A great diner. Highly recommended.

Hello everyone, I thought the food was great as always, I like to go here often, the service and ambience fit for an American diner. The selection is great and the special burgers are always a hit.

Always delicious there. Eat here regularly. Only the ambience could be slowly revised. The waitresses were all very friendly and quick.

Delicious burgers and every Monday there is a huge special burger. Which one will be announced on Facebook this weekend. However, it is better to make a reservation as it is often very full. The food is available quickly when picked up.

Nice American burger restaurant. Yummy. The food is authentic. The rooms at the front are great. At the back it is no longer so typical and is extremely narrow. More space there please. Nice outdoor seating for the summer. There are some parking spaces in front of the house.

The best dinner in the Karlsruhe region. The staff is polite and very accommodating. Also recommended for wheelchair users. Even 5 years after my first review and compared to many dinners in Europe, this dinner is simply the best in terms of quality, price-performance and service.

Been terrible. Burger cold and dried out. Not to mention the taste. The milkshake that was topped with ice cream was simply a kaba that was totally oversweet. It smelled really bad in there and the whole thing itself was unpleasant. Prices are good for an American diner but what you get (what we ordered) wasn't good.

Cool dinner with a European-USA flair. The service was top! Attentive, friendly and on the ball. The burger 🍔 was good/okay. As soon as I'm in Karlsruhe again I'll have to come by again. Maybe then the burger sauce doesn't have that refrigerator taste. It was probably because nothing was going on.

I actually had good memories of the diner, but the experience was thoroughly mediocre. The burger was okay, but I'm sure the patty was frozen. The potato wedges were floury. I had hoped for much more. Too bad. But the service was okay.

Unfortunately there was no more food 1 hour before closing time, so I walked an extra 15 minutes. It would be good if this were reflected in the opening times.

We wanted to eat in the shop today, the lady behind the counter was a bit older, had black hair and was very, very unfriendly. If you don't feel like doing the job, you should leave the store straight away because of her because she was so unfriendly.

A good American diner in a real American diner building with Wurlitzer and really nice people. The opening times from 4:30 p.m. are stupid, especially if you want to go there with kids on the weekend

Burger Ranch was not my taste. I think there are better burgers. However, taste is always a thing. Very nice staff and on the ball.

Gave up food. Order didn't arrive. Staff made aware of this. Kitchen was already 2 minutes later. Only got chicken burgers. No discount… No receipt… What can you say about that…

A touch of America in the middle of Durlach. Classic American diner as you know it from the USA or from various films. In the entrance area there is a classic diner, in the extension a mixture of diner and German architecture. Good selection of burgers, milkshakes and barbecue appetizers. American beer and cola and changing special dishes. Quality is good food, the food is delicious and so it is always worth a visit.

Unfortunately, the quality of food on every corner has deteriorated significantly while at the same time the price has increased significantly. The chicken nuggets are a far cry from what a chicken comes close to makes up. Please reconsider or remove it from the menu!

It is definitely advisable to reserve a table here, especially if you are coming as a couple or on a date. The atmosphere is simply great – like a real American diner. The food was excellent, the burger was by far the best I've ever eaten. The ambience fits perfectly with the style of the restaurant. The service was also impeccable, the team is friendly and attentive. If you're in the area I highly recommend stopping by - I'll definitely do it again!

Ambiance in the front area and in the beer garden was great, but pretty bland in the back. Today the service was unfortunately mediocre (obviously new, so still ok 😊), the room at the back was overcrowded, the burger was cold, but the cola was warm... all in all not (anymore?) recommended.

Nice atmosphere and you feel a little in America. The food is okay, but it was somehow better a few years ago. The burgers were good but now there are other good locations too. Service is also good.

It took 40 minutes to prepare one burger

We have been here several times and often pick up something. Unfortunately this time it didn't work at all Unfortunately, they forgot to hang up the phone for over an hour so we couldn't get through and couldn't order. Afterwards we decided to just drive there. Unfortunately it was very busy, which is ok, but then we ordered take away, this took 40 minutes. It would have been ok but unfortunately the burger was cold when I picked it up and the fries were no longer as fresh this time and were already cold. It's a shame we weren't happy this time Hopefully it will be better next time.

I have to admit that the food used to be much better and more. It's still good, but this time my burger patty was pretty well done and hard 😅 Everything else was great though. But I can't understand why some people here write that you could just get food from McDonald's. The waitresses were all really, really nice :) I also think it's great that ketchup and mayo are on the table right from the start 👍🏻 At many restaurants you ask 10 times and still have no mayo / no ketchup for the fries.

Very inviting, great restaurant with a nice beer garden. The burgers were delicious, large portions with coleslaw and fries. All the waitresses were very friendly and quick. I would love to come back, highly recommended

This is the best tastiest burger I've ever eaten and the staff are so polite, I'll come again anyway, the food isn't expensive and if it's busy you can still order and they're ready in 20 minutes when I came in they had them Invited me straight away for a drink, I'll definitely come again😋😀

Ordering doesn't work. Half of the paid order was not given, despite the waiting time of an hour. The Wedges side dish consists of a single piece. Incredibly bad service. Unfortunately money and time wasted.

One of the best experiences you can have in Karlshure. The dishes are very well served, large, beautiful and tasty. The attendants did everything possible and impossible for us to serve us well (even speaking English) they tried to speak in Portuguese, Spanish and Italian. Very fair value.

The sweet mustard burger is great. The Caesar salad and the wedges are good. The chicken nuggets are OK.

I was frustrated before I found this restaurant, simply because I have been living here for ten years and never found a restaurant that serves an authentic hamburger, until I found this restaurant and it restored my hope of having a good lunch 🤩 The staff is very friendly and lovely (you don't wanna miss that in this country) and the experience is amazing, the decoration makes you feel like you're in a modern western Hollywood movie. If you're looking for a real burger, go to American Diner.

If you've ever been to the USA, you know that - apart from the ambience - it has nothing to do with an American diner. Unfortunately, the burgers were mediocre and tasted like typical frozen food. The buns were dry and the burgers overall tasted like those from conventional fast food chains (BK, McD). The mozzarella sticks were definitely overpriced. Overall, the price-performance ratio is not justified and incomprehensible. The employees were friendly and motivated. The ambience is also nice, but the burger quality can definitely be improved. For €16 I expect a good burger!

Not being a fan of American food..it is a nice place where I could find some salad and eggs for me. The others were so happy about having burgers &co. Delicious milkshakes! Parking nearby, you can sit inside or outside. Reservations are required. Recommended for all burgers fans 🤗

Went to dinner for the first time today. As a starter we had the dinner mixed platter. For the main course we had burgers. 1x the Ranch Burger and 1x the Mississippi Burger. The burgers were super tasty. The service staff was super friendly and accommodating. The dinner is beautifully decorated. We will be back.

Ambience is a bit old school! Everything is not so fresh anymore. But the service is very hardworking and cleans everywhere. Top!

Absolutely stylish diner with an American flair. Super friendly and attentive staff. The selection of drinks ranges from typical root beer and typical shakes to the local Durlacher Turmberg Bräu. The menu is rich in burger variations, including veggie versions, and typical diner finger food. Depending on the season or time, there is a special burger. We recommend. The portions are just as large as you would expect in American cuisine. But the taste is absolutely amazing. Some of the best burgers I've ever eaten. Definitely a recommendation. Everything is right here, especially the price/performance ratio. You should definitely reserve in advance.

Order was misunderstood. The burger was ordered to be picked up and was simply thrown into the packaging. Vegetarian pattie was hard inside and wasn't even grilled properly. The burger tasted just as it looked. Was my last visit with you.

Der Flair ist top. Die Burgerpatties sind nicht besser als bei Burgerking. Das Pulled Pork schmeckt ok bekommt man zuhause aber auch selbst besser hin also kein Kassenschlager das Chilli ist ganz gut die Milchshakes auch aber es gibt viel bessere Optionen in und um Karlsruhe.
