Everything is not good. Disappointing

I've eaten kebab here after celebrating for years. It was always stable and the staff was friendly. I have no idea what has changed, but the last few times the kebab was really bad and dry and the seller was extremely annoyed and unfriendly. It's a shame, but there are other kebab shops too

The rotisserie sandwich, which you can't rightly call a kebab due to the poor quality of the meat, tasted terrible and there was very little meat for €7, covered with a lot of lettuce and the sauce tasted very strongly of cheap mayo with a pungent aftertaste of vinegar. The snack Benefits from the location and the opening times - if night owls have a lot of tea on the weekend, they won't notice it anyway :-)

Used to come here all the time when visiting Munich. The foods good, but recently the cleanliness and hygiene has taken a nose dive. I was eating my kebab, watching mice run around the premises.

Went there more often after visiting the bar, just like before. Staff was unfriendly. We wanted to eat inside, but it was so dirty that we sat outside. My friend specifically ordered his kebab NOT spicy, it was incredibly spicy and actually inedible. Apart from that, from my point of view, it was basically a really bad kebab and also had enormous hygiene concerns. Definitely don't go there anymore.

First we are served an ice-cold boerek. When I asked to warm up the boerek, the doenermann came back with the warm boerek and pressed my friend's hand on it and asked if it was warm enough? It also tasted very bad I'm also surprised that I don't have salmonella as raw as the chicken meat was

Even one star is still too many here. You can barely tolerate the kebab if you've drunk too much. The meat used is absolutely inedible at any time of the day. Rock hard! Absolutely inferior quality and took too long on the grill. Interior spartan. Only aimed at Alkis who also come and go here. I wouldn't even recommend this store to my enemies!

Absolute nightmare – an imposition! I don't even know where to start - this store is a disgrace! The meat was disgusting: dry, burnt and with a bad aftertaste, as if it had been old for days. The lettuce was so rotten that I thought it would start to mold. The sauces? Just disgusting mush that tastes like nothing. The store itself stinks, is dirty, and hygiene seems to be a foreign concept here. The staff was not only unfriendly, but downright insulting when I asked if the food was fresh. Unfortunately my visit to this kebab shop was very disappointing. I had to wait an unusually long time before placing my order, even though there were no other customers in front of me. While waiting, I could see the employee busy in the kitchen. Before he came out, he ran both hands through his hair and then directly grabbed the kebab with these hands - a clear violation of basic hygiene standards. The quality of the service was also poor: the friendliness of the staff left a lot to be desired. You didn't feel welcome or well served. The prices bear no relation to the service offered, neither in terms of quality nor in terms of on-site experience. Overall, unfortunately, I wouldn't recommend this snack bar. Hygiene and customer friendliness should be top priority, which is apparently not the case here.

the worst place I've ever been. It's very dirty there, I saw a mouse in the corner. I ordered a kebab and fries, the taste was just terrible and the sauce that came with the fries was expired. There are many beggars who play in the casino of the same establishment. After eating my kebab, I felt sick within a few minutes, just like my friend. Don't go to this restaurant even if you are very hungry!!! p.s. I saw with my own eyes how this facility feeds the homeless with leftover food. I recommend it for constipation

I have never experienced such unfriendly staff! Why do I run a kebab shop if I have absolutely no interest in the job? But not only that, the kebab is anything but good for my taste.

The seller's first message was: “Order quickly, I want to smoke”. There was nothing more personal n contact. Then I was made. Unfortunately, the kebab is just mediocre. Unfortunately, the combination of service, price and performance is really subpar.

We wanted to get something to eat in the evening and came across the Alpine snack bar because it was still open and seemed uncomplicated. It was a mistake!!! I ordered a kebab! The meat was raw and just not good. We were served unfriendly and carelessly and the kebab was prepared accordingly. It's better to stay away from it and pay 1-2 euros more for better quality food. Never again…

I wish I could give 0 stars. This was by far the worst kebab I've ever eaten, even at 3 a.m. with a high temperature I couldn't eat this thing. The service was even worse than the kebab. We were insulted stupidly and our kebab was served in an incredibly careless way that I have never experienced before. Stay away from this eyesore and avoid this store.

For a total of 7 € you can quickly put together a loveless thing that unfortunately only looks like a kebab. The taste is very poor and the layering is extremely bad. The thing falls apart when it's handed over and doesn't even survive two bites before it completely dissolves. A portion of crap in your hand would be worth more. Nice for the rats at the tram station, but difficult for people to enjoy. Absolutely not recommended!

Worst kebab in Munich. For 8€ you get 4 counted pieces of the rotisserie, onions were out and a lot of salad so that it's not just pita bread. Unfortunately, tomatoes don't taste good at all and sauce couldn't be more generic. Unfortunately there is often no alternative at Sendlinger Tor and that's why they get away with it. Keep your hands off it!

No salad in the kebab, then it's still cold, it's ready in 2 seconds...how does that work? You order and by the time you have the money it's already there.. you are put under so much pressure to get out of there quickly...weird shop...bad food!

The ideal place if you've bent the tin roof again and done a good job of getting behind your armor...then the kebab in the Alpen Imbiss is the only real solution to delay the approaching drunk coma a little longer!😌👌

One upon a time this was a reliable place to buy Döner before going home. They had open all night and it was a good late night meal. Now the meat tastes weird (you will 100% taste it again later... ), the people are unfriendly and it looks just run down. Really sad because the location is perfect for a night-Döner.

If you don't have any requirements and just want to eat something, that's probably enough. There are only 3 ingredients, never seen so few. Meat dry and the whole package just not as tasty as in other kebab shops. Staff also super demotivated and didn't want to talk. There was nothing except a hello and goodbye.

The visit was a complete disappointment. The selection of ingredients is limited to lettuce, onions and tomatoes. The falafel in my sandwich was bone dry. When asked by the staff, they admitted that the falafel had been fried twice. However, this is the rule due to the high number of people. No trace of insight or apology. Not recommended, even if you are very hungry. Then I'd rather have the pizza from next door.

We were last here before the plague - often because the Alpen Imbiss is strategically located between the subway and the apartment. Either we have lost part of our sense of taste for rotisserie meat due to COVID-19 - or someone has tinkered with the recipe. So that there are no misunderstandings: everything is fair here. The portions are large, the service is quick and very friendly, and the prices are right. But somehow the food used to be *even* better. That's just how it is. We'd love to come back!

Real juice shop. It says it's open 24 hours a day, so we walked there and then the salesman locked the door in front of us from the inside. It was 2:30. I can understand that you don't want to work that long, but then please don't write that you're always open. Bottomless impudence

I got a kebab box, it was late and so I specifically asked because it was so quick if there were fries in it. Words from the employee “yes, yes are downstairs” I then checked because that seemed strange to me. In short, €8.50 paid for vegetables! I pointed this out to him and the employee then threw a handful of fries into my frying pan with his bare hands and took them out again after two minutes and rudely rejected me. Run-down kebab shop, the Dürüm was so-so, unfortunately the meat was very over-seasoned. Overall 2 or 3 stars. But unfortunately I didn't get any plates to eat here, and the 2 rats/mice gave me the rest. It's a shame, it used to be an insider tip

Very bad traders, don't listen to what customers order, the worst donner shop in Germany I have ever encountered.

Service unfriendly and annoyed. Doner kebab is the lowest level. I twisted my stomach cleanly. Never again!

The kebab used to be quite good, but now it was an absolute disaster. The waitress seems annoyed, absolutely listless and prefers to go smoke. The “doner kebab” only consists of meat, onions and iceberg lettuce, so the total minimum. But you get a stomach ache for free. Another one more on my red list.

I bought a kebab plate with rice and salad for €12 today. First the seller made me a kebab plate with fries, but that wasn't what I ordered so I don't want to accept it. When I got home and wanted to eat it, the rice was still so hard, as if it hadn't been cooked

Meat is regularly pre-cut and stored under the spit, making it cold and hard and simply unappetizing.

Worst kebab in a long time. The operators want to sell as much as possible and the service and preparation are therefore very quick, which means the kebab doesn't taste like anything.
