The Energetic Life Restaurant offers a very pleasant and tranquil atmosphere where you immediately feel at ease. The dishes are freshly prepared, beautifully presented, and overall healthy and light – exactly what you would expect from a concept like this. The selection is varied, and it's clear that great emphasis is placed on high-quality ingredients. The service is friendly and, upon request, will explain the individual dishes. While some dishes could be seasoned a bit more robustly, overall it's a very good and well-rounded concept. A highly recommended place if you want to eat mindfully and feel good while doing so.

It's advisable to make a reservation, even during the week, as it's always very busy, and rightly so. I don't know of any other Japanese restaurant in Stuttgart that offers such authentic dishes. From simple chicken skewers to fermented, slimy soybeans. Add to that super friendly service and a great atmosphere.

For me, one of the best sushi restaurants in Stuttgart!!! Super service, everything delicious and fresh!!! Good value for money, parking available - I'll definitely be back 🩷

Yesterday we went there and enjoyed the mushroom risotto and the tagliatelle with lamb ragu. It was absolutely delicious! 😍 The tagliatelle was perfect with incredibly tender meat. The only (tiny) criticism: the risotto was almost too salty – it could have used a touch of freshness (like something lemony) to balance it out. But we'll definitely be back to try the other dishes on the menu. ✨

The prices are a bit high. The taste and dishes are excellent. The four of us paid 120€.
