Amazing experience alltogether - the restaurant owner attends to each table to assess the needs and make wine pairings for each chosen dish and wish. We had a great time, great food and great service - highly recommended instead of normal wine tasting!

We dined at the Ochs restaurant and were unfortunately very disappointed. We ordered two appetizers, three main courses, and a children's meal. One of the main courses turned out to be a frozen schnitzel with creamed sliced ​​meat from the listed pasta dishes, instead of the advertised veal schnitzel with mushroom cream sauce. At these prices, we expect significantly better quality. With the exception of one pasta dish, the food was barely edible. Two main courses were returned almost untouched. Despite politely pointing this out to the waitstaff, there was neither an apology nor a discount or a complimentary drink. It's a shame – we really had higher hopes. This is not what we expect from good service or good food, and we unfortunately cannot recommend this restaurant.

Super nice hotel! We had a very spacious and tastefully furnished suite. It included a small roof terrace with a view of the vineyards and the castle. The entire hotel has been restored with great attention to detail and very tasteful ideas. It perfectly combines the old with the modern, creating a wonderful ambiance. The breakfast leaves nothing to be desired. The entire team was very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

We have nothing but praise for them. The food was fantastic, the dessert the cherry on top, and the service attentive and friendly. At first, I found the food a bit too mild, but with each bite, I came to appreciate what we were being served. A wonderfully balanced culinary experience. An absolute top address on the Moselle. We'll gladly return, and thank you!

We (2 people) ate there twice last week and enjoyed it very much. The first time, we were lucky enough to find a free table. The waiter was very friendly and attentive. The food was delicious. The second time, we were a group of 8 and everyone was thrilled. We ordered various dishes, and everything tasted excellent. We can't comment on the rooms.
