Will never enter this store again because the staff is unfriendly and the boss sits on the counter. We ordered rescue bags, there were lots of surprises and we received 4 kebab plates with warmed up meat from the day before (I hope)...then you could have just written kebab plates!!!!

I can completely understand the 1 star reviews. The chicken is extremely dry and has a very strange aftertaste. Unfortunately, all of the food went into the bin. Never again

Very bad quality food. I got take out and the grill was not fresh, it seemed like days old. ☹️☹️ totally unsatisfied. This wasn’t a one time experience, since I got like that twice .

The food was cold and tasteless, like it had been sitting around for hours. Our complaint was not addressed and was only responded to with pat answers. I have rarely encountered such poor service. Never again! !

The first impression was very disgusting. We wanted to leave immediately but were forced into a conversation. In the background, an employee was sitting on the counter next to the deep fryer and the kebab skewer. The vegetables looked really disgusting, almost colorless (I couldn't tell the difference between white cabbage and iceberg lettuce) our order was taken with jaja and prepared that way. The kebab tasted exactly as it looked, tasteless, lots of curry and everything burned (we ordered without hot sauce). I'll never go there again and would advise against it because it's just a kebab to break the habit of. Lg You have to know for yourself If it was demolished I would give more stars :)

If you order from them you won't get your food at all even though you've already paid and if you call them they'll act stupid, it's a great rip off from the store.....they do that very often as I've noticed

So you definitely have to keep your jacket on, otherwise you'll freeze your ass off. The kebab couldn't improve the mood either, because the meat was far too dry and the sauce and bread also tasted terrible.

The kebab wasn't exactly good, the bread was soggy and the sauces didn't really taste good. The chicken was very dry and tough. The service was virtually non-existent, we ordered as a group and were allowed to eat individually within 15 minutes. We had to leave our jackets on because it was way too cold in the store. Conclusion: not recommended.

I've eaten countless kebabs in my life, but this was by far the worst. The bread was soggy, the chicken was dry, and the sauce tasted like it had been picked up right off the street. Even on kebab day (€4 for a kebab), this shop is not worth recommending. There is another snack bar just ten meters away that also offers kebab day on the same day - and this one is significantly better. On normal days I can recommend the Mardin Grill, which is worlds more convincing. What I was served here really doesn't deserve the name "döner".

Very good kebab shop. Who knows how to set themselves apart from the masses of kebab shops in MD with their sauces and their very own sheep's cheese. It's also great that you can also get veal there and they make really good shawarma. I really enjoy ordering here.

Such a dirty shop accepted Monday's offer for 3.99 euros. He put 4 pieces of meat on it for me. I just said maybe and there was salad on it with sauce and so I didn't say anything and then he took the food away from me. So the worst store I've ever been to in my life.

I ordered 2 bags from TooGoodToGo, they took a while to pick up, but they were reasonably filled. So for 8€ there were 2 kebab plates. Meat was dry, sauces tasted unseasoned and it was a piece of wire!!!! In food.

In the beginning, the restaurant was excellent and the food was excellent, but now, unfortunately The shawarma was very bad, the chicken was dry and the fries were bad, so you have to pay us for the meals until we are satisfied to visit the restaurant..

We were out with friends from Berlin late in the evening and we all ordered a kebab box with chicken here. The kebab box was a total disappointment: the chicken was so dry it was inedible and there were only 4 fries in it. That was a horrible experience. Never again – it just sucks!

I was here for the first time and bought a dürüm kebab for 9 euros and this will be my first and last visit here because it is really expensive and poor quality and the chicken meat didn't taste like chicken at all!!! Even one star is too much for this place😡

I wanted mandhi. And it is almost close to a mandhi. I enjoyed it. Not very busy. Limited seats. The food in the image cost 6€ for half portion.

I bought a surprise bag worth €12 for €4 using the Too Good To Go app. The only thing that was right was the “surprise”. It was a small box with dry meat on top of disgusting, soggy fries to make it look like more. With some coleslaw even without sauces. You couldn't prepare a kebab plate more carelessly. 🤮 All in all, hardly edible, priced at a maximum of €1. I will also inform the app about this scam. 😡 By the way, pickup time was 5:30 p.m. so it wasn't leftovers, but an attempt to sell cheap food. 🤬 Stay away and go to a trustworthy kebab seller.

We come from out of town and were there after an event to actually pick up a too good to go box. Without further ado, we ordered a normal kebab plate with fries. Arrived home, looked at everything. First box, kebab plate with fries. Open the second box, just have another kebab plate with fries. So I don't want to judge anything but tgtg says that the original amount for the box is €12. The kebab plate normally costs €9... what happened to the €3?

Food inedible, dry and the meat was lumpy. Overall unsightly and tasteless. The store was full of employees (at least ALL of them were behind the counter). I suspect that anyone can get behind it. Hygiene is therefore more than questionable.

We ordered for 36 euros. Catastrophic. Whole chicken with rice 14 euros (there were 2 halves on rice which actually cost 6 euros) Döner plate 11 euros, the kebab meat was all gristly, you couldn't eat it. Nuggets with fries for 10 euros. With the nuggets and fries, the amount of fries that came with it was outrageous. Pair of chopsticks, cold and hard. FRIES LOOK DIFFERENT. WASN'T THE FIRST TIME. FOR THE LAST ORDER I WANTED RICE WITH THE CHICKEN BECAUSE I ALWAYS HAD BAD HARD WITH THE FRIES. I CAME HOME AND THERE WERE FRIES UNDER THE CHICKEN: SMASHED; COLD AND DISGUSTING: I'VE BROUGHT DISHES WITH FRIES ON SEVERAL TIMES AND THE LAST TIME THESE WERE SMALL, HARD AND COLD. Price/performance is definitely not right and I/we won't buy/order anything there again. In the end, the delivery person couldn't even read a name that had been on the doorbell sign for 22 years and said there was nothing to it. Should he ask his colleague, who recently delivered, read the name and rang the bell. This business is over for us.

The shop is simply disgusting, the staff are simply unhygienic, the meat was simply placed on the kebab plate with his fingers, he had a glove on but he also worked the cash register and in between made phone calls for a whole 40 minutes, despite the empty shop, simply waiting for the fries to be eaten The fried chicken was again half-frozen and after the breading was removed it was simply disgusting and according to the taste test it also tasted completely out of place and musty. Bread not crispy just warmed up. Child plays behind the corner. And the employees all wore extremely dirty clothes Just paid 38 euros for 3 things that ended up in the trash can. Conclusion: simply don't eat anything there

We've always been satisfied so far, but what we got today in terms of an outrageously small portion of nuggets with fries is really unbelievable. I paid €7 for it and got 6 nuggets but only maybe 10 fries…

Ich war einmal für den 4€ Döner da und habe mich auf eine Lebensmittelvergiftung eingestellt, zu meiner Überraschung war der Döner absolut lecker und hat meinen ganzen Tag besser gemacht. Ehre für den guten Preis

Es war sehr lecker großartig. Ich ziehe 2 Sterne ab, weil ich finde das es zu wenig Getränke Auswahl gibt. Es gibt auch keine Süßigkeiten wie ein kleinen kuchen etc. Aber sonst finde ich es sehr gut bei euch!!

Sehr leckerer Döner und sehr nette Verkäufer. Der Salat ist immer frisch. Die Soßen sind super vor allem Das Fleisch ist nie trocken. Der Lieferservice ist schnell und das Essen noch warm. Mein Lieblings Dönerladen in Magdeburg

Das Essen ist sehr gut. Der Service ist mehr als wunderbar, das Lächeln ist da, und das ist es, was wir normalerweise nicht sehen. Es verdient fünf Sterne oder mehr. Ich kann es nur empfehlen.
