THE FOOD DIDN'T ARRIVE!!! Despite paying online and calling to inquire, the restaurant was disrespectful and the food never arrived. Now I have to take legal action because they're ignoring my calls.

Absolutely disrespectful on the phone. The food was cold and hard. And you pay money for this?! Don't be fooled by fake reviews. This place is anything but pleasant.

The restaurant is garbage, the staff are dishonorable and disrespectful to customers, thinking every girl who goes there is shameless. Shame on such restaurants and their upbringing.

I ordered from Uber Eats but it arrived a year later, or not at all.

I ordered from Uber. It only arrived two days later; not recommended. Actually, it didn't arrive at all. I called and they said the devices weren't working.

Just got my food. I ordered at 11:45 PM and it arrived at 1:15 AM. The chicken was undercooked, and apparently salmonella is a foreign concept to them. The pizza bread was completely burnt and cold to boot. They forgot my drink. The health department should pay a visit to this place.

Waited 2.5 hours for the food, the answer was that it had been forgotten, call 3 times, before that it's on its way, never experienced anything like it, better not to order, the wrong food was also brought.

Honestly, a terrible experience! I ordered food and had to wait over two hours for it to arrive. And when it finally did, the order was incomplete 😤. The service is slow and poorly organized – I unfortunately can't recommend this place.

Is the food also available in a tasty version? A question for a friend. Two different pasta dishes were completely tasteless; a glass of water would have been more seasoning. The pizza was burnt and, as mentioned above, tasted like toast with tomato paste. The pizza roll was some kind of rock-hard, round loaf of bread. Unfortunately, the order wasn't delivered in its entirety. If you want to punish yourself after a bad deed, order dinner here.

I've rarely had such terrible food. The pizza dough was wafer-thin and burnt, the pasta was poorly seasoned and the portions were small, the bread was dry, and the dip was forgotten. Not recommended.

I ordered food later that evening, a casserole. I'll give you my review of it now. The order arrived over half an hour late. Furthermore, the casserole wasn't a proper casserole, but simply tortellini topped with a bit of cheese. There was no real sauce or anything else. Furthermore, the thing was completely oversalted, and I really like salty food. Also, the order was missing two ingredients, at least after counting. I'm just extremely disappointed with the food and service. I can't say much about it. After it arrived over half an hour late, I didn't even get a freebie or a refund, which is what I'm used to.

The Best and Super Delicious 10 to 10!

I was just there and wanted to order something. I actually wanted to redeem a Neotaste voucher. Unfortunately, it wasn't accepted. I didn't think that was a big deal. So I thought I'd just order without the voucher. I was about to say the sentence about my order, and in the middle of it, the waitress started talking to a courier and left me standing there with half a sentence. I watched it for about 30 seconds and then said goodbye. Maybe it was the time that made things a bit boring, but it still shouldn't have happened. It was just before midnight. So I can't say anything about the food. It's a shame, really.

Until recently, I really enjoyed coming here often to get something to eat...but the last few times haven't been a pleasant experience. I was coldly quoted too much...but I didn't realize it until I got home. If you order manakish, you get pide, and the pizzas just look like slices...I don't even want to go into it any further. It's a shame, because I always felt welcome and really enjoyed being there.

I ordered "Moin Vegan" through Wolt, so I can't rate the service or the ambiance. But the food was terrible. I ordered a vegetarian roll, and the ad said "with zucchini, eggplant, and cauliflower." The roll contained a lot of lettuce and zucchini, and no sauce. The zucchini had a creamy taste, as if it were wrapped in raw dough. Very disappointing. I also ordered a potato plate with salad, which Wolt called "popular." No sauce, no salad dressing, and the potatoes were simply boiled with parsley and a little curry powder in olive oil.

Nice service, old simple ambience, but the most important thing is the price-performance ratio and that is impressive, the food is tasty and if you like things simple and inexpensive, then this is the right place for you.

I could go into detail, but I don't want to. When the store was relatively new, the price/performance ratio was absolutely fine, but now, wow, there's more going on in every cemetery. I just wanted to snack on some chips. I didn't realize frying chips was so difficult. Snacking in Bremen has become really difficult, and getting good value for money is a challenge!

The food was really disgusting. I just wanted to have a kebab. They took old meat and did not cut new meat. The meat was burnt black and didn't taste good at all.

Disgusting 🤮 after the first bite everything was thrown in the trash can. Very dirty salad that seems to have been left outside in the heat for at least 24 hours! Super disgusting Shawerma plate with a lot of oil and old unwashed chicken meat with a fatty smell "كتير زنخ" There was supposed to be a tzatziki dip, but it came like water and had nothing to do with tzatziki!! The order took almost two hours and no one answered the phone or gave updates in the app. In addition, the order came with the wrong drink! So absolute scam!! everything ended up in the trash can!!!

Great snack bar with pizza and rollos. The staff was really nice. Everything was clean and tidy. I had two chicken rolls that tasted very good. The dough was freshly rolled out and the quality of the food is completely fine for a snack. The price is more than justified, as the portion size is very good and the location, being close to the center, also plays a role.

Schmekt wie Heimat, sehr gute Qualität, gerne immer wieder

Not sure if they even deserve a star. The food was inedible. The Chicken Shawarma tasted off. They use tortilla bread which was a shocker. The salad was more Turkish than Syrian. The Toum (garlic sauce) was pure mayonnaise. And by picking up the food the guy came out from the inside with handing dripping water which was no go. Didn’t even finish the thing, the combination was not it.

Ich habe per Lieferando bestellt deswegen haben die Sterne für Service und Anbiete keine Bedeutung. Ich bin hier um mich zu beschweren, leider. Ich habe Gestern zum ersten Mal bestellt. Schwarma Teller (10€) + 3 Crispy Chicken (10€) Menu jeweils 10€! Also 20€ insgesamt. Wir dachte ja okay, bestimmt kriegt man große Portion. Aber das war das Gegenteil. Arabisches Brot Es gab nicht Mal ein ganzes arabisches Brot, sondern eine halbe! Sowas hatte ich bei kein Arabische Imbiss gehabt. Die meisten geben immer zu viele aber die hier nicht Mal ein ganzes! Schwarma Teller Bei Schwarma Teller war das Fleisch nicht wie bei anderen in eine Rollo-Form und einfach geschnitten. Nein. Bei dem hier war das Fleisch einfach wie bei Dönerteller. So kenne ich auch nicht. 3 Crispy Chicken Ja, 3 hieß es aber wir haben nur 2 Crispy Chicken bekommen. Geschmacklich ist okay aber auch nicht besonders. Die sehr kleine Portion haben mich eher traurig gemacht. Pommes In beiden "Teller", waren sehr kleine Portion Pommes. Schmecken tun sie. Aber viel zu wenige, sodass man nicht satt wird. Ich muss auch sagen, dass ich den ganzen Tag nichts gegessen habe und gegen 20 Uhr erst gegessen habe. Das hat deswegen mich besonders getroffen und ich habe es bereut 10€ dafür bezahlt zu haben. Ich habe leider kein Bild gemacht, weil wir zu hungrig waren. :(

Also wir sind echt traurig..das essen kann man kaum zu sich nehmen das gemacht der Salat schmeckt alt sieht auch so aus. Ich kann es nicht in Wirte fassen. Und soviel Menschen jeden Hunger wirklich schade! Wir haben Rollo und Pizza.. die pizza könnte man gerade essen war okay.

Shawarma mit Reis bestellt, mit einem Löffel Reis als Beilage wofür ich insgesamt fast 10€ bezahlt habe sollte ich mich zu Frieden geben. Im Laden angerufen und gefragt was das soll, wurde man dann noch gefragt was er jetzt machen solle, weder eine Entschädigung noch kam es so rüber als es ihm leid tue. Das Essen an sich war essbar, muss aber kein zweites Mal dort bestellt werden!

Nie wieder von hier bestellen!!! Ich bereue mich so sehr!!

Der Service ist nett und das Ambiente ok. Die Renovierung hat dem Laden echt gut getan nur leider sieht die Deckenbeleuchtung wieder aus wie auf der Baustelle. Das Essen ist günstig aber nicht gut. Ich habe schon jeden Falafel im Viertel, Neustadt und Walle gegessen. Und dieser hier gehört auf jeden Fall zu den schlechtesten. Die Konsistenz lässt zu wünschen übrig. Der Geschmack ist fade und es fehlt an Würze und Kräutern. Der Salat ist gerade so auf Dönerbudenlevel und die Pommes waren extrem versalzen. Die waren aber schon besser von einem anderen älteren Mitarbeiter der da schon länger arbeitet. Bei ihm hatte ich die besten Pommes seit langem. Die Bürger waren die schlechtesten die ich je gegessen habe. Da war einfach nur der Standartsalat drauf und die gleichen Soßen wie auf dem Teller mit billigen Bürgerbrötchen vom Discounter. Das war auf jeden Fall das letzte Mal dass ich hier essen war.

Noch nie sowas lächerliches erlebt! Ich kann diesen Laden absolut nicht empfehlen!! Ich habe zweimal hier bestellt. Beim ersten Mal hatte ich Shawarma bestellt, aber stattdessen Crispy Chicken erhalten, weil das Shawarma nicht mehr verfügbar war. Beim zweiten Mal habe ich erneut Shawarma arabisch bestellt und die Wahloption bei Lieferando gehabt mit Reis oder Pommes. Trotz der Wahl von Reis erhielt ich nach einer Stunde Wartezeit Pommes. Als ich den Laden anrief, um die Angelegenheit zu klären, wurde mir gesagt, dass Reis nicht verfügbar war und ich deshalb einfach Pommes bekommen habe. Der Besitzer erklärte mir auch, dass die Wahloption für Reis oder Pommes nicht relevant sei, da man sowieso das erhalte, was gerade verfügbar sei. Ich finde dieses Verhalten äußerst unprofessionell und frech. Er sehe auch nicht ein, mich als Kunden telefonisch kurz zu informieren, dass der Reis ausgegangen ist, sondern dass ich mit dem von ihm verschickten Essen zufrieden sein soll. Ich denke, dass es für einen Lieferservice sehr wichtig ist, sicherzustellen, dass die Bestellungen der Kunden genau beachtet werden. Wenn ein Artikel nicht verfügbar ist, sollte der Kunde darüber informiert werden und eine alternative Option angeboten werden. Es ist inakzeptabel, einfach etwas zu schicken, was der Kunde nicht bestellt hat. Gebt euer Geld besser woanders aus.

Wir haben da bestellt, Pizza Brötchen waren nicht richtig durch gebacken, Rollo schmeckt echt komisch Pommes noch roh Bestellung karm um 1.5 Stunden zu spät Und dann 23.50 für so einen Schrott zu verlangen ist eine Frechheit . Ich bestelle da nie wider

Lieferzeit wurde an einem normalen Wochentag um 22:30, mit 40-60 Minuten angegeben. De facto kam es auch nach zwei Stunden nicht an, obwohl die Fahrer:in angeblich seit 23:20 Uhr unterwegs war. Peinlich und nicht zu empfehlen. Glücklicherweise ist uber:eats da kulant und storniert, so dass das Restaurant das , wahrscheinlich nie zubereiteten, Essen nicht bezahlt bekommt.

Grade Nudeln mit Broccoli bestellt. Essen schmeckt nach nichts und irgendwie alt. Nachdem ich die Bewertungen gelesen habe, habe ich nun auch Angst vor einer Lebensmittelvergiftung..

Habe bestellt, Essen war sehr lecker, leider hat die Lieferung lange gedauert und das Essen eher kalt.

Gerade bei Lieferando 3 Hähnchen Pita bestellt. Verstehe leider nicht was an der Beschreibung: "1. Pita: ohne Gurke 2. Pita: Nur Fleisch und Soße 3. Pita: Alles mit Scharf aber ohne Cocktailsauce" so schwer zu verstehen war, da wir jetzt drei gleiche Pita mit nur Fleisch und scharfer Soße geliefert bekommen haben und das ganze hat leider 70 min gebraucht. Sonst an für sich war das Brot sehr fluffig.

Nimm niemals Essen an diesem Ort, es ist nur ein Horror. Neben dem unhygienischen wurde das gefrorene Burgerschnitzel in die heiße Butter geworfen, die Meeresfrüchte für die Pizza lagen im Wasser und sahen schrecklich aus. Eine sehr unangenehme Person bereitet Essen zu. Hände ohne Handschuhe , nimmt das Telefon und legt dann das Essen ab. Iss hier niemals, es sei denn, du willst vergiftet werden oder enttäuscht sein.

Über eine Stunde obwohl die Rede von 20-25 Minuten war. Ihr solltet niemals bei UberEats bei diesem Lieferservice bestellen - Bestellung wurde storniert und ich habe mein Geld nicht zurückbekommen. Abzocke.. mehr ist das nicht!
