Das Essen ist wirklich hervorragend und das Ambiente gemütlich und angenehm. Ich hatte die flambierte Ente, die sehr gut war. Sie wurde in einer süß-sauren Soße zubereitet, und das Fleisch war außen knusprig und innen zart. Ich kann dieses Restaurant wärmstens empfehlen!

Ich bestellte Hühnercurry und kambodschanische Rindfleischspieße. Beides war absolut köstlich. Atmosphäre und Musik sind hervorragend. Der Kellner war höflich und das Essen kam schnell.

Die Gaststätte ist ruhig gelegen und bietet ein authentisches kambodschasisches Essen an. Es ist wirklich sehr lecker und jedem zu empfehlen, der einmal in die asiatische, speziell Khmer-Küche eintauchen möchte. Der Service ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend, wer möchte, erhält originale Eindrücke aus dem Land. Die Preise sind moderat. Wir haben den Aufenthalt und das Essen genossen.

Wir waren heute zum ersten Mal im Angkor Wat. Die flambierte Ente und das Nationalgericht mit Fisch waren ausgezeichnet. Die Küche ist authentisch und sehr lecker. Man fühlt sich hier einfach wohl.

Wirklich köstliches kambodschanisches Essen! Alles schmeckte frisch und authentisch, die Aromen waren fantastisch. Das Personal war freundlich und die Atmosphäre gemütlich. Absolut empfehlenswert – wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wir hatten einen fantastischen Aufenthalt! Das Essen war hervorragend und bot eine wirklich authentische kambodschanische Küche, die man so nur selten findet. Alles war frisch, perfekt gewürzt und unglaublich lecker. ​Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Gastfreundschaft: Der Chef war überaus freundlich und aufmerksam. Ein absolutes Highlight war seine Herzlichkeit gegenüber meinem 6-jährigen Neffen – er hat ihm sogar kleine Geschenke aus Kambodscha geschenkt, was den Besuch für den Kleinen (und uns) unvergesslich gemacht hat. ​Auch das Ambiente überzeugt auf ganzer Linie. Die Dekoration ist top und sorgt für eine gemütliche, authentische Atmosphäre, in der man sich sofort wohlfühlt. ​Fazit: Wer exzellentes Essen und einen erstklassigen Service sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Wir kommen definitiv wieder!

Essen war super lecker und das Ambiente sehr gemütlich und romantisch. Ich kann es wirklich sehr empfehlen! Wenn man Kambodscha oder kambodschanisches Essen vermisst, oder mal was Neues aus Südostasien ausprobieren will ist hier genau richtig. 😊

Kleines charmantes Restaurant. Das Essen: kleine Suppen (es gibt keine SüßSauerSuppe!) oder Salate als Vorspeise. Bei Hauptgerichten gibts große Auswahl. Wer scharf Gewürztes sucht, wird es wohl nicht finden. Die kambodschanische Küche ist nicht vergleichbar mit der chinesischen oder thailändischen. Sie ist anders. Ich werden zweites Mal hinkommen! Auf der Webseite gibts einen Link auf die Lebensgeschichte, die ein Journalist geschrieben hat. Stichwort Khmer.

Ein charmantes kambodschanisches Restaurant in Berlin mit freundlichem und aufmerksamem Service. Von außen wirkt es eher unscheinbar. Das Schild ist klein und etwas verblasst, sodass man leicht daran vorbeigeht, ohne es zu bemerken. Doch sobald man eintritt, ändert sich die Atmosphäre schlagartig. Der großzügige Raum bietet viele Sitzplätze, und die warme, liebevoll eingerichtete Einrichtung schafft eine gemütliche und einladende Atmosphäre. Es eignet sich sowohl für kleine Gruppen als auch für größere Runden. Als Kambodschanerin, die erst vor Kurzem hierhergezogen ist, ist mir aufgefallen, dass manche Gerichte nicht ganz so schmecken wie in meiner Heimat. Der Geschmack kann von vielen Faktoren beeinflusst werden, unter anderem von der Verfügbarkeit der Zutaten und leichten Abweichungen bei den Gewürzen. Man sollte also nicht erwarten, dass die Gerichte hundertprozentig mit dem übereinstimmen, was man in Kambodscha gewohnt ist. Dennoch fängt das Essen die Essenz der Khmer-Küche ein und bietet eine wohltuende Erinnerung an die Heimat. Alles in allem ist es eine willkommene Bereicherung für Berlins kambodschanische Gastronomieszene und definitiv einen Besuch wert, wenn man ein gemütliches Restaurant sucht, um klassische Khmer-Gerichte zu genießen.

10/10 Sportler paar wird bei einem 2. Personen Hotspot super satt, sehr leckeres Essen super liebe Mitarbeiter. Preis-Leistung 10/10. Atmosphäre auch sehr angenehm und entspannt :)

Nach meinem Besuch in Kambodscha hatte ich riesigen Appetit auf Fisch-Amok und war überglücklich, dieses Restaurant zu finden. Man fühlt sich wirklich wie zurück in Kambodscha – von der wunderschönen Einrichtung bis hin zum authentischen Essen. Alles war köstlich, und der Besitzer war unglaublich freundlich und zuvorkommend. Ich kann dieses Restaurant uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

After reserving a table, we arrived at the restaurant at 6:00 PM. The waitress came at 6:20 PM, and at 6:30 PM (after half an hour) we received our drinks. At 6:45 PM, the soup and spring rolls were served. Throughout this entire time, dirty dishes remained on the table, and the waitress never once came by. We had nothing more to drink by 7:00 PM. At 7:30 PM – after waiting an hour and a half for our drinks and food – we got up, paid, and left.

Though it doesn’t show in photo the atmosphere is a bit tired. The food wasn’t very distinctive just genetically southeast Asian.

The food, service and space, everything was perfect. I had Cha Trey Khmer (whole dorade) and it was amazing. I recommend sharing the dish but I devoured it as I was a little too hungry 👌

Cha Tahou Slökkre had a very delicate sauce

We were there with a larger group and ordered table-top grilled beef, seafood fondue, and a few other dishes. Everything tasted excellent, especially the grilled meat marinated in lemongrass. A definite recommendation!

This was a chance discovery and, in my opinion, a real hit. The food was all delicious. The beef salad (!) as well as the soup, main course, and dessert. Service was very friendly. I like the ambiance; the carpeted floor makes for very pleasant acoustics and a cozy atmosphere. I'll be back!

I LOVE this restaurant! The vegetarian curry soup and fresh spring rolls are delicious and the interior atmosphere makes me feel like an exotic traveling princess. Most of all, this place is owned and operated with much love, integrity and pride. Beautiful!

Good meal, good value for money, good service, friendly staff, friendly atmosphere. On our last day in Berlin we visited the Tiergarten, including the Victory Monument. Walking along the Palace we passed under the railway bridge on the way to Angkor Wat restaurant. The Mrs. and myself had decided to try Cambodian food for the first time while on the way. There was space to park the Mrs. wheelchair outside, fortunately she can walk short distances. There is no level entrance. At 5pm we were the first customers of the evening, But others came in in the hour (or so) that we spent here. It may get busier later on? We each ordered the same meal - some sort of chicken dish with rice served on the side. The menu was in German, but the staff was helpful when ordering. I had a large Coke, my wife had a small one. The total bill was just 39 Euro. My wife was amazed by the meal. I figured it was good, a bit heavy on the fresh ginger. It came with 4 separate sauces, soy - fish - hot fish - hot. We both thoroughly enjoyed our meal. The price is good value for money. When you get an appetizer and a dessert, and have multiple drinks, I'm sure your bill will increase. We did consider it, but the main dish filled us up sufficiently. We had rice left over as well as "decorative" vegetables. A happy experience. The nearby M10 Tramline quickly brought us back to Berlin Hauptbahnhof.

Nachdem wir erst aus Siem Reap zurückgekehrt waren, haben wir eher per Zufall das Restaurant gefunden. Der Chef, Dany Hok, ist ein Zauberer. Die Atmosphäre und die Qualität seiner Küche haben uns sofort wieder in die Tempelwelt von Angkor Wat zurück gebracht. Er kümmert sich persönlich um seine Gäste, seine Küche gleichen sehr dem Original. Ein Juwel in Moabit, ein Juwel in Berlin! Danke Dany Hok für zwei wundervolle Abende.

Very delicious and authentic Cambodian food. I was here for work and Angkor Wat helped sating my craving for Khmer foods away from home. Their signature duck dish is a must try!

An all around fantastic restaurant. Incredibly tasty, lovingly prepared, pleasant, friendly, courteous service, wonderful exotic furnishings. Idiosyncratic, but unobtrusive and quiet selection of music. We always enjoy being here!

Very tasty, slightly more expensive food, but you're happy to pay a few euros more for it, especially since the portion is very large. I didn't need the starter at all, you get four different dips with the summer rolls. Very friendly service and large vegan selection.

It’s our first time trying Cambodian food. The restaurant has a really cool local vibe with its decor. The food was tasty, and the stuffs were friendly. I definitely recommend checking this place out—especially for the duck dish and rice paper rolls!

A really nice restaurant, very authentic with Cambodian music, great service and the food was fantastic. The broth of the rice noodle soup was to die for, I'm definitely coming back for it.

My first time Cambodian and I love it! Spring rolls were nice and crispy and deliciously seasoned and the main courses also tasted very good. Lemongrass makes everything taste very fresh. The loving furnishings are typical of the country and the staff are extremely friendly. Gladly again!

A culinary experience, flavours, spices, textures, wonderful

How nice that there is a Cambodian restaurant in Berlin! And then such a fine one! First of all, it is very nicely and lovingly furnished, with beautiful Cambodian music in the background. The food was super tasty (the national dish Amok Trey with fish was a poem!) and tasted authentically like in Cambodia. The staff was also super nice. I will definitely come back!

A splendid monument to ancient glory, Angkor Wat is the crown jewel of the temple ruins of Angkor, unanimously crowned by a Lonely Planet jury, and rightly so, the best sight on Earth.

Ich war mit meiner Schwester spontan dort. Wir haben das kambodschanische Fondue gegessen (Rindfleisch, Garnelen, Gemüse, Glasnudeln, Reis). Es war köstlich! Bedienung super super freundlich. Einfach top ☺️

Very nice Cambodian restaurant. Even with a few vegetarian choices. I wasn't just sure if the (krupuk?) chips and some of the (fish?) sauces were vegetarian and forgot to ask in the end. The ambiente is also very nice and you can also see a big picture of Angkor Watt on the wall. ;) The waiter was very friendly just sometimes seems to be a bit overloaded and therefore we had a few waiting times in between.

As a Cambodian living abroad this makes a homesick feel much lighter. Food was good definitely recommended to try the ម្ជូរគ្រឿង( ask for a Khmer sour soup) its rich of the flavour of spices. Would definitely come again

The atmosphere at Angkor Wat is very relaxed, which is also contributed by the friendly and courteous service staff. Unfortunately there are only 4 stars for the food because the kitchen should be bolder and offer more authentic food. Many ingredients are very suitable for the German palate. But the Lok Lak was rock solid and I recommend everyone give the restaurant a try.

The interior somehow remained standing before the fall of the Berlin Wall, but: great food, very friendly service and a pleasant mix of guests (really everything there, very nicely mixed, now really rare in Berlin!)

Portionen sind groß, Speisen schmecken sehr gut, Wirt und Bedienung sind sehr freundlich. Preise sind angemessen. Ausstattung, wie z.B. die Stühle sind etwas veraltet und nicht so bequem. Parkplätze findet man auf der Straße in der Nähe. Das war mein erster Besuch in einem Kambodschanischen Restaurant und sicherlich nicht mein letzter.
