Don’t recommend this place at all!!! We waited 45 min for food and they brought the wrong dishes to us, then they realized that they lost our order and don’t know what we ordered in the end… then we waited still 35 min to get our food… They promised us a „sorry dish“ - tiramisu but actually nobody brought it to us… Very disappointed..

We had spaghetti with mussels for dinner. For €16 you got a lot of mussels. We were satisfied with the food. Unfortunately it took a little too long for my taste until we got our water and wine. Unfortunately, at the end around 7/8 p.m. the panna cotta was out. Something that has never happened anywhere else, very disappointing for me for a Saturday evening.

Nice little pizzeria in the middle of town. Food was delicious.

I see a pretty positive review that I can't share. The four of us had a bill for 125 euros. Ordering without any frills. Maybe we should have been suspicious because we couldn't get a seat in at least 5 or 6 restaurants, but it would have worked twice as well. We had pasta with salmon cream and cauliflower. It's something different, but not tasty. The cauliflower tended to water down the sauce. Do you feel like you can put in less salmon? I had salmon with vegetables. Salmon was okay. Vegetables bad. 1st cooked, which I knew because I asked beforehand. But then sometimes hard (cauliflower), mushy (broccoli) and everything watery. Seasoned with pepper, lots of pepper. Nothing else noticeable. Pasta with truffles, rather sour. Pizza knows. Sounded exciting, was probably okay and doesn't need to be tried again. EC only starts at 100 euros, which was apologized for umpteen times, but because of the almost 30 euros worth of drinks alone, it's not necessary, you can't get under 100 anyway. All in all, I don't have to go there again, I was just visiting anyway...

Cream schnitzel too thick, otherwise OK. Everyone at the table was happy.

Ein no Go! Getränke kamen nach dem Essen. Kartenzahlung erst ab 100,-€ möglich ( erst mit sehr energischem Nachfragen geht es auch unter 100,-€). Die Penne Arrabiata waren nur scharf - ohne Geschmack. Auch nach Rückgabe zum Koch und erneutem Servieren - weniger Schärfe aber weiter kein Geschmack!! Frechheit!!

Go your way! In short, dry pizza and with poor quality ingredients! High prices. Disastrous service, we waited more than 45 minutes for our pizzas which the waiter had forgotten... They arrived after 1 hour but still had no cutlery. In short, an address to avoid!

I was there with a group of almost 20 people on Friday evening. We sat on the outside terrace, which is very nice. The waitresses were very friendly, but overall it seemed as if the restaurant was a bit overwhelmed with the many guests outside and on several floors. The group's food was served at completely different times; my neighbor received his pasta dish without a word of apology when everyone had already finished. I also had to ask for the bill several times and was repeatedly referred to someone else who would come “immediately”. My tagliatelle al tartufo were soft-boiled and unsalted. The red wine with it, supposedly a Primitivo, tasted oxidized, like it came from a bottle that had been open for a long time. To be fair, I would like to add that some of our group were very happy with the food, for example the salmon.

Today I ordered mussels in tomato sauce with bread for €18. I received a soup plate with mini mussels, the mussel meat was at most 1.5cm, most of them were difficult to remove from the shell and a lot of them were closed. Very poor quality, I can easily judge that because I often cook my own mussels. I had to ask for the bread twice before I got it. After I complained there was no apology even though the chef came out of the kitchen several times. When paying I was asked if I wanted a coffee on the house. I said yes, but unfortunately the coffee was forgotten and I left after 15 minutes. The mussels weren't worth the money, let alone filling you up.

Very nice, friendly and funny staff

This place wasn't just okay, it was actively bad. The food was dreadful - we had a Margherita and it had steamed broccoli on it?? And six green olives in the middle?? We also got a vegetarian pizza which was very wet and had a really strange assortment of vegetables. The gnocchi was okay, but had strange flavours - parsley and cream. It was very expensive. I would definitely avoid this place.

Food, as well as service, is 1*. More precisely, there is no service in general. Find a more popular place.

They asked for 2 € for +1 plate. I don't recommend it. Very salty pizza.

The food was tasty but the service was disappointing. We received a friendly welcome, but after the drinks were delivered quickly, we had to wait 1.5 hours for the food - like many other guests, apart from the regulars. They were given preferential treatment and received their food quickly. There were no apologies for the delay, just excuses. There was a lack of organization and structure, especially when reopening the terrace. It's a shame, because a lot could be achieved with small improvements.

The waitress was very nice and what we ordered came complete. But the two pasta dishes we ordered didn't exactly make us happy. The portions were like those for children, which is why we came hungry and left hungry. I know Italian cuisine with good seasoning but the pasta wasn't even salted normally. not to mention other spices.

Well, I'm not the youngest anymore, so I have a bit of experience visiting restaurants. I've just never experienced anything like that. We have reserved a table for 8 people at 8 p.m. We were there on time. All tables were occupied. And now comes the only positive thing, the waitress, who was very friendly and helpful and said we should come back in another 10 minutes. No sooner said than done. Afterwards we stood in front of the restaurant for another 20 minutes without being offered a seat, supposedly some guests were paying now. Maybe it was coincidence, because after I saw what ended up on the tables, I didn't really care blown away. Standard food. Visually disappointing. Unfortunately I can't say anything about the taste as we were unfortunately denied that. So, to the restaurant manager: I'm going back to teaching and practicing business organization specifically, how do I organize my guests. Luckily, men/women can dine very well in the immediate vicinity. Thanks for nothing.

gottseidank haben wir das Lokal vor Ort nach Augenschein ausgesucht und nicht vorher die Bewertungen gelesen. Wir haben gut und lecker gegessen und getrunken, zu angemessenen Preisen. Besonders hervorzuheben sind die freundlichen Bemühungen des Service-Teams dem Ansturm gerecht zu werden, da Montags wohl viele Lokale in der Stadt Ruhetag haben. Insbesondere der Leiter des Serviceteams und eine sehr professionell wirkende Studentin (sie hatte an dem Tag Geburtstag) waren sehr aufmerksam und nett. Gerne beim nächsten Tübingen-Besuch wieder!

We were treated very warmly and had the best pizza we've had in a long time. Unfortunately we couldn't find the terrace.

Mega great restaurant, great food, great people, even at 10 o'clock at night.

We would have a pizza with vegetables. The dough was actually quite good, some of the vegetables were good, but another part was probably frozen vegetables because they were still icy cold and left some water on the pizza. Unfortunately, no cat payment is possible, so a star deduction - that's actually just written very sneakily on the card at the end on the last page in text form, luckily I still saw it. So we only took a pizza without drinks. It's the restaurant's own fault if in 2024 you actually think in an international tourist city that you don't need to offer cat payment and then less sales are made. Normally we didn't have any cash with us, so we would have just left.

The Rughetta pizza was absolutely delicious!! Cool service. Are very satisfied. :)

We ate in this restaurant specifically because of the 4.6 stars. Well... the pasta we ordered was overcooked and unsalted. We then asked for a new portion to be brought to us. This one was just as inedible as the first. The entire truffle pasta was swimming in butter. It's a shame... we won't be coming anymore

Pizza was quite good. It was a nice place. Service was nice, but they seemed quite understaffed when it became busy. Atmosphere was also very nice, especially at the beginning, but as it became more crowded the Atmosphere became worse

We ordered two pizzas. They were good, not great, but still recommended for the price. The service was funny, warm and fun. Nevertheless, he had to be made aware of the forgetting twice. When I got the final bill it came out that they don't take credit cards at the moment, only cash. It's on the LAST page of the map at the bottom. Is there anything more hidden?

Alte kunst is probably the second best place for Italian food after Da Michele Tuebingen

What should be positively highlighted is the beautiful, central location and the fact that we got a table straight away without a reservation. Unfortunately, the food wasn't particularly good, the spaghetti with seafood lacked seasoning and the seafood was probably bad, as diarrhea and stomach cramps were the result a short time later. The mixed salad was ok, but I've had better ones. The service was unfortunately very poor, for example. they were unable to assign the dishes to the correct tables several times until we as guests pointed this out to them; They asked if we wanted two forks for dessert, which we said yes, but then we only got one. When we asked to get the bill, nothing happened for a long time until we asked another waitress several times and found out that we could only pay with her. Overall, I think the prices are too high for this quality of food and the service, which could be improved. Unfortunately, due to the reggae music, there wasn't much of an Italian atmosphere. It's a shame, we definitely won't go there again.

We drank something and ate something: we had Limoncello spritz as a drink - preparing it shouldn't be a problem for an Italian restaurant. However, we got really sticky glasses and the drink tasted really bad - there was very little limoncello in the glass and it didn't taste like sparkling wine at all. The food was okay so far, apart from the fact that the prices on the homepage are no longer correct. The service was really bad: even though there wasn't that much going on, the two employees could hardly serve the guests. When asked how the food was, I said that the limoncello wasn't tasty. I was then scolded because I could have said that straight away! What bad service is that! We certainly won't go there again.

Good food. But I only pay in cash. For me, it is something incomprehensible today.

We were eating at Alte Kunst during the Germany versus Spain game. It was so good that we didn't want to leave. The pizzas are great, the spaghetti is a dream. The service was super nice and accommodating despite the real stress. Gladly again

As we all know, the first impression is the most important. Now my wife and I went there because they said it tasted good there. The friendly waiter was positive, but the food wasn't good. We ordered something with pepper sauce, the food was inedible. The sauce was so covered in pepper that everything else didn't taste good. It almost looked as if the sauce was the rest of the pot and we were served it really carelessly. When we said that it didn't taste good, the gentleman came to meet us and was given two coffees that were also inedible. So extremely bitter that I only sipped my cappuccino. Unfortunately for us, not twice, because we didn't like the restaurant either. Really just mediocre for the price, we're used to better.

The table hadn’t been cleaned when we arrived and the staff did not change the tablecloth after we asked them to clean it. The food was average, not bad but also quite overpriced. The atmosphere of the restaurant (inside) is not very inviting.

Tübingen is definitely a really cute city and i would say it is worth the ride. For the pizza however… don’t run, run away !!! For this first real swabian trip (drip drip), we thought fit to end that second day on Milan’s memory lane with a pizza with Milan’s very good friends Moritz and Muireann who unfortunately had to go down that hell-ish path with us. I promise next pizza will be worth it !! It is true that, so far, the pizzas we’ve had were good or even excellent and it was likely that we were going to end up trying a bad one at some point right… Alte Kunst is very well located in Tübingen’s old town. Don’t be fooled by the dreamy location ! The place looked alright, so did the menu. Prices were not cheap. 17€ et 15€ for pizzas that were not worth half that price. The Biancas were dry af : no base sauce. Bad cheese on top and 4 slices of aldi spicy salami. Overall the pizza looked like everything was just thrown on there with no thought in it. Milan’s and Moritz’ pizza didn’t look a lot better although they had sauce. Milan’s even had a full on hard-boiled egg on top of his ???? We don’t know about the other dishes but the pizzas were, for the least, very disappointing. Drinks were ok, not really original or good or italian. To be honest my aperol spritz was even bad : it was not sparkling meaning no prosecco was used for sure. A good tell about the quality of the restaurant was the knives too, which legitimately got on Moritz’ nerves. The dough was bad quality and the knives were pretty much cutting nothing meaning one had to fight for several minutes to cut a slice of pizza worsening the overall experience. Who puts butter knives for eating pizza ? The service was also far from outstanding : first waiter couldn’t really give advice on the pizza because, after 11 years of working there he had not tried the most original one on the menu. He had the amability to ask if we want chili oil but then actually did not bring it. Tables were not leveled and an umbrella was put in the middle of our table forcing on of us the sit on the end of the table : not convenient at all and even though most tables were free we were not offered another one. No one ever came to ask us of we would need anything else and had to wait for a long time to be able to pay and leave. At this point it is clear we probably should’ve just run away as no one was around. After alerting the waitress that we needed her, she informed us the payment by card was not possible. That should have been mentioned in the beginning as we didn’t necessarily have the cash… Right before we left, a group approached the restaurant, indecisive whether to sit here or not, i even hesitated about warning them about the shitty quality of the place. Leaving was a pleasure. Now we have to go to another pizza restaurant before i’m off to France again to wash off the taste of frustration and annoyance of that experience. The mystery stays whole as the reviews (google) from the restaurant were quite good which is what had us in the first place. We will try to bring back the truth by adding this one to google. Alte Kunst gets a unanimous 2,5/10 rating from the four of us. Please avoid. @burrater

Paprika in my pizza was spoiled. Good that I noticed it with a first bite and didn't eat the rest. Place itself could be cleaner especially wc.

A big disappointment!!!!! The seafood was barely to be found in the seafood pasta. We were also not told in advance that you can ONLY pay in cash (no go these days), and there was no indication of this anywhere. Instead of continuing to go for a relaxed walk after dinner, we had to look for a bank and pay an extra 5 EUR fee for withdrawing money. The waiter didn't even apologize for it, unbelievable! During the meal, no one even asked if everything was okay. You should also look for salt and pepper yourself. The managing director should definitely rethink his concept. There's no point in the long run in "getting customers once" while other places offer better quality food and provide better service. We will never go to this restaurant again, what a shame!

Nach langer Zeit war ich mal wieder in der Alten Kunst, total enttäuschend. Cannelloni al forno wurden in einer Blechschüssel serviert, dabei gibt es so schönes ofenfestes Geschirr. Geschmacklich waren sie überhaupt nichts, 2 flache Fladen, viel zu wenig für 15 Euro. Hatte Ricotta und Spinat bestellt, mit Hackfleisch bekommen. Hab meine Kritik zum Ausdruck gebracht, sie wurde zur Kenntnis genommen, keine Entschuldigung geschweige denn einen Espresso o.ä. Personal auch nicht sehr freundlich, war noch nie für freundlichen Service bekannt. Ich verstehe nicht, woher die guten Rezensionen stammen, muss man eigentlich alles hinnehmen? So langsam wird es mal wieder Zeit für Qualität.

Food didn’t appear freshly made. The rissotto was soggy/watery unlike the creamy risotto I’ve had in other restaurants; especially the one I’ve made at home. The pizza wasn’t crisp, it seemed like frozen microwaved pizza. To top it off the restaurant doesn’t accept Apple Pay; cash only. Bad experience, terrible food.

The pizza was delicious! Nice and crispy on the edge, with a thin base and fresh ingredients. The staff in the restaurant were also so nice to you, you'll want to go there again, ideally with all your friends. Highly recommended! 🫶🏼

Super nice staff, quick pizza and very tasty

The waiter tried very hard, but that was the only good thing about this restaurant visit. Our food was completely over salted, my risotto was cold and undercooked. Unfortunately no recommendation.

Unfortunately a big disappointment. There were only two of us and when we arrived it was still quite empty. However, it was not possible to serve our food (a pizza and a fish dish) at the same time. We literally had to eat separately because the salmon dish came about 15 minutes earlier than the pizza. The fact that we were brought 0.5 liter spritzers without us having ordered large drinks also made us a bit suspicious. The question here is whether this is due to the high margin that can be made from drinks. But the worst thing was the quality of the food: I had thawed frozen vegetables with salmon that had simply been sprinkled with salt. There were also fresh vegetables - but they were neither seasoned nor properly peeled. I fished out the end piece of the zucchini, the peel from the carrots and the core of the pepper. When I asked for some lemon to at least get some flavor from the food, I was given a piece of lemon with my bare hand - a bit unhygienic, in my opinion. I don't think there's anything more that needs to be said about it. The pizza was ok, but nothing more.

Went there on a Sunday lunchtime. The waiter took a long time to arrive. I could also see other customers leaving the restaurant before placing any orders. The waiter was extremely inattentive and rude. When ordering the drink (juice spritzer), they didn't ask what size and oh surprise, of course the most expensive and largest size was served. The drink was bland and thinly mixed and absolutely overpriced for its price. Likewise the bruschetta - two measly slices, one of which was burnt. All the fun for 13.50. Of course without an invoice. Definitely not recommended.

Unfortunately I cannot confirm the positive reviews here. Our food came after a long wait and the service was inattentive and even rude. The food itself was lukewarm and far too little, completely overpriced and not good. No recommendation from me.

The lassagna was terrible, the worst I've ever eaten, tasteless and with ham. There is a negligible amount of minced meat. Wife's cannelloni also tasteless. A friend's pizza with cooked frozen vegetables. I do not recommend. I will never come back

We were there spontaneously in the evening. With the nice weather we were able to sit outside. The pasta salmone were very tasty, the risotto was good, it didn't blow you away, but it was tasty. The waiters were very friendly, just a bit forgetful. So we had to ask twice for a second glass of water and the espresso we ordered because they were forgotten. After a short reminder, they came quite quickly and the waiters remained friendly. All in all, highly recommended.

Unfortunately, anything but Italian cuisine. The seafood risotto was more like a rice soup, imagine with even mushrooms!!! The bruschetta consisted of three slices of toasted bread with a heap of roughly chopped tomatoes on top, carelessly spread arugula and surrounded with pepperoni, olives and capers included. The whole thing is not seasoned without olive oil. The service was ignorant, no salt, pepper, oil, vinegar was brought to the table, but instead dirty plates were briefly left on our table. The non-acceptance of card payments seems to be a permanent situation, as does the excessive demands on the staff. Unfortunately I have to give one star because there is no other way; Actually the store doesn't earn a single one.

Great location, first impression very good. Very high prices! Service is unfortunately subpar, some comments that have no place in the service in front of the guest. Not a well-coordinated team. The tension between the employees is palpable. If the nice older man behind the counter hadn't served us, we would have left. The younger gentleman deliberately ignored us. I have never experienced something like that. The meal was okay.

Unfriendly gentleman who served us... No idea about the service, he cleared away even though not everyone was ready yet. He kissed his girlfriend several times while he was in service, and when he was paying he first mentioned that you can't pay by card. He has a very unfriendly aura. This poor service for these prices is unbelievable. Let's not even talk about the food!!! Never again !!!!

I honestly don't know where all the good reviews come from. We went there for dinner today. My pasta al arrabiata didn't taste good at all & it was definitely too spicy. Someone who eats moderately spicy food wouldn't be able to eat it. My husband's schnitzel was super fatty and dry. We also waited too long for our food. The service was ok. That was definitely our last visit & the cuisine definitely has nothing to do with Italian cuisine.

We came for lunch and were served quickly. The pizzas and the salad with prawns tasted mediocre. The waiter moved other guests to different tables several times to increase occupancy. There are other restaurants in Tübingen with better food and ambience.

The lasagna was amazing. The service and atmosphere were incredible as well. I highly recommend this place.

Mediocre food, thawed mushrooms on the pizza so it was soupy. If you go there to eat together, it would also be nice if you eat together. Unfortunately it happened that the first one was already finished. Waiter seems a bit rough when stressed. Ministrone consists only of broth and frozen vegetables. A pity!

Nice restaurant with good service

We ate there with our baby and sat down inside. The door to the outside was open and therefore there was a cold draft. Because of the cold, I asked if we could move. Even though there were still free places, we weren't allowed to do that. We waited a long time for the food and were cold the whole time. We won't eat there again.

We had the bruschetta, penne all'arabiata and the pizza mediterrana. None of this had to do with Italian food. Bruschetta: no olive oil in sight. Tomato pieces very large and almost not salted. It didn't have basil either. Ruccola filled 3/4 of the plate. Olives have no place in the bruschetta, especially not the green ones from the jar. Penne all'arabiata: Homemade sauce🤣 Canned sauce. Penne was cooked far too soft. Pizza mediterrana: there was a whole vegetable garden on it. You definitely won't find carrots on a pizza. It also has nothing to do with Mediterranean pizza. You can put peppers on pizza, but you can't just shove them raw and unseasoned into the oven. Then there were a few green olives on the pizza. Friends, green olives have no place on a pizza... especially not whole ones from a jar. Terrible... stay away from Italian cuisine... Tübingen has good traditional food... cook that and leave it with the Italian cuisine.

Extremely delicious food, the pizza is definitely one of the best ever. The restaurant is simple and neat. The entrance door is almost impossible to miss, but an inviting sign with funny sayings draws attention to it. The service was friendly but not particularly noticeable. I've had waiters who were more interested. Still totally worth a visit, the food is fantastic!

Were here for the first time today. In short: We haven't eaten so badly in a long time. There was minestrone, which was very, very greasy and had not really fresh vegetables. Here half went back. Then there was bruschetta. Here too, the tomatoes were not fresh and crunchy. At least one tomato must have been rotten. In any case, it tasted partly earthy or moldy/rotten. Here too, half went back. Then there was smoked salmon pizza, which looked more like a tarte flambée. The dough didn't rise at all. The salmon was also unrecognizable as such, flattened like the dough. So for us this will have been the only visit here and of course we can't recommend this experience.

Service is great, very enjoyable meal with homemade, simple and tasty outputs from the kitchen.

We were there at lunchtime today “old art” food. The food was delicious, but the prices were way over the top. It was a shame when my wife paid and was asked how the tip would be paid: cash or card, an impertinence. Tipping should be a given, but it should still be a voluntary service that customers should not be asked about.

Three people spontaneously went to the restaurant for lunch today. Super great fresh food, delicious crispy salad and our child's spaghetti was a dream. We would definitely like to come back.

The experience of eating there was rather negative. First the table was repositioned because a larger group came, then the food was served every second. We hadn't even eaten half of the starter before the main course arrived. Unfortunately there wasn't enough space on the small table (60x60cm), but the waiter wasn't interested in that in the least. Rotten rocket leaves in the starter, a mushroom dish that didn't taste like anything... When I asked for a receipt, the waiter just smugly insulted me. Once. Never again and certainly not a recommendation.

Ich hatte die alte Kunst als authentisch, italienisches Restaurant in Erinnerung. Was wir hier vor ein paar Tagen dann aber erlebt haben, hat rein gar nichtsmehr mit authentisch, italienischer Küche zu tun. Fangen wir beim Essen an: Wir hatten zwei Pizzen und einen Salat. Das Dressing des Salates- Joghurtdressing aus der Flasche. Man wird auch nicht gefragt ob man nur Essig/ Öl möchte, diese Variante hätte es nämlich gegeben. Könnte aber auch daran liegen, dass der Kellner eher damit beschäftigt war Privatgespräche am Handy zu führen als auf die Gäste einzugehen. Die Pizzen sind auf dem Niveau einer Tiefkühlpizza, extrem trockener Boden, teilweise verkohlt. Der Belag war in Ordnung, jedoch unfassbar viel klebrigen Billigkäse, der den Geschmack von allem anderen überdeckt. Für das ganze 50€… da hätten wir lieber mal beim Lieferdienst bestellt.

als wir eintrafen, war der Teig leider schon alle; die freundlichen Mitarbeiter/innen halfen uns jedoch über die Hungerstrecke mit der Einladung auf einem Sambuka hinweg; santé !

Meine Tochter hatte dieses Lokal rausgesucht, weil es ihr, immer wenn sie vorbei lief, sehr gefiel und sie mit uns dort ihren Geburtstag feiern wollte. Wir bestellten unterschiedliche Vor- , Haupt- und Nachspeisen, um möglichst viel zu probieren. Wir waren ziemlich enttäuscht: die Spaghetti waren zu weich gekocht, die Fischplatte geschmacklich und von der Konsistenz undifferenziert, die Pizza mittelmäßig, der Gemüseteller geschmacklos und das Fleisch zäh. Brot musste extra dazu bestellt werden. Die Rechnung war viel zu hoch. Hier werden wir bestimmt nicht mehr essen gehen.

Spitzen Pizza, eine der besten in der ganzen Region!

Ein Italiener in mitten der Altstadt. Ein tolles Ambiente, dass man sich sofort heimisch fühlt und ein sehr netten und aufmerksamen Service. Das Essen war extrem lecker, mein Rumpsteak war on Point und die Lasagne sucht seines gleichen. Es besteht auf jeden Fall, baldige wiederholungsgefahr.

Paniertes Schnitzel war extrem zu salzig. Definitiv kein empfehlenswert.

Als wir ins Restaurant kamen wurden wir nicht begrüßt, nur zum Platzt gewiesen. Die Karte war relativ klein was uns auf gute Qualität hoffen ließ. Wir bestellten also eine Pizza Fungi, Spaghetti mit Meeresfrüchten (Spaghetti Pescatora), zum trinken ein Glas Weißwein und ausdrücklich ein großes Glas Tafelwasser. Die Getränke standen nach wenigen Minuten auf dem Tisch, zum Weißwein wurde ein kleines Glas Wasser mit angeboten, welches wir annahmen und später auch bezahlen mussten. Nur sehr kurze Zeit später kam auch schon das Essen. Nur leider das falsche. Anstatt den Spaghetti Pescatora kamen Spaghetti Carbonara. Der Keller nahm diese ohne Kommentar wieder mit. Das bestellte Gericht kam dann sehr schnell. Die Pizza und die Pasta schmecken mittelmäßig, nichts wofür es sich lohnt ins Restaurant zu gehen. 49,50€ mussten wir dafür bezahlen; Kartenzahlung war leider nicht möglich und Rechnung bekamen wir leider auch keine. Als wir von dem Gasthaus standen rechneten wir nochmal zusammen und merkten, dass wir zu viel bezahlten. Als den Kellner der uns bediente darauf aufmerksam machten, war die Begründung, wir hätten das Teinacher Wasser bekommen und rechnete die Preise nochmal aus dem Kopf falsch vor. Eine unangenehme Restauranterfahrung… Schade…

I would accept the mediocre overpriced food (we've understood by now it's a german tradition after all) but what irritated us the most was the blatant lie that the card machine was not working and therefore we couldn't pay by card. Why wouldn't they inform us at the beginning, before we would place our order? And if we had no cash with us, what then? Would they make us run to the bank? But let's not kid ourselves, the machine was working just fine, they just wanted to take advantage of tourists. Which became more than obvious when they did not give us a receipt or with this joke of a pizza that bears no resemblance to Italian ones, with no ingredients at all, a dough with a taste of ​​tomato paste, six olives and six anchovies.

Ich war am 13.12.2023 um 20:00 Uhr hier um eine einfache Pizza Funghi nach telefonischer Bestellung abzuholen. Ich frage mich wie der Preis von 13€ zustande kommt. Viel zu überteuert. Komme nie mehr wieder hier her! Pizza war wenig gesalzen, hat sehr fad geschmeckt. Käse war eher in der Mitte anstatt über die ganze Pizza verteilt. Der Rand war auch trocken und man sieht, dass sich hier kein Käse sondern nur Tomatensoße befand. Eine echte italienische Pizza ist was anderes. Ich bin enttäuscht, fühle mich verarscht und frage mich wie die ganzen positiven Google-Rezensionen zustande gekommen sind? Ich meine 7-8€, maximal 9€ wären okay gewesen aber sicherlich keine 13€ zum Mitnehmen!
