Alamir Restuarant in Hagen

I ordered the Alamir Grilled Meat Plate. The meat was very dry and burnt in places. For €22, this is an absolute disgrace and a disgrace – the price and quality are completely out of proportion. It's possible that other dishes are better prepared and taste better, but I wouldn't recommend the Grilled Meat Plate.

However, afterwards I had cartilage from the flesh between my teeth (I've never had anything like that before) that was really stubborn and large. Wouldn't even give one star. There was no tea, no soups, no burgers, no pizzas as described on the menu. We ordered food for over €150. Half of it was raw. Side dishes were forgotten. Employees didn't speak German. I now really understand the Germans why they all vote for the AFD... After we told them everything we had to complain about, there was no understanding and no discount, even though more than half was on the plates. I'm really considering letting the health department know what the situation is like there. Of course, I will also file a complaint with the relevant authorities so that they can take a closer look at the store. We didn't receive a receipt or anything. The side dishes such as the salad and the garlic sauce were very limited, the salad was unfortunately tasteless and the piece of pickled cucumber tasted bad. When paying, there was a discrepancy between the price shown on the card and the actual amount charged. I didn't get an invoice. I also observed that a different bread was used for another order. My son had the No.24, for 12€, I had the No.27, for 14€ and 2 drinks totaled 3€. Makes 29€. The gentleman wanted €33. Now imagine that’s what they do with 10 people every day. Then he said in Arabic. I would be a pig 🤷🏻‍♀️. There are 2 stars for service because the employee who served us at the table was friendly.

Ich und meine Freundin waren zur späten Stunde in dem Lokal. Das Essen war nicht nur sehr kalt, sondern auch gewaltig überpfeffert. Der Dönnermann hat sich lautstark mit einem anderen Mann unterhalten, dies hab ich als sehr störend empfunden.
