The food I ordered was super tasty and still really hot. The schnitzel was tender, the sauces were very tasty and the fries were crispy. The only downside was that the delivery time was between 20 and 40 minutes, but I waited over an hour for my food.

Pizza came cold after 90 minutes instead of 25 minutes.

I've eaten a lot of pizzas. But the ham/onion pizza today... or my wife's tuna pizza were not of good quality. The ham, which was far too thick and cut into very large slices, was immediately thrown away. Then both pizzas. Ours First and last experience with this pizzeria.

The food is always fresh, delivery times are not too long, the staff is very friendly and the prices are absolutely reasonable. Highly recommended

We were served a delicious pizza quickly and there was nothing wrong with that. What's unpleasant is that there are no private toilets here and you have to use the Galeria's public toilets instead. There were also problems paying with a gift card. This was initially not accepted, so we had to pay in advance and, under the instructions of the manager and a copy of our identity card, apply for the voucher to be refunded to Solarisbank, which they declared as a payout of a lottery winnings. Certainly not legally permissible, but we accepted it anyway because I wanted to go to the toilet quickly at home. Although the food was very good, there are places in Dinslaken where I feel more comfortable. I'm curious to see how long it will take until I have the "lottery winnings" in my account. Note 10/21/24: The voucher was paid out on my account the next working day, at least. I would also like to emphasize again that the food and service were absolutely fine.
