It's a very great shop and the service is always nice and helpful, there is a large selection of things you can eat or drink. My favorites and dishes that you have to try and should are the XL kebab and the Sucuk pizza. There is something for everyone, for vegetarians there is falafel or vegetarian kebab as well as various types of pizzas with mushrooms or other things, and for people who go to work out and need a protein-rich meal there is the “gym kebab” filled with extra meat. I think the prices are very fair for the good portions you get. The staff is very nice and you can feel at home and the atmosphere is very welcoming, especially Eyub is a very warm-hearted employee who I wanted to mention again here and would also highly recommend him for a promotion! Everything mentioned here comes from personal experience.

A kebab that is convincing in many respects, but also offers room for improvement. The price and the overall experience The price-performance ratio was assessed differently. While H. found the price to be appropriate with 7.5 points, D. was much more critical with only 4 points. The other reviews were in the mid-range 6 points, indicating solid but not exceptional pricing. However, the service impressed us throughout. With scores between 7 and 9 points, we felt welcome and well looked after. Especially Ni. highlighted the service and awarded the highest rating of 9 points. The taste in detail In terms of taste, the kebab at the Alibaba Kebeaphaus scored highly. Meat and bread received above-average ratings. D. and J. awarded 9 points each for the meat, while Ni. was also convinced. The bread was also rated 7 to 8 points by everyone. The handling of the kebab was similarly mediocre: most of us gave it 6 points, while Ni. was slightly more positive with 7.35 points. Improved handling or packaging might be desirable here. Overall impression and conclusion Our average score for Alibaba Kebeaphaus is 7.03 points, indicating an overall solid experience. The “XXL” kebab was - as on the previous visit - nothing special and not recommended for this price/performance ratio. In addition, even though I explicitly pointed out during preparation that I didn't want any red cabbage, this was exactly what was added anyway, but the hot spice and the extra peppers were "forgotten" but of course charged for. In addition, my mother's “vegan kebab” was also not prepared according to the order! During my current visit - which took place about 9 months after my last one - at least the "meat" was fairly well cooked... although I was shocked to realize that these must now have been minced meat skewers!! All in all, after my recent experiences, I can advise against eating a “kind of kebab” here - unless you come from Max.-Str. and the competition is too expensive or too far away 😅

The portion was huge and I really enjoyed most of it. Bread, fries and salad were great, I found the falafel to be too greasy in taste and too bland in terms of seasoning. It came very quickly and the staff were friendly.

Cheese chili kebab - How brilliant is that... 5 stars Two weeks before: The kebab plate fulfills the natural purpose of eating - to fill you up - perfectly, the portion is large, but an extra star for that. Unfortunately the taste is completely neutral. The fries urgently need at least salt, a dip and more time in the deep fryer. Except for the red cabbage, the salad lacks acid and spice. The yogurt on top also lacks at least one flavor, and the bread lacks roasted flavors. The staff is very friendly and the dining room is clean and well maintained.

One of the best in Augsburg in terms of taste. BUT: The normal kebab is really small and not particularly well filled. You won't get tired of it. The fact that 1 portion of fries now costs €5 completes the picture. There is massive stinginess here, with hefty prices.

Doner is great. But the employees should pay attention to the order of the customers. It's outrageous that two people come after me and get their kebab before me. Service should be very important and that is part of it. In other shops the kebab tastes the same but the service is better.

For €7 I get half a tomato, lettuce was placed on top with tweezers. Halloumi sandwich is as flat as if a tank had rolled over it... already given 2 chances, never again from now on.

Heute war ich bei alibaba essen weil ich Lust auf einen döner hatte ich habe mir ein döner xxl bestellt für gesamte 9euro das ich bereut habe denn es war einfach nur mit Salat und Tomaten gefüllt weitergehts Ich aß meinen döner bis ein Mitarbeiter mit dunkler Hautfarbe eine Serviette genommen hat den Tisch abgewischt hat und es auf mein döner schmeißte eine UNVERSCHÄMTHEIT das war noch nicht alles außerdem nahm er mit alle meine Soßen genommen hatte die ich auch weiterhin verwenden wollte nie wieder alibaba CANCEL ALIBABA es verdient null Sterne eigentlich!

Naja. Teilweise, wenn zu den Stoßzeiten sehr viel los ist (z.B. Nachts nach dem Feiern), wird nicht gewartet bis das Dönerfleisch komplett durch ist. Dann hat man halt nen halbrohen Döner. Geschmacklich ist er meistens schon OK.

Schlechtester Döner, den ich je gegesse habe. Fleisch mega trocken und gummrig. Man bekommt voll wenig drauf auf den Döner und es gibt keine soßenauswahl. Kommen nicht wieder, ist nicht zu empfehlen.

Dönerteller mit Reis - machs nicht. Augsburg hat keinen guten Döner.
