Everything was great, really friendly service, breakfast was an expensive treat at 18 euros for each of us with 3 children, but otherwise really ok.

Hier isst man nur einmal und nie wieder! Es fängt mit der Sauberkeit an. Das Tischtuch war verdreckt und die Salz-und Pfeffermühlen klebten regelrecht. Der Kellner hatte schlichtweg keine Motivation. Zum Thema Küche: Der Koch sollte seinen Beruf überdenken- vielleicht wäre er in einer Kantine besser aufgehoben. Die Pizza bestand aus einem minderwertigen Fertigprodukt, darauf Tomatenmark (???) ein undefinierbarer Käse ( Scheibletten?) der darauf gehobelte Parmesan waren regelrechte Brocken, alles mit Liebe hergestellt…….einfach nicht lecker. Die Pasta war auch ungenießbar, nichts abgeschmeckt. So ein Lokal darf sich nicht Italiener nennen - eine Schande!!!!

Very very very nice staff, especially the young man with the glasses. Unfortunately, the priorities are not focused on cleanliness. There was hair hanging on my glass and some of the glasses were broken. The draft beer tasted rather inferior, one of three cocktails was tasty, the advice was good. Unfortunately we would have to wait an hour for the food and the ashtray. The beer tent set was quite uncomfortable and we were driven away by it. No comment on the toilets, there was at least a liter of urine next to the toilet. Still a nice evening.

August 15, 24, in the evening around 6 p.m.: My dish was good, the service was also friendly (a bit crazy, the young man forgot that I wanted to pay, but his colleague came straight away). Nice location on the market square, also tastefully decorated, BUT: Although I'm not super picky, I almost felt sick when I went to the toilet: a very pee-stained toilet seat smeared with blood, a slight trace of excrement on the inside of the door... I'm sorry sorry, that's why I missed it and I wouldn't come back again. It's a shame actually.

We come to Ueckermünde every year on vacation when we go to the Szczecin Lagoon. And every year we enjoyed eating our ice cream sundae here, which unfortunately changed today. A really nice female waiter welcomed us warmly and organized a place for us in the shade (thank you very much for that). However, a young waiter then continued to serve us, who was very unfriendly and slow and expressed his professional misplacement due to his inability to deal with customers properly. It took forever for him to even come to take our order, then he forgot the cream in two ice cream sundaes. It's not a bad thing, it happens to everyone sometimes, but then trying to bill for it and getting stupid when you want this part to be taken off the bill. Incredible. What's really good are the sizes of the ice cream scoops. Even though they cost 2 euros each, they are delicious and huge. Next year we will probably choose a different place for our ice cream sundae.

Unfortunately very poor service and unfriendly staff. So no more for now.

Great restaurant, great ambience, nice service

The food was ok, both the pizza and the burger were a bit dry. Unfortunately it wasn't possible for my daughter to order a smaller pizza, so we had to take half of it with us. When I wanted to change something again a minute after ordering, it was no longer possible, even though the food didn't arrive until after 20 minutes. Not very service oriented. The ambience is very nice and also very pleasant with the music. It's a shame that the service is so underplayed here.

Food and ice cream sundaes were delicious. Had no problems with the operation. Came immediately.

Hello everyone, The food itself is always delicious and we were never disappointed! The drinks are also very good there, especially the cocktails! Only some of the operations are really questionable or not very customer-friendly. The first time we weren't served for almost 30 minutes and left. A small side note: The restaurant wasn't very full or there wasn't much going on. A waitress was there, but she didn't serve us. The restaurant wasn't close to closing time either. I also went there today with our child to get a bullet on our hands. There was a lady in front of us who placed a very large order: a lot of ice cream sundaes. There was only one waitress at the counter who was looking after the ice cream parlor (while someone sat opposite and didn't do anything. You could have helped the other waitress, simply because the restaurant was also full - that has something to do with team players do, and it would have been a great thing in the name of the restaurant too.) I stood there with the child and we looked at the ice cream and in the same breath the waitress said that it could take 5 minutes or longer (with one not in such a good mood, but you can look away here, because the lady was visibly overwhelmed by the situation). Then a friendly young man came and saw that we had been waiting for a while and took over from the lady and served us. But I would also like to emphasize that there are 3 absolutely friendly waitresses there! Who keep a great face in the name of the restaurant and absolutely understand their job! There are always good days and bad days in the restaurant, and we had just had this one, but we had also had many great evenings here!

The iced coffee and ice cream were great :)!! Really very tasty!! The service seems clumsy and overwhelmed, maybe the staff here has just started, you have to make yourself known to get a card.:( Unfortunately there were no napkins for the ice cream or iced coffee. Otherwise we'd love to come back :).

Service dismal, forgetful and slow. Food still wasn't there after 1 hour and only came when we asked and then the starter and main course came together. The burger was topped with greasy, old lettuce, the pizza with Black Forest! Ham. Not to eat either.

Very nice accommodation (Room Lugano). All of my criticism is at a very high level, so I would rather see it as small suggestions for improvement :) The shower in the room gets extremely hot and therefore needs to be adjusted very precisely. Otherwise, this is our second visit here and we felt very comfortable this time too! Breakfast was included in the price but would also be worth the extra charge of €18. What's very nice: Each room has its own small refrigerator in a separate common room. Unfortunately, the Internet is such a thing, streaming is difficult I can't understand the criticism from some people. It really isn't an "art" to operate the RGB light in the room. It just takes a few tries to find out what is meant for what. There is also a large FREE parking lot (on Ueckerdamm) right in town, I would say it's less than 7 minutes on foot with a suitcase! All in all, we'd love to come back!

We sat in front of the restaurant for at least 15 to 20 minutes. The waitress probably came out 4 or 5 times to serve guests, but was unable to turn her head to the left. Then maybe she would have seen us... since it was overpriced anyway, we saved 💰.

Were there yesterday and sat on the beautiful market square. The ambience was great, especially because there was quiet music playing in the background. The food was OK, but could be improved. The Parma pizza didn't have Parma ham, but country ham or something similar. It didn't taste like a real Italian pizza, but it was okay. That evening, two waiters served us, one of whom seemed very pushy. He talked about how he was only new to the restaurant but was perfect for the job. However, he cannot remember table numbers and bills. When asked if he could clear our plates, he said it would be too much for his brain.

The ice cream sundaes were delicious and at a fair price. Ambience also quite good. If you can sit outside on the market square. Clear recommendation from me.👍🏻

We had a wonderful evening at Anacapri. The service was super friendly and warm and went out of their way to ensure that we had a nice evening. The food was very tasty and the restaurant itself is beautifully decorated and lovingly designed. We'll definitely come back, just because of the delicious rum they have there :)

We were in Ueckermünde for 2 days and stayed at Anacapri. There was nothing to complain about. Super nice reception, nice staff and friendly at all times. The rooms are stylish, modern and comfortably furnished. We felt comfortable from the first moment and would love to come back. It was a perfect match. Thank you for the little break with an immense recovery effect.

It was great, the food was extremely tasty 😍. The waitress Anni and the cook Christian are extremely nice, hard-working and know what they are doing. We made a reservation and were shown straight to our table when we arrived. Me and my fiancé were very surprised at how beautiful the table looked. I didn't think it could be so nice to catch up with Valentine's Day.❤️ I can't complain and recommend it to everyone. All 5 stars are completely justified.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I reserved a table for myself and my fiancée to catch up on Valentine's Day. In the end we found a great and beautiful table, it looked so great, big praise to the waitress Anni, she puts in a lot of effort and is very nice and friendly. 😄 I had a steak au four for dinner and I have to say it was a pleasure! I have rarely experienced such a good steak au four anywhere. It was very great and I would like to thank the chef Christian who conjured up this meal for us. It was world class👌👍 We definitely come by once a month to enjoy the food there. As for the ambience, it all looked very nice, great decorations, it also had an old-fashioned flair and I really liked this as I'm an admirer of old-fashioned things. My conclusion: I gave it 5 out of 5 stars because me and my fiancée really liked it and if I could I would give it even more!

The room, bar, entire interior of this “hotel” feels like home, beautifully decorated. And everything in one place. Great food, great bar and also an incredible room, warm colors, very cozy! Rarely seen and experienced like this. Ate in the Steak o Four restaurant, also very tasty and appetizingly prepared. Service very nice. We thought the breakfast idea for the morning was great: you have your own fridge with breakfast already prepared, rolls can be made in the hot air fryer and everyone can cook their own eggs the way they like them. Simply great, just like at home.

I was surprised for my birthday. A beautifully decorated table awaited me in Anacapri. The ambience and furnishings are super nice. The staff was immediately there and totally friendly. Very stylishly furnished and a very good kitchen

We were there for lunch at the end of November 23, after it was always packed in the summer... The store was empty, service was quick and friendly. The kitchen team seemed to be having fun with (probably a little too) loud electronic music. A little fuss in the dining room would have been pleasant to bring the kitchen and the conversations of the other (only) guests into the background. The food was okay, also price-wise. We had steak au four and chicken breast with tomatoes and mozzarella gratinated, both with salad and sweet potato fries. Fries: Very good, dip also delicious! Salad: So-so. Chicken: Very juicy and tasty, but it didn't feel like it came from the grill (as described) but rather from the pan. My husband ate steak, it seemed tasty and plentiful! Two meals, a large beer, a large apple spritzer for under €45 is totally okay (these days)! Conclusion: Go back and try burgers, fish or tarte flambée!

Sehr netter, kleiner Laden mit hervorragendem Essen und riesigen Portionen!!! Die Vorspeisen würden schon als Hauptgericht reichen... Leider passte das überaus lecker aussehende Eis nicht mehr in unsere Mägen... Überaus Kinder -und Hundefreundlich... Preis-Leistung ist völlig angemessen...

Das Ambiente ist ok, der service auch nur das Essen war leider nicht selbstgemacht nur aufgewärmt und dann noch lauwarm. Für den Preis und die Gegend erwarte ich dann doch selbstgemacht und Brot zu der Suppe wäre auch schön gewesen.

Wir kamen außerhalb der Saison, alle anderen Restaurants waren Sonntags 12:00 geschlossen. Das war ein Glück für uns denn wir fühlten uns hier sehr wohl. Vielen Dank und jederzeit gerne wieder.

Ich war das erste Mal dort essen es war nicht viel los, die Bedienung war sehr freundlich, die Mitarbeiter sind alle samt recht jung meiner Meinung nach. Haben immer einen lockeren Spruch auf den Lippen aber sind sehr höflich. Das Essen (Schnitzel mit bratkartoffeln) war gut, nicht das beste aber es war echt gut. Das Ambiente ist echt schön kann man auch mal gemütlich ein Eiskaffe oder ein Bier trinken gehen.

Ich habe Quarkkuchen gegessen und meine Familie Eis. Mit dem Stück Quarkkuchen hätte ich Fensterscheiben einwerfen können. Es war gerade mal 1cm hoch und einfach nur fest. Ich weiß nicht, wie man das so hinbekommen kann. Alles anderen Gäste schienen eine bessere Wahl getroffen zu haben. Deren Quarkkuchen sahen ganz anders aus. Ich weiß nicht, was ich da bekommen habr. Das Eis meiner Mittessenden war gut im Geschmack, leider nicht sehr ansprechend angerichtet. Auf die Frage, ob alles in Ordnung war, sprach ich es auch an, leider erhielt ich eine wenig professionelle Reaktion: Zahlen müssen Sie aber trotzdem. Auch wenn die Saison vorbei ist, darf man hier mehr erwarten, wenn man auswärts isst, sollte das Essen doch mindestens so gut schmecken, wie zu Hause.

Service freundlich aber sehr unaufmerksam, lange Wartezeit bei Getränken, trotz weniger Gäste und reichlich Personal. Getränk wurde einfach vergessen kam erst nachdem im Gasthaus nachgefragt wurde. Essen geschmacksneutral . Keine Flexibilität, kein kleiner Salat möglich noch ein größeres Würzfleisch. Schade schönes Ambiente Wenn es kein Lob an die Küche gibt und gefragt wird warum es keins gibt. Sollte die Antwort akzeptiert werden!

Die Lage ist fantastisch. Leider lässt der Service zu wünschen übrig. Man wird als Gast nicht wahrgenommen, nur abgefertigt.

Sehr schnelle und freundliche Bedienung. Der Eisbecher zu 7,90 € war sehr gut. Habe auch vor einiger Zeit den Matjes mit Bratkartoffeln gegessen. Sehr lecker. Ist zwar kein Hexenwerk, aber das Ambiente und der Markt sind sehr schön. Ich komme gerne wieder. Meine Bedienung war ein junger hübscher Mann. Ich hoffe, dass ist richtig.😄

Wir waren im Gästehaus Anacapri und somit auch im Restaurant zum Abendessen. Das Personal war freundlich und witzig. Die Speisen sehr lecker und die Preise sind total inordnung - das Auge isst bekanntlich mit. Die Cocktails sind sehr zu empfehlen. Da es uns so gut gefallen hat, sind wir am 2.Abend ebenfalls wieder ins Anacapri Restaurant gegangen und auch da war wieder alles TOP!

Schönes Restaurant von Innen und schöne Sitzgelegenheiten draußen. Das Essen war sehr gut gewesen (Hähnchen von dem Grill mit süß Kartoffeln in Pommesstreifen und Salat mit dip. Kleines Radler, die Apfelschorle mußten wir zurückgeben weil da der Sprudel gefehlt hat, wir haben aber sofort ein neue Apfelschorle bekommen. Personal war sehr freundlich gewesen.

Mein Essen, ein Schnitzel Wiener Art, war gut aber ausbaufähig. Die Kartoffeln und der Salat hingegen waren super. Die Bedienung war schnell bei uns und auch sehr nett. Unser Essen kam schnell an den tisch, so dass wir nicht lange warten mussten. Das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis empfanden wir als gut. Wenn wir mal wieder in der Gegend sind kommen wir gerne wieder.

Wollte mit meiner Familie schön essen gehen. Leider sind wir wieder gegangen da es keinen Kinderstuhl dort für unser Baby gibt was sehr traurig ist da es dort schmeckt und das Personal nett ist.

"richtig gut" geht anders, der Service ist ausbaufähig, Tisch wurde nicht abgewischt, voller Aschenbecher blieb stehen. Das Angebot an Pizzen war mit drei verschiedenen überschaubar. Es kam zu einer Margherita. Die war in Ordnung.

Ich war zu Gast im Anacapri, habe selten so schöne und liebevoll eingerichtete Hotelzimmer für diesen Preis gesehen. Abends war ich im Hotelrestaurant essen und war absolut zufrieden.

Ob Frühstücksbuffet, ein Kaffee am Nachmittag oder Abendessen....Das Team ist freundlich, emphatisch, aufmerksam und man spürt die Freude, mit der sie ihren Job ausüben. Auch das Angebot und die Qualität der Speisen, verwöhnen kulinarisch jeden Gaumen. Die Getränke sind sehr vielfältig und auch persönliche Wünsche werden bei der Zubereitung berücksichtigt. Sollte mal etwas fehlen, nach Ansprache wird sofort freundlich und verständnisvoll reagiert. Das Ambiente auf dem Marktplatz, einladende Haffrumbar, gemütliche Sitzmöglichkeiten, wärmende Feuerstelle, sanfte Beleuchtung und Decken für frische Sommerabende lässt keine Wünsche offen. Erleben Sie selbst....

Hier sollte man unbedingt vorher reservieren. Das Ambiente und Personal hat uns sehr zugesagt. Essen ist eine kleine Auswahl, aber die Gerichte halten, was sie versprechen. Die 30cm spicy Pizza ist wirklich spicy. Bruschetta mit guten Zutaten, tollen Parmesan, und die Cocktails sind einfach lecker.

Die Speisen sind 1a. Wahnsinnig schnelle Bedienung gab es auch dazu. Das Beste war aber die EuroDance Musik am Vormittag. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Preisesin auch in Ordnung.

Wir waren in der Vormittagszeit dort, um einen Kaffee zu trinken. Wir haben draußen Platz genommen und wurden kaum bis gar nicht beachtet, es wurden stupide weitere Tische und Stühle aufgebaut ohne uns eine Karte oder ähnliches zu bringen. Nach einiger Wartezeit kam die Bedienung mit den Worten "was wollt ihr denn?" Tja.. was wollen wir denn? Wir hatten noch nicht einmal die Chance zu schauen, was es zu Trinken und zu Essen gibt. Nach kurzem hin und her, brachte sie uns die Karte. Wir wollten dann drinnen an dem Tresen bestellen, um es etwas zu beschleunigen - dabei keine Spur von der Bedienung. Später kam sie wieder raus und ließ uns wieder warten. Wir sind dann wieder gegangen.. ohne Essen und Getränk Schade...

Im AnaCapri wird man auch als Radler sehr herzlich empfangen. Freundliches Personal. Das Zimmer ist sehr gross, sauber und äusserst geschmackvoll ausgestattet mit allem was man sich wünscht im Urlaub. Essen war auch köstlich!

seid Jahren sind wir Gast in Ueckermünde, aber außer einen Kaffee haben wir hier nie etwas genossen. Dieses mal, an einem Montag, Montags hat gefühlt alles in Ueckermünde geschlossen, erst mal Kaffee und Kuchen, die waren so gut das wir am Abend noch zum Essen vorbei gegangen sind. und am nächsten Abend nochmals. Was auch mit der wunderbaren Kellnerin zutuen hatte. Im Herbst kommen wir wieder.

Der Service war nicht sehr freundlich, man konnte länger warten. Eis aus der Karte war teilweise nicht verfügbar. Der bestellte Erdbeerbecher war mehr Sahne als Eis und mit künstlich schmeckender Erdbeersoße garniert. Der Besuch war eine Enttäuschung. Am Nachbarstisch wurden falsche Drinks gebracht obwohl eindeutig verständlich bestellt wurde.

Im wunderschönen Ueckermünde befindet sich das Café in bester Lage auf dem Markt im Stadtkern. Leider ist der Service miserabel. Unser erstes Getränk haben wir erst nach ca. 50 Minuten erhalten. Von fünf bestellten Essen wurde eins komplett vergessen. Auf die nachbestellte Mayonnaise warten wir noch heute. Leider können wir diese Lokalität in bester Lage nicht weiterempfehlen.

ich war bei einer ffreundin zu besuch in ueckermünde und wir wollten nett ein eis essen gehen. unsere wahl war das Anacapri. wir bestellten beide einen Joghurt-eisbecher. ich mit Heidelbeeren, meine freundin mit Erdbeeren. was bekamen wir??? einen eisbecher mit Heidelbeeren, wo nicht ein tropfen Joghurt drin war. meine freundin einen normalen Erdbeereisbecher. das erkannten wir anhand der rechnung. Die Bedienung wußte nicht einen einzigen einwand meiner beschwerde zu rechtfertigen. das die Sahnemaschine defekt war, kann man entschuldigen. aber das die eisbecher weder auf einen Teler serviert werden, noch man eine serviette dazu bekommt, ist peinlich ohne ende. noch schlimmer ist, das zu den hohen eisbechern NUR normale kaffeelöfel gereicht werden. ohne sich die finger dreckig zu machen, funktioniert das eisessen aber dann nicht. den kellner darauf angesprochen, kam, das man keine anderen löffel habe. Ein restaurant, das mit hochglanzbildern für das ganze wirbt, schlampt bei diesen kleinigkeiten? zu guter letzt,beim bezahlen wurde mir 10€ zu viel heraugeben. ich orderte den zahlkellner nochmals an um ihn auf seinen fehler aufmerksam zu machen. später erfuhr ich, das das der Sohn des Chefs war. Lieber Herr chef; wie wäre es denn, dem Personal, inclusive Ihrem Sohn mal die billigsten Höflichkeitsformeln zu lehren. Denn weder bitte noch danke sind Ihrem personal bekannt. Ich hätte Ihnen dieses Lieber als mail zukommen lassen, aber selbst auf Ihrer neuen Page, finde ich keinerlei Kontaktmöglichkeiten, außer Telefon für Bestellungen!!!!!
