Am Bastianes in Neuss

NO!!! THE restaurant has been closed for weeks, possibly months...

Unfriendly and drunk staff, food was cold and had hair in it.

We had to wait forever. Then the children were yelled at by an older waitress because they had asked if they could order iced tea. She said that you could only get that in other restaurants. Later, the child was given a Sprite so heavily that the soda spilled over. The pilsner was stale. Oh well, it was a stressful shooting festival. But all the other waitresses were very nice. The older lady, however, was completely unfriendly. Another customer, who asked her if he could change a 5-euro note for the cigarette machine, she barked at, asking when he had last bought cigarettes from the machine. She stood in the way of another customer as he was about to leave and go behind the chair outside (!) to get his bike, and accused him of using her restaurant as a bike rack. Unbelievable.

It used to be a really great “corner pub”. Unfortunately there is nothing left of it. Service staff are very slow and even rude when you ask them about it. Beer was warm and stale. It's a shame, that used to be much better.

Very bad service, had to wait a long time for the drinks and then was yelled at for not being their style, so not recommended, go to one of the other bars, spill a bit when putting them down, not recommended.👎

Small, rustic corner pub. Nothing pompous, nothing elitist, guys like you and me. The landlady Gise is a great landlady, overall a great pub. But not a dining restaurant

Nice little brown cafe. Where you can also have a bite to eat, but haven't tried it yourself yet.

A wonderful, cozy corner pub that is unfortunately rarely found these days.

Sehr nette Bedienung, unter Berücksichtigung der Codona-Maßnahmen ein schöner Abend.

Die Wirtin ist sehr freundlich, auch jetzt, da sie durch Corona wenig Gäste hat. Wünsche ihr viel Glück und dass sie die Zeit durchsteht.
