Leider ein Reinfall. Wir sind im Urlaub in der Region. Aber in dem Restaurant sind Hunde nicht willkommen. Für uns unverständlich. Die Region lebt vom Tourismus (Ferien Anlagen, Ferienhäuser etc.) Wo unserer Hund nicht mitdarf, gehen wir nicht hin.

So far we have only ever been guests in the restaurant, which impresses with its friendly staff and a very nice owner who always takes time for his guests. We were never disappointed with the food, it was always very tasty and filling.

We were with friends in this beautiful restaurant, on the beautiful lakeside terrace on Lake Mirow. The terrace was full, but we were greeted quickly and very nicely by the service staff and our order was taken. The food was, as always, very tasty :) and freshly prepared. We were “taken care of” and advised very well by the service the entire time. A big compliment to the kitchen and the service. We'd love to come back... :)

We were on a weekend trip in Mirow one day and spontaneously stopped at the restaurant. We were greeted very friendly and took a seat on the terrace. The location and view of the lake is fantastic. The menu is beautifully designed and offers something for every taste. We chose risotto with mushrooms and Mecklenburg rib roast (took it without red cabbage, with more sauce), it was simply delicious. The restaurant makes a very clean impression and the service staff are trained professionals. You notice this immediately in the way you interact with the guests. They are very friendly and always have a smile on their faces. We still have a few days of vacation in September and booked there immediately. We look forward to the days ahead. The Stralsunds

We wanted to go to the restaurant. The ladies at reception clearly pointed out where the stroller had to be in the foyer. There was no greeting in the restaurant and on the terrace the waitress "took care" of 5 other tables instead of at least greeting us or offering a child's chair. When the next table also said: "I ordered a coke 15 minutes ago, but now I want to pay" we turned our backs on the location. By the way: The castle brewery does not brew beer...

I went to the restaurant, the food and the waiter service was very good. But I was in the bathroom using the hand dryer and the receptionist young with the short hair came and hit me with the door when she opened it, she never said “sorry”, she came to disconnect the hand dryer and only told me “caput”. She doesn’t speak any english and she was very rude. That can’t happen in a hotel.

We only visited the restaurant. On the lake terrace you can have a beautiful view of the lake. The restaurant was more than busy around 6 p.m. That's why ordering is more of a must. The waitress was stressed, but handled everything very well and drinks and food arrived within a short time of ordering. The food (roast venison, Mediterranean steak) was delicious and plentiful. However, anyone looking for culinary sophistication will be disappointed. Rural, traditional dishes with lots of meat are popular. At 71 euros for two people, the pleasure isn't exactly cheap either. Price and performance don't quite match but are acceptable. Conclusion: Anyone who is hungry is well served here and can enjoy a beautiful view in the evening.

Schönes Restaurant am See. Sehr freundlicher, zugewandter Service der jungen Mitarbeiter. Ausgefallen und witzig: die kurzen Hosen und Hosenträger der Kellner. Das Essen kam sehr schnell, war top angerichtet und schmeckte sehr gut. Eine absolute Empfehlung.

Wir waren schon mal vor 2 Jahren hier, da war das Essen eindeutig besser! Die Bratkartoffeln waren offensichtlich nicht frisch angebraten, auch die Hühnerfiletstücke auf dem Salat meiner Freundin - eher nach warmgehalten und lauwarm. Hätten wir uns denken können, als das Essen sehr rasch nach Bestellung serviert wurde! Einzig meine Matjesfilet waren sehr lecker! Die Damen vom Service-naja - nicht wie draußen auf dem Schild angekündigt - gingen eher zum Lachen in den Keller. Jedoch Gäste genug - ist ja neben dem Schlosscafe das einzige Restaurant auf der Schlossinsel

Wir haben eine Woche Urlaub in diesem Hotel verbracht. Die Unterkunft war sehr sehr gut. Ebenso von sehr guter Qualität ist das Angebot und die Bedienung im Restaurant. Es ist nicht billig, aber das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist absolut o.K. Die Bedienungen sind sehr freundlich und erfüllen Extrawünsche. Zum Frühstück stand ein gutes Buffet bereit. Auch da wurden Extrawünsche erfüllt.

I had booked a canoe tour with various hotels and therefore came to the Alte Schlossbrauerei by chance. And was very excited: the location right on the lake! An incredibly comfortable bed, chic bathroom, everything thought out and lovingly down to the smallest detail. The excellent food and the warm, friendly and approachable nature of all the employees and owners. I felt very comfortable and can fully recommend the Alte Schlossbrauerei as a hotel and restaurant!

Even though the restaurant staff are super friendly, the meal was extremely disappointing for me and my family. For the prices they charge, you'd expect the food to be served hot and the sauce to have flavour. Pasta overcooked.

Today we had dinner at the Mirow Castle Brewery. Very nice atmosphere. The staff is very nice, attentive and accommodating. Now about the food: We all had the Mecklenburg roast pork. I have to say, I can't remember the last time I ate so well. Actually 5 stars are still not enough. Our vacation was worth it for that alone. We will be back.

We spontaneously went here for dinner in the evening, but a reservation is recommended. You can sit and eat comfortably on the beautiful terrace with a view of the lake, even in light rain. Unfortunately it was raining heavily during our visit. Since we had a small dog with us, sitting outside was the only option. Because no dogs are allowed indoors. (Signs on the doors make this clear.) According to the other reviews, the ban is justified by the hotel's allergy-friendliness. You have to know, otherwise you'll get annoyed. The welcome on site and especially the service from the waiter was very friendly, the dog was immediately served water on the terrace. Overall, you can eat very well here and are served solid, regional, home-style cuisine. 5 stars if dogs were allowed inside the restaurant.
