarians and vegans!

I eat at ARO every time I'm in Münster!!! Salad or rice side dish with the best toppings (especially kimchi and cucumber salad) as well as vegetarian meat alternatives. You can ask for more rice at no extra charge and at €8.90 the budget is very student friendly! I can only recommend :-)

Already knew it from Osnabrück. Known to be of good quality, everything looks fresh. I find it a bit noisy inside but I took my bowl with me anyway. So everything is great! In short: delicious, come back!

Komplett überbewertet. Man darf lange anstehen und sich das Essen selber an den Tisch tragen, um dann für vergleichsweise teures Geld eine Schüssel mit relativ inhaltsarmen und billigen Nahrungsmitteln zu bekommen, dazu in einer merkwürdigen Zusammenstellung, so dass es nicht einmal wirklich schmeckt. Und zwar relativ egal, welche Kombination man wählt. Hauptsache bunt. Außerdem eine ziemlich kleine Portion, die wenigen echten Sattmacher werden mit viel Chichi und luftigem Beiwerk aufgepolstert. Satt wird man auch nicht richtig. Und dann ist es auch noch kalt bis lauwarm. Nach dem Essen habe ich mich nicht wirklich gut gefühlt. Nee Freunde, so kriegt Ihr mich nicht.

Ich wohne nun 1,5 Jahre nicht mehr in Münster, aber ich vermisse Áro immer noch enorm. Das Essen ist einfach frisch, gesund und lecker. Es sollte ein Áro in jeder Stadt geben!

Leckere Bowls mit Reis oder Salat als Grundlage. Durch die vielen Optionen für Toppings und das warme Curry, bekommt man jeden Besuch ein individuelles Gericht. Es gibt auch viele vegetarisch/vegane Toppings. Das Ambiente ist ungezwungen, eher an einem Imbiss als einem Restaurant.

Egal, was man bestellt, es ist immer super lecker😊😋

Essen war am Ende relativ lecker. Aber dass es keine Vorschläge für komplette Bowls gibt ist etwas schade. Und kleine Schilder an den Zutaten wären dann beim selbst aussuchen auch noch cool. So dauert der Bestellvorgang relativ lange und steht in einem großen Haufen Menschen, die alle fragen was die Zutaten eig sind und überlegen was sie kombinieren. Und natürlich gab es die obligatorischen Probleme mit der Kasse

Beste Bowls der Welt, mindestens 2x pro Monat sind wir da. Meistens aber nur zum Mitnehmen. Die Location könnte gemütlicher eingerichtet sein, damit wir auch gerne vor Ort essen.

Tolle Auswahl und guter Service. Scheint alles frisch zu sein. Die Preise wurden allerdings ziemlich angehoben. Lebensmittel sind zwar teurer geworden, aber diesen Preisanstieg auf mittlerweile fast zehn Euro rechtfertigt der Materialeinsatz nicht. Sehr gutes und einfallsreiches Essen. Jedes Gericht kann man sich selber zusammenstellen, dank einer Vielfalt an verschiedenen Toppings. Super für Vegetarier. Personal immer freundlich und zuvorkommend. Mein Sohn hat netterweise eine winzige Portion Reis bekommen, damit er mitessen kann. Einrichtung schlicht aber schön. Auch super, dass man nur mit Karte zahlen kann.

The staff is very friendly, the place it's clean with a great atmosphere and the food it's delicious and fresh. The prices are fair. I went to Münster one weekend and everyday I ate there. Hopefully will arrive to Köln soon as well. Keep in mind to bring a card to pay (no cash, better in my opinion, faster and convenient). Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, das Lokal ist sauber und das Essen ist köstlich und frisch. Ich war an einem Wochenende in Münster und habe dort jeden Tag gegessen. Kommt hoffentlich bald auch nach Köln. Denken Sie daran, zum Bezahlen eine Karte mitzubringen (kein Bargeld).
