Ein wunderschönes Restaurant, die Besitzerin versteht ihr Handwerk. Alles wird frisch zubereitet, also keine Sorge, wenn es etwas dauert. Sie führt das Restaurant alleine.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und das Essen sehr genossen! Ein schöner Mittag im Angkor Borey mit einem sehr netten Service. Immer wieder gern!

Kleines, feines und sehr authentisches Restaurant, betrieben von einer tollen Frau. Das Essen war sehr komfortabel, authentisch, lecker und frisch selbstgemacht. Ich war sehr begeistert. Ich kann die klare Rindfleisch-Reisnudelsuppe und die Frühlingszwiebel-pancakes nur empfehlen! Auch der Eiscafé wae sehr intensiv und perfekt gesüßt für meinen Geschmack!

Großartiges Essen! Alle Gerichte sind fantastisch und authentisch. Ich persönlich empfehle V3 Kuy Teav Cha (ähnlich wie Pad Thai), aber auch C4 Nom Banh Jok Kompot mit Reisnudeln und Kokosnusssauce mit Chilischoten ist hervorragend. Das Essen ist leicht und nicht zu salzig oder fettig, aber sehr schmackhaft.

Ich war jetzt schon ein paar mal hier und bin immer wieder begeistert vom Essen. Lecker, frisch und authentisch. Sicher ist das kein „Fancy Restaurant“, eher Imbisscharakter. Aber besonders das liebe ich auch an Thailand. Dort sitze ich auch lieber auf einem Plastikstuhl und genieße die Atmosphäre. Und hier sitzt man draußen und schaut dem Kreuzberger Treiben zu.

Das Essen war köstlich. Das Curry war besonders lecker. Falls Sie kein Deutsch sprechen, sollten Sie eventuell eine Übersetzungs-App verwenden. Ich kann dieses Restaurant wärmstens empfehlen.

Es wird frisch und lecker von der Besitzerin selbst gekocht. Was will man mehr. Es schmeckt authentisch und einfach sau lecker. Das Ambiente darf bei so leckerem Essen keine Rolle spielen, man ist wegn des Essens hier und kicht wegen "Schöner Wohnen"!

Ich habe zwei Jahre lang als Freiwillige in Kambodscha gearbeitet und vermisse seitdem das Essen dort sehr. Als ich dieses Restaurant in Berlin sah, war ich sofort begeistert. Das Essen war so lecker und hausgemacht, und die Besitzerin Bopha war so nett und fleißig. Ich konnte sogar mein holpriges Khmer mit ihr üben 😅 Das Essen war köstlich und authentisch, und ich konnte meiner Familie ihre leckere, oft übersehene Küche näherbringen.

Richtig lecker und authentisch. Nur zum Empfehlen. Meine Mutter kommt aus Kambodscha und die Khmer Nudelsuppe ist genau so lecker wie in Kambodscha. Nach dem Essen vermisse ich Kambodscha nur noch mehr. + große Portion!

Tip top, war nur ein bisschen salzig für mich. Ich bin aber auch empfindlich was Salz angeht. Für die meisten ist es wahrscheinlich Tip top gesalzen.

Ein wirklich süßes Lokal mit köstlichem Essen. Die Besitzerin kocht und serviert meistens selbst. Alles schmeckt wie bei Mama. Einfach super.

Das Curry war köstlich, ich überlege schon, wann ich wiederkomme. Die freundliche Dame verbeugte sich aufrichtig, als ich bezahlte und ihr das Geld gab – das hat mein ohnehin schon fantastisches Erlebnis noch abgerundet! Absolut empfehlenswert!

Das ist ein Ein-Frau-Betrieb (sie bedient, kocht, kassiert und putzt) mit sehr leckeren und hausgemachten Gerichten. Ich war begeistert!

Charmantes, kleines Restaurant mit ausgezeichneter, hochwertiger kabodschanischer und thailändischer Küche. Der Laden wird von der sehr sympathischen Inhaberin alleine geschmissen. Ich habe keine Ahnung, wie sie das schafft. Wenn der Laden nicht zu voll ist, ist sie sogar für ein Schwätzchen über Gott und die Welt zu haben. Ich kenne nichts vergleichbares in Berlin.

In my opinion, a fantastic restaurant. In addition to the usual Asian fusion cuisine, they also offer authentic Cambodian specialties. The food was amazing, and it was a wonderful experience.

I cried when I found this Cambodian restaurant because I haven’t had any authentic Cambodian food for almost 3 years and I’m abroad ❤️ Cozy place, authentic food and taste, affordable price and would recommend to go like 2-3 people because it’s a mini restaurant. A nice Cambodian restaurant in Berlin with friendly service. During peak hours, it can be a little slow since the owner manages everything herself, she’s the chef, hostess, and cashier all in one. Still, I think she’s impressively quick given she takes orders and cooks on her own. The food presentation is appealing, and the shop’s decor creates a warm and cozy atmosphere. Personally, I found the dishes a bit salty, but my friend, a Cambodian-Canadian who rarely gets to enjoy Khmer food, said it tasted just right and very authentic for him. The owner also mentioned that many of her customers prefer it slightly salty, which makes sense. Because the space is quite small, indoor seating can probably accommodate around ten people at once. In summer, with the outdoor tables, she might be able to welcome more guests. Overall, it’s a charming little spot worth visiting for a taste of home-style Cambodian cuisine.

The place is very unassuming. The food (Pad Krapao) was excellent—not as saucy as I expected, but truly delicious. The waitress is also the cook and super friendly. I mentioned that I've heard the dish spicier. She explained that the dish is spicier in Thai cuisine, but that she cooks Cantonese, and it's not quite as spicy. She even gave me tips for recreating it at home. Really great! Great value for money. I paid 12 euros.

I can't understand the other 5-star reviews. The place is rather unassuming, the tables are sticky, the food is okay but not outstanding, and not cheap. The menu shown in the photos isn't up to date, and the prices have increased. We didn't like it. Our request for a half portion for our child was declined, and our request to pay by card (although the option was available) was also declined, and I had to pay in cash.

I had the lok lak, and it was honestly one of the best dishes I've ever eaten. The place is small and simple, but lovingly decorated. It's a bit hidden, but quiet, near Mehringdamm. A must-try if you like Asian cuisine.

This restaurant has a Cambodian owner so you can go and try the food like how it exactly is in Cambodia. She run the place alone so sometimes when there’s too much people, you might have to wait a bit for the food. The price is perfect and the food is quite a lot for one person. She can also change the taste to how you like. Personally, I like Lok lak (rice with tomato sauced beef sides with salad).

Great food and amazong cost. I had chicken larb which was actually spicy! Husband had red curry that actually tasted of cocoanut. Not much authentic Cambodian selection (more Vietnamese) but still amazingly good.

Really delicious authentic food, I had tofu with vegetables in peanut sauce. Large portions for a reasonable price (10€). The ambience inside is more like a snack bar. I would come back any time :)

It was such a lovely dinner. The food was very authentic and it also tasted great. We had three dishes, from the noodle soup, rice dish, and dry noodle dish. They were all different but equally delicious! Highly recommend calling ahead for space, it’s quite limited. There is only one (very hardworking) woman cooking, taking orders and serving.

The place is small and very nice, the main thing is small but all the dishes offered are delicious, I have tried 5 of them on different days and they are magnificent.

Delicious food! Especially love the fried chewy nom ka chai! Glass noodles, tom yam, and avocade juice is amazing. Meat is a little too salty in the glass noodles. Lady boss is friendly and sweet, absolutely love this eatery :)

Very good food and at a very good price. The lady in charge of cooking and serving is very friendly and you can tell that she cooks with great care and likes what she does. The best duck I have eaten in a long time. It has vegetarian options too. We will return without a doubt.

Das Essen ist super und die Köchin arbeitet sehr sauber. Es ist kein instagramable Restaurant ohne Geschmack, sondern eine süße und authentische Küche.

Een klein en intiem restaurant dat de authenticiteit van de Cambodjaanse keuken alle eer aan doet. Veel respect voor de dame die de zaak uitbaat, gezien ze alles zelf doet. Er zijn dan wel weinig zitplaatsen, er zijn ook veel klanten die komen afhalen. Ondanks de drukte moet je niet lang wachten op je maaltijd.

Mein absolutes Geheimtipp in Berlin. Winzig, aber gemütlich und authentisch. Nur 4 Tische drinnen, paar kleine draußen. So klein und fein. Die Bedienung war auch sehr nett, und vor allem hat die Bestellungen aufgenommen, selbst gekocht, Service gemacht und auch noch kassiert. Dies alles eine Person. Beim vier Tischen denkt man, es geht, aber trotzdem ein großer Respekt an die Dame. Wir haben verschiedene Gerichte probiert. Alle waren eins A-Klasse, frisch und lecker zubereitet. Man kann zuschauen, wie die zubereitet werden, da die Küche offen ist. Wir aßen Masaman Curry, Bratnudeln, authentische Speisen aus Kambodscha und eine wahnsinnig leckere Nudelsuppe. Als Vorspeise nahmen wir Frühlingsrollen, Sommerrollen und typische Vorspeise aus Kambodscha. Wir konnten uns nicht festlegen, was am leckersten war, weil alles super war. Ich wünschen allen einen tollen Appetit! Ah, Getränke holt man sich selbst aus dem Kühlschrank, finde ich super Idee. So wartet man nicht und die Bedienung spart sich bisschen Arbeit.

Das Essen ist sehr schmackhaft, frisch und ohne Glutamat zubereitet. Über das schlichte Ambiente kann man geteilter Meinung sein, ich persönlich sitze sehr gern dort im sauberen Innenraum. Die Köchin ist äußerst freundlich.

6 sterren!! We kwamen nog vrij laat met een groepje van 6 personen en werden gelijk geholpen met het maken van een leuke tafel voor ons allen. Super lieve vrouw maakte het eten zelf en deed dit goed en snel! Goede prijzen en lekker eten dus <3

Kleines Restaurant mit wenigen Sitzplätzen. Das Ambiente mag nicht viel her machen, aber die Küche ist sehr gut und das Personal sehr freundlich. Andere asiatische Restaurants mögen eine größere Auswahl bieten, aber was das Angkor Borey bietet, deutet auf einen größeren Fokus auf die eigenen Stärken. Kambodschanische Speisen sind seltener in Berlin zu finden als der Mix aus chinesischer, vietnamesischer und thailändischer Küche, der sonst vorherrscht.

The food was totally authentic, especially the Khmer noodle soup. It was a great experience and I would always come back when in Berlin. Thanks a lot and keep going. :)

So isst man in Kambodscha. Jedes Gericht wird frisch zubereitet. Die Inhaberin steht selbst in der offenen Küche und Du kannst zusehen, wie Dein Essen gekocht wird. Die vier Tische in dem kleinen authentisch anmutenden Laden sind wechselnd besetzt, man bekommt dennoch immer einen Platz, Es fühlt sich fast an, als würde man zu Hause bekocht werden. Und (das kann ich sicher sagen) es schmeckt genau so wie in dem Land aus dem es kommt. Und genau deshalb gehe ich da immer wieder hin :-) Die Gerichte sind so preiswert, dass ich es kaum zu Hause schaffen würde, für diesen Preis zu kochen.

Das Essen hier ist köstlich! Die Frühlingsrollen sind selbstgemacht und so saftig! Und es duftet so toll nach Minze, Chilli, Koriander und Fischsoße während die Köchin die Gerichte zubereitet. Außerdem ist die Gastgeberin wirklich sehr nett. Ich kann das Restaurant nur empfehlen.

A small gem in Kreuzberg. From the lady's hands to your table. Delicious and simple, fair prices. You have quite a few menu options that seemed not too different to me. Portions are big and taste good. Try the Cambodian iced tea.
