Ich war um 7 Uhr morgens da. Bude war offen, aber essen konnte man erst ab 10 Uhr bestellen 🤡. 24/7 kann mich man.

Unhygienisch und schmeckt komisch

„Döner“ zerfällt, weil das Brot trockener als die Sahara ist. Geschmacklicher Totalreinfall. Die Toilette hatte nichtmal einen Klositz..

Früher irgendwie mal besser. Nicht mehr zu empfehlen.

Ich würde nicht mal einen Stern vergeben. Der Angestellte war unfreundlich und unhöflich. Schade, denn das Essen ist eigentlich gut. Ich kann es absolut nicht empfehlen.

Noch nie habe ich einen so lieblosen Dürüm gegessen. Zutaten waren garnicht im Dürüm verteilt, Soße nur an einer Stelle. Personal war auch nicht freundlich, nicht nochmal.

Insgesamt furchtbar: Unfreundliche Angestellte, die einen grundlos persönlich beleidigen, das Pide war steinhart und ungenießbar, und der Dürüm war unterdurchschnittlich. Fünf Minuten nach der Bestellung wurden wir und alle anderen Gäste rausgeschmissen, weil angeblich „schließt“ … Absolut nicht zu empfehlen!

Ich habe ein Dönerteller und ein Dürüm und eine Portion Pommes bestellt. Das einzige was frisch gemacht wurde waren die Pommes. Das Fleich von den beiden anderen Gerichten war schon fertig geschnitten und es lag sicher schon länger. Es wurde kalt serviert. Nach Reklamation nur aufgewärmt (auch der Salat). Qualität gleich null. 25 Euro dafür ist eine Frechheit! Vielleicht sollte die Gesundheitsbehörde mal kontrollieren.

Das Personal ist nett, obwohl es nicht so wirkt, und das Essen war gut.

Der schlechteste Döner und die schlechteste Erfahrung, die ich je in einem Restaurant gemacht habe. In meinem Dürüm war kaum Fleisch enthalten, und der Mitarbeiter hat uns praktisch direkt nach dem Servieren wieder hinausgeworfen. Laut Google hat das Restaurant den ganzen Tag geöffnet, trotzdem wurden wir sehr unfreundlich behandelt. Ich werde definitiv nicht wiederkommen und kann diesen Laden niemandem empfehlen. Die Mitarbeiter waren extrem unhöflich und respektlos.

‼️Vorsicht‼️ hier wird versucht die Leute über den Tisch zu ziehen! Wir bestellten 2x Pommes. Auf der auszeichnung stand 4€. Berechnet wurden aber 10. Als wir nachfragten hieß es „wegen Ketschup und mayo.“ Also berechnet man pauschal im vorraus schonmal für ketschup und mayo? Wo anders bekommt man dies gratis oder auf anfrage. Die Pommes selbst schmeckten als wären sie schon zum 4. mal aufgewärmt worden und als würden die schon den ganzen Tag dort rumliegen!!!!! Trocken, steinhart und eklig!!!!! Wir konnten nur in etwa die Hälfte runterwürgen weil der Hunger groß war und wir massig Ketschup und Mayo drauf getan haben! Wir kommen ganz bestimmt nicht wieder und auch alle Leute die ich kenne, werde ich von diesem Laden abraten! Verkäufer war extrem unfreundlich! Keine Ahnung ob der Besitzer gewechselt hat, früher war der mal ganz gut.

Update 12.6. Habe mir am Freitag einen Döner gegen die Abendzeit gekauft.... die letzten Fleischstücke waren nicht durchgebraten... Samstag begann der Magen-Darm-Trakt sich in ein durchlässiges Wassergetriebe zu entwickeln. Seitdem liege ich mit Magenkrämpfen, Schwindel und Übelkeit im Bett. Hab mir dort einen Döner vorhin gekauft, geschmeckt hat er, ABER... der Dönermann hat lustlos die Zutaten auf den Döner und ist nicht explizit auf den Wunsch eingegangen, dass ich keine scharfes Pulver möchte. Nachdem ich ihn daraufhin wies, hat er mir einen Todesblick zu geworfen..... Lieber Dönermann such dir bitte einen Job auf den du Lust hast.... 🙈

Frischgebackene Brot einfach lecker

Wir waren am 07.06 um ca. 02:30 morgens da. Die beiden Jungs hinter der Theke sehr unmotiviert und unfreundlich. In dem Laden war es unaufgeräumt und schmutzig. Der Döner war geschmacklich ok, das Fleisch aber kalt. Kein Wunder, es schien schon seit einiger Zeit einfach unter dem Spieß zu liegen. Kein schönes Erlebnis hier, darauf kann man verzichten.

Ich würde null Sterne geben, wenn es ginge. Ich bestellte mein Essen und wollte gerade bezahlen, als mir der Kassierer mitteilte, dass ich nur bar bezahlen könne. Daraufhin wollte ich den Laden verlassen, da hielt er mich auf und sagte, ich könne mit Karte zahlen. So verliert man garantiert Kunden und Geld. Der Glatzkopf am Eingang war unglaublich unfreundlich. So gewinnt man keine Kunden. 0/10 für das Erlebnis, 0/10 für das Personal und 0/10 für das Essen.

Ich bin zutiefst schockiert über das Verhalten eines Mitarbeiters in diesem Laden. Während meines Besuchs soll ein Mitarbeiter gegenüber meinem Freund äußerst beleidigende und diskriminierende Aussagen über meine griechische Herkunft gemacht haben. Unter anderem wurde behauptet, dass ich aufgrund meiner Nationalität nur für eine sexuelle Beziehung und nicht für eine ernsthafte Partnerschaft geeignet sei. Solche Aussagen sind respektlos, sexistisch, diskriminierend und haben in einem professionellen Umfeld absolut keinen Platz. Als Kundin erwarte ich, mit Respekt behandelt zu werden, unabhängig von meiner Herkunft. Nach dieser Erfahrung fühle ich mich in diesem Geschäft nicht mehr willkommen und werde nicht zurückkehren. Die Geschäftsleitung sollte diesen Vorfall ernst nehmen und angemessen untersuchen. Ein derartiges Verhalten schadet nicht nur den betroffenen Personen, sondern auch dem Ruf des Unternehmens.

The worst doner kebab I've ever eaten. First, the staff was unfriendly, as if I were insulting them for coming in. I ordered two dürüms, but they didn't even heat them up. The meat was completely burnt, just black, rock-hard pieces. It had clearly been sitting under the spit for a long time. It's simply outrageous to serve that to customers. This place should be shut down. I threw half of it away. A total disaster. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone, not even an animal.

We went there as a group because it was the only open kebab shop at night. Unfortunately, it was the worst dürüm I've had in a long time. Bad meat and unfriendly service. Better to go for the pizza next door.

The four of us ate a dürüm late at night, and we all felt sick the next day. It certainly wasn't a culinary delight, and the dürüm wasn't filled properly and was carelessly wrapped.

I was insulted in the shop and charged €10 instead of €8.50 for a doner box. The doner box, out of laziness, contained no fries, only meat and salad.

Worst kebab in town. I ordered a kebab and they piled it full of soggy fries. I asked why and got a rude response. What's that all about?!?!?!

The meat was very tough, the music was relatively loud, and all in all the doner kebab wasn't very good.

It's a decent doner kebab overall. Unfortunately, they don't cater to special requests. I don't like sauerkraut, but the guy behind the counter doesn't seem to mind. I'll gladly give a better rating once the service improves.

The prices he has on the menu are not representative of what he actually makes you pay. That pretty much sums it up. Drunk and hungry people: find a better spot

This shop should be shut down…the employees shout the N-word at customers in their own language. The experience there can be summed up as a complete lack of respect, patience, and taste.

We were there in a group. The service was very unfriendly; without even asking, we were given beef for an extra charge. The doner kebab itself was of very poor quality and clearly made without any care. Unfortunately, it's the only doner kebab place in the area that's open that late, but we won't be going there again. You're better off at the pizzeria next door.

I was there today, November 15th, 2025, for lunch! The man at the counter was very, very unfriendly and apparently had no desire to work. They were out of rice at noon, and the fries were only half-cooked. Very, very bad.

The person serving the dönner kebab was very rude and had sense of gratitude. I asked him that I would like to dine in and asked for a plate but he just rudely responded that he won't give me the plate. The way he spoke was also very rude.

Unfortunately, you'll get completely ripped off here. The owner even admits that he's currently trying to overcharge. He simply enters an extra 2-3 euros and tries his luck with every customer! Beware!!!

Worst falafel sandwich I've ever had...

We were there around 8 pm on Halloween and wanted to order a doner kebab box. The music was extremely loud, so the two people behind the counter couldn't even hear our order. They were also incredibly unfriendly, and we overheard other customers being rudely addressed. We ourselves only received rude comments when we ordered – far from good service! The doner meat was okay/edible, but the fries were still half-frozen and soggy. I'd rather walk 10 meters further to the next pizza place than eat a doner kebab here again.

Döner restaurant right next to Sendlinger Tor Ubahn Station. Quite spacious inside and offers several döner options. All the things we got were delicious and fresh and the man behind the counter was very friendly and spoke English as well! Clean and delicious place, highly recommend especially as it is open 24h a day!

I was there twice within a week, and there were definitely noticeable differences. I'm only giving it a neutral three-star rating because it was a different staff! On October 28th, it was great and busy. Today, November 3rd, was a disaster (I only realized outside that I'd been given the unfortunately dry veal without having been asked for it)!

Worst doner kebab ever, with 1% meat and an unfriendly owner.

I visited Alpen Imbiss yesterday along with my colleague, and we decided to try their Beef Döner Kebab. Unfortunately, the experience was quite disappointing. The Döner was overloaded with salad, which made it lose its real flavor. There was almost no sauce, so it felt dry and lacked taste. The bread also wasn’t fresh or soft, which made it even less enjoyable. On the positive side, the service was fast, and our order was ready in about 4–5 minutes. The staff were polite, but overall, the food quality and taste definitely need improvement.

Doner kebabs prepared without love (whether vegetarian or meat) have no flavor. Not recommended. 0/5 stars. Fries in the meat doner... the vegetarian one has two falafel and salad --> sauce just slapped on top... The only good thing was the music.

Both the dürüm and the döner were "stretched" with fries. Especially during Oktoberfest, it feels like guests are being fed inferior products – too little meat, but a cheap filling. The price and quality are disproportionate. In conclusion: far too expensive, and with the fries as filling, it's simply a rip-off.

Stay away from Alpen Imbiss! - Unfortunately, I only realized this after my visit to the place... If you're hungry and looking for a classic kebab, you're in for a complete rip-off. After narrowly escaping a "drinks menu" rip-off, we were treated to a kebab that now ranks first among the worst kebabs on our list. It was loaded with meat that had been simmering for far too long, and fries that contributed to the dryness twice over. Even the sauces couldn't compensate for the penetrating, scratchy feeling when swallowing, and tasted like bland supermarket mush. All in all, I can say that I would have rather starved that day than ruin my stomach like that.

Yesterday I had by far the worst kebab experience ever, and on top of that, I was almost ripped off. The meat was either fatty or burnt, and the kebab owner tried to entice us with drinks for a much too high price. I don't know what kind of sauces they used, but I can say one thing: the toilet bowl will be happy the next day. In conclusion, I can say that the kebab was neither made with love nor with good ingredients. I would definitely avoid this place and go home hungry next time.

Is this a good place? Discussable. Is it a place that saves lives? Most definitely! Their Falafel Durum is ok, but needed when you are there. Their Kebab might be the line between being hungover and ok. The food here is good but the service and quality much appreciated. Their service hits the spot just right and I'm happy they exist.

The order was prepared very quickly, in literally 30 seconds, but the meat turned out to be charred—at the very least, it was burnt and sometimes had a distinct burnt flavor. Overall, the meat wasn't bad, but the ordinary yogurt sauce didn't impress me; two stars at most. I was here at 12:30 AM, in the middle of Oktoberfest. I think it's understandable why the meat was burnt, but that was enough for me to avoid coming back.

So arrogant! Very poor and discriminatory service. As a neighbor, I find it a shame.

Unfortunately, this was by far the worst kebab (falafel) I've ever eaten. The ingredients were thrown on without much enthusiasm, and then a dollop of sauce on top. It was very dry, and I could only choke it down because I was so hungry after all the partying. Stay away when the place is busy. There seems to be no motivation to deliver quality. A shame, money and appetite wasted.

We paid for a kebab, but then we only had kebabs. Everyone in our group who ordered a kebab was ripped off. That's how you earn your extra €1 per customer.

Technically, you can go there for the food, which is pretty average, as is the ambiance. However, the service is terrible. The staff was very unfriendly. If you have the opportunity, go somewhere else.

Very dry, salty, chewy, expensive and just poor quality. If you’re hungry, go elsewhere. The service was also really terrible, hard to believe a place that supposedly has such a high rating is still in business, considering what I just experienced today. Shocking.

I live abroad so I had not had a donner kebab in at least 3 years, so I was recommended to go to this place to get a good kebab. I am not a fussy person but this kebab that they gave me was the WORST I have ever had in my life. Albsolutly horrible food, I am used to pita bread and this old dry salty meat was served in a dry bun. It was not wet with garlic and chile sause but unedibly dry. Furthermore the staff were not a bit friendly. In Ireland, we eat kebabs all the time are used to friendly service with good quality food served with pride by the staff. Not here in Alpen Imbiss where the atmosphere is unwelcoming and they treated me with terrible, unfriendly atitude, (despite me making an huge effort to be friendly) as well as serving me a substandard, salty and stale "so called Kebab" I would gove it 0 stars if this was an option. Avoid at all costs. Now drinking pints of water to get the salty, strange taste off my mouth

The meat wasn't cooked properly. The employee worked frantically and yelled at customers. Service = 0! The prices are reasonable, but definitely not recommended.

The server was very rude and didn't let us choose our toppings. The kebab wasn't even good.

I wish I could give it a zero rating; it was the worst wrap I've ever eaten. I actually wanted to give up on the döner kebab the moment I saw it, but since there weren't many options, I just bought it. It's a disgrace. The meat has no flavor and the color is awful. Anyway, I got the wrap, and the only taste I got from it was salt, nothing else. ABSOLUTELY STAY AWAY! YOU SHOULD BE AWAY FROM THIS PLACE IF YOU DO NOT WANT TO THROW YOUR MONEY TO TRASH.

Great little place. I asked if he spoke English and he was like, "You want kebab?" And that was that. Got all the veggies with the white and hot sauces. Also got a beer, all for €10. It was delicious and hit the spot for a hot, quick, and satisfying dinner

More bad than good. I wouldn't recommend it. The kebab was made with old meat. Not juicy. The atmosphere was not great. But the service was very friendly.

After I "encountered" a monstrous cockroach in the bathroom, we pointed it out to the waitress...his response: "Yeah, the whole kitchen is full of cockroaches, the boss couldn't care less"...yuck, just yuck!!!

Holy crap... I wouldn't go there again, even if I were completely drunk. Nothing homemade, no dressing on the salad, tastes terrible. The portion size is ridiculous for the price. Whoever writes "Munich's best kebab" is lying, and the customer didn't check Google reviews first. Otherwise, as a tourist, I feel sorry for Munich. It's only able to survive because it's in a good location and there are enough people passing by who don't know any better. Like me, unfortunately... I regret every cent... I've never had anything like it. The food was takeout.

You're served very quickly, but the kebab is terrible. The worst I've ever eaten. At night, you'll find all sorts of Munich nightlife curiosities in front of the shop. We ate there out of absolute necessity and advise everyone against it.

I ordered dürüm... by the time I paid, my dürüm was already ready without even asking me what I wanted in it... when I asked if it was spicy and without onions... the colleague said "Yes"... I asked again, then the second colleague said "Make a new one"... and he makes the new dürüm with less meat... salad and greens... I'm very disappointed... the last time I picked up my food.

Originally the worst kebab I've ever had in my entire life. The yogurt sauce tasted like nothing. I have no idea how they manage that. I don't understand these Google reviews. (Probably bought, I guess.) Every kebab in Berlin is better than this one. But at least the staff were nice. I would still advise everyone not to go here!

Like many people, I came with Google. The bearded boy, who was not interested, asked if it was cash or card only. I was able to order the food I wanted by showing the photo of your menu that appeared on Google. It said 8.5 euros there, but I paid 13 euros with a card. I bought the plate myself, there is no service, that does not matter. I waited for him to ask for a drink while ordering, frankly I was intimidated by his attitude. After receiving the food, I took a drink from the fridge myself and went to the cash register. This time, he asked for cash, not with a card. I do not carry cash. There is no problem when I buy the food with a card 5 minutes ago, then they ask for cash. I did not enjoy the meal I left unfinished because of these cheap problems. I will not come again, bye bye

Service was mediocre. The outrageous thing is the portion. There's barely any filling inside. If you're super hungry and don't have any other choice, then you can come here. Else, better find something else
