The worst restaurant in the world. I threw food in the trash. Taste:0 Quality:0 Hygiene:0 I only tried the food and had a stomach ache hours after eating.. never againrrrr

We have often eaten there or bought kebab to take away, but the last two times were not pleasant, chicken meat was hard and dry and the taste of the kebab was very bad (I even asked specifically what kind of meat it was, the man answered in a friendly manner with a smile : Got beef😀. That was our last visit to this restaurant.

very, very nice and nice employees. We have ordered so many times and half of them come with vouchers that you simply get as a gift. We recently placed an order where we would have had to pay almost €25, but thanks to the voucher we only paid €5. Unfortunately there was something wrong (it can happen to anyone) but we called and they were completely understanding and within 15 minutes we got a new one and the lovely driver was so understanding and still really friendly. All the employees at Alsham Palace always have a smile on their faces when they see you and always wish you bon appetit and a nice evening and every now and then you even get a handshake. The prices are also completely reasonable. Here you get an absolutely great burger which is half the price at Mecces and costs twice as much as at Alsham Palast. If you don't know the store, you should order there quickly. I can only recommend.

Food took forever to arrive, even though the departure time was only 5 minutes maximum

Very tasty shawarma & great lamb kebab, recommended as a sandwich or plate! I also really like the other Arabic dishes and “little things” like manakish, mutabal and hummus. In my opinion, the kebab can still be improved, but kebab is not really my thing anyway. The young man in service is very friendly and, depending on the dish, quick, so there's nothing to complain about. The ambience is very reminiscent of simple Arabic restaurants and is quite spartan (it is still from the previous owner), maybe something will be modernized at some point..? That would be really great because I love coming here to eat!

Turkish pizza is good. Shawarma XL is quite small in my opinion, especially for XL, The taste is good, but the last bite was quite salty, I think something wasn't distributed quite evenly, that can happen. Manakish cheese is delicious. Minced meat variant is not so nice. Schukaf meat tastes good, rather unusual for German tastes. Order was placed via Lieferando. I live quite close, but it still took about 50 minutes for the food to get here. Turkish pizza was still quite warm, shawarma was almost cold and manakish was already cold.

Shisch Tawook Teller - war einfach nur Fladenbrot zusammengerollt mit 4 Pommes 6 Stücken Fleisch und Knoblauch Creme ? Ist das normal so? Für 12 Euro hatten wir ne andere Vorstellung.. Ansonsten leckeres Essen.. Stabiler Döner mit guten Soßen.. 👌

Der Service ist sehr nett, die Mitarbeiter sind nett im Umgang mit Kunden und es besteht großes Interesse, die Kundenwünsche vollumfänglich zu erfüllen , das Essen ist sauber und der Lieferservice ist gut! Danke von Herz !

Haben bestellt Essen kam leider kalt und erst nach fast 2 Stunden an (13:37 - 15:20). Der Lieferer war nett und das Essen lecker, aber der erste Eindruck hätte besser sein können. Naja, vielleicht klappt es nächstes mal besser.

Endlich eine Alternative zum tristen Dönerfood. Echtes arabisches Essen, Schawarma zum niederknien. Für den deutschen Gaumen erst etwas befremdlich, säuerlich aber wenn man sich drauf einlässt… sehr gut. Kommen gern wieder bzw. bestellen gerb des Öfteren!
