Sehr teuer für die Portion die man bekommt. Extra Fleisch ist absolut nicht bemerkbar und die Cocktailssoße sollte unbedingt geändert werden.

Der Döner war ok, aber nicht besonders lecker. Sie machen auch nicht so viel Fleisch rein. Preis ist im Mittelfeld, für Innenstadt eher günstig. Dafür hat er auch spät noch geöffnet und das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Also wer um 1 Uhr Nachts noch Hunger hat, der bekommt hier noch was zu essen 😉

Wurden gleich unhöflich empfangen, Essen hat ewig gedauert für ein dönerladen, vorallem die Pommes, sind dann auch kalt gekommen. Wir haben direkt davor geparkt, standen im Parkplatz dann kam der Chef raus meckerte uns an wir sollen doch da wegfahren da das eine Ausfahrt ist obwohl ein Tisch halb in der Einfahrt stand, sollten wir weg. Kann den Laden nicht empfehlen sind unfreundlich, richtig schlechte Erfahrung gemacht, schade

Offiziell der schlechteste Service Augsburgs!! Alter gelangweilter man als Chef der meint Gäste anpöbeln zum müssen und Pargerechte Fahrzeugführer zu Belästigen obwohl ordnungsgemäß geparkt!! Maximal als Futter nach dem Vollsuff geeignet und das auch nur im Äußersten Notfall ‼️ Nüchtern geschmacklich sowieso nicht zum empfehlen! Ich versteh nicht wie jemand so sein Geschäft führen kann,..

Du solltest unbedingt hinfahren, es lohnt sich 🙂

Beste Doener in Augsburg. Einfach geil. Authentisch und super fleisch und frisches Brot. Kein so ein Mode Doener sondern einfach ehrlich und lecker. 10/10

Muss meinen Vorrednern zustimmen. Döner ist eher eine 3 Minus. Vor allem die Rezeptur der scharfen Sauce sollte unbedingt geändert werden. Selbst am nächsten Tag hat man den beißenden Saucen Geschmack im Mund. Freundlichkeit ok. Ambiente naja.

Döner Brot wird selbst gebacken, Dürum Fladenbrot kommt allerdings aus der Packung die es beim Kaufland gibt. Mir persönlich hat der Dürum gar nicht geschmeckt. Knoblauchsauce naja. Laden inne etwas alt und angestaubt.

Nur 4 Sterne?? Für besten döner und besten Service Deutschlands?

Arkadas gehört zur Geschichte von Augsburg dazu bald 🏂

Eigentlich bin ich nur durch die damalige Rechtsstreitigkeit vor dem Oberlandesgericht München auf diesen Dönerladen aufmerksam geworden. Jedoch fand ich diesen Rechtsstreit derart spannend und sympathisch, dass ich seitdem regelmäßig immer wieder hier einkehre, auch wenn die Anreise von München etwas beschwerlich ist.

voller Erwartung und Freude heute 3 Döner gekauft. Hat derart nachgelassen. Brot kaum im Ofen gewesen. War zu teigig. Fleisch im Vergleich zu anderen Döner in Augsburg sehr spärlich. Viel Sosse verlangt und trockenen Döner bekommen. Für 8,50 € gibt's in Augsburg bessere und größere Döner.

I would give zero stars if I could. The restaurant is very old and run-down, the card reader wasn't working (for whatever reason), and the menu on the ceiling is confusing. I specifically requested a pizza with corn, but I was served one with vegetables. When I asked why it was served with vegetables when I only wanted corn, I was treated rudely and told I had chosen the wrong pizza from the menu (which, due to its confusing layout and lack of clear pictures, I couldn't take seriously anyway). I then asked them to prepare the pizza as I had ordered and paid for it. However, they refused, sent me away without a pizza, and I had already paid €30 for it.

Very nice owners, but the €7.50 kebab is a child's portion, and you almost had to search for the contents. Unfortunately, this is the second time, so this will be the last time!

Thursday is always kebab day for us. The best kebabs with fresh bread and very friendly staff.

Best kebab in Augsburg. Super friendly staff. The kebab skewers are still prepared with love and skill. One of the few shops where you can still get perfectly crispy grilled meat. Here, they don't simply strip the kebab skewer completely naked with an electric knife; no, they're experts at the skewer, and you can taste it! They only cut where the skewer requires it, and then the meat goes directly into the bread and doesn't simmer forever in its own juices. The bread is always oven-fresh and never falls apart in your hand. The sauce is consistently perfectly mixed. The seasoning and ingredients themselves are also top-notch. Special requests have always been accommodated and properly executed. Drinks are also served properly in glasses. And everyone who enjoys themselves at the table gets a delicious free tea served with a smile. Here, the focus is on the core of the business concept, the holy grail of every kebab shop: the skewer. No frills, the meat in the kebab is the be-all and end-all. The place revolves around the spit, and not just the spit in the place.

The bread was freshly baked. The doner kebab was delicious, with a good portion of meat and a tasty sauce. Many people commented that they were there late at night and the food wasn't good. I've been there during the day and have eaten there several times, and I'm always satisfied. I'd be happy to come back.

When I said there's enough, he was very rude and said, yes, they're open until 5:00 a.m., but if they're out of meat just before 2:00 a.m., they should change how late they're open, and that's happened quite often! I've had better kebabs. The flatbread was hard and the kebab was relatively small. The kebab sauce could have tasted better...it's too watery in consistency for me.

Great restaurant in the heart of Augsburg. The food was so great tasting with extensive menu options. Indoor and outdoor seating for views of the strip. Highly recommend to try it out if you are looking for a quick bite.

Unfortunately, the kebab is a discount kebab with very little meat! Also, while we were sitting outside eating, the manager came over and yelled at the very friendly employee in front of all the customers. And this lasted 10 minutes, even though the employee was very friendly!!! Absolutely unacceptable! Please avoid such businesses! Find another kebab shop!!!

I've now revised my 2-star review. Why? Armadas has raised its prices, but isn't matching the ridiculously high prices many people now charge for a doner kebab. That's a very positive thing. The quality has improved significantly. The meat is once again of excellent quality and tastes amazing. Simply the best doner kebab in all of Bavaria. No parsley, lemon, or pomegranate seeds in the doner kebab like all the others who just pretend to be dancing to cover up the abysmal quality of the meat! Please keep it up and never change your recipe!

I don't understand how anyone can eat this seriously. I'm dead serious. Anyone who eats this kebab seriously has my utmost respect. The kebab meat has been sitting for at least seven days, and the tzatziki sauce is also questionable. I'm warning you: if you can't stand it and are starving, and this is the only place open, get some noodles from a vending machine instead.

Arkadaş Kebap is a great choice for lovers of delicious kebabs! We stayed at Maximilianstrasse 64 in Augsburg and were very satisfied. Juicy meat, fresh vegetables, delicious sauces and crispy flatbread – all perfectly balanced. The portions are large, the prices are reasonable and the staff is polite and quick. The atmosphere is cozy, you can sit there and have a bite to eat. I definitely recommend it! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Traveling from California. We stopped by Augsburg for Christmas market fun. We were all hungry and walked into this restaurant. Omg ! Blown away by the melt in mouth unbelievably delicious doner . We ordered another one because we couldn’t stop eating it. Highly recommend !

We went for doner. There was Turkey Döner. Since we come from a culture that does not eat turkey much in our normal lives, we were not very keen. We decided to eat pita among other dishes. We also ate a vegetarian version that did not contain meat. Even the grain of poison left on each slice added a different pleasure and beauty. The taste and dough were very good. While we can always find Chicken and Meat doner in other cities, we found it strange that they only sell TURKISH doner here. We can actually explain this with the concept of Acculturation.

Overall very good and delicious food 😋 The service is courteous and friendly, but it does occasionally happen that something is forgotten, so I recommend checking in more often and the customers themselves must point out that soap and paper towels are available in the toilet.

This was once the first kebab house on the site. years ago. Now there is unseasoned meat with unseasoned yogurt sauce (zero garlic, of course), everything bland, bland, bland and sparse to boot.
