After a hike, we stopped at the Turngaststätte Löbau for coffee and cake. The coffee was served in dirty cups, and the staff also seemed unkempt. After complaining, we were given a "new coffee." Again, it was in dirty cups. Further complaints weren't properly addressed; instead, other guests were served our old coffee. The tables and dishes were dirty, and the staff were completely overwhelmed with more than three orders. No one will be seeing us in this restaurant again.

Definitely the best fast food joint in Löbau. Friendly service, sometimes even a little bit of fun; they're just locals who everyone knows :D My recommendation, which is always a treat, is the baked doner kebab + Anatolian pizza with garlic sauce. The smell is just very greasy, and when it's busy, it smells extremely greasy in the dining area. Otherwise, I'm satisfied and would recommend it to anyone.

We celebrated a birthday here. The food is good, home-style cooking, reasonably priced, and delicious. The drinks are really affordable. You certainly don't have to worry about whether you can afford a beer or two. We'll definitely be back.
