I went because of the good reviews, well... It feels really great when the three people behind the counter are babbling about something you don't understand and keep staring at you 😡 Then the kebab: soft and tasteless would best describe it... I definitely won't be coming back.

Pepperoni pizza with salad and a drink. Good value for money. The pizza was very, very tasty and the salad was very fresh. And everything was nice and clean. Even after three months, the food is still the best.

I desperately needed the restroom and didn't know where to go after the restroom at Kö was closed. The employees let me use theirs and didn't let me pay. For that reason alone, the place deserves more hype. Simply people working for people. (The kebab was good, besides the restrooms.)

An employee coughed into his hand twice while preparing the food. When I pointed this out, I received a rude response instead of an apology or attention to hygiene. I refused the kebab, refunded my money, but was told not to come back. Unfriendly and completely unhygienic.

I was craving a kebab after work on Thursday. The Ali Baba Imbiss right on Königsplatz was the perfect place. Unfortunately, the kebab didn't impress me. The meat was really good and deliciously seasoned. Unfortunately, the bread was a disappointment—dry, tasted kind of weird, and fell apart while eating. Therefore, I'm only giving it 2 out of 5 stars.

I was here last week because I'd heard good things about the doner kebab, and the meat was truly excellent. It was juicy, flavorful, and I really enjoyed it. Unfortunately, what ruined the doner kebab was the bread. It seemed like dry, ready-made bread that completely crumbled while eating it and had a strange aftertaste.

The kebab was delicious! The portion was quite large. However, the café itself is small, and the tables are too close together. But it's perfect for a quick bite to eat!

This is hands down the best kebab place in Augsburg! I’ve tried kebabs at many different spots, but nothing comes close to this. The combination of the sauce and meat is absolutely perfect, and the vegetables are always fresh. The staff are incredibly friendly, making the whole experience even better. If you love kebabs, this place is a must-visit! Even my friends say they only come here.

A kebab that, in my opinion, doesn't quite live up to the hype. Given the media attention, I thought I'd go and try it. First of all, the bread is quite soft, which I quite like. The salad is also quite good. The meat, on the other hand, was dry and not particularly juicy. I couldn't enjoy the last bite at all. The meat quickly sets off how the overall product comes across, and it really wasn't that great here. The sauce was standard. Otherwise, the place is chic, and the employees know what they're doing.

Unfortunately, the chili cheese sandwich wasn't quite to our taste – the bun was more soft than crispy, and the sauce seemed a bit industrial, not entirely fresh. The interior and exterior areas are very inviting, and the location is truly top-notch. For the price, however, I would have preferred a bit more freshness and that certain something extra. I could make something like that at home, but maybe I just have different tastes. Thanks anyway for the experience!

Who the hell makes a kebab with whole-grain bread? It tastes absolutely terrible. A warning would have been appropriate. The meat tastes like paprika, and I had two small pieces of bone in the meat. I'm truly baffled by how this place can get such good reviews. One of the worst kebabs I've ever eaten.

Highly recommended!!! Today was my first time at Ali Baba, and I'm thrilled. I wanted a Dürüm Döner and accidentally ordered a Falafel Dürüm Döner. Despite my mistake and having already taken a bite, I was offered a swap. I politely declined, as it was MY mistake. Two minutes later, they brought me a special bowl of doner meat to my table. You hardly get that kind of friendly service anywhere else. Top-notch. Thank you again, you guys are really great. And honestly...I'm even glad I made the mistake, because those were the best falafel I've ever eaten. I'll definitely be back to eat falafel again 😁

The kebab was good, though average, nothing special. It was impossible to eat because everything was falling apart. They didn't provide a fork. The first time I got so dirty in my life, other than with porridge, was when I was 5 months old. If only the price was okay, it's okay, but the price is Basic. There's a 50g difference between XXL and regular size. I won't be back...

The doner kebab just wasn't my thing. After the TikTok hype, I wanted to try the 4.7-star doner kebab for myself, but I found the bread to be extremely dry, there was far too much unfinished salad, and neither the meat nor the sauce were convincing. Incidentally, the Dürüm had no sauce at all. Unfortunately, that wasn't enough.

The meat was very good and fresh! Minus for the store-bought tortilla and red cabbage soaked in a little water. It's a shame they don't only serve fresh produce. Super delicious doner kebab and freshly made ayran. The staff is super friendly. The chicken is slightly crispy on the outside but still juicy. The bread is generously covered in sesame seeds, rounding off the whole package perfectly. Every bite was a delight.

The guys were really nice. The bread and sauces were good, and the salad was relatively fresh, too. But I don't understand how you can ruin the entire product with such a disgusting frozen minced meat skewer—including mechanically separated meat, gristle, and everything else nobody wants in their food. You shouldn't even call something like that a "doner kebab," at most "doner-style meat product." No one expects you to put the skewers together yourself, but if you're selling minced meat doner kebabs, you should at least fry them properly. What I had in my bread was a real disgrace!

Alibaba is synonymous with shrinkflation and poor customer service. I've been ripped off several times by unfriendly employees. They simply did the opposite of what I wanted: "No onions" – what they do: extra onions. The photos speak for themselves.

Meat dry, tastes like salted cardboard, high price, the look in the pictures is deceptive in my opinion, I had the XXL kebab, the ingredients are stacked from front to back so that it looks like the kebab is so full that it falls out on the sides but the reality is that in the end there is almost no topping at the crease of the bread and overall the topping is quite poor. Ali Baba Kebaphaus is simply a discovery! We were here at Konrad-Adenauer-Allee 3 in Augsburg and were completely thrilled. The kebab is fresh, the meat is juicy and the flatbread is soft and aromatic. The portions are generous and the prices are more than reasonable. Everything is right for the price

It's a very great shop and the service is always nice and helpful, there is a large selection of things you can eat or drink. My favorites and dishes that you have to try and should are the XL kebab and the Sucuk pizza. There is something for everyone, for vegetarians there is falafel or vegetarian kebab as well as various types of pizzas with mushrooms or other things, and for people who go to work out and need a protein-rich meal there is the “gym kebab” filled with extra meat. I think the prices are very fair for the good portions you get. The staff is very nice and you can feel at home and the atmosphere is very welcoming, especially Eyub is a very warm-hearted employee who I wanted to mention again here and would also highly recommend him for a promotion! Everything mentioned here comes from personal experience.
