Very nice staff, café tastes very good

Was there with my girlfriend last Thursday, even though I had called 2 days before to make a reservation for a Christmas party on December 17th and I said that I wanted to eat with my girlfriend on Thursday and if I should make a reservation I was told I didn't need it when we did Then on Thursdays at 7 p.m. the restaurant was full, but the friendly staff still made sure that we got a table 👍🏼 it was our first time there and I have to say the food was great! And value for money too 👍🏼and a very friendly, attentive service. We'll be back.

We stopped here because we didn't want to eat in the hotel. Had a really tasty meal here. The boss was extremely nice! We're really looking forward to the upcoming vacation! Thank you very much, I can only recommend it. And just a stone's throw from the hotel!

We came here straight from the airport, arriving at 21:41 for dinner, as the website states they serve warm food until 22:00. We were greeted with “we are closing”. So not cool! We were really hoping to try the delicious food😢

Ca va, It's a shame, a shame, a shame, the famous Schlappewirt will open for the last time for all its guests next Friday, March 31, 2023. A successor has already been found, and let us surprise you with news. The month of April will be used for renovation work, so nothing stands in the way of a new opening in mid-May. We wish the new restaurateur a good start for the future after the reopening. 🆚😉🌍
