Delicious food and very friendly

I actually really enjoy ordering here; the pizza and burgers are delicious. The barbecue sauce is absolutely terrible. I got a barbecue pizza instead of a Bahamas pizza. The ingredients aren't really a problem, but the barbecue tastes unpleasantly sweet, as if it contains pineapple and cinnamon. Unfortunately, it's inedible for me. @Operator: Please reconsider the BBQ sauce, or, if it actually has fans, at least avoid confusion.

So we can't complain. The food is always very good and the value for money is unbeatable. Delivery is always fast and the food is fresh. The staff is always friendly. Keep up the good work.👍

In my opinion, American Top Pizza is not recommended. Unfriendly and very unhygienic. The employees have no manners. I will never order from American Top Pizza again!

We ordered pan pizza and it was the worst pizza ever had. Please don’t wast money.

On July 6, 2025, at 6:10 PM, I ordered 2 burgers and 1 fries. I waited exactly 3 hours for my order. The food that came was good, but it was worth throwing away. The fries didn't get cold, they were almost frozen again. The burgers weren't wrapped in aluminum foil; they also got completely cold. The driver probably takes 10 orders and then drives around town for hours. It was a Silver Polo (in case the owner is wondering which employee it was). Waiting isn't a problem, but it is when the driver leaves the food in the car 3 hours after it's ready. I would give it -5 stars for something like that. I'm glad it's not allowed.

Have been ordering for many years. Was always satisfied. Delicious pizzas, delivery almost always reliable. Can't understand the negative reviews.

Perhaps if you are injured you should see a doctor and have your symptoms documented. You can also inform the local health department if you suspect that the restaurant has unsanitary conditions. My order KM4YJB: was placed at 4:38 p.m. and was delivered at 6:31 p.m. The restaurant owner refuses to refund and instead offers a 10% voucher on the next order, which is insufficient. Conclusion: A 10% voucher is a disgrace if you have received bad goods.

Ordered at 7:45 p.m. still hasn't been called and the driver has apparently been gone for half an hour and they don't have any respect on the phone either

We ordered 2 pizzas for lunch. The boss himself was very nice, he recommended it to us, you could see straight away that he does everything with heart, he customized the pizzas according to our wishes and even gave us extra toppings for free, such as ketchup, chili, garlic sauce. He is very nice. We gave him a little tip, which he was very surprised and happy about. I can recommend it to everyone here.

American Top Pizza really convinced me! The dough is perfectly crispy, the ingredients are fresh and the selection of toppings is simply unbeatable. I particularly enjoyed [the curry chicken pizza] – simply heavenly! The service was super friendly and the atmosphere was pleasant. Regardless of whether it's collection or delivery, it always goes smoothly. I'll definitely be back - highly recommended!

I'd highly recommend this place. Pizza tastes good, they have a lot of options, such as beef salami and different styles. I have no clue why other people say this place is great then proceed to give 3 stars when the personal is super nice, they remember even your name and address if you order more regularly. The seasoning is very good here. They don't have bland pizzas and you can definitely taste that. Prices are very reasonable and I like the crust and consistency of the dough. Great place. And yes I have also ordered in delivery and it taskes usually like 30min. If it's really busy it could vary but that's also valid to me.

We ordered again because we were hoping it would be a one-off, but no: ordered at 7:45 p.m. and it said almost 1 hour. Didn't answer the phone at 9:00 p.m., then reached someone at 9:15 p.m., he just left, he was there at 9:45 p.m. I have to say, by car on Sunday, a maximum of 10 minutes to us. The food was lukewarm and you could tell he had been on the go for ages. The woman on the phone is lying. Instead of her saying it can take up to 2 hours, no, it's better to annoy the customer again today. Now it was the very last time, impudence...

First there should be a 2 hour waiting time for a delivery to Kasing. After 2 hours 15 minutes and asking, they were told that it was coming soon and that the supplier was already in Kösching. After another 30 minutes and checking the email again about the status of the delivery, there was another 50 minute wait. When we asked further by phone, they suddenly said we had given the wrong address. Without being told what to say on the phone and when the supplier's employee got louder, I also got louder on the phone and was hung up without comment. I expect that the amount I have already requested back via PayPal in the amount of €57.09 will be transferred to me immediately.

Pizza inedible, staff absolutely unfriendly

Delivery arrived quickly, I thought it was great. Apparently the delivery person wasn't that enthusiastic and had to give me the change not in my hand but on the pizza box. No hello or goodbye came from him, just a cheeky “16€”.

I'll never order a pizza there again. I just ordered a pizza. I had it delivered, waited almost 2 hours and the pizza was still cold and didn't taste good.

I've been buying pizza and other things here for years and have always been satisfied with the price and performance. It's just a simple shop, but the people are friendly and the delivery service is pretty quick. Sometimes there was a lack of understanding on the phone. You have to speak loudly and clearly and repeat so that nothing wrong comes out of it.

Ordered via our own app, waited for 1:30 hours, no one answered the phone and then discovered on site that it was suddenly closed on Friday evening without notice?? But online ordering with money collection works, of course

Absolutely miserable food. Pizza has no taste and was delivered cold, 2 hours after ordering. A friend ordered Bolognese, which was absolutely inedible. The sauce was probably already spoiled which would explain the subsequent stomach problems + nausea and vomiting. When you called this store you were shouted at and said: "Then just order somewhere else!" Then they simply hung up. It's a shame you can't give 0 stars. The health department should take a look at this store.

Ordered at 5:28 p.m Delivered at 6:58 p.m. The driver doesn't say a word... no hello, just enjoy it. When I wished me a nice evening, he left without a word. So...then I was still looking forward to my food, which I waited 1 1/2 hours for. We had fries...totally soggy, cold... like they've been standing there for hours. Pizza was a total meal... also cold as a tack and had zero taste. The song service no longer sees me.

DIES IST KEINE HASSREDEN, SONDERN EINE WAHRE ERFAHRUNG. meine erste Rezession wurde abgelehnt, warum? Weiß ich nicht. Darf wohl meine negativen Erfahrungen nicht posten. Darf wahrscheinlich keine realen Zitate wiedergeben. pizza schmeckt mir dort sehr gut, deshalb 2 Sterne aber der service und Kundenorientiertes handeln vom CHEF, note 6. schlechter geht es nicht mehr. ich möchte betonen das diese Rezension nur beim Chef und einer Dame so ist. bei einer anderen Dame werd ich immer sehr höflich behandelt. ich hole meine Pizza immer selber ab. am Telefon wird man erstmal unfreundlich angeredet und man muss sich schon sehr anstrengen um den Chef überhaupt zu verstehen. Pizza kostet laut karte 11,60€, und ich war da Ich selbst viele jahre mit kunden gearbeitet habe IMMER HÖFFLICH angefangen hat es damit, das der Selbstabholerrabatt von 10% einfach mal gestrichen wurde. das bekommt man aber erst beim zahlen mit, nachdem man fragt warum ich weniger rausbekomme als angegeben? es wird einem nichtmal gesagt, sondern stillschweigend abkassiert. paar Monate darauf hat man in einigen speiseflyer gesehen das das mit dem Rabatt durchgestrichen wurde, aber nur bei ein paar. kuz darauf holte ich wieder mal eine Pizza, ( ich holte fast jeden Sonntag dort eine Pizza ), da bekomm ich auf 20€ auf einmal nur noch 7,40€ raus. auf nachfragen hat der Chef ziemlich unfreundlich und plump gesagt, alle pizzen 1€ teurer. schön, sagte ich ich will das bitte vorher wissen. wenn ich mein Wechselgeld nicht zähle bekomme ich das gar nicht mit. hab mich dann ziemlich deutlich aber höflich bei ihm beschwert das das so nicht geht er muss das bekanntmachen. auf anfragen auf eine Rechnung zögerte er. aber ich bestand darauf und sah dann das er den Betrag erst jetzt in die Kasse eingab. möchte nicht wissen wie viel er ohne beträge in die Kasse einzugeben kassiert. heute habe ich wieder eine Pizza bestellt und nach unfreundlichen "kannst du in 30 min kommen" auch abgeholt. dort angekommen, sieht man einen Zettel am Plexiglas kleben, "alle Pizzen einen € teurer als auf der Karte". gut dachte ich endlich mal ein Zettel der darauf hinweist. ich legte 20 € hin und bekam 7€ zurück. ich sagte: "die pizza kostet doch laut karte und dem Zettel hier 12,60€". darauf der Chef:"nein 13". ich meinte nur das ist das gleiche wie die letzten male. du musst das bekannt machen vorher und nicht stillschweigend abkassieren. der murmelte dann sehr laut irgendetwas von Benzinpreisen 2€ oder so. das habe ich nicht genau verstanden. aber ich denke ich weiß was er meint. nur das ich immer meine pizza selbst abhole, das hat er nicht kapiert. somit hat der Chef endgültig einen Stammkunden verloren. ich sage nichts gegen den preis allgemein, aber wie dieser preis immer zustande kommt,....... selbst abholen tue ich deswegen, weil mein Ort etwas außerhalb liegt und ich 30€ Mindestbestellwert habe. kein Problem eigentlich, aber der Mindestbestellwert zählt bei zubereiteten Speisen. Getränke, eis ect sind da außen vor. ich wollte mal bestellen da wir bei einem spieleabend Hunger bekommen haben. dachte 63,40 € reicht durchaus. aber weit gefehlt. die Pizzen machten 28,60€ aus und man sagte mir es müssen 30€ sein. nach meiner frage ist das euer ernst, wurde einfach aufgelegt. die irone dabei ist. 35m weg von meinem haus ist der Mindestbestellwert der stadtübliche von 15€. da dort die Stadtgrenze ist :)

Wenns ums Pizza bestellen geht gibt's bei mir nur eine Option. TOP PIZZA.. Ich bestelle immer dort weil man dort für sein Geld noch ordentlich Pizza bekommt.. Bisher waren alle Pizzen die ich bestellt habe echt top. Und die große Pizza ist dort halt wirklich groß nicht wie bei anderen..

5 points for the service because they properly guide us which items are halal and which are not halal. since it is the biggest concern for us and many tourists that comes to europe :D the representative is muslim, but somehow they also serve pork too. one must confirm before ordering. 100 points for sincerity and trust. even though they knew they might loose a customer, they told the truth!!

Wie immer sehr lecker und dazu noch faire Preise im Vergleich zur Konkurrenz.

Zur Pizza kann ich sagen der Thunfisch war trocken die Shrimps waren sehr kleine Krabben und Pizza war ohne Oregano der Kunde nach mir bekam eine kalte Pizza die er im Vorfeld bestellt hatte da die bedienung sie zuvor einen anderen Kunden servierte der erst nach ein paar Minuten nach der Speise Karte Fragte und meinte wieso er eine Pizza die er nicht bestellt hat serviert bekommt die Bedienung hat die Pizza einfach in ein Karton gepackt und den richtigen Kunden gegeben der sich natürlich beschwerte darauf hat die Bedienung aber nicht reagiert der Kunde hat sich Lautstark noch außerhalb des Restaurants beschwert

Bestellen dort öfters, Pizza ist sehr lecker, doch das ärgerliche, Bestelle jedes mal mit "EXTRA BROKKOLI" und trotzdem ist nie extra Brokkoli drauf!! Ist wirklich sehr ärgerlich!

Super netter Service, super schnell, auch am Sonntag Nachmittags um 16.00 gibt's lecker Pizza für die Kinderparty zwischendurch!👌😁😋
