On April 4, 2024, I was admitted to the Dresden University Hospital. I didn't have a phone with me and looked for a phone booth but couldn't find one. Then I saw the sign for Ali's Kebap House. I went in and said hello. I explained my situation. The boss said: “Wait a few minutes, I’ll give you my phone.” A few minutes later Ahmet Abi came to me and gave me his cell phone. After I finished my call, he asked, “Can you wait a minute?” I said yes and waited. He sat down next to me, asked how I was doing, and I told him everything. Even though I wasn't hungry, he insisted on buying me a kebab and he let me fill me up without asking for anything in return. That's how I met Ahmet Abi that day. Later I often went to them to eat kebabs, but they never accepted money from me. Neither Ahmet Abi nor his son ever wanted any payment from me. On Friday February 14th I was admitted to the hospital again and on Saturday February 15th I went back to see them. Their kebabs are really delicious. Sometimes I just go because I appreciate the good entertainment. Ahmet Abi is incredibly educated, warm and like a big brother. During my toughest times in Germany he was like a brother to me. I am currently attending school. After school I will try my best to work for them if they ever need someone. I wish Ahmet Abi and his family good luck, satisfaction and success for their family business. I invite you all to try this unique delicacy.

Normally really, really good, I currently come here weekly because they have vegan options and accept card payments. But this one older employee with glasses messed it up. I wanted to order a small kebab box with falafel and fries again and he told me €10.00 - I asked why €10 since I've only paid €6 in the last few days. Seitan was accidentally charged and quickly deducted from the bill. New price €8.50. €8.50 is okay, I don't mind the extra money when the quality is good. However, I showed him my card statement, which clearly shows the €6. When he saw this, he first said it wasn't from this year, even though the debit was on February 8, 2025. When he realized this, he called me a liar and said "The debit isn't from our shop" - strange that my €8.50 debit with SumUpAlisKebap was the same as all the others. The price change per se doesn't bother me; perhaps the €6 was a "friendship price" in the past. What does bother me, however, is that a loyal customer is portrayed as a liar, even though I can provide the receipts. I've never experienced that before; it's incredibly unfortunate. Instead of admitting mistakes and apologizing, I had to seriously debate my credibility. It so soured my taste that I left.

The doner kebab was very tasty, but it's now become a children's doner kebab. No one can get enough of it anymore! A few weeks ago, the doner kebab was much larger and of a standard standard.

Super nice staff. Nice and clean shop. The highlight here is probably the vegan kebab/dürüm with seitan, which tastes really delicious and is in no way inferior to the normal kebab (also very tasty). All sauces here are vegan and also taste excellent.

Döner itself is quite solid but the price is just €1, so the Dürum goes from €7.50 to €8.50. That's just too much

I have already eaten at Ali's kebab shop several times and can only report positive things. The food always tastes great and the ingredients are fresh and high quality. The kebab and falafel are particularly recommended. The boss, Ali, is very personable and cool. He always ensures a friendly atmosphere and makes every visit a pleasant experience. Best chicken dönner in town if you skip the red sauce and ask for more chilli, I am having lunch here at least once a week for two years.

The kebab box was horrible, the garlic sauce was sour and the kebab meat was dry and tough. The fries were soggy and very, very sparse. Big city kebab is really nothing.

It was an okay, good kebab. Standard kebab for Dresden standards. Really expensive at €7.50 with cheese, but that's the way it is today. I give the whole thing a 7/10. You can do that, but there are much better ones.

We clearly join the other recessions. So far, Bios Döner was the best Dresden Döner, but after it burned down and will probably never open again, we looked for alternatives from Freital to Heidenau and from Neustadt to Wasaplatz... Ali's Kebap is really the absolute favorite of all seven family members. The store could certainly be more spectacular, but it definitely has its charm. Card payment is easy. The ingredients not only looked super fresh, but tasted great... from the lettuce to the tomatoes, the very best cream. The veal was also very tasty, expertly prepared perfectly by hand without an electric knife, evenly and extremely thinly portioned... someone knows their craft. For our standard order (3 Dürum and 2 large kebab boxes) we didn't have to wait 15 minutes despite the spit change... and there were even two free drinks for the short ones while we waited... the service was simply great... we'll definitely be back.

I was a little surprised today that the owner changed. But I have to say that the food is still of very good quality. The service was quick and friendly and the preparation was professional. I can recommend this restaurant.

Wir waren super zufrieden. Die Preise sind für einen Mittags-Snack beruflicher Art nicht mehr die von 2015 - aber mit diesem neuen Preisniveau muss man leben. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. :-)

Was dem neuen Inhaber noch an Geselligkeit im Vergleich zum Vorgänger fehlt, macht er durch die Qualität und gestiegene Vielfalt des Essens mehr als gut. Der Kartoffeldöner ist definitiv zu empfehlen. Macht weiter so!!

Für mich der beste Döner in Dresden. Gute Qualität, sehr guter Geschmack und ausgezeichneter Service. Und es gibt türkischen Tee. Immer wieder gern.

Der ehemalige Uni Döner hat nun auch einen neuen Namen und überzeugt in gewohnten Flair drinnen wie draußen kann man hier gut essen und trinken.

Guter Türkischer Imbiss. Preis und Leistung stimmen. Immer ein nettes Wort und ein Lächeln für die Kunden. Ich komme gerne immer wieder zu euch.

Ich habe einen normalen Döner, an einem Sonnigen Tag draußen gegessen und bin sehr begeistert. Der Salat hat für mich hierbei am meisten herausgeragt, da dieser wirklich frisch und lecker geschmeckt hat. Preislich bewegt man sich hier im Durchschnitt. Das Personal ist überaus freundlich und alles in einem ist dieser Döner absolut zu empfehlen. 👌🏻

Ich hatte einen Dönersalat. Für 8,30 ganz schön wenig was ich da bekommen habe. Bei uns Zuhause bekommt man dafür die doppelte Menge .. das war eher eine Vorspeise so klein war der .... Und geschmeckt hat er auch nicht so brilliant....

Mega guter Laden. Chef und Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich. Essen ist sehr gut 👍 Produkte immer frisch 👍. Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen 💪 Es gibt leckeres Radeberger Pilsner aus dem Kühlschrank 👍.

Habe gestern einen Dürüm mit Käse bestellt. Beim Bezahlen war ich wirklich entsetzt! 8,90€!!! Es tut mir Leid, aber dieser Preisanstieg innerhalb weniger Wochen ist nicht nachvollziehbar. Zumal der Mann am Tresen eher mit dem Handy beschäftigt war und ziemlich genervt auf Grund meiner Bestellung wirkte. Unhygienisch dazu, ohne Handschuhe permanent am Handy zu sein und mit ungewaschener Hand dann mein Essen zu berühren. Am Ende war der Dürüm nicht mal besonders gut, ohne Ende nicht kaubare Stücke im Fleisch. Sorry, geht insgesamt nicht klar für mich, insofern meide ich diesen Laden ab sofort.

Bester Döner weit und breit :) Nudelauflauf ist der Hammer, aber Achtung Suchtgefahr ! 😋

Leckere Döner, Dürüm und Pide. Sehr guter Geschmack und auch schnell fertig, Preise sind in Ordnung. Mittags Geduld mitbringen, denn viele Mitarbeiter der Uniklinik essen hier auch gern. Ich empfehle v.a. den kleinen Halloumiteller. 👍

The food is absolutely delicious, the people are so kind. The salads, the sauces, and the bread are always fresh. Although I have tried other places in the surrounding, I prefer this place due to their classy top quality service and the taste since 2019. I wholeheartedly suggest you to come and try. Also, they offer some sort of black Turkish tea at the end of your meal when the restaurant is not so busy which is addictive and relaxing. Das Essen ist absolut lecker, die Leute sind so nett. Die Salate, die Saucen und das Brot sind immer frisch. Obwohl ich andere Orte in der Umgebung ausprobiert habe, bevorzuge ich diesen Ort aufgrund der edlen Qualität und des Geschmacks seit 2019. Ich empfehle Ihnen von ganzem Herzen, zu kommen und es zu versuchen. Sie bieten auch eine Art schwarzen türkischen Tee am Ende Ihrer Mahlzeit an, wenn das Restaurant nicht so voll ist, was süchtig macht und entspannend ist.

Döner mit 4,50 etwas teuer, aber die Qualität ist das wert. Zutaten und Endprodukt sehen sehr gut aus und Döner schmeckt ausgezeichnet. Der Imbiss ist sauber und ordentlich, der Mitarbeiter war freundlich.

Personal ist freundlich, spricht Empfehlungen aus und ist sehr zuvorkommend. Die Soßen sind, im Vergleich, schön aromatisch. Die scharfe Soße ist zu meiner Begeisterung keine süße Ketchup Zuckerbombe die an einem Chili Tütchen vorbeigetragen wurde sondern hat sogar eine nette Schärfe. Die Döner sind reichlich belegt, bei extra Fleisch oder Käse zahlt man zwar etwas mehr drauf - dafür kommt aber auch reichlich was zusätzlich drauf. Für mich einer der besseren Dönerläden in Dresden!

Mir schmeckt Dresdener Döner generell sehr gut, aber dieser,.... delicios.

Prinzipiell wird in dem Laden recht schmackhaftes Essen serviert, allerdings würde ich bei der Ausgabe des Rückgeldes aufpassen, da es bereits mehrfach vorkam, dass dieses falsch ausgegeben wurde. Ich möchte an dieser Stelle keine Absicht unterstellen, habe jedoch auf diese Weise bereits ein paar Euro "eingebüßt".

20 Minuten mussten wir warten und sogar Leute die später gekommen sind, haben ihr Essen eher bekommen. Die Pommes auf die wir 20 Minuten gewartet hatten, waren am Ende sogar kalt. Man wurde einfach vergessen.

Dal jsem si kebab v tortile.. maso se zeleninou 50/50 takže fajn, jinak vynikající chuť :)
