Wir sind anderthalb Stunden gefahren und alles war wunderbar. Das Essen und die Desserts waren wirklich köstlich. Alle waren sehr aufmerksam und freundlich, vielen Dank für alles! 😊😊

Auf der Suche nach einem guten türkischen Restaurant auf unserer Rückreise aus dem Urlaub entdeckten wir dieses Lokal in Karlsruhe. Es war sehr sättigend und lecker; ich würde sogar sagen, dass die italienischen Pizzen und Pastagerichte dort nicht mit unseren Restaurants mithalten können. Wir aßen außerdem Adana Kebab, Milchreis und Künefe. Der kostenlose Tee war eine nette Geste auf unserer Weiterreise. Vielen Dank für Ihre Gastfreundschaft.

Ein toller Ort für Familien! Wir waren alle zusammen dort und hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit. Der herzliche Empfang und die Freundlichkeit der Bedienung sorgten sofort für eine tolle Atmosphäre. Das Essen war ausgezeichnet: großzügige Portionen, reichlich und tadellos sauber. Kurz gesagt: ein fantastischer Fund, den ich wärmstens empfehlen kann!

Sehr fettiges İskender Fleisch. Auf meine Beanstandung, dass es zu fettig ist, wurde ich belehrt, das ich ja bewusst İskender bestellt habe und es doch „hätte wissen müssen“. Ich sagte, dass es zu sehr in Fett schwimmt.. Ich wollte daraufhin ein Çoban salatası. Plötzlich kam die Kellnerin und bot mir ein Teller Salat, das sichtlich noch länger stand (oberflächlich trocken). Sie sagte „wir können ihnen nur diesen Salat anbieten. Wir sagten dann nur, dass wir das alles bezahlen und sie einfach nur Çoban salatası bringen soll. Keine 5 min später kam dann die Bestellung. Ich würde diesen Laden nie wieder besuchen und definitiv auch nicht empfehlen!! Am Ende sind sie uns keineswegs entgegengekommen und haben den vollen Preis verlangt. Wir haben bezahlt und sind gegangen…

Leider seit langem die schlechteste Erfahrung: Vom unfreundlichen Mitarbeiter, welcher überhaupt keine Lust auf seine Arbeit zu haben schien, über das fettige, verkrustete Fleisch bis hin zu den unfrischen Zutaten (Soßen hatten eine Kruste, als wären sie mehrere Tage da gelegen). Nachtisch war auch nicht viel besser, so war der Reis im Milchreis hart und nicht gerade appetitlich. Ich persönlich gehe da nie wieder hin. Der Fairness halber sei noch zu erwähnen, dass eine Mitarbeiterin sehr nett war.

Essen ist sonst sehr gut war dort öfters aber diesmal mussten wir 30 minuten warten bis wir eine karte bekommen und nochmal 1 stunde bis essen kommt am Ende kam nichts. Bin vor zur Theke und gefragt wo das Essen bleibt. Sie haben es vergessen und wollten es nicht zu bereiten. Dann sind wir gegangen

Wir waren mit den Kindern dort und waren sehr zufrieden. Die Buttermilch war hervorragend, und die Tatsache, dass die Gäste in einem klimatisierten Bereich sitzen, ist ein großer Pluspunkt; man riecht keinerlei Essensgerüche aus der Küche oder den Toiletten. Es ist angenehm und sauber. Vielen Dank.

Leckeres Essen, sehr angenehmer Empfang

Wir haben Adana-Dürüm, eine Adana-Portion und Kavurma-Dürüm gegessen. Es war der beste Adana-Kebab, den ich je außerhalb der Provinz Adana und sogar in der Türkei gegessen habe. Ihr müsst unbedingt den Adana-Kebab dort probieren! Gaziantep Kavurma habe ich sonst nirgendwo in Deutschland gesehen, und anscheinend ist es auch nicht immer verfügbar. Ein Besuch in Karlsruhe ist ein absolutes Muss. Immer wenn wir jetzt Lust auf Adana-Kebab haben, gehen wir dorthin. 😊

Der Service war exzellent und aufmerksam, und es ist jedes Mal mein Lieblingslokal. Ich kann es absolut empfehlen, besonders Fidan Hanıms Aufmerksamkeit, die uns sehr gefreut hat. Das Essen war fantastisch! 🫶🏻😍

Also, im Allgemeinen hat es nichts mit der typischen Küche von Gaziantep zu tun; es ist einfach ein ganz normales Restaurant.

Heute zum ersten (und zum letzten) Mal dort gesessen. Hatte Lahmacun mit Salat bestellt, aber mit Döner bekommen. Nach Reklamation wurde das Fleisch runter gekratzt (zu 99%) und der Rest wieder zum Tisch gebracht. Absolutes No Go. Essen war dann kalt und Salat bestand hauptsächlich aus Zwiebeln. Nicht noch einmal!

Die beste Yufka in Karlsruhe! Das Fleisch ist immer warm und aromatisch, das Gemüse frisch und das Fladenbrot wird frisch vor Ort gebacken – ein riesiger Unterschied! Das Personal ist freundlich und zuvorkommend, das Restaurant sauber und der Service schnell. Die Wartezeit ist minimal und die Preise sind für die Qualität absolut fair. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Ich war vor drei Jahren schon einmal hier. Das Essen war damals fantastisch. Als wir wieder in der Gegend waren, wollten wir unbedingt in das Restaurant zurückkehren, an das ich mich so gern erinnerte, aber wir waren enttäuscht. Die Bedienung war zwar aufmerksam, aber der Geschmack ließ zu wünschen übrig.

Super Döner/Yufka Laden, bin Stammkunde beim netten Ali aus der Nachbarschaft! Auch der Adana schmeckt immer super. Hausgemachter Ayran auch ein Traum! Starke Empfehlung!

Der Service war wirklich klasse – sehr aufmerksam und super freundlich! Das Essen war gut und völlig in Ordnung, aber eben ganz normal und nichts Besonderes. Insgesamt ein solider Besuch, wir kommen für den tollen Service gerne wieder.

Sehr unfreundlicher alter Mann verkauft mir für 8,50 einen "Kalb" Döner. Altes Rindfleisch, zäh wie Leder, viel zu viel Sauce und Durchfall auch noch im Preis dabei. Geh ich nicht mehr hin.

Hier können Sie einen köstlichen Kebab probieren 🥙 Er ist reichlich mit Fleisch und Gemüse gefüllt, und die Pommes frites sind perfekt frittiert. Ich empfehle 👍

Einer der besten Kebabs, die ich in Deutschland gegessen habe!

Die Suppen sind sehr lecker. Die Atmosphäre kann man etwas verschönern. Schwarzertee Preise sind richtig überteuert. Der kleine kostet 2€ und grosser 3€, dabei sind andere Tee Sorten, die in der selben grossen Tasse serviert sind 2,30€...

Uns wurde Tee in schmutzigen, gebrauchten und ungespülten Tassen serviert. 😡🤬 Eine Frechheit! Es war eine riesige Enttäuschung. Keines der vier Gerichte war gut. Der Döner war knusprig und trocken. Die Bohnen waren steinhart. Der Reis war zäh. Das einzig Gute war wohl der Ayran (Joghurtgetränk). Man kommt vielleicht nur wegen des Ayran dorthin. Ich kann es nicht empfehlen.

Wir waren zu viert, zwei Paare, und hatten leider eine sehr schlechte Erfahrung. Ich bestellte einen Döner-Kebab-Wrap in einem Lahmacun (türkisches Fladenbrot mit Fleischfüllung), bekam aber stattdessen einen normalen Lahmacun. Dieser war zudem bereits angeschnitten, was sehr unangenehm war. Als ich das ansprach, bot man mir an, ihn neu zuzubereiten, was ich aber ablehnte, da die Bestellung sehr spät kam. Der Döner war extrem trocken; ein hartes Stück löste sich heraus (ich bin mir nicht sicher, ob es ein Knochen oder etwas Hartes und Trockenes wie ein Stein war). Ich hatte nach dem Essen Bauchschmerzen. Meine Frau und ihre Freundin bestellten Pommes, die essbar waren. Unsere andere Freundin bestellte Reis mit Bohnen, konnte ihn aber nicht aufessen und meinte, er sei sehr schlecht. Der Service war ziemlich langsam. Die Bohnen wurden kalt, während wir auf den Reis warteten. Nach dem Essen bestellten wir Tee, aber die Teetassen waren nicht sauber. Auf der Tasse waren Lippenabdrücke des vorherigen Gastes. Das war absolut inakzeptabel. Als wir dies meldeten, wurde uns versprochen, neue Tassen zu bringen, doch selbst nach 10–15 Minuten Wartezeit kümmerte sich niemand um uns. Schließlich standen wir auf, um zu bezahlen. Dort hieß es abweisend: „Könnten wir Ihnen keinen Tee bringen.“ Weder eine Entschuldigung noch ein Lösungsvorschlag kamen in Frage. Wir waren sehr unzufrieden und brachten dies beim Bezahlen an der Kasse deutlich zum Ausdruck. Wir werden dieses Lokal nicht wieder besuchen, nachdem wir eine so schlechte Erfahrung gemacht haben. Ich kann es definitiv nicht empfehlen.

Sie backen ihr Brot selbst. Ihre Döner Kebabs sind auch köstlich.

Leider war unser Besuch sehr enttäuschend. Wir mussten 40 Minuten auf unser Essen warten, obwohl das Restaurant nicht besonders voll war. Eine Entschuldigung oder Erklärung vom Service gab es nicht. Als das Essen endlich kam, war die nächste Enttäuschung vorprogrammiert: Geschmacklich konnte es überhaupt nicht überzeugen und wirkte nicht frisch. Zudem war die Portion viel zu klein – für den Preis definitiv unangemessen. Man wird einfach nicht satt. Auch der Service war wenig aufmerksam und wir fühlten uns nicht willkommen. Mit zwei Freunden bei Freunden zu Mittag gegessen. Wir wurden auf das herzlichste begrüßt und eingeladen Platz zu nehmen. Eine herrliche Vorspeisen wurden uns gebracht, zweimal Suppe und einen frischen Salat für mich. Brot und Wasser wurden auf den Tisch gestellt, dann kam die Hauptspeise, welch ein Genuss für die Geschmacksnerven. Authentische türkische Küche mit netten Mitarbeitenden. Auch sehr gut zum Sitzen im hinteren Bereich. Çok güzel!

Immer wieder gut. Im Besonderen der Geflügeldöner und der Adana Dürüm. Auch immer wieder türk. Essen in verschiedenen Variationen. Typisch türkisch auf großen Blechen präsentiert (System "Lokanta") und man kann dann auswählen. Meistens 3-4 Gerichte. Original türkischer Reis, sehr lecker. Das Fleisch in verschiedenen Variantionen auf Holzkohle gegrillt. Leider ist das Licht/die Beleuchtung echt schlimm.

Ich hatte eine gemischte Platte. Der Salat war gut. Das Fleisch war auch gut, aber das Ambiente war überhaupt nicht schön. Es wirkte seelenlos, wie in einer Burgerkette. Der hausgemachte Ayran (Joghurtgetränk) war allerdings lecker. Ich glaube, das Fleisch war frisch und gut durchgebraten.

Had lunch with two friends at friends' house. We were warmly welcomed and invited to sit down. A wonderful selection of appetizers was brought to us, along with two bowls of soup and a fresh salad for me. Bread and water were placed on the table, and then the main course arrived—what a delight for the taste buds! I'd give it 10 points if I could!!! Once you enter the restaurant, you feel like you're in Turkey. While visiting Germany, I found this place to satisfy my hunger with affordable, home-cooked meals, kebabs, and amazing döner (Turkish doner kebab). I definitely recommend it 👍🏼

We only ordered Adana dürüm and waited 70 minutes. Others arrived after us and received their food before us. A hefty price for an Adana dürüm in Germany, considering it only contains one Adana dürüm. The food tasted okay, but nothing special. Still worth a visit.

We ordered two veal doner kebabs but only received chicken doner kebabs. We still paid extra for the veal. A complete rip-off!!! My wife is still traumatized by it. The doner kebabs were still tasty, but it was a total rip-off!!!

We dined here on November 23, 2025, with a party of seven. Each of us ordered a different main course, and I also had an appetizer. Unfortunately, the service was very disorganized. We had to wait a long time before anyone even took our order. When the waiter finally arrived, we immediately ordered drinks and food. The drinks arrived quickly, but the food service was very inconsistent. My appetizer wasn't served until the main course was over, two people received their food earlier, and the rest had to wait considerably longer. Throughout our entire visit, it took a very long time for a server to come to our table if we wanted to order anything else. I also had to wait a long time to pay and ended up going to the cashier myself. And the restaurant was only half full. On the positive side, the staff was friendly and communicative. However, the overall service seemed unfocused and not really paying attention. The main courses were very tasty, and the portions were ample. A wider selection of desserts would have been desirable, preferably with less sweet options. Conclusion: The food was excellent, but the service clearly needs improvement. It's a shame, because with better organization the visit would have been a complete success.

Hi, this was my first time eating here. I didn't realize it was a restaurant until too late and ordered at the front. But that wasn't a problem. I had a doner kebab plate with ezme, and it was good. I really enjoyed the ezme. Personally, I found the waiter a bit inattentive, but that's just a matter of taste. I'll definitely go back again.

A very popular Turkish restaurant with delicious food, very friendly staff, and good value for money. Hygiene is a top priority. Everything was excellent!

I went to the restaurant alone, where only three tables were occupied. I waited eight minutes and then took the menu myself. I didn't like the food; the meat was full of fat. I couldn't eat it. Then I wanted to order künefe, and it wasn't until another 17 minutes had passed that a waiter came to my table. The künefe was good, but there wasn't enough syrup, so it was a bit of a mess. I will definitely never come here again.

The service was terrible. We had to wait ages before anyone even came to our table, and only after shouting out was our order taken. Shortly after, we were told that the dish we wanted wasn't available and we should choose something else. For me, the worst thing in a restaurant is ordering something that's on the menu and then finding out it's unavailable – I wanted to leave immediately. When the food finally arrived, they served the very dish that was supposedly unavailable – it was utter chaos. Communication within the team seemed abysmal, the staff were unfriendly and never smiled. The food was only mediocre. We definitely won't be returning.

My Turkish PhD friend brought his entire team here for dinner after his defense. The appetizers, drinks, flatbreads, and grilled meats were all very good, and the ingredients were very fresh. I highly recommend it.

I traveled 13 km from Antep and there was an uninterested man, I asked for beans and rice, the meat they put in it is not eaten by dogs, there was a strong smell in the rice and I left without eating it. I paid 10 Euros and there is no parking space, it is a disgrace.

I went last night to grab a doner and ordered the meat doner. What came to me was mostly lettuce and tomatoes, with a bit of meat hidden in the salad. Because there were customers, I didn't say anything. When I went to pay, I asked the cashier for the bill. He said, "9 euros." "You only put salad and some meat in it." The person next to me asked the person next to me, "Who did this?" There were no one else there, just bones. I said, "This isn't even worth 5 euros. I'm forbidden. I hope they stop trying to deceive people. After all, everyone pays. I won't recommend this place to anyone."

Pizza was very good, fresh produce as well as lamb chops and skewers were top quality, you can see all the products at the counter and the fresh Ayran was very tasty!!!

Group: Four adults, four children Impressions & Rating Ambience & Family-Friendliness The restaurant is generally attractive and clean, but not ideal for families with children. While there are child seats, there are no child-friendly distractions—no games, art supplies, or anything similar. Service & Waiting Times The service was unfortunately disappointing. The wait times for service were significantly too long and seemed sloppily organized overall. Furthermore, we didn't feel the staff were very friendly or approachable. Food The food deserves special mention: The dishes were very good—tasty, freshly prepared, and visually appealing. --- Overall Conclusion Food: 4 / 5 – really delicious and well presented Service & Waiting Time: 2 / 5 – impatient, unfriendly, long waits Child-Friendliness: 1 / 5 – only child seats, no other family-oriented offerings Recommendation: If you value excellent food above all else and are less concerned with prompt service or children's entertainment, a visit could be worthwhile. However, the restaurant is not ideal for families with younger children. I think there's live music here on weekends, and at least there's a stage here, so it's definitely worth a visit. And you can most likely rent the room for parties, especially since you can slide the glass doors, for example, for private parties.

Disappointing and simply annoying – never again There were six of us – three adults, three children – and of course we needed some space. Nevertheless, we were initially seated at a table that was far too small, and it was clear from the start that it wouldn't fit. The restaurant was completely empty, but only after asking were we allowed to move to a larger table. Why not do it like that? I ordered a gratinated doner kebab – the "meat" was completely streaked with fat and covered in gristle. Truly inedible. I immediately mentioned it, but the waiter simply said, "I'll pass it on to the kitchen." That was it. No apology, no reaction – nothing. As if nobody cared. The conversation continued with the drinks: I wanted – as offered on the menu – an Efes 0.5l Pilsner. The answer was: "Unfortunately, we don't have that." So I suggested simply pouring a regular Pilsner into a 0.5l glass – but even that, for some inexplicable reason, didn't work. Instead, I was offered two 0.3-liter bottles – and of course, they were billed individually. The bottom line: I paid significantly more for 0.6 liters than a 0.5-liter bottle would have cost. Several euros more for 0.1 liters – you really wonder if that was intentional. We came all the way from Pforzheim – and then this happened. Lousy food, no sense of service, zero consideration. You certainly won't be coming back there again – and I can't recommend the place either. You can't run a restaurant like that – a clear message: If a guest is sitting with you and the meat on their plate is over 70 percent fat and gristle – then we're not talking about taste, but about quality, which is simply not right. This shouldn't come from the kitchen. And if it does, the service team must respond, immediately and clearly. A simple "I'll pass it on to the kitchen" is not an answer – it's evasion. The guest must feel taken seriously. Period. Then there's the topic of drinks: If a 0.5-liter pilsner is on the menu and not available, why isn't a professional alternative offered? Why does the guest have to make their own suggestions? And if two 0.3-liter bottles are poured, which are then also more expensive than the original 0.5-liter, then it no longer feels like an oversight, but rather like a charge. That's not service—that's customer-unfriendly. And the thing with the table—six people, including three children, and they're seated at a table that's too small even though the place is empty? That makes me wonder: Where is the thoughtfulness? Where is the sensitivity for guests? A restaurant doesn't just thrive on menus and plates, but on attitude, honesty, and hospitality. And I didn't sense any of that here. If you want guests to come back, you have to act accordingly. Anything else is shortsighted.

Big Supermarkt with mid range food stuff and friendly staff

This restaurant doesn't deserve a star. I'm so sorry, but there were hairs in my salad and my yufka. Not only mine but my mother's had grains of sand in it, and my wife's meat wasn't cooked through. When I complained, I didn't even get the food cheaper or for free, just a dry "apology." Even though the food is generally very expensive, and despite the restaurant being empty, the food arrived late and sometimes cold, they still demand decent food. There were also wasps everywhere (sure, that's not what you get, but my children were scared and could hardly eat). So, this restaurant is a flop. I'm only giving the star to the staff because they were friendly.

The most delicious Kusbasi Pide I have eaten in Germany.

I had kellepaça soup and pita bread here. I didn't like the soup; it had a lot of cartilage and bone fragments. The pita bread was okay, but there were too many vegetables and a little less meat. Because of the abundance of vegetables, I couldn't taste either the bread or the meat. The waiters are really good, and they'll make your request right away. I'm not saying I won't go back, I will. But it fell a little short of my expectations. So, the location is nice, the atmosphere is nice, the only thing they need to do is make the food a little more flavorful.

The food was okay, but my drink didn't arrive until I asked for it, while someone else was already clearing the table with the food. The atmosphere is the worst, next to trash cans and flies. I left my food and drink and left hungry. It's a shame, it was really delicious. UPDATE: Ordered white cabbage at Yufka and received red cabbage. The man only speaks Turkish and doesn't understand my complaint...

We received old, dry desserts that were inedible and simply disgusting. On top of that, our order was taken incorrectly, but we still charged for it. This is outrageous. Definitely the last time for us!

It's clean, well-kept, and the staff is very friendly! There's a wide selection of Turkish dishes, and they're really delicious! I highly recommend it.

A very good Turkish restaurant with an extensive menu. The Aperol Spritz is especially recommended! For those who want to admire the mating calls of testosterone-fueled AMG lease owners at Europlatz, the outdoor area is the place to be. Otherwise, you can also dine inside in a very relaxed atmosphere. Highly recommended!

I live in Phoenix, AZ and came to Karlsruhe for a monthslong visit. We don’t have many (any) Turkish restaurants where I live so naturally, I started trying out various Turkish restaurants. Antep Sofrasi is the best one I found within the city center (accessible by public transport from the university I am visiting-KIT). Doner is very good but they specifically excel at Adana and mixed grill. Lahmacun is also one if the best I found. I have dined here 3 times already. I didn’t try any desserts (yet). Overall, I highly recommend this restaurant.

It's a shame that alcohol is sold here. Some shops in Karlsruhe have a sign outside the door that specifically says "no alcoholic beverages." Unfortunately, the opposite is true here. Alcohol is served, and it looks like there will be live music in the evening. They should focus more on the food. Since alcoholic beverages are served here, we unfortunately won't be eating here anymore. If they changed the concept and stopped serving alcoholic beverages, word would get around, and many more customers/guests would come.
