Doner for 10.00 euros, that's not OK. Never again

Really disappointed, I just ordered there almost every week from Schalke North. No delivery costs, the food was always hot and you got bread with the cacik, I really left a lot of money there and always told a lot of people to order there. I've been living in Erle for a month now, wanted to stay loyal to the store.... Now I just pay 6 euros in delivery costs (I accepted it, it was always good) but the food came out twice now really really cold, like it came out of the fridge There's no bread at Cacik anymore... You can see here that you don't want to go any further than Schalke... You should then only offer delivery within 45881. I would rather order from Köz Antep Sofrasi again

I have been a customer for 18 years and have always been very satisfied, but today I was disappointed. 20 € for 2 kebabs that's really steep! And today for the first time I had the impression that I was a second-class customer there. It's a real shame, but I'll probably look for someone new for my kebab.

Doner kebab is a catastrophe, for 7 euros it's almost just salad and doner kebab meat that's not quite cooked through and very little, well, stinginess is cool. The taste is really bad so it's more like 0 stars. Fries also really cheap. You can forget about staff, once and never again.

Excellent goods Price-performance OK Service courteous. Parking is sometimes difficult but OK with a bit of exercise.

The price table outside is not currently all directed costs at least 50 cents to 1 € more. The food is just above average, the kebab is nothing special. And unfortunately I have to say that the kebab plate isn't really that good either. Expansion: today April 27th, 2024 = Lamacun €6.50 and not outstanding, not even the salad. Conclusion too expensive for the quality

Just ordered kebab and lahmacun with meat! Everything was ice cold and there was so little meat in the Lahmacun, it could easily have been vegetarian and that was unbelievable for €10. Never again

Super tasty kebab meat, whether veal or chicken. I eat here regularly as a classic kebab plate. I can only recommend. But all other Turkish dishes are also simply great here.

I've been a customer there with my whole family and friends for decades and we've never had anything to complain about! The meat was always tender, the spices were always fresh, as were the fries, salads and sauces! The restaurant is always clean and the employees are always very friendly and accommodating and all for a small budget... And it also offers plenty of space for celebrations... What more could you want...

I visited the restaurant spontaneously. I haven't been as satisfied as I was yesterday for a long time, so I have to add my two cents now. I was totally impressed by the food, you can definitely tell that all the ingredients are fresh and meat of this quality is rare to find. Super tender and fresh. The staff were also very friendly and accommodating. I'm already looking forward to my next visit with you!! Thank you again!

This was the first and last time I ate or ordered delivery here. Initially a delivery time of 20 minutes was given, which was corrected to 40 minutes after about 20 minutes. After another 10 minutes I received a call from the restaurant. They told me that an ingredient was no longer available and they had to change the order. Not a problem in itself, as this is common practice in the industry. But why would you make the customer wait forever just to tell them something like that? The caller said the driver would be “there in 5 minutes.” This turned into over 10 minutes again. The driver rang the bell and brought the food. His mood was a disaster. When I took the food from him and thanked him, the driver just looked at me aggressively and mumbled something under his breath. I ask him if there is a problem? He said no no and then disappeared... What kind of way is that to deal with your customers? You don't feel like it? Then look for a job where there is no customer contact! And no, the delivery address was not a top floor apartment without an elevator - the exact opposite is the case. The food was below average. Definitely not something that would be recommended. Addendum: Yes, it's always someone else's fault. For every negative review you have a corresponding excuse: the customer is grumpy, the delivery service is regulated externally and you have no influence on it. But strangely enough, as the main person responsible and the owner, you are of course never responsible for yourself. Reflect a little more.

No delivery service!!!! Therefore not a bad rating for the food. The rest is a matter of taste, yes and the price small kebab double fries currywurst 16.00 euros. Ridiculous ..

Abgesehen von der schnellen Lieferzeit habe ich leider nichts Positives hier zu berichten. Wir haben heute 2 pomdöner 1 dürüm und 1 döner bestellt die pomdöner wurden nicht mal mit alufolie obendrum gewickelt so dass die ganze soße und brühe in der tüte auslief und alles umapetetlich aussah. Wir haben alles kalbfleisch bestellt haben aber nur den dürüm als kalb bekommen. Bei der Döner Tasche Waren große fleisch stücke mit teils Knorpel dran das ganze Essen auch aufgrund der Pommdöner die nicht ordnungsgemäss verschlossen waren ukd deswegen alles auslief war es alles leider nicht verzehrbar. Dies war für uns dort das erste und letzte mal !

Tolle Service , Geschmack , Sauberkeit

Waren heute dort, fangen wir an mit dem Ambiente, super eingerichtet, sehr bequeme sitz möglichkeiten. Toiletten sowie Restaurant super sauber. Kann sich sehen lassen. Nun zum Essen Wir hatten zu viert, 2x grillteller (weiss den türkischen Namen leider nicht mehr) und 2x dönerteller. Fleisch super, gute Qualität und natürlich war das Essen sehr lecker. Alle waren sehr zufrieden. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder, und natürlich gebe ich euch gerne als Empfehlung gerne an andere weiter . Mittlerweile schwer geworden, etwas so gutes in Gelsenkirchen zu finden. Aber hier stimmt preis Leistung absolut. Wir sehen uns bald definitiv wieder. Sei es zum Essen vor Ort oder zum mitnehmen. Es gibt einige sehr gute Dönerläden in Gelsenkirchen, dieser hier gehört definitiv dazu. Großer Laden, in dem man auch gemütlich sitzen kann. Geschmacklich wirklich sehr gut. Die gute Qualität des Brotes, des Fleisches und der Salate rechtfertigt meiner Meinung nach, dass er nicht zu den billigen Läden gehört. Der Euro mehr ist wirklich gut angelegt.
