We were here again in the restaurant today and were once again more than satisfied. After a friendly welcome from the boss himself and great service from the staff, we had a wonderful evening. All the food was amazing, large portions - prepared with heart, the trout was the best ever!!! All 8 of us were satisfied, as always after a visit to this restaurant. Great, rustic restaurant on the Saale in Weißenfels with delicious home cooking. We were there for a private celebration and the buffet was very good and left nothing to be desired 😊 Highly recommended, especially in the summer months, as you can easily stay there for a long time 😊 In addition, the landlady is very nice and friendly and makes you feel very welcome welcome. Thank you very much, we'll always be happy to come back ☺️

We eat here more often! Trout with boiled potatoes. You can't get any better prepared trout within a 100 km radius! The other dishes are also very good. As a guest you are served in a friendly manner, but not every 2 minutes with the question: "Is everything OK with you?" or, what's even more annoying, when your mouth is full: "Is everything OK, is it tasty?" You are not harassed here and that is very pleasant!

Hello everyone, I wanted to tell you about my visit to the beautiful old fishery. I have to say that I've never been to the old fishery, but I thought since my fiancé lives nearby, you could take a look because we're looking for one Beautiful wedding location I went in there with my fiancé and the first thing we heard wasn't good evening or what can I do for you but. So what's the point? I just want to tell you that the first impression counts for me and the first impression wasn't good at all, so if you go in there please be prepared for unfriendly staff

Entspannte Lage direkt am Saale-Ufer. Mit frisch zubereiteten Fisch- und Schnitzelgerichten und Bier vom Fass der ideale Ausgleich zum Alltag. Immer wieder schön.

Das beste Essen im Umkreis von vielen Kilometern. ......und klar muss man manchmal ein bissel warten....aber da alles frisch zubereitet wird ist das normal.Wer es eilig hat sollte sich ne Currywurst an der Bude holen. Die nette Bedienung und das Ambiente machen es wieder wett....aber vorallem das leckere Essen.

Hübsches, leicht rustikales kleines Restaurant mit nettem Ambiente. Die Forelle war ein Traum ❤️ Haben uns bei einem gemütlichen Schwätzchen mit der Betreiberin sehr wohl gefühlt.

Gestern die Gaststätte,Zur Alten Fischerei,besucht.Das zubereitete Büfett war wieder eine Augenweide.Alles super hergerichtet und geschmacklich gab es nichts auszusetzen.Ein extra Dankeschön an den Koch,Herr Fink.

Echte Hausmannskost, freundliche Bedienung und ein sehr angenehmes Ambiente laden immer wieder zum Verweilen mit Blick auf die Saale ein. Einzigartig im gesamten BLK ist aber die Forelle von Thomas Finke, einfach nicht zu toppen und immer wieder ein kulinarisches Highlight.
