Unfortunately it has become more expensive since the beginning of the year and there is now less food on the plates. Otherwise very tasty, can't complain

Very good, cheap Greek, in contrast to Haupt Allee you can eat very well here. Reservation is recommended. Centrally located to the center.

We had to wait a long time until one of the many waitresses came to us and took our order. The staff was totally overwhelmed as they were very busy outside. Unfortunately the food was a disaster because it was cold, really cold! The neighboring table also complained about this in the service. When the waitress later asked us if everything was OK, I said that the food was cold and didn't taste good. The waiter didn't really respond, quickly disappeared without apologizing and later sent his colleague to pay us. Here, too, there was no response and we returned to our accommodation dissatisfied. This place is ticked off for us. What a shame actually!

We spontaneously walked past Alexander the Great and got a nice outside seat. I suspect that doesn't always work. I ordered a grill plate and my wife ordered a salad with chicken breast fillet, both were excellent. There is only one point of criticism and that is the starter salad. Yes, of course, that's complaining at a high level, but it can still be done better. If you compare the price with what we got, this is a top place.⁶

Even though all the tables were occupied and we hadn't made a reservation, we got a table. The food and service was great. We'll definitely come again.

The staff is super friendly. You immediately feel comfortable. The food can still be worked on a little. The eye eats with it, so you can certainly arrange it nicer on the plate and make it a little more high-quality. thank you for the hospitality

Fantastisk god mat og hyggelig betjening. Første servering av drikke og mat gikk greit. Det ble vel lenge å vente på påfyll med drikke, noe som er forståelig siden det kom mange kunder en periode. Men når man må vente 40 minutter på å betale er det ikke greit. Vi har bedt om å få betalt men ingen respons .

Today there was nothing, we got bad gyros, bit the cartilage 3 times and the meat was better otherwise. Fries came late, too few and not crispy!

We, my wife and I, have been here several times and are always happy to come back. Very nice ambience with Greek sounds in the background. Extensive menu, very professional service (where does that still exist today???) who keep an overview even when the hut is full! The food is always very tasty and tasty. Already on our first visit, we knew we would be back. And just yesterday (Valentine's Day) we were there again... and said to ourselves, we'll be back...

It used to be great, but today it's more of a fast food joint. Metaxa sauce used to be added to many dishes and now you have to pay extra. It doesn't work anymore.

Everything is perfect here for a Greek break. However, without a reservation it is now often difficult to get a place. The team is well-coordinated, attentive and the kitchen is flexible. All typical Greek dishes can be found on the menu

Yesterday we went to “Alexander the Great” in Bad Pyrmont for the first time. Due to the many positive online reviews, we also accepted a longer journey for this visit. The ambience was very appealing and the allocated table near the counter was more than satisfactory. We couldn't quite suppress our initial surprise, as when we ordered drinks we were greeted with a familiarity that I only know from my closest circle of friends and family. During our stay, we unfortunately had to hear that our last name had to be used several times and unmistakably to amuse the entire counter and service staff. Openly laughing at this faux pas, the restaurant staff didn't even seem embarrassed. After I asked them about it, they just tried to hide everything under the guise of "We're all friends." The fake, over-friendly and cynical farewell was just the highlight of the evening anyway. Actually, we just wanted to be good guests in a good restaurant. Due to the very unprofessional treatment of us - no, it was rather rude - positive recommendations and further visits will not take place.

Das Restaurant wurde uns wärmstens empfohlen, aber so toll die Bedienung auch war, geschmacklich war es nur solide. Daran änderten auch die fairen Preise nichts. Verwunderlich war zudem der nicht vorhandene Tzaziki auf den Tellern, den es sonst bei anderen Griechen zumeist reichlich gibt. Ein Hinweis in der Karte wäre hier hilfreich gewesen. Somit war es ein netter Besuch, aber eben auch nicht mehr.

Nie wieder mit Kindern! Meine Tochter (2 Jahre) hatte kurz geweint. Die Kellner, die man sonst nie angetroffen hatte, schlichen plötzlich um uns herum und wollten, dass ich dieses weinende Geschöpf ausstelle. Wir waren das letzte mal dort!

Super Preis Leistung. Tolles Essen, schönes Ambiente und guter Service. Preise super. Man kann sich auch als Erwachsene eine "kleine Portion" bestellen. Wirklich zu empfehlen.

Ich war 3 Wochen in der m&i Fachklinik und bin sehr gerne hier zum Essen gegangen. Bedienung und Qualität waren immer top, sehr freundlich und leckere Gerichte.

Essen war sehr lecker und reichlich! Ist ein bissl teurer, aber halt auch kein Imbiss, sondern ein nettes Restaurant. Und ziemlich voll! Das spricht ja immer für den Laden, wenn er viele Besucher bewirten kann. Kann ich bedenkenlos weiterempfehlen.

Es war ein sehr schöner Abend. Das Essen war von der Vorspeise bis Hauptgericht hervorragend. Dessert hat nicht mehr gepasst ;). Portionen sind mehr als ausreichend. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Tolles Essen, sehr aufmerksam und wer mit dem Rollstuhl die Treppen bezwingen will bekommt schnell Hilfe vom Personal. Alternativ geht's aber auch durch die Hintertür ebenerdig rein. Das Essen war grandios. Ich kann es uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen

Hier gibt es sehr wohlschmeckende Speisen. Die Fleischstücke sind besonders zart und hervorragend gewürzt. Der Service ist aufmerksam u. zuvorkommend, aber unaufdringlich. Wir haben uns hier äußerst wohl gefühlt.

Ich hatte Zaziki so wie den Mykonosteller der einfach nur extrem lecker war. Das Fleisch war zart und saftig, die Portion war für mich mehr als ausreichend und der Zaziki war definitiv frisch gemacht und nicht zugekauft wie im übrigen alles was wir gegessen haben. Der Service war sehr nett, freundlich und zuvorkommend. Der Abend war so schön. Vielen, vielen Dank an das gesamte Team. Ich werde auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Mein Freund und Ich waren selten so zufrieden. Das Essen war wirklich Hammer und ich habe noch nie so nettes Personal gesehen. Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen auf jeden Fall wieder! Eine klare Empfehlung!

....atemberaubend freundliche Bedienung. Es gibt keine langen Wartezeiten auf das Essen. Das Essen ist gut abgeschmeckt und jeder findet etwas. Knoblauch wird in akzeptablem Maß eingesetzt, was ja nicht selbstverständlich ist und deshalb hier besonders erwähnt wird. Ich kann dieses Restaurant nur empfehlen. Man sollte aber rechtzeitig einen Tisch reservieren, denn in Bad Pyrmont hat sich offensichtlich rumgesprochen, dass dieses griechische Restaurant sehr gut ist.

Sehr leckers Essen. Das Fleisch war auf den Punkt genau zubereitet. Aufmerksames und Neztes Personal. Schönes Ambiente. Kleiner Tipp: Wer am Freitag oder am Wochenende essen gehen möchte, sollte vorher einen Tisch reservieren.

Chef und Bedienung sind sehr herzlich. Essen war sehr gut.

Vor bestelltes Gruppen Essen wurde pünktlich ausgegeben. Die Verteilung wurde durch sehr lautes Aufrufen der Gerichte als störend empfunden. Alles in allem aber als Restaurant sehr zu empfehlen.

Wir hatten uns den Griechen aufgrund der guten Bewertungen ausgesucht leider können wir uns diesen Bewertungen nicht anschließen der Salat war mit Soße übergossen die Vorspeise war leider etwas geschmacksneutral (Tamaras mit Weißbrot kein pita)? Die Seezunge aus der Pfanne war paniert und aus der Fritteuse und die Beilagen zum Grillteller sehr verkocht aber sehr sehr freundlich Personal

Wir sind mittlerweile Stammgäste, weil egal wann man kommt und was man isst, es ist alles fabelhaft, wir wurden noch nie enttäuscht! Dafür fahren wir gern über 40 Kilometer in eine Richtung! Denn bei uns kann man nicht so gut Griechisch essen. Der Service ist auch immer freundlich und aufmerksam. Wir kommen immer gern wieder!

Ouzo zum Empfang und bei der Bezahlung. Super leckerer Vorspeisenteller. Sehr aufmerksames Personal! Werde ich auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen!

Der Service war freundlich und es gab gleich einen Ouzo aufs Haus. Mein Vorspeisenteller war gut aber und ziemlich viel. Das Knoblauchbrot waren 6 kleine geröstete Baguettescheiben. Meine Freundinnen waren vom Essen begeistert. Eine Reservierung lohnt sich.

Von der Begrüssung bis zum Abschluß-Ouzo ein durchgehend angenehmer Aufenthalt. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist aus-gezeichnet und die Küche recht ordentlich. Eien etwas größere Weinkarte würde ich mir wünschen, auch wenn Bad Pyrmont fast ausschließlich Biertrinker beherbergt.
