Absolut empfehlenswert !!! Der Döner bei Arin ist einfach spitze. Das Fleisch ist perfekt gewürzt, das Brot schön knusprig und die Saucen schmecken super frisch. Dazu sind die Portionen ordentlich und das Personal ist immer mega freundlich. Für mich der beste Döner in der Gegend! Komme definitiv wieder.

Der Service ist wirklich hervorragend, das Personal ist sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Die Atmosphäre ist sauber und sehr gemütlich. Besonders das Köfte-Ekmek ist einfach unglaublich lecker! Perfekt gewürzt, frisches Brot und die Köfte sind hervorragend zubereitet. Wer hierher kommt und kein Köfte-Ekmek probiert, verpasst definitiv etwas. Ich kann es jedem mit gutem Gewissen empfehlen und komme auf jeden Fall wieder.

Passt absolut. Wirkt immer frisch und schmeckt auch immer gut.

Das Essen ist super. Wir haben bereits mehrmals bestellt, die Qualität war jedes Mal top und gleich. Der Lieferservice ist zügig und sehr nett.

Wir bestellen immer unsere Döner bei Arin. Immer lecker. Heute waren sie so schnell, ich hab mich so erschrocken, weil ich gar nicht mit dem Lieferanten rechnete. In der Mail stand bis 15:54Uhr, er hat die Zeit um 20 Minuten unterboten. Immer gerne Wieder. Vor Ort war ich schon sehr lang nicht mehr, da ich nicht gern in die Stadt gehe.

We're moving to Pinneberg and are still renovating, and today we ordered from there for the second time. I can only say it's incredibly delicious! I personally find the bread on the doner kebab really tasty, and nothing falls out! 😅😅 Today the owner even gave us a delicious dessert on the house. Thank you for this delicious treat!

I was just passing through on my way to the kebab shop, as he was my customer and needed to retrieve his lost luggage. After a phone call, he'd asked if I could make it by 10 p.m. I replied that just getting out of Hamburg with the snow and ice on the roads would be a challenge, but I'd do my best to be there before closing time 🚕💼🏁. And sure enough, I arrived 20 minutes before closing time 🏁. I took the opportunity to treat myself to a kebab. I highly recommend it – very tasty, reasonably priced, and what I personally appreciated was the mutual respect we showed each other. 🫱🏼🫲🏼

My doner kebab box consisted practically only of salad and fries. I am extremely disappointed with your doner kebab. Under these circumstances, I will not order from you again and will not recommend your restaurant for online orders.

The doner kebab was good, but the black-haired lady at the front of the line seemed very annoyed when I asked her about it and rolled her eyes, as if she didn't want to be there. The staff were also very pushy about what I wanted to order and wouldn't let me look at the menu in peace. For me, definitely not 5 stars and I won't be going back...

I pre-ordered for a Sunday delivery. The driver was over half an hour late, and when I asked how this could happen with an early order, the only response was that there was a possibility of a delay of +/- 10 minutes, which was normal for delivery times, and that it was Sunday after all (obviously? That's why I pre-order). Due to the delay, both the doner kebab and the durum arrived quite soggy, and the honey from the baklava was everywhere. I've enjoyed ordering here in the past, but now I'm thinking twice.

Arin Döner is highly recommended! The meat is always fresh and perfectly seasoned, the portions are generous, and the bread is crispy and delicious. I ordered a doner kebab box, never again. It was so cold that not even a dog would eat it because it tasted disgusting. I paid €7.50 for nothing. The staff were slandering people in Turkish. It was awful! Visited once and never again!!🤮

We picked up food here as a company because the place made a very good impression on us. We picked up the food and were shocked when my colleague noticed a strange taste in the bread, and lo and behold, IT WAS COMPLETELY MOLDY!!!!!! (SEE PHOTO) There was also a hair in the food, which, although it happens every time, was still not a pleasant experience for the colleague. After calling twice, the only response was that "it's not that bad," which I personally find outrageous. For that comment alone, the catering supervisor should be informed about this case so that we are hopefully the last to have this happen.

Very tasty! I've been there several times and even ordered from home a few times. Dürum kebabs are always a must. The whole team is friendly, and deliveries are always on time. The main thing is that the food arrives warm. My wife loves her dürum falafel. Overall, a great addition to downtown Pinneberg.

The meat, service and portions are really great. However, I think that at €30 for two doner plates you can't expect to get chips that are still frozen inside. They also unfortunately cut corners on the sauces. The shop seems tidy and clean - it's not a restaurant, but the main thing is that it's clean.

Ordered on Lieferando. Ordered on Sunday evening at 7:30 p.m. Now it's 9:00 p.m. and we still haven't gotten any food. Paid €33 for 3 kebabs and then having to wait 1 hour and 30 minutes for your food is a disgrace!

The staff seemed annoyed and (as is often the case) there was unfortunately no more rice, which wouldn't have been a problem if the fries hadn't tasted so lifeless. It's a shame because we've always been quite satisfied so far.

Since I didn't explicitly mention "menu", but only Dürum & drink, the store wanted to charge individually and have €11. I should have mentioned the menu beforehand. So for me it's a rip-off place and they'll never see me again. There are enough good kebab stalls in Pinneberg so I don't have to put myself through this perceived fraud. You should avoid this store!

There are delicious kebabs here, also on the menu. In particular, requests for kebab preparation are well addressed. The selection of drinks could be expanded. When the weather is nice you can also sit outside and watch the city go by. The service is very hospitable and warm. The chairs are comfortable, so you can spend a few hours there.

Wir haben Essen zum Mitnehmen bestellt. Die Bedienung war sehr freundlich. Die Zubereitung hat nicht lange gedauert und es hat sehr gut geschmeckt. Sehr gut fand ich auch, dass ich gefragt wurde, ob die Soße beim Döner Teller direkt auf das Fleisch soll oder extra verpackt werden soll. Auch das Baklava war sehr lecker.

Dürum schmeckt gut ist schön groß und macht satt. Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich. Essen kommt schnell.

Arin Döner ist seit der Eröffnung mein Stammladen und bis jetzt hatte ich nie schlechte Erfahrungen mit dem Essen. Die Mitarbeiter sind ebenfalls sehr freundlich und machen einen guten Job.

Wir haben zum ersten und letzten Mal bestellt. Leider befand sich rohes Fleisch im Döner, und wenn ich so etwas fühle, bekomme ich Übelkeit. Vom Geschmack her war es in Ordnung, aber dieses Fleisch geht gar nicht. Und wenn ich die anderen Kommentare sehe, war das nicht das erste Mal und nicht nur bei uns.

Das Brot schön knusprig, die Soßen schön geschmackvoll und das Fleisch frisch und saftig. Ich kann mich nicht beklagen. Klare Essensempfehlung.
