Wir waren mit einer Besuchergruppe zum Mittagessen im Amadeus. Die Kommunikation vorab und auch danach war einwandfrei und freundlich. Der Service vor Ort sowie die Qualität der Speisen perfekt. Hat alles wunderbar funktioniert was manchmal gerade bei Gruppen nicht immer so einfach ist. Deswegen lieben Dank und wir werden wieder kommen.

The breakfast selection is great and delicious. However, I missed spelled, rye or grain rolls. Vegan milk would also have been great. The service worked perfectly. The girls were quick, friendly and attentive.

The four of us came across this restaurant by chance during our lunch break. The restaurant offers a good selection of dishes so that everyone will find something - even vegetarians will get their money's worth. However, vegan options are rather rare, which is a bit of a shame. The menu focuses on classic German dishes, complemented by modern and creative add-ons that make the whole thing varied. I had the burger and it was really great: juicy, tasty and to the point. The brioche bread (bun) in particular was really tasty. The accompanying fries were crispy and very tasty - although the portion could have been a little more generous. What bothered us a little was the extra charge for ketchup and mayo. The service was fine. The employees were nice and attentive. Everything went smoothly, the food came to the table quickly - there's nothing to complain about. The atmosphere is cozy and cozy, a place where you immediately feel at home. We were there at lunchtime, where it was pleasantly quiet. But you could imagine that it could get quite loud at full capacity. Overall, a recommended restaurant for anyone who likes German cuisine and values ​​a pleasant atmosphere. I'd love to come back.

Basically it feels like a very large, clean pub with good restaurant service. German rustic. This is a matter of taste and was so-so for me. The service was great: fast, friendly, attentive. A pregnant woman in the group with gluten intolerance had her dish wishes very kindly fulfilled. There's not much else going on here. Even with a large group of people in the house at the same time, everything went quickly and unhurriedly. I found the food to be a bit overpriced for what it was. My tandoori bowl (a little too simple to put together for the price) and the dessert were delicious, but without that special kick. That also seemed to me to be the impression around the table. We sat there for a while after dinner and played board games, which went very well in terms of space, atmosphere and volume in the room (it wasn't particularly loud, you could only hear the music).

We were there for breakfast and were very satisfied. We made a reservation at 10:30 a.m., but unfortunately arrived 15 minutes late. The response was friendly and understanding after we let us know :) The selection isn't huge, but it's not overwhelming and absolutely sufficient. It tasted very good and the price was absolutely reasonable. The staff was very friendly. There was a bit of a wait when ordering and paying, but when it's busy, you can of course understand that :)

It was a very nice evening when we had two tables at Amadeus with a large group. The service was very friendly, quick and the food was very tasty. The organization in advance also worked great. I can only recommend it!

we had an amazing time between the very nice waiters and the food (which was super super delicious). the place is nice, spacious and typical, also we were really well welcomed and well advised. The food was stunning and there were soooo many options for all kinds of tastes from typical german food to more regular food. We chose the « amadeus salad » which was one of the best salad we ever had (grilled, spiced & juicy turkey breast, fresh fruits, amazing salad and dressing) and another dish in which there was soooo many different specialties (like cheesy spatzeles, german dumplings, meatball, potato salad, etc). So if you don’t know what place to choose for eating definitely CHOOSE THIS ONE (we come from france)

The gentleman was very friendly from the waitresses. When the lady asked if we could order something from her, she asked if we wanted to pay 🙄 Food was good 👍

Tasty food and a great selection of German and international options. The Jambalaya was really great! Location is great too: right next to Charlottenplatz tram and the city center.

The food was very tasty and there were also some vegan dishes. There was also the option to order a smaller portion. It was a shame that it was very loud and so we couldn't understand each other very well.

Had catering for over 100 people in the Hotel Silber opposite. Everything went wonderfully in terms of service. Wishes were fulfilled and everything was implemented perfectly. The food (finger food in glasses, canapes, skewers and desserts) was very good and the ingredients were noticeably of high quality. All in all a successful evening for our guests and for us! Thanks! I can't rate the ambience of the restaurant.

Great place for getting good quality german food. Highly recommend their cake and ice cream. The rhubarb cake paired with Amadeus ice-cream was just perfect. The setting, in a quiet courtyard is just perfect for a sunny day lunch. The beers are cold the service and food is warm. Just perfect.

It felt like it was only 50 grams. chicken and 2 small tomatoes. There was no need for the fruit. El restaurante es un lugar muy agradable. Comimos dentro debido al clima lluvioso y nos sentamos en la zona del bar en cómodos asientos. Pedimos 2 cervezas, una embotellada y la embotellada en grifo. We had breakfast here on Whitsunday and it was great. The service was very friendly and accommodating the whole time. The selection of food was very large and there is something for everyone. Everything tasted very delicious! I also thought it was great that oat milk was available as an alternative. We would love to come back here on our next visit to Stuttgart. 😊👍🏼

I rarely write a review! But I have known the Amadeus for over 30 years, at times very regularly. I experienced the football summer fairytale just as beautifully as I did personal events (birthday brunch) and the wonderful social commitment of the Amadeus operators (Vesperkirchen cleaning festival, thank you very much today!). On Saturday, the city was full and the weather was wonderful, I paid €21 (!!!) for a mediocre Maultaschen soup and a glass of wine (the cheapest). The terrace wasn't well attended at 6 p.m.?! This wasn't the first time and I haven't received many positive reports about the Amadeus. What's wrong with you? The AMADEUS is a “cult” for my Generation Y. I say it with a lot of love and feedback is important!

Restaurant in the historic building of the former orphanage with a beer garden in the inner courtyard of the building complex, which also houses the Institute for Foreign Relations, the German-American Center Stuttgart and a world café. The audience is correspondingly international. Reservations for groups are recommended as the location is very popular. A Sunday brunch with buffet is offered. The atmosphere and the price level are upscale. The quality of the food is good and, in my opinion, does not justify the high prices. These are well adapted to the representative surroundings with “Breuninger”, market hall and castle square. Very easy to reach by public transport (near the “Charlottenplatz” tram station). Paid parking is available in the “Breuninger” underground car park.

Casual restaurant with comfort food.

It is difficult to give a review at a time of general price and VAT increases. Despite the prices, every “normal” citizen would like to treat themselves to a little break and go out to eat. Today we paid 80.00 for 2 people with a tip. I found the main courses to be the most expensive, once 26.00 euros for the salmon, once 19.00 euros for the curry bowl (the portion of the curry bowl didn't fill me up. I had to eat something again at home). I also found the bottle of Teinacher Medium 0.750ml for 7.50 euros to be overpriced. The Rosè house wine is positive and recommended. The atmosphere is also cozy and the waiter was very attentive. My conclusion: eat out 1-3 times less per month in order to keep up with price vs. performance.

The service and ambiance were good. However, I never ate such a hard meat before. The meat was cooked medium rare. I think they should change their butcher. Or avoid the cheapest meat.

We wanted to start our girls' day at Amadeus. The plan was to have champagne and a delicious lunch. We were able to order the drinks relatively quickly, although when we were serving the champagne spilled over my girlfriend's fur (that can happen). After waiting almost 1 hour to order, nothing happened. At some point the waiter came and explained that he was alone and that was why it was taking so long. There were only 4 tables occupied inside, and 3 p.m. isn't lunch time either. We didn't want to eat anymore because we had to stick to our schedule. Normally every restaurateur has insurance in the event that something happens, as in our case, something is spilled, which covers the cleaning. Nothing came from the service, not even the champagne was wiped away, only the glass was roughly wiped away. It smelled very much like champagne in our place, but the worse problem was that my girlfriend was allowed to spend the rest of the day with the dripping jacket and the smell. After we asked how it would cost in terms of costs, the gentleman asked GL and we were given a free bottle of water for just under €7, which, however, was not drunk by the injured party, but by another friend. I remember from my time as a restaurateur that when something like this happened, I told the guest that he would like to have it cleaned and send us the bill. That was the last time we visited this restaurant.

Really nice staff! But that's the only thing. Unfortunately the food was very bad, there was no mention on the menu that the scrambled eggs were prepared with cream (lactose intolerance!). A fried egg that was said to be “completely fried” was also brought out of the kitchen the second time around and was completely runny inside. The "avocado" toast was conspicuous by the complete absence of fresh avocado and instead featured a super-thin layer of green cream. Never again.

Good atmosphere, friendly and fast service. Food was average taste. I had the Kleine Schwabenreise which had Frikadelle with brown sauce, Käse Spätzle, Maultaschen and Kartoffelsalat. The best on this dish was Maultaschen. Sadly that Käse Spätzle could have been more cheese aroma and was served quite cold and the Spätzle seem to be a ready product as the consistency and the texture of Spätzle were not on point. Kartoffelsalat wasn't combined well with the seasoning. Frikadelle was okayish and the sauce could have had more taste. I found that the food price was quite high for the quality that I got. But the service was just great!

I love the Amadeus and have enjoyed being a guest there since I was a child! The coconut soup with shrimp was delicious yesterday! Just one tiny thing: please put the full board back on the map! 🥹🙏🏼 This was always great for snacking when you just wanted something nice to drink 😊

Breakfast selection was okay but nothing that stood out. - Unfortunately no fresh fruit or anything similar, just fruit yoghurt. Lunch selection: - Both the schnitzel and the sliced ​​meat were unfortunately extremely dry, tasteless and tough. The cream sliced ​​meat was more like chopped cold roast from the lecture in sauce. On the price topic. In principle, €30 is okay if the quality is consistently good. But I don't want to complain any further, it could be that it was a one-off slip-up. What I find cheeky, however, are the prices for the drinks. Selling a 0.75 bottle of water for €7.5 when the whole box costs €5 in Rewe is more than borderline...

Siamo ritornati in questo locale dopo molti anni , sempre cmq molto bello.Abbiamo preso caffé e torta , tutto ottimo come lo é anche il servizio.I prezzi sono nella norma per Stoccarda , che cmq é una cittá cara.Locale consigliato.

Die Maultaschen waren handgemacht und sehr, sehr lecker. Das Ambiente ist okay, aber bekanntlich Geschmackssache…

Telefonisch ist hier niemand erreichbar. Ich wollte eigentlich nur wissen was es als Tagesessen gibt da man hier wohl nicht in der Lage ist dies online zu stellen. Sehr Schade da das Essen eigentlich sehr lecker ist.

Reichhaltiges Frühstücks- und Mittagsbuffet mit Auswahl von Fisch, Fleisch und vegetarischem/veganem. Der Service war freundlich und zuvorkommend. Einigen Gerichten fehlte aber der letzte Pepp. Für Veganer wurden auf Anfrage extra Gerichte zubereitet 👍🏻👍🏻

Das essen war leider für den Preis unterste Schublade. Vollkommen convenience Produkte, hier wurde definitiv nichts frisch gemacht. Von regionalen Inhalten ganz zu schweigen. Service war gut, nichts besonderes. Schlecht war, dass wir in einer großen Gruppe nur ein sehr kleines Menü zur Auswahl bekamen, und trotzdem den vollen Preis bezahlen.

Bestes Haus am Platz, wir kommen nur für das Amadeus nach Stuttgart. So geht Schwäbische Küche und das Personal ist top! Probiert umbedingt auch das Dinkelacker Kellerbier Naturtrüb!

Waren heute zum ersten Mal da, sehr nette Atmosphäre, leckeres Essen und TOP Service! Die Mitarbeiter lieben das, was sie tun, dass sieht man ihnen sofort an und sie sind offen und zuvorkommend. Gerne wieder! :-)

Essen war gut schwäbisch. Geschmack sehr gut. Salat knackig und Hauptgerichte haben sehr gut und aufwendig zubereitet geschmeckt. Wer deutsche Küche mag, macht hier absolut nichts falsch.

Sehr schönes Restaurant in Zentraler Lage. Wir wurden schnell und von einer sehr höflichen Dame bedient. Das Essen kam zügig und war hervorragend! Der Preis war für die Lage und der Qualität des Essen völlig in Ordnung. Das Ambiente war sehr schön, wir saßen im Außenbereich aber auch der Innenbereich sah beim vorbeigehen sehr ansprechend aus. Ebenso waren die Toiletten sauber worauf ich als Gast großen Wert lege. Wir waren rundum zufrieden und hatten nichts auszusetzen. Gerne kommen wir erneut. Liebe Grüße

Essen war lecker und der Service war gut, ich fand’s am Ende dann aber doch recht laut im Local selbst.

Das Amadeus hat einen sehr schönen Biergarten im Innenhof. Obwohl keine sehr hohe Auslastung um ca. 13 Uhr war, wirkte der Service gestresst, es wurde auch nicht nachfragt, ob alles passt. Die leer gegessenen Teller standen bis zur Bezahlung, also ca. 20 Minuten auf dem Tisch, ohne abgeräumt zu werden. Kaffee oder Nachtisch wurde nicht aktiv empfohlen oder angeboten, obwohl die Teller ja schon deutlich lange zum Abräumen standen und ich hätte mich über so eine Nachfrage gefreut, zumal die Preise hier schon ordentlich hoch sind. Das Essen war okay, entsprach aber nicht dem hohen Preis. Zum Essen: der AMA Burger hatte ein trockenes Rinder Patty (zu lange gebraten), ich wurde nicht nach dem Gargrad gefragt. Der extra georderte Bergkäse zum Aufpreis von 1,50 Euro lag nicht auf dem Patty, sondern zwischen den sauren Gurken und den Tomaten und war dementsprechend nicht geschmolzen sondern kalt. Die kleine Schwabenreise hatte zu wenig Sauce und die Spätzle und Maultasche waren kaum gewürzt. Preis-Leistung nicht gerechtfertigt.

Sehr schön gemacht und auch sehr freundliches Personal , und die große Auswahl an Essen und Trinken ist sehr gut ausgestattet mit einem freundlichen Service Mann fühlt sich einfach wohl Sehr gut besucht und für jeden Geschmack was dabei Sehr sauber und sehr netter Eindruck Sehr zu empfehlen

Der Hof ist wirklich schön und sehr zentral. Der Service überaus freundlich, aber das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist absolut nicht in Ordnung. Ich hatte eine Tandoori Bowl, die fast nur aus Reis bestand, die Toppings und die Soße musste man echt suchen. Geschmacklich ok, aber nix besonderes. das muss ich nicht nochmal haben.

Tolle Drinks um mit Freunden Spaß zu haben ! Gegessen haben wir allerdings nicht!
