Amberd in Berlin

Die Speisekarte ist OK, die bekanntesten armenischen Gerichte sind natürlich vorhanden. Ehrlich gesagt für eine sehr authentische Küche halte ich das Restaurant jedoch nicht, es hat einfach ein bisschen von „Armenien“ gefehlt. Vorspeisen waren recht OK. Das Lula schmeckte tatsächlich sehr gut und frisch, ich würde vielleicht empfehlen etwas mehr gegrilltes Gemüse hinzuzufügen um einen besseren Geschmack vom Grill zu haben. Der Lachs war nichts besonderes, der Safranreis sehr gut. Die Rolls waren gut befüllt, sehr positiv aber hat nicht viel mit armenischer Speise zu tun. Das Interior ist recht einfach und hübsch gehalten, man könnte vielleicht ein bisschen armenische Musik spielen😅. Die Kellnerinen sehr freundlich!

Die Gerichte überzeugen durch eine hohe Qualität und sind sehr lecker zubereitet. Auch das Angebot für Vegetarier ist gut aufgestellt, was für diese Küchenrichtung positiv hervorzuheben ist. Ein wichtiger kulinarischer Hinweis für die gezielte Auswahl: Das Restaurant bietet kein Halal- oder Koscher-Fleisch an. Der Service agiert zudem aufmerksam, freundlich und gut organisiert. Ein gravierender Schwachpunkt des Lokals liegt in der Inneneinrichtung, da es sehr in die Jahre gekommen wirkt und es dem Gastraum spürbar an Gemütlichkeit sowie zeitgemäßer Gestaltung fehlt. Dieses optische Defizit trübt das Gesamterlebnis erheblich und führt trotz der guten Küchen- und Serviceleistung zu einer spürbaren Abwertung im Gesamteindruck. Praktische Pluspunkte: Die bargeldlose Zahlung per EC-Karte wird problemlos akzeptiert. Wer über das mangelhafte Ambiente hinwegsehen kann und den Fokus rein auf den guten Geschmack der Gerichte legt, wird hier gut bewirtet. 🇦🇲🍴

Das Essen ist unglaublich lecker und frisch. Der Kebab und das Frühlingshähnchen waren einfach himmlisch. Und das Brot, das serviert wird, ist unbeschreiblich – man versteht es sofort, wenn man es probiert. Super sauber und guter Service. Der eine Stern für die Atmosphäre kommt daher, dass das Restaurant nicht voll war und die Stimmung dadurch etwas getrübt wurde. Aber das Essen und der Service haben das wieder wettgemacht.

Eines unser Lieblings-Restaurants in Berlin. Das Essen ist jedes Mal fabelhaft lecker! Der Service aufmerksam und super nett. Eine Reservierung von größeren Gruppen ist absolut kein Problem. Es wird dann auch auf Extrawünsche eingegangen. Du kannst dein Essen auch telefonisch bestellen und abholen. Wir kommen jedes Mal absolut gerne vorbei! Absolute Empfehlung für jeden, der gerne sehr gut und authentisch armenisch essen gehen möchte.

Sehr enttäuschend: Das Essen war kalt, geschmacklich schlecht und dafür viel zu teuer. Absolut kein gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis – nicht zu empfehlen.

Das Restaurant Amberd ist ein absoluter Geheimtipp! Schon beim Betreten spürt man die warme, einladende Atmosphäre – ein Ort, an dem man sich sofort wohlfühlt. Der Service ist unglaublich aufmerksam und herzlich, ohne aufdringlich zu wirken. Man merkt, dass hier mit Leidenschaft gearbeitet wird. Das Essen ist einfach hervorragend: frisch, aromatisch und perfekt abgestimmt. Jede Speise wirkt liebevoll zubereitet und bringt die traditionelle Küche auf ein beeindruckend hohes Niveau. Besonders beeindruckt hat mich die Balance zwischen authentischen Aromen und moderner Präsentation. Auch das Ambiente stimmt bis ins Detail: stilvoll, gemütlich und ideal für einen schönen Abend – egal ob mit Freunden, Familie oder zu zweit. Nur der Rollo soll auch bitte nur mit Gemüse und ohne Käse angeboten werde, der wurde mir zwei mal verboten.

Der beste Döner, den Sie jemals auf der ganzen Welt essen werden! Frisch, lecker, voller Geschmack.

Traditional, excellent Armenian cuisine that has reached the highest standards in all of Berlin. You need a reservation and a lot of taste, otherwise you won't appreciate what's being served. Simply insanely good and delicious

I went to Amberd, and the food was really delicious overall – the mixed appetizer was fresh and varied, and the mixed kebab was well-seasoned and juicy. However, the rice wasn't hot enough, so the butter couldn't melt properly. The grilled tomato was also a bit too small for the portion, and unfortunately, no lemon was served with the meat – that would have rounded out the flavor even more. Still, it was a nice visit, and I'd love to come back!

The best persian kabab is made here, even though it is Armenian restaurant. Owned by three Armenian Persian brothers, this place is a must. The food has outstanding quality and flavors. Everything is freshly prepared in the kitchen. This is the best food you will eat in Berlin. Take your guest there and they will love you for it. and don't forget to reserve in advance since they are very popular and it is always packed.

The Ambert Restaurant offers first-class and very tasty food - it is the best Iranian food you can find in Berlin, even if it is not explicitly advertised as Iranian. The cleanliness of the restaurant is commendable. I noticed that the staff changes frequently, which is surprising. The service could still be improved. I can say that the quality of the food corresponds to the price, which although not cheap, is reasonable for what is offered.

Enttäuscht . Armenische Küche mit iranischen Koch ? Ich fand es nicht lecker. Wo findet man in Armenien einen frischen Salat mit Dressing was nur nach Essig schmeckt ? Angeblich wars Haus Dressing. Zum Hauptgang hatte ich ein Lamm Kebap . Schon OK aber wenn man danach so ein schweres Gefühl im Magen hat und richtig zu tun damit , dann war’s doch nicht gut. Sorry. Kein Lob sondern eher Kritik. Es gibt definitiv Luft nach oben ;((

This Armenian restuarant is run by an Iranian/Russian team that has roots in Armenia, and serves as something of a neighborhood gathering spot for Persian-speaking Armenians and Iranians. Though the staff is friendly and well-intentioned, the food is just OK, even if reasonably priced, the ambiance minimal and the wine, while generously poured, is somewhat rough. Unfortunately there is no reason to come here unless you are part of the regulars. Inexplicable great reviews. I wish I could write otherwise as there is some good energy here, but it is what it is, and you are better off experimenting elsewhere.

Համե՜ղ։ Klingt fast wie "Hammer", ist aber armenisch für "lecker". Beides trifft hier eigentlich zu. Sehr freundliche Bedienung, dezentes, entspanntes Ambiente mit traditioneller armenischer Kunst und das Essen war 1A. Lautes Telefonieren oder ähnlich Störendes habe ich nicht erlebt. Zum Ausgehen sehr zu empfehlen.

Richtig enttäuscht. Haben eine Woche davor reserviert per Mail und Telefon , haben auch eine Bestätigung bekommen . Als wir da waren hieß es plötzlich das sie von nichts Wiesen und auf Russisch wollte der Chef auch nicht reden abwohl er davor russisch geredet hat . Schade das man heutzutage wird nach Sprache und Herkunft sortiert

Sehr freundliche Bedienung. Leckeres Essen, wenn auch nicht ganz so gut, wie im Semiramis. Dort ist es etwas originalgetreuer. Es werden keine armenischen Cognacs angeboten. Die Einrichtung ist sehr spartanisch. Das richtige Auge für eine gute Atmosphäre fehlt hier. An den Fenstern ist teilweise eine Lamellengardine montiert, was einen Büro-Charakter verleiht. Außerdem würde es dem Raum gut tun, wenn die Lichter nicht flackern würden und alle Tische immer gedeckt wären. Kerzen haben gänzlich gefehlt. Einladend geht anders. Leider werden Gäste auch nicht darauf hingewiesen, dass ständiges und lautes Telefonieren die anderen Gäste stört. Ebenso wie die dauernde Fütterung von Hunden direkt vom Teller.

Schönes Restaurant ohne Schnickschnack, etwas abseits der Touristenströme. Sehr nettes Personal, hervorragend zubereitete Speisen. Sowohl Vorspeisenplatte als auch Rollos und Lammfilet mit Einer großen Portion Pfannengemüse sehr empfehlenswert! Gern wieder!

Absolut positive Überraschung! Wir waren mit einer größeren Gruppe von Arbeitskollegen heute hier essen. Keiner von uns war zuvor in den Restaurant oder hatte armenisch gegessen. Durch die Bank waren wir am Ende alle absolut zufrieden. Wir hatten verschiedene Aperitifs, Weine und Biere zu trinken. Alles gut serviert und fair im Preis. Die Bedienungen haben sich die ganze Zeit über gut und freundlich, aber nicht aufdringlich, um uns gekümmert. Auch beim Essen hatten wir alle möglichen Vorspeisen und Hauptspeisen. Eine besser als die andere. Vor allem die tolle Würzung der Speisen und die top Qualität von Fleisch haben uns alle überzeugt. Es gab ehrlich gesagt nur einen kleinen Kritikpunkt. Es war in dem Nebenraum, in dem wir saßen, sehr laut. Ich würde das Anbringen eines Schallschutz empfehlen, um den Hall zu verringern. Ansonsten werden wir sehr gerne wiederkommen. Tolles Essen, gute Getränke und angenehmes Personal. Dazu ein echt gutes Preis-Leistung-Verhältnis. Was will man mehr?
