An An Vietnam & Thai Cusine in Hamburg

We had dinner here while travelling in Hamburg. We missed the rush, so got a seat easily. The food was really good. We had wanton soup, duck and beef stir fry which were amazing. Nice and fresh. The staff were really friendly.

Excellent restaurant, large and very tasty portions. Sitting inside is pleasant and quiet from the hustle and bustle of the streets.

We had a good meal there. The place is very busy and the service is sometimes overwhelmed. The cigarette smoke from the smokers on the terrace bothers people eating inside due to certain movements, since everything is open.

The service was friendly which we appreciated. However, the food itself was quite bland—definitely not what we were hoping for. One thing to beware of: they charge 2 euro per glass of tap water, and ours wasn’t even cold. It felt a bit sneaky. Overall, decent service but underwhelming food and disappointing extras.

We live in Sydney in an area that has lots of c Vietnamese restaurants just like this. The restaurant is clean and simple, but the food does all the talking. We found all our dishes really flavoursome. Big portions. If you feel like authentic Vietnamese in a casual environment this will do the trick.

Very nice and comfortable service. We had the Vietnamese-style wok noodle with one shrimp and one duck each. It was very tasty. The food wasn't completely overloaded with sauce but it really was the right mix. Always happy ☺️ Only the location of the restaurant is not that inviting but don't let that put you off. It tastes really good.

The only good thing about this place was the peace and quiet – probably because it was almost completely empty. Now I know why: something in the dish tasted oddly moldy, and we were charged extra for swapping rice with rice noodles without being informed. Only recommend if you’re looking for something close to the station and are willing to pay for an overpriced flabbergasting experience- the „gas“ is literal..

Delicious. We were there after the Harry Potter Theater performance. We didn't have a reservation. The store was half full. The atmosphere is a bit old. The service was great. The food was even better. Everything is freshly prepared. I had miso soup and duck. I would happily come back just for the miso broth.

It's an okay place. The food was okay for the price, but didn't taste much. The staff cleared the table almost before we had taken the last bite. The decor is cozy, but it is very dark in there, so we had a little difficulty reading the menu.

Little Asian at the back exit of the main train station and then 300 m past the Hotel Reichshof. We had a delicious Vietnamese meal, quite authentic in fact, with very friendly service. We can fully recommend the restaurant.

If you need to add fresh vegetables to a meal, Vietnamese is always good. Great selection. Starters are a good portion to allow for a main too.

We had to wait longer for a train in Hamburg with bikes and didn't want to have dinner in the hectic, crowded train station. The An An was just around the corner, where we sat outside in the evening sun and had a delicious, fresh and cheap Vietnamese meal. The food also came quickly.

Really not a good meal for relatively much money. Hamburg is expensive but this is overpriced. The menu also mentions Vietnamese dishes and at the end you have “Asia” snack standard on your plate. Lots of fat, glutamate and little fresh. Not worth it!

If you place your order after more than 2 hours. If you don't want to wait, please order here. The waiting time updated and increased several times, we were lied to on the phone that the driver was already there and the order would be delivered immediately. Nothing arrived and we went to bed hungry. Thanks for nothing! 🤬🤬🤬

Visit to the An An restaurant with Vietnamese and Thai cuisine, Lange Reihe 2 in St. Georg. In very warm weather, fast and very friendly and attentive service.

Had some delicious food at the restaurant An An! I was alone and was able to get a table myself and got my food freshly made within 12 mins or so. 🔹I ordered the crispy chicken with some rice and it was amazing! Not only was the quantity fulfilling, but the flavors were really good. The dishes will definitely make you want to come back for more and try something new! 🔹The restaurant had good seating and the decor was also nice. 🔹The staff was super friendly. 🔹The food prices I would say are reasonable as the quantity is a lot. If you're in Hamburg, I would definitely give this restaurant a try!

We actually wanted to have lunch at an Asian fast food restaurant in the train station, but luckily we decided on An An at short notice. Very tasty food. Can only be recommended. Highly recommended as a drink are the homemade lemonades.

Went here two times, one ok, one not so good. The first time I had the Pho, it was ok, but not amazing. Next day I asked for recommendations and they recommended fried noodles. There was no taste at all, I asked for any sauce, suggested hoi sin and lime, but the server just told me to use soy sauce. Very disappointed since it has good reviews. All in all, food wass tasteless and boring and service not so good.

Cute little restaurant with a top price-performance ratio. A meat eater, a vegetarian and a vegan all got their money's worth. You can also use the restaurant with a wheelchair if you have someone accompanying you.

Food rather mediocre, location near main station good We were a little disappointed in the taste. The pho and the rice noodle with chicken were just ok. The beef in the pho was gray in appearance and the chicken in the rice noodle dish was only sparsely available and the entire dish was too sour. The wontons were tasty but very expensive. We were shocked about the cheap mini spring rolls that everyone knows and can be dispensed with...
