Anor Frankfurt Airport Restaurant & Bar in Mörfelden-Walldorf

Etwas hellhörige Zimmer, am Tage ausruhen oder schlafen schlecht. Frühstück ist in Ordnung, der Service Mitarbeiter dort sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Am 02.03. eingecheckt, auch dieser Mitarbeiter war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Frühstück für 02. und 03.02.26 bezahlt. Am 02.03. konnten wir das Frühstücksbuffet nutzen. Am nächsten Tag kamen wir aber erst gegen 13 Uhr von der Baustelle. Auf Nachfrage ob man vielleicht aus Kulanz dieses Frühstück zurück erstattet bekommen könnte, kam nur die Antwort, Mails schreiben. Pech gehabt, nicht ihr Problem. Also 11,-€ für nix!!! Wenn man es so nötig hat, dann bitte. Beim Aus Check kam dann die Frage, ob alles in Ordnung gewesen ist, ich schilderte meinen Fall und siehe da, es wurde mir von dem sehr kompetenten und freundlichen Mitarbeiter ohne zögern geholfen. Ich wusste nicht das die fähigeren Mitarbeiter morgens und abends anzutreffen sind, die Dame Mittags gehört definitiv nicht dazu. Job verfehlt. Hotel selbst, Frühstück ist soweit ok. Ausgezeichnetes Hotel, sehr gemütlich.

Ich kann dieses Hotel wärmstens empfehlen. Sauberkeit wird hier großgeschrieben. Das Frühstück ist für Kinder unter 6 Jahren kostenlos. Viele Extras (Shampoo, Seife, Duschgel, Mineralwasser, Kaffee, Kräutertee) sind vorhanden, und der Service ist sehr zuvorkommend. Gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Ruhig gelegen. Die Bedingungen hier sind viel besser als erwartet.

I arrived tired, nervous... my first question was where to park, the girl from the reception came out with me to show me, took my suitcase, all with a big smile, but that was just the beginning.I went back to the hotel, the smiling girl was still there, who gave me a great price for three nights, I was skeptical about what the room would be like, but the same girl assured me that it looked wonderful, that was true.I went upstairs and saw that the room was beautiful, I needed another towel.Pillow, I went to eat something, but I asked at the reception if I could have an extra pillowcase and soap, I left, when I came back I got everything I asked for... the credit for all this went to that wonderful girl INA,Even many larger hotel brands can dream of staff like INA, but they will never have staff like INA.

The hotel isn't expensive. Everything was really well organized. The service was excellent. So, no comments needed, everything was simply great.

We spontaneously went to the breakfast buffet without staying in a hotel. We paid €15 per adult and it was worth it. Super nice staff and delicious, sufficiently filled buffet. When I had to change my daughter's diaper, a room was immediately made available to me (as there were no changing facilities in the toilets). We were very satisfied and would like to come back when we are in Frankfurt.

My new favorite breakfast spot. I was there almost 2 weeks ago and had a very tasty and extensive breakfast. The price-performance ratio is terrific. At the bakery I probably would have only gotten a roll and a coffee, but here I was more full than I have been after breakfast in a long time. The staff was also very helpful and friendly. Only recommended 😃

Everything is great. Room clean. Staff very friendly.

Sat at the table for 20 mins and no menu brought to us, no one was eating around us so we lost hope in getting fed. Went to Chinese buffet up the road Beer is good tho closes at 11
