We wanted to celebrate my son’s birthday who like turkish cuisine and heard it was a nice place. Unfortunately it took them 30 minutes to get us our drinks . My daughter and wife got their main course 20 minutes before my son and I… not really nice service…

Four of us had a spontaneous dinner at this restaurant. Since all the seats outside were reserved/occupied, the host asked us to take a table inside. The food was delicious and the waiting time was acceptable. The service is very good and the employees are courteous and quick. We will definitely come back.

Luckily we had a reservation, the restaurant was very busy (Saturday, 7 p.m.) We were brought to our table and only got the cards when we asked - unfortunately the waiter had to wait a while until we could order drinks and food. In the end, almost 15 minutes passed since arrival. Given the busy restaurant, we were still understanding. The food came quite quickly and we thought it was incredibly tasty! Lots of vegetarian selection, fresh ingredients, perfectly seasoned for us - we were definitely full and can therefore recommend the restaurant. We paid just under €70 for a mixed meze plate (for 2 people), pide, salad, baklava & two drinks. Price-performance ratio is therefore completely right for us.

I love the food here. It's always a 10/10. However, the ambience has changed significantly over time. Unfortunately, much more uncomfortable than before. The service is still very nice!!!

The food is far from Turkish nature. The typical Turkish farmer's salad was tainted with cheese that tasted spoiled. The Adana Kebap comes on the plate and looks very very very unappetizing and makes you feel sick. Unfortunately the taste isn't much better. The woman had a chicken casserole. Unfortunately, we both had extreme stomach pains afterwards. Never again!!!

Ordered two times via lieferando, earlier than said time. The guy decided to close kitchen at 9 on Sunday. at least call and tell then why are you cancelling order at 2120? Drove like 30mins. Website says 2130 kitchen closure. Restaurant times are unreliable.

I was very impressed by the restaurant. The service was remarkable, the owner took my order himself and brought the food himself. The food was served on a very nice platter and it was also very tasty. We will definitely visit the restaurant again. I recommend it to everyone.

Turkish people with Turkish guests serve very good food. We sat comfortably outside on the alley. Very nice. Unfortunately, the dishes only arrived lukewarm (deduction of one ⭐️ star). I think the price for a bottle of water and a raki (almost 8 euros each) is excessive. The side bread costs more than 5 euros. These prices celebrate a false image of Turkish hospitality.

We were not satisfied at all, the food was nothing and when we arrived many dishes were sold out. The staff wasn't very friendly and at the end of the evening we were hoping to make up for it with a Turkish dessert we love, kunefe, but we were very disappointed. It's nothing special, in other places we have eaten it 1000 times better and furthermore the prices are definitely too high.

Vegetarians will also be happy here: there are many such dishes and we enjoyed everything. Also the meat dishes and drinks. The service was too cold for me and I found the atmosphere uncomfortable. The restaurant is large and there were only a few guests. It's nice to sit outside. In terms of price, we found everything completely reasonable and would be happy to come back.

For me, there are much better Turkish restaurants in Munich! Cold starters with no taste, missing the spices, salt and pepper. And what I don't like at all is when the waiter touches the drinking glass from above. I don't have to go there anymore.

We mainly wanted to order Kunefe but were very disappointed as there was no cheese in it at all. The taste was ok, but how is it Kunefe without cheese ? Definitely will not order Kunefe ever again in this restaurant. We then ordered a vegetarian pide which should have some veggies, mushrooms and cheese but the order came without cheese on top. We asked the staff about it and he was nice enough to make us another order with cheese on top. This Pide was fresh and tasty. They have a brick oven, where they bake their breads etc. Will definitely try this place for other dishes but a big No for Kunefe.

I had zeytinyaglı bamya (okra and vegetables from the oven) and my daughter had tavuk Şiş (chicken skewer with onion and pepper). Both tasted absolutely excellent and the chicken was tender, juicy and perfectly seasoned.

We came on holiday and went for dinner, the prices are exorbitant, people are shocked, it is not a problem that it is expensive, we avoid the store, even though the prices were high, we could not taste it, we could not finish it, and there was no treats.

We ate 4 cubed pitas. The pitas had nothing to do with those in Turkey. Turkish restaurants usually serve tea after meals, but there was no tea to buy, let alone treat. taste It's very inadequate, you should only go there to fill your stomach.

We had a very pleasant evening with our close friends at Alibey today. Service was quick and the menu is very extensive. The starters were just as delicious as the main courses. Staff was very nice. I will happily come back to try other Turkish dishes.

We had dinner at Ali Bey a few weeks ago. Super friendly and quick reception, the dishes were explained to us in detail. Great culinary experience, gladly again! However, you should allow some time to find a parking space (Schwabing), of course the Ali Bey Restaurant can't do anything about that. 5 stars fully deserved. Thanks!

09.06.2024 In this place where we went to have dinner, thinly cut breads like in a tradesman restaurant and stale pitas placed in the same basket came next to the liver we ordered. We asked for lavash so that we could eat it, but they warmed up the same stale bread and pitas without lavash and brought them back, of course, since there was no lavash, we could not eat the livers. But we paid the money and after the liver, we wanted Adana kebab. Of course, we ate only Adana kebab in order not to stay hungry. It was tasteless and fatless. I have been going to this place for about four years. While I was on holiday in Turkey, by the way, I am a citizen living abroad and I will never step foot there again. I recommend you to go to GAZİANTEP SOFRASI across the street. Finally, when I went to pay the bill at the cash register, the owner of the place saw me, but since he did not want to deal with me, he directed a young friend who was working as a waiter and I paid him the bill. In other words, a steakhouse that is improving itself day by day, has zero courtesy, zero service, and of course it can be called a steakhouse.

We traveled from Vienna to Munich today and used Google to find out where the best restaurant reviews are. First of all, the waiter greeted us very unfriendly, no customer respect, the first question was whether we have a reservation?? When we said no, they said you wouldn't have a table for an hour, but of course not in a nice way. The food wasn't special, maybe something special for the people of Munich, so you really need to experience Turkish cuisine. I suspect that the ratings are manipulated by their own people (a real mafia game)!!! The prices are extremely overpriced for such a small portion. I would certainly not go there again and would suggest to those who arrived in Munich for the first time that it would be better to go to McDonald's than to Ali Bey. It's really a shame what they present, because in a real Turkish culture a guest is welcomed as the highest priority! REALLY RIDICULOUS BAY ALI K.

My mom and I went to Ali Bey Restaurant and it was simply outstanding! Since it was our first time eating real Turkish food, we asked the boss to recommend something. He chose a starter, main course and dessert for us that perfectly suited our taste. We would love to go there again and can recommend the restaurant to everyone!

Was here for the first time today. The food was amazing. Everything very tasty and fresh. The service was impeccable. We were served by Yasar who ensured that we were satisfied throughout. I highly recommend the store and we will come back here soon. 5/5

Considering the price the food is below average, for 30 euros you only get a piece of lamb ribs and the rest is just chicken breast. In addition, the food is extremely salty. I wouldn't recommend it. Ich finde hier passt Preis Leistung nicht zusammen. Das Ambiente gleicht eher einem basic Restaurant -,"fine dining" ist nicht der Fall. Der Kellner war sehr freundlich. Das Essen aber nicht dem hohen Preis gewachsen.

It was a lovely place. The workers were very kind and friendly to us. They showed great interest to customers. We were there for my friend’s birthday last night and we ate liver with sauce (ciğer). It was superb. As a Turkish person who grew up in Balkans, I had so many good ciğer so far but this one was far the best! After most of the customers left, the owners even let us choose the songs we like and dance in the restaurant. Thanks to them, we could give my friend a birthday she will always remember! The only thing that I don’t like is that the workers didn’t dance with us despite all the insistance. But overall it was great! I think this place is worth a chance! :))

As someone studying gastronomy, I had the opportunity to test it for scoring. I went with my girlfriend. I definitely do not recommend it. The food is definitely below what I expected. I did not tip because I received inadequate service. Therefore, the waiter made a face at us and did not say have a good day. Even though we said, such a tradesmanship cannot be possible. It is complete chaos.

Well, Ali Bey in Munich feels like a home away from home for us Turks. I doubt you'll find anything better in the city. The food is superb, and the waiters are incredibly friendly. Make sure to try the mixed meze plate and the beyti; you won't regret it. And don't forget to enjoy some rakı. A personal recommendation: Beylerbeyi Göbek.

I don't really think much of Turkish restaurants in Munich, but this place is really good and you can definitely do it Price performance is not that good, it is a bit overpriced What bothered us all a bit was the intrusiveness. We waited for a few people and were asked three times if we wanted to order. After eating where not everyone was finished, we were often asked whether we wanted to clean up, which was too intrusive, and again and again whether we wanted dessert The restaurant really has quality but also a lot of quantity. If you have a group of 10-15 people in the restaurant you should give the group some time. Unfortunately it was really intrusive But overall the food was really very tasty, which is why I decided on 5 stars but 3 stars for the service
