The waiting time is outrageous and I wouldn't recommend the food - any kebab shop is better

The food was small and not tasty and very expensive. We ordered a plate for two and it was not up to the required standard.

I ordered an XXL veal kebab in a bread bag. There was only Yufka. And I got the normal portion. For whatever reason? €8.50 😬 too expensive. . Card payment only possible from 10€. The yufka (bread) wasn't baked through and didn't taste good. Hunger drove it down, not recommended 👎🏻

I was verbally told the price for grilled lamb kidneys was 8.50 euros because it wasn't written in the menu, but when billing I would be charged 18.50 euros. The service staff couldn't speak or understand German properly and that is very difficult for orders. I didn't like it very much.

I used to often go to this kebab shop with my father, it was still good and everything was perfect. However, a few days ago I was back in this store after a long time and I was hoping that it would be like before. I had false hopes. When I arrived I ordered a kebab normally and the service was absolutely anti-social. I wanted to get an Airan in the fridge but he said that I wasn't allowed to get anything and he brought one to the table for me. At the table I got my Airan which was in a strange cup, (I wonder how you can clean a cup like that) the Airan tasted slightly of mold and was in a small cup. The kebab wasn't the best either, it was an average kebab, but you can eat it. In the end I paid and the Airan cost 3.80 euros. A total impudence!

The food was only served after an hour and was still cold. The mixed platter is not worth the price, there is far too little meat on it and it is overpriced. Most of the employees are unfriendly. I ordered rice for 6 people and fries came. I would definitely not recommend a very bad restaurant.

I didn't get the same taste when I came here a few times before, I guess I didn't make the right orders, but on my last visit, we tried lahmacun and Adana. It was amazing. Their appetizers are a bit weak, but considering the whole, I think there is no better Turkish restaurant in Karlsruhe.

Sat down outside, ordered and waited almost an hour because something seemed to be on the grill. I've never waited so long for my food, it wasn't very busy and there were hardly any seats left. Some kind of excuses all the time. Food tastes good.

So we were strolling in Pforzheim and after recommendations we went to Karlsruhe Food was delicious To be honest, I was completely embarrassed as a customer, we were 6 adults with 4 children, we also made reservations but got a place for 8. We all ordered mixed plates, the children's kebab box and kutel soup. We ordered 2 large plates of salad for dinner, but they never arrived. We spoke to the cellar, he said it would come shortly after we were almost all finished, so we canceled the salad plates. We actually wanted to drink tea, the cellar was coming back soon and he ran forward. We saw that he had the pot in his hand, but after waiting 15 minutes we were too stupid and left. As we walked out we saw the waiter smoking and drinking his tea outside. I don't think that's possible at all, we're all human, of course we forget things, but that was no longer forgotten but rather ignoring customers. We left over €250, which I think is a shame, there should be more SERVICE for the money!

Anyone who charges €15.50 for a Lahmancun with falafel and a 0.3 cola has to offer a lot in return. To say the least, I see room for improvement here...

We discovered the restaurant spontaneously today and were very positively surprised. The food tasted very good, everything from meze to kebab was wonderful. The kuzu şiş is particularly recommended. A huge compliment to the kitchen and to Mehmet, who served us very personably and quickly.

A very good restaurant, simple but very good. The products are fresh and the quality is there. I recommend grilled meats and soups. Please note that the soups are not recommended everywhere here so we recommend it with our eyes closed, we will return there.

Found by chance on a side street in Karlsruhe. Were there for about 1 p.m., lots of clean space and very friendly staff. Turkish restaurant, so not just kebab or youfka. Also Adana and much more. Fresh from the refrigerated counter. Starter, grilled pepperoni, grilled plate, everything was very tasty... I'd be happy to do it again

I hadn't eaten such a delicious and authentic Iskender Kebap for a long time. Good quality veal skewers and delicious bread with yogurt. The baklava is a dream and the tea I love. Thank you, much more like a kebab! Keep it up.

Absolut keine Empfehlung! Das war wirklich der ekligste Döner den ich jemals gegessen habe. Die Mitarbeiter sind zusätzlich extrem unfreundlich und sogar frech! Preis-Leistung ist auch absolut schlecht. Ich werde definitiv nie wieder kommen.

Service ist so schlecht wie lange nicht mehr in Deutschland erlebt. Service-Kräfte sind frech, total unfreundlich, können sich die Bestellungen nicht merken und wollen am Ende noch mit der Rechnung betrügen indem sie höhere Preise drauf setzen. Nicht reinfallen!

I had a yufka with veal. Price too expensive, quality was mediocre. I didn't particularly like it. The meat didn't have a good, seasoned taste. Too little meat. Lots of onions and other vegetables. Sauce could have been more seasoned. Maybe other food there is better. The meat counter looked good. The staff was nice.

Feel free to come in every now and then, the food tastes very good, the employees are very nice and friendly. The young operator is really cool. Price and ambience are also very good. Definitely recommended, keep it up 👏

Die Mitarbeiter arbeiten unstrukturiert und chaotisch. Habe einmal bestellt und musste die Kollegas noch zwei Mal an die Bestellung erinnern. Bei der Bezahlung das gleiche, habe dann einfach an der Theke bezahlt. Den XXL Döner gibt es nicht, ist ein ganz normaler Döner, wo der Mitarbeiter vielleicht bissel mehr Zeug reinmacht (vielleicht auch nicht, je nach tagesform des Mitarbeiters). Das Fleisch ist mittlerweile ok, nicht mehr dieser graue Abfallspieß mit 30% Fleisch. Preise sind zu hoch für solche einfache Döner, eigentlich wie überall. Deswegen 3 Sterne.

Iskender bestellt, das Fleisch ist in fett/Öl geschwommen… geschmacklich auch nicht der Hit…Portion war für 15,50€ zu wenig. Absolute Frechheit für Tee 3€ verlangen

Gutes frisches Essen. Mitten in der Stadt gelegen und auch schönes Ambiente. Kritik: ich habe als einzelne Person knapp 30€ bezahlt und das nicht mal für das teuerste Gericht und da kann man verlangen satt aus dem Restaurant zu gehen. Wenig Fleisch und wenig Reis. 3 Sterne wäre unfair. Preis/Leistung passt nicht. Gesamt würde ich eher 3.5 geben.

Waren zum zweiten Mal da essen. Beim ersten Mal war es super lecker deshalb wollten wir zum zweiten Mal hin und leider wahrscheinlich das letzte Mal. Dönerteller war sehr wenig Pommes und Fleisch. Eisbergsalat hatte schon braune Ecken und Ränder. Karotten waren trocken. Weißkohlwar schon braun. Wollte Stück Brot dazu, leider war das nicht frisch- kam kalt und etwas hart. Dönerpizza war ungelogen nur 5 Stk Fleisch drauf. Also man merkt bei "Neueröffnung" Kunden gewinnen vieles Top; nun jetzt spart man wo man kann. Schade.
