I have visited your restaurant several times and have always been satisfied. Unfortunately, my last visit disappointed me. The side dishes such as the salad and the garlic sauce were very limited, the salad was unfortunately tasteless and the piece of pickled cucumber tasted bad. When paying, there was a discrepancy between the price shown on the card and the actual amount charged. I didn't get an invoice. I also observed that a different bread was used for another order. Had this been appropriately marked on the menu (for example, if the other bread was more expensive), I would have liked the choice. However, it seemed a bit unprofessional. I hope these points will be improved as I actually enjoy visiting your restaurant.

A pure catastrophe, they weren't accepted at first because there was supposedly no space. Afterwards we stood outside for 20 minutes to get a table. The service often got confused and brought a plate every 15 minutes. I absolutely can't recommend it :(

It was absolutely terrible and completely inedible. After pointing out several times that our order still hadn't come (2 shawarma and one fries), it finally came. It was absolutely carelessly prepared and cold. It was a mess and not like you would expect a shawarma to be. The fries came so late that we refused them and left the shawarma. If you could give 0 points, I would have given 0! Terrible!

Eating entrées and sausages requires cleanliness and work with a conscience. Whoever does not leave such foods to NASA. I was looking forward to half a chicken with fries. After 20 minutes of waiting, the food arrived. I was really disappointed with the chicken. It wasn't fully cooked inside yet. I definitely won't eat there again. The toilet is downstairs so you had to be careful not to slip. About the cleanliness in the toilet could be better.

I had dinner there with my son today, the food was delicious and everything was hot. When I went to the checkout and wanted to pay, the employee at the counter said 4 euros more than what it said on the card. I pointed it out to him and he swore in Arabic. Which I partially understood. I told him that he doesn't need to curse. He said that was the old price on the menu, so I said, yes, and you can't just set prices as you like. Then he said that my son had 3 skewers, so I said, I ordered it with 2, if you put more on it without it being ordered, you can't just charge more. My son had the No.24, for 12€, I had the No.27, for 14€ and 2 drinks totaled 3€. Makes 29€. The gentleman wanted €33. Now imagine that’s what they do with 10 people every day. Then he said in Arabic. I would be a pig 🤷🏻‍♀️. There are 2 stars for service because the employee who served us at the table was friendly.

Ich und meine Freundin waren zur späten Stunde in dem Lokal. Das Essen war nicht nur sehr kalt, sondern auch gewaltig überpfeffert. Der Dönnermann hat sich lautstark mit einem anderen Mann unterhalten, dies hab ich als sehr störend empfunden.

Leckeres Essen für günstige Preise

Das Essen war sehr lecker und Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich gerne wieder

Wir wollten zum späten Abend noch etwas essen gehen und dieses Restaurant sah sehr vielversprechend aus. Es riecht nach leckeren Essen der arabischen Küche. Leider waren alle Gerichte, welche mein Kumpel bestellen wollte nicht mehr zu bestellen, weshalb wir lediglich einen Tee getrunken haben. Wir werden definitiv mal zur früheren Stund wiederkommen, um uns vom Essen überzeugen zu lassen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und der Tee ging aufgrund der Umstände aufs Haus. Übrigens schmeckte der Tee vorzüglich. Da wir nicht dort gegessen haben, kann ich fürs Essen natürlich keine Bewertung abgeben. Insgesamt macht das Restaurant einen guten Eindruck, weshalb ich mich für vier von fünf Sternen entschieden habe.

Ich hatte vor Kurzem das Vergnügen, das Al-Amer Restaurant zu besuchen und muss sagen, dass ich restlos begeistert bin! Das Shawarma, das ich dort probieren durfte, war einfach himmlisch. Der Geschmack war unvergleichlich und ich kann mit Sicherheit sagen, dass es zu den besten Shawarma-Gerichten gehört, die ich je gegessen habe. Die Mitarbeiter des Restaurants verdienen ebenfalls ein großes Lob. Sie waren äußerst freundlich, zuvorkommend und hatten immer ein Lächeln auf den Lippen. Von dem Moment an, als ich das Restaurant betrat, fühlte ich mich willkommen und gut aufgehoben. Sie waren auch bereit, alle meine Fragen zu beantworten und mir bei der Auswahl der Speisen behilflich zu sein. Ein weiterer Pluspunkt des Amer Restaurants ist die Sauberkeit. Das Ambiente war gepflegt und einladend, und ich fühlte mich rundum wohl. Sowohl der Essbereich als auch die Toiletten waren makellos sauber, was für mich immer ein wichtiges Kriterium ist. Wenn wegen Corona schon kein Urlaub in Dahab ☀, dann wenigstens ein superleckeres arabisches Geburtstags-Frühstück im Al Amir. Alles wurde frisch zubereitet und appetitlich serviert, sehr nette Mitarbeiter, Räumlichkeiten absolut sauber. Waren zum ersten, aber nicht zum letzten Mal hier. شكرا جزيلا لك
