Thank you so much for the wonderful evening at the St. Martin's Day goose dinner! From the attentive, friendly service to the delicious roast goose, everything was simply perfect ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I was very surprised that it was so beautiful and cozy there; we felt very comfortable and were extremely satisfied with everything, from the ambience to the food – highly recommended.

The restaurant has a very nice, cozy atmosphere. I had a Wiener schnitzel. The food was really delicious, with a good salad, and I highly recommend it. One criticism is the price of the beer. €6 for a 0.5 liter beer is really very expensive. At this point, I'm considering having a second one.

Horribly loud music outside - we wanted to go there for dinner, but quickly fled again... 😨😨

The food was very good. We had zander with croquettes and salad. The ambiance was really lovely. The service was a bit lackluster. You had the feeling you weren't really being noticed as a guest. They were friendly nonetheless.

We've been here several times now, and it's truly remarkable how much reluctance people show when working here. I've never seen anyone meticulously distribute cushions and—in 23-degree heat—blankets on the chairs with unparalleled slowness, even when four tables were occupied and waiting to be served. And of course, several blankets also had to be refolded because the Lillet logo wasn't in the right place... the customers were clearly superfluous! In my understanding, customer service means that everything is ready for the customer when they open, and doesn't have to be laboriously prepared! After all, they're paying for it! The ice cream is delicious, albeit expensive, and the restaurant is nicely and tastefully decorated.

We visited the Anacapri Restaurant in Ueckermünde and had a truly lovely evening there. Even though we wouldn't call ourselves foodies, if you're looking for honest, delicious, and generously portioned food, this is the place for you. We really enjoyed our meal (a veggie burger and a Wiener schnitzel), and the bruschetta was also a huge hit. We were particularly impressed by the young, attentive staff, who regularly checked in to see if everything was okay. The atmosphere in the restaurant is pleasant and inviting. Overall, it was a thoroughly enjoyable evening for us – we'd love to come back!

Unfortunately, it was a huge disappointment. We had to wait quite a while for our food, and there was a piece of packaging in my burger, which I unfortunately didn't notice until I bit into it. However, they showed some goodwill; we only had to pay for one dish. Nevertheless... NEVER AGAIN!

Once and never again. At first, we sat outside, wondering if anyone had even noticed us. After sitting there for a while, we went inside, hoping to be served. The food also took longer than usual to prepare. To our delight, my friend had plastic in his burger, which completely ruined his appetite. Again, we waited forever to complain, but when no one came by, he went to the front – where he was initially made to wait. When he then asked the waitress if she could come over, she continued to serve us, and again we had the impression of being kept waiting. On top of that, there was no soap, and the sink drain was clogged – which, by the way, was fixed by a customer?! She asked for a glove and something to pick at. A very strange experience.

If you want to drink something other than water or coffee, you don't need to come before 12 o'clock...

A truly lovely restaurant with excellent service, delicious food, and a lovely, warm atmosphere. The food is simple and simply delicious. The delicious croquettes, in particular, brought back childhood memories. A delicious espresso, too! But above all, I would like to praise the waitress this evening. She was very attentive, very well-organized, even when the place was busy, and always polite and welcoming. A truly lovely evening, thank you so much!!!

With luck, you'll receive your card after 20 minutes, but usually it takes longer or you simply don't get served at all.

Not recommended for ice cream. Soft-serve ice cream in a sundae in these temperatures. It'll quickly end up where it shouldn't. Service is nice, but speed is something else entirely. I can't say anything about the food.

The "stone oven pizza" is a frozen pizza from Dr. Öttger…cheeky. The waitresses confirmed this upon inquiry.

We felt very comfortable here three evenings in a row. The food is delicious, and the prices are reasonable. And if you like, there are various house rum varieties, so there's something for everyone. 😋 The staff is friendly and competent; perhaps the kitchen could speed things up a bit, as when it's busy, it takes a bit longer. The rooms in the hotel are also very nice and well-equipped, including air conditioning. 👍🏻

Sometimes it's superb. Sometimes it's not so good. Right next to the market in the pedestrian area. Children can play in plain sight. Service depends on the waiters. Sometimes it's very good, attentive, and quick. Other times it's overwhelmed and slow. The food is excellent. Ice cream is also amazing. The coffee specialties are spot on. Highly recommended. It's better to make a reservation on Tuesdays, as there's live music at the market.

This restaurant is unacceptable to me. Poor service, the waitresses are "busy" with everything else, but not with the customers, who perhaps expect and desire a certain amount of attention. Everything is overpriced and extremely poor quality, in my opinion. The last time I went with my grandchildren, five "small" servings of ice cream for €51.00, that was the last straw. I've been annoyed every time I go there again. But now it's finally over; I will never set foot in this restaurant again in my life.

Disappointing Visit – Ignored and Not Served We arrived at the restaurant one afternoon full of anticipation, but unfortunately, it turned out to be a very disappointing visit. After we were seated, no one acknowledged us for a full 20 minutes – even though two different waitresses walked right past our table several times. No greeting, no quick reminder like "I'll be with you in a minute," nothing. Instead, both seemed rather bored and disinterested, almost as if they didn't enjoy their jobs. What was particularly irritating was that a pregnant woman who arrived later was immediately given a menu. Shortly afterward, a couple arrived and were also served promptly. We, on the other hand, weren't even brought a menu, and we had the feeling that we had been noticed – but deliberately ignored. After waiting for over 30 minutes without any greeting or service, we decided to leave the restaurant. It was a real shame, because we had been looking forward to a pleasant afternoon.

I never would have thought you'd have to wait over a quarter of an hour for your coffee to actually enjoy it. The staff were perhaps trying their best. The music was a tad too loud for me.

Yes and no. Nice location in the center of the old town. Unfortunately, everything was a bit disorganized. Waiters were running back and forth for no apparent reason. I waited a long time, about 30 minutes, until someone came over and asked me if I wanted the menu. I was actually about to leave. Everyone was serving everywhere and then not, and I had the impression that they were working without a plan. Some employees seemed completely overwhelmed and looked as if they didn't know where to serve. All the tables were occupied, including two overwhelmed, young, and seemingly inexperienced waitresses. Another employee ran into the phone shop next door... and came back. I felt sorry for the two young ladies; they seemed to have little support. Or perhaps no real training. The food was good, but there was no salt or pepper on the table. The ice cream sundae came without a plate or napkin. Since it had rained, the tables were wet. The menu was then placed on my wet table. It was wiped down at my request. Overall, it didn't seem very professional. The women's restroom was generally clean. Unfortunately, there were dark deposits in the toilet bowls that were older. If a restaurant doesn't pay attention to this, the restroom doesn't inspire much confidence. I realize that some guests don't leave the restrooms properly and that the staff can't constantly check the restroom. But they can ensure adequate cleaning, which, in my opinion, is lacking. Great decor and a nice ambiance are unfortunately not everything. A restaurant can also be recognized by the cleanliness of its restrooms.

We spent the first evening of our short break in June at the Anacapri and were more than pleasantly surprised. The staff were very friendly and attentive, and guests could choose their own table inside or outside (we had previously reserved one for two people). Due to the wonderful weather, we ate outside and were totally surprised that, upon request, guests could have their table placed in the evening sun. We didn't take advantage of this, but I wanted to mention it because we haven't experienced anything like it anywhere else. A rum tasting was suggested during a conversation, which we accepted after dinner in the cozy interior, which was decorated appropriately for the occasion. We were offered various rums that complemented each other (e.g., starting with cherry and finishing with chocolate for the Mon Cherry effect), and every question was answered very professionally and friendly, despite the high number of guests. It was an all-round wonderful start to our vacation, and we would be happy to return. We discovered the Anacapri through the Green Week and the Haff Rum presentation and can highly recommend it. The price-performance ratio is unbeatable and below average, at least compared to our region, the CB and the Spreewald. A higher price for the extremely tasty, regional dishes and their modern presentation would be entirely justifiable. Finally, many, many thanks to the fantastic young team and their overseeing manager for the wonderful evening, and see you very soon at Anacapri.

In the afternoon, my father was served immediately and received a free coffee because the room wasn't ready at 3 p.m. This evening, we waited about 20 minutes for the menu. Other tables were served immediately and quickly. Even a couple who arrived after us were served promptly, given their menus, and their orders taken. There's no rush here. The good man seems to be the boss here and has to keep his head on everything.

We were there for lunch. The service was unfriendly and unable to assign us a table. We then had to ask the lady at the ice cream counter for a menu. Then, one of our three orders was forgotten, so I can't say much positive about the service. The food was delicious but cold, but it was ready super quickly. The ambiance is nice, a bit cramped for such a large space, and the tables wobble.

Unfortunately, a not so pleasant experience...check-in was unprofessional and absolutely chaotic...there is now an employee who feels responsible for check-in. Check-in was supposed to be at 3 p.m., but the room wasn't ready...We then stood outside (in the rain) and waited...when we asked for the third time whether our room was ready, the responsible colleague couldn't be found. Luckily, another man stepped in and informed us that our room was finally ready... The next disappointment was that I had to lug my suitcase up the stairs alone while the young man walked ahead. Then the shock...our bathroom was outside the room...we had to cross the hallway to shower, etc....it was really unpleasant to see other guests in their pajamas at night...it wasn't clear on the internet that the bathroom was separate.... You have to prepare your own breakfast in a communal kitchen...the music from the restaurant echoes through the entire building until 10 p.m. Generally very noisy. Check-out was until 10 a.m., but no one was there. The guesthouse didn't open until 11 a.m., so a personal complaint was impossible.... Unprofessional, disoriented employees (temporaries), etc., are at work here.... Among the colleagues, it's more of a (very risky) collaboration... people call each other, among other things, "sweethearts"... the partners of the (employees) spontaneously drop by every now and then for a chat... never experienced anything like this before....

We had a great evening! The service was very friendly, fast, and competent. The young, brown-haired waitress, in particular, took great care of us.

We've been there several times. Special praise goes to the extremely friendly service, and all my curious questions (purely out of curiosity as a chef) were answered honestly. The food was truly delicious and plentiful; there was a bit too much salad on the plate, but that's certainly a matter of interpretation.

We ordered standard dishes from the menu. Right from the start, the waitress told us they didn't have burrata. After that, we waited over an hour for our food—and we're still waiting. Horrible.

Even one star is too many. Everyone around us is eating ice cream sundaes. The waitress then explained to me that there was no ice cream menu. So I ordered a caramel shake. What can I say, to everyone's surprise, that wasn't available either. The waitress then became unfriendly.

A nice, quiet place with clean tables and chairs. The ice cream and smoothies are not recommended. The ice cream is just bland vanilla soft serve with toppings and arrived half-melted, even though it wasn't particularly warm. The smoothies weren't blended all the way through and had frozen lumps in them that obviously shouldn't have been there. It took forever for us to pay, despite them calling for our attention. It's a real shame.

We ate there with a group of eight. After a long wait, even though the restaurant was nowhere near half full, the drinks we ordered arrived. The Pina Colada was a complete disaster, the Aperol Spritz, beer was okay. The herring was stingy with remulade, the schnitzel was quite small, and the amount of fried potatoes was also rather meager. There was a small welcome from the kitchen beforehand, which consisted of toasted herb bread and a bowl of garlic paste sauce, something like that. All in all, we would choose a different restaurant next time.

Went here for coffee and had delicious cake and great ice cream. But the top hit was the rum from Haffrum.de. You have to have it at home. Excellent selection and superbly built.

Ein Teller voller „Fett“! Der Backfisch war Fertigware und die Panade war in Öl ertränkt! Die Bratkartoffeln waren „ hübsche Würfel“ auch vollgesogen mit Fett! Der Salat wurde mit auf den Teller gequetscht, nicht abgeschmeckt und ein bisschen Dressing (wahrscheinlich aus dem Supermarkt) in kleinen Häufchen hübsch drapiert! Die Remoulade war auch nicht hausgemacht und fett! Der Burger meines Mannes fiel in die Kategorie „geht so“! Obwohl wir eine große Flasche stilles Mineralwasser bestellt hatten, bekamen wir eine hübsche blaue Kanne mit Leitungswasser! Die älteste Servicekraft an dem Abend, kannte nicht einmal den Unterschied zwischen Tafelwasser und Mineralwasser! Sieben Euro für Leitungswasser fand ich frech! Mein Mann bekam das Angebot, er könnte das Geld für das Wasser zurück bekommen! Warum verlangt man nicht gleich einen realistischen Preis?! Man erspart sich viel Ärger und vermeidet schlechte Bewertungen! Ich werde dieses Restaurant nicht mehr besuchen und auf keinen Fall weiter empfehlen!

Just have a nice day in Uede, drink a sparkling cocktail and eat some delicious ice cream at Anacapri. This restaurant is located directly on the Ueckermünde market and is really recommended. Everything is correct. The server is super accommodating and nice. The drinks have it all and the ice cream is a sin..... worth it.... :)

Unfortunately we were not served even though the employees saw us. We weren't even given the card. The same thing happened to a couple who came after us. Then they got up and moved on. We moved to the brewery opposite. We were given the menu straight away and were served in a friendly manner.

You feel wanted as a guest and treated very courteously. The food was very good and the rum tasting was great. Anacapri will definitely be a stop on your next visit to Ueckermünde!

Unfortunately you have to give at least one star! After waiting for over an hour for two dishes, one of them was completely wrong. Despite very few guests in this restaurant. The "service" employee expressed his regret, but this was more like a cliché. We ordered matjes and 1x chicken breast fillet on a bed of braised vegetables (there was no sign of this. When asked, it was said that the meat was gratinated. There was actually a strip of pepper on the meat. That was the end of the issue for the employees. The employees basically couldn't bring a smile to the guests, let alone serve them in a friendly manner. Clearly the wrong profession was chosen here. According to the report, the toilet also hasn't been cleaned for over two days. A real eyesore for Ueckermünde! All in all, I can only advise against this restaurant. You really get more and better service at every snack bar. And you definitely don't have to wait that long.

Women's Day Party was a sentence with x. 20€ entry! where we asked ourselves what for?! Then drink tickets that you had to pay for in advance, if you didn't consume them, well, bad luck! Service underground. You had to get your own drinks. Statement from the service person: It would be too stressful (serving and mixing cocktails). It's strange that there was enough time to dance. The evening was very disappointing.

We spontaneously ate there in the evening on September 28th, 2023. The waitresses were friendly and even available for a bit of fun. The food came to our table very fresh and tasty. I found the ambience outside very nice, especially the fireplace. A table lamp was brought to us without saying anything. I can only recommend it.

Very good restaurant! We docked in Ueckermünde with the boat for a night. When our stomachs growled in the evening, we went to the market in Ancapri. Conclusion: The three of us enjoyed the food very much and the staff was friendly. As a nightcap there was our own Haff rum, which we really enjoyed. Definitely a recommendation and we would come again. 👌

We would have expected more from Anacapri, there were only 3 pizzas to choose from, unfortunately they weren't as expected either. However, the waiter was great and very friendly.

Hello, we are here often! The staff is always super friendly and quickly fulfills your wishes. The food is always super tasty and you can tell that it is freshly prepared. Prices are also completely reasonable. We'd love to come back, next time we'll have another cocktail!!😘

Hier isst man nur einmal und nie wieder! Es fängt mit der Sauberkeit an. Das Tischtuch war verdreckt und die Salz-und Pfeffermühlen klebten regelrecht. Der Kellner hatte schlichtweg keine Motivation. Zum Thema Küche: Der Koch sollte seinen Beruf überdenken- vielleicht wäre er in einer Kantine besser aufgehoben. Die Pizza bestand aus einem minderwertigen Fertigprodukt, darauf Tomatenmark (???) ein undefinierbarer Käse ( Scheibletten?) der darauf gehobelte Parmesan waren regelrechte Brocken, alles mit Liebe hergestellt…….einfach nicht lecker. Die Pasta war auch ungenießbar, nichts abgeschmeckt. So ein Lokal darf sich nicht Italiener nennen - eine Schande!!!!
