The boss called me and reminded me that he had apologized to me for everything.

A real burger paradise with a warm atmosphere If you're looking for a really good burger, there's no way around this restaurant. It not only impresses with fantastic burgers, but also with an owner who is passionate about it and welcomes his guests with a smile.

I was totally frustrated, worked until 6 p.m. and then ordered food from Apache to make my family happy at home. But after 2.5 hours still no food delivered. Children are hungry, so I stand in the kitchen like every day and cook food. Thanks Apache, you really disappointed me. Never again

Huge, juicy burgers with fresh ingredients, perfectly toasted buns and awesome sauces. The Apache burger is particularly a highlight! But it's not just the burgers that are great, the pasta dishes are also incredibly tasty and made with high-quality ingredients. Everyone will find something here! Side dishes like crispy fries and onion rings are also a treat. The portions are generous, so come hungry! Top price-performance! I'll definitely come back. Absolute recommendation! 🍔🔥

We are very happy with everything

The Apache Restaurant serves delicious food. We were warmly welcomed and taken to the seats without a reservation. There were five of us and the tables were put together especially so that our stroller would fit. Drinks: We had a total of three cocktails without alcohol which were really good.☺️ The children had hot cocoa with cream, lots of cream and water.🙂 Food: We had the 2 × Apache Burger, BBC Burger, Black Hawk XXL and a children's menu with chicken nuggets. All of these dishes were top notch. They did a great job preparing it and seasoned it very well with different fries and sauces.😁 The sweet potatoes are so delicious. They are the best I have eaten so far. Dessert: The Apache Special was simply delicious and I could have eaten ten pieces of it. 🤤 Waiters: The waiters are very friendly and happy to help put together the menu. Many thanks to the entire team and especially to Dajana, who was super nice and helpful. Ambience: The ambience needs a bit of renovation. E.g. toilets or the turnaround. The tables are beautifully set and the restaurant is very clean. The bottom line is we will definitely be back, keep it up.

Very nice employees who get along well with each other and therefore create a harmonious atmosphere. The service was great and also the little surprise with the fireworks (for no reason). Even though we arrived shortly before closing time, we received friendly service and the price-performance ratio was solid. The portions are generous and it was even too much. Was reminded again why this is one of my favorites.

Burgers and wedges were very tasty and the portion size was completely sufficient. Particularly worthy of mention is the exceptionally friendly and courteous service.

My partner and I went to this restaurant for the first time this evening. The burgers were just right, the fries were nice and crispy and the price-performance ratio was more than worth it Unfortunately we had to wait a bit for our food because it was very full. But the ambience was so nice that you could get over it. Ideal for a date for two or to end the evening

Went to dinner today with 8 people, unfortunately we were disappointed this time. All of the burgers were cold except for one that had to be remade because it came to the table the wrong way. We would be greeted with cold fries at the entrance with a row between a waiter and a female person with the words that the female person was Schlitzofren. The waiter wasn't at all interested in the fact that everyone's food was cold, we were fobbed off with the words he told the kitchen... but disappeared with the lady who was Schlitzofren... we all can't recommend it anymore. We paid for our drinks and the landlord was quite rude. We called the police because we refused to pay for the food. If the innkeeper had come to meet us and given us new food, everything would have been fine for us. The owner told us we wouldn't get any new food. We're all now waiting to see what happens next. We didn't want to harm the host or eat anything else, we just wanted to enjoy the food we ordered warm. We documented everything that wasn't eaten with photos. Simply saying sorry would have been fine and simply replacing the food that was cold. What annoyed us the most was that we had been there several times, even with more people, and there were never any problems, and when there was a problem, we were treated so rudely, and the best part was the owner's own sister called the police on our behalf. because she thought we were right

We were there this Sunday at 5:00 p.m. The food and service were top! Thank you for everything, we'll be happy to come back.

I went to this burger joint yesterday and I have to say it was a fantastic experience! The service was super friendly and attentive, and the burgers were simply incredibly tasty. The ingredients were fresh and you could taste the attention to detail in every bite. I can particularly recommend the classic Apache citizen – juicy, perfectly seasoned and with great bread. The fries that came with it were also crispy and golden brown. Definitely my new favorite place for a really good burger! I'll definitely be back!

We had burgers and wraps each with a side dish. The wrap tasted really good and I liked it better than the burger. The burger was okay, but I found the burger bun to be too thick. The ratio between meat and rolls wasn't right. Unfortunately, the fries were soggy and cold, but the wedges were good. The drinks and cocktails were fine and tasted good. The service is good, the ambience can be improved. Lots of dusty artificial flowers and miscellaneous decorations.

Well, I don't know. Waited over 30 minutes for my burger even though the place was almost empty. By then my Cola was already empty🥲 The next time I eat I'll eat a kebab. Bye cocoa friend, see you next time✌️

Consistently positive! You are called back when you have called, you pay VERY attention to dogs (our dog was given cushions on the floor and water as well as lots of lovely cuddles) and children (children's chair and sweets). The food was very tasty and attentive staff. As already written above, consistently positive!!!

Everything was great, we celebrated a birthday and it couldn't have been nicer. Very, very nice staff and they really do their best to make you feel comfortable🌞

Very tiring evening there. Drinks took 20 minutes, had to order several times because the system didn't work properly, were parked in the lounge where the heating was broken, unfortunately no vegan options in 2025 (had to switch to a falafel burger with BBQ sauce), than half had their food, we were parked, fries were lukewarm, burgers came with a fountain of sparks (looks like a child's birthday party, maybe left over from New Year's Eve), nice meant free sauce and fries as compensation. You try hard, but maybe less fancy snack and instead do the basics decently

Went there last night without a reservation. We were offered a table. Although we sat so that the staff walked past us louder, we were not served in the same way as the people who made reservations. There were two of us, we finished our drink and didn't have the chance to order food. We paid for our drink and left. We were told there was a technical error when ordering, but others were able to order. Never again, because we had so much time and looked around that we realized that the guest room could be cleaned from top to bottom.

We had a great evening with very tasty food and fantastic service! We and our kids felt very comfortable and will be back.

The service was tried hard, but everything seemed very improvised. Had long waiting times to order. The burgers themselves were ok. But the meat is a bit dry.

A truly luxurious 5 star restaurant burger - I'm impressed! Definitely one of the best in North Rhine-Westphalia and Rhineland-Palatinate. Quality is the most important thing for me, and this burger has it all: exquisite freshness, perfectly coordinated layers and high-quality, elegant packaging. A pleasure at the highest level – pure class, always happy!

So the food wasn't good, everything was cold, the burger tasted like it came from the fridge, comparable to the double pack of burgers for €1.99 from Netto and they can't pronounce their last names either

What a bad shop. The food is good, but I've never had such an un-relaxing restaurant experience from start to finish that cost me and my girlfriend our last nerve. We waited an hour for 2 simple burgers with no side dishes. The waitress constantly annoyed us whether we wanted to sit somewhere else and after we paid we were asked to pay again when we left the restaurant. First you don't serve one and then you want to collect twice.

Best restaurant where I have ever eaten!

Very nice service, but tables a bit too narrow. I can't say anything about the burgers, but I think it's outrageous to advertise good-looking chicken nuggets on their front page and picture etc., only to then serve you pre-fried pressed meat nuggets that are even worse than at McDonalds. Unfortunately, the fries aren't crispy either.

Absolutely recommended! From the first to the last minute you feel comfortable. Our burgers were freshly prepared and tasted fantastic. Super attentive employees. We'd love to come back. 😊

Today we ate at Apache and were completely satisfied. The food, service and ambience were excellent. The dishes were prepared quickly and we were even surprised with a cake and a portion of nachos on the house. The staff was extremely friendly and attentive, so we felt well looked after at all times!

The restaurant has comfortable furniture inside and is beautifully decorated. You immediately feel at home and are greeted very friendly. At the table you are given a menu and can choose one of the good-sounding dishes from it. After a reasonable waiting time, the very appealing dishes come to the table and they keep what the visual impression promises! All dishes were very tasty, the wrap was also decorated with small table fireworks - a real wow effect! The restaurant gets an absolute recommendation! Class!

When we walked in, our first impression was positive. When we were seated, our place was set up and everything started, from the wrong drink to the wrong food that wasn't ordered at all. In addition, a forgotten meal, a forgotten cutlery basket and plastic in another meal, apart from the way the young waitress was spoken to, very condescending and disrespectful. The blame was placed on her although she appeared to be fairly new. The food was then brought back and the food was remade with the plastic, but from an apology to asking if everything was OK or if you wanted new drinks - none of it, instead they were shown with ignorance. After we decided to leave after 20 minutes, we were treated rudely at the checkout and even then no further explanation was given about what had happened.

Very cool! The food was delivered almost 25 minutes before the first stated date, a cheerful, friendly driver came to the door and handed over hot food despite having traveled around 10km. First impression: very good. The food was even better than the first impression, fresh, high-quality ingredients combined into a real burger monument and rounded off with a delicious Apache sauce. Try it yourself, the makers have it 7 stars from me

We originally wanted to have the food delivered to us via Lieferando. I don't know if it was due to Lieferando or Apache, but you couldn't complete the order. In our case we just wanted to order an XXL BBQ Burger menu, but you had to choose one type of bacon, stupid when both types are "not available". So you can't order the burger at all. But it wasn't a problem, after all you can call, the service was nice and ordering was definitely easier than on Lieferando. The recommendation to order wedges instead of fries was also great. The food arrived after about 30-40 minutes. The delivery person then explained to me that our drinks had been forgotten. He also offered to drive back to get the drinks, but I didn't think it was necessary. Instead we paid less. When we opened the order, the sauces for the side dishes were also missing :( But everyone has drinks or mayo at home, the burgers were great and so were the wedges. I hope, of course, that next time the complete order will be remembered, Nevertheless, I can definitely recommend Apache and would eat there next time.

The team around Sinan is absolutely customer-oriented. The man completely threw out the front shop alone.It was crowded and he was extremely friendly, courteous and delivered confidently. From the Not to mention food. The first time in mine tipped so much in life. Cheers to this one Masterpiece, I would like more in Germany such thoroughbred restaurateurs with top staff. 10/10

My daughter and I spontaneously decided to try out the restaurant. We were totally positively surprised, the food was very tasty, the restaurant was really cozy and the entire service was very friendly and accommodating. We'd love to come back.

Bad restaurant. Waitresses intervene in conversations for no reason... Food is mixed up and the wrong thing is served. Also, you come in and they say it's cocktail happy hour, and when you get the bill you don't get it. Unfortunately I can't recommend anyone else. greeting

We ordered in the evening and unfortunately had to wait longer than expected, but the staff compensated us for the delay with a double portion of potato wedges and onion rings - a nice gesture and really good service. Unfortunately the quality of the food was disappointing this time. There was sand in the salad in a burger and a wrap, which really spoiled the enjoyment. In addition, the onion rings smelled strongly of old oil, which gave the impression that they might have saved on freshness. Overall, a mixed impression: The service was friendly and attentive, but the quality of the food unfortunately left a lot to be desired.

Delivery service of horror. From order to delivery over 3 hours. Called several times and each time they said the driver was on the way. Of course the food was cold... never again!

We've always liked ordering from Apache because the burgers are really tasty, but today will probably be the last time. Delivery time stated as 30-55 minutes, they thought it would be 7:30 p.m. That's right for the time. And placed the order at 7:40 p.m. Specify delivery time 21:08. That was okay, it can happen that there is more going on than expected. At 9:30 p.m. there was still no delivery, when you called and asked about the delivery you were cheekily lied to, the driver had already been on the way for 15 minutes. He would be on the way in 5 minutes because there was a construction site on the way. On the way from the restaurant it's 5-10 minutes by car. It's an outrage that you can't honestly say if you've overlooked an order. The order arrived, an apology was made and there were 2 fake Coca Cola free with the order. I think it's a very nice gesture, but it doesn't excuse the fact that you can't tell the truth straight away. The food was very tasty.

There used to be a nasty tappas shop here - no comparison to the Apache! The owner is super nice, friendly and helpful. We ate there with 11 people during the week, a few came later, but almost everything was served together. The food was great for everyone! Most had burgers. The side salad made the fries group jealous. The toilets are no longer fresh, but they are clean. And if I'm lazy, they even deliver! Great, gladly again.

Hammer hard roasted onions forgot no sauces delivery 30 minutes late

We ate at the Apache restaurant with 4 adults and 2 children. The food was very, very good 👍🏻 Unfortunately, one meal got lost in the computer or wasn't sent to the kitchen correctly when the order was placed, which isn't a bad thing at all. Anything can happen with today's technology. But the reaction from the service was crazy. They really apologized for it several times and there was a side salad on the house. Top 👍🏻 We were also overwhelmed by how friendly they were with children, here's a huge compliment. We felt very comfortable and will definitely come back. By the way, the cocktails are also highly recommended 😉

Food is very tasty, the staff really tries hard. Unfortunately, it doesn't work so well with larger groups. Orders were mixed up, forgotten and some cold food arrived. For smaller groups, however, everything fits. We are sure that we can still get this under control
