Am Bastianes in Neuss

Unfriendly and drunk employees, food was cold and had hair in it.

Had to wait forever. Then the children were yelled at by an older waitress because they asked if they could order iced tea. Something like that would only exist in other restaurants. Later the child got a Sprite thrown so that the soda spilled over. The pilsner was stale. Well, it was a stressful shooting event. But all the other waitresses were very nice. But the older lady didn't leave at all. When another guest asked her if he could change a 5 EUR note for the cigarette machine, she asked him when he last bought cigarettes at the machine. She got in the way of someone else when he wanted to leave and get his bike from behind the chair outside (!) and accused him of using her restaurant as a bike rack. Incredible.

It used to be a really great “corner pub”. Unfortunately there is nothing left of it. Service staff are very slow and even rude when you ask them about it. Beer was warm and stale. It's a shame, that used to be much better.

Very bad service, had to wait a long time for the drinks and was then complained that it wasn't your fault, so if you go to one of the other bars when you put it down, it's not recommended. Not recommended.👎

Small, rustic corner pub. Nothing pompous, nothing elitist, guys like you and me. The landlady Gise is a great landlady, overall a great pub. But not a dining restaurant

Nice little brown cafe. Where you can also have a bite to eat, but haven't tried it yourself yet.

A wonderful, cozy corner pub that is unfortunately rarely found these days.

Die Wirtin ist sehr freundlich, auch jetzt, da sie durch Corona wenig Gäste hat. Wünsche ihr viel Glück und dass sie die Zeit durchsteht.
