Extremely rude. They forgot to add fries to our order. We called and were told they were sold out and I'd get them with my next order. We disagreed and argued. He then simply hung up.

I just ordered from there and found a beard hair in my €9 burger. On the phone, he told me he wanted his burger back, that he could have the rest of the food, and that I shouldn't leave a review. 😂 Sorry, I don't know what that's all about! It's so bad. I already told him on the phone I didn't want another burger. I'll never order from there again!
