AKZENT Hotel Frankenberg in Frankenberg/Sa.

Quite centrally located. Parking right outside. Very modern, but unfortunately quite small, rooms. Breakfast was delicious.

Good location, well-maintained and clean rooms, perhaps a little dated, but otherwise everything was good. The attached restaurant was well-attended, Kaufland is right next door, and parking is easy. We'd gladly return!

A very nice hotel with free parking. The service was very good. You could check into the rooms early. The rooms were quite small, but modernly furnished. It got quite warm in the afternoon because the sun shone directly into the room. There was no air conditioning. Exterior blinds would have been helpful. There was also no full-length mirror or makeup mirror. It was very noisy at night because the hotel is right next to the A4 motorway. The restaurant right outside was pleasant. Breakfast was a bit sparse. The scrambled eggs and rolls were all gone. The jam was also only in plastic containers. Apparently, there hadn't been a delivery, but there was a Kaufland store next door. All in all, the hotel is recommended.

The hotel's location is great for travelers—parking in front of the hotel, a restaurant next door open until late, and a supermarket nearby. The hotel was very flexible with our late-night reception. The room was clean and spacious. We will definitely return.

We were guests at the hotel for the MotoGP. It was fully booked, but we still managed to get a room at short notice. The service was excellent. The staff were extremely friendly. We felt very comfortable.

We had a wonderful stay at the Akzent Hotel in Frankenberg. We stayed for two nights with two adults and two children and can highly recommend it. The hotel was very clean and the breakfast was great – there was a wide selection, and everything was fresh and delicious. We would especially like to emphasize the uncomplicated and friendly service. The staff was very nice and child-friendly, which made the stay particularly pleasant for us as a family. Thank you for the great accommodation! We would love to come back.

Cozy, quiet and perfectly clean rooms. Very nice staff. Breakfast more modest, but sufficient and excellent. The hotel is also in a great location, close to the center and yet it is quiet here (it is true that I was here in mid-April and on working days 😃). The building also includes Ristorante Amici, with great food, drinks and service 👍🏼 Definitely highly recommend! 🙂

We regularly attend day events at the country hotel and always feel very comfortable. Very nice meeting rooms, top breakfast buffet, great break meals & the staff are always very friendly.

Nice hotel with excellent breakfast, welcoming and warm, the rooms have excellent space and the showers are large. The only flaw is that they still have carpet.

It's been a long time since I've been in a hotel with a room that is as substandard as the Akcent Frankenberg. The rooms offer almost nothing. No fridge (or minibar, the main thing is a way to cool things down), no coffee machine, not even a kettle to make tea or coffee. There seem to be “a few” refrigerators. But they are all sold out. Our packed lunch for Monday was put in the room on Sunday, of course sausage, cheese, butter/remoulade were in the heat for over 12 hours as there was no way to cool. Everything else imaginable is also missing. There is a bed, a closet, tables and seating and a bathroom with shower, toilet and hairdryer and the New Testament. In the first week there was no hot water one evening and still not the following morning. But this wasn't a case of unexpected damage, but rather "that happens sometimes". The positive thing is that the rooms are very clean. Staff is very friendly.

The rooms were clean, unfortunately without a refrigerator. At a price of 122 euros per person/per night, that seems too expensive to me. However, the service was very good. There was a really great breakfast buffet. The location is not particularly nice. Right next to the highway and next to Kaufland. There are certainly nicer views.

I was very satisfied. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Everyone I met there was very friendly, at any time of day, even when I asked to extend my room. Breakfast had everything I needed to start the day well, and it was always refilled. The ladies deserve a lot of praise, keep it up. 👍👍👍👍👍

Very nice and delicious breakfast, large and fresh selection, including regional specialties - there is something for everyone. Definitely not a boring standard hotel breakfast. Frankenberg ist jetzt nicht der Ort, den man besucht haben MUSS, aber wenn, kann man ruhig im AKZENT übernachten. Empfangen und betreut wird man von Personal, das freundlich bleibt, selbst wenn man sich mit der Kaffeespezialitätenmaschine tollpatschig anstellt. Die Zimmer sind groß genug für die kurze Dienstreise und ganz nach meinem Geschmack eingerichtet. Viele Leuchten, Steckdosen, wo man sie braucht, WLAN, Wasserkocher, Kaffeemaschine, Minibar - ich habe nichts vermisst. Der kostenlose Parkplatz erschien mir gut voll. Eine freie Fläche war aber zu finden. Abends ist der Italiener nebenan sehr zu empfehlen. Früh gibt's ein gutes Frühstück vom Buffet.

Heimat bin in Frankenberg geboren und Hotel super aber Klima gefehlt. Da bin ich heim fahrt habe ich rücken schmerzen. Da bin ich zum Arzt und spritze bekommen. Wäre besser mit Zimmer Klima einstellen mit automatik . Da habe ich im Zimmer Fenster offen und da schwitzen volle im Körper und auch dicke Bettdecke. Normalerweise musste Bettdecke normale sein . Nächste mal komme ich wieder nach Frankenberg. Danke

Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter. Zimmer und Bad ausreichend groß und sehr sauber. Das Zimmer sehr modern eingerichtet, es wirkt wie frisch renoviert. Frühstück gut. Ausreichend Parkplätze vorhanden.

Mein Mann und ich waren jetzt das 2. Mal für jeweils 2-3 Tage dort. Das Zimmer war schlicht, aber völlig ausreichend für diese Zeit. Alles sehr sauber und das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir kommen jederzeit immer gerne wieder !

The hotel is located close to the highway however the area is extremely quiet and green. From the hotel it is close to the supermarket bakery and the city center. The rooms are clean, the staff is friendly and helpful and the breakfasts are tasty and rich in products. The hotel is dog-friendly and located in a safe area for dogs.

Familienzimmer sehr schön und groß, leckeres Frühstück

Das Hotel liegt in Mitte von Frankenberg. Sehr gepflegte Ambiente und liebevoll hergerichtet. Das Hotel hat überschaubare Große und kann die wüschen der Geschäftsreisenden, Urlaubern, Familien mit Kindern und Behinderte Menschen sehr gut erfüllen. Für Tagungen und Feiern stehen entsprechende Räume in unterschiedliche Größen zur Verfügung. Aufmerksame Personal und gepflegte Umgebung ist erwähnenswert.

Ein sehr schönes und gepflegtes Hotel. Die Zimmer sind angemessen groß und die Rezeption sehr freundlich. Was mir sehr zugesagt hat, das Sauberkeit und Ordnung groß geschrieben wird. Sehr praktisch ist das Restaurant welches direkt am Hotel ist.

Saubere große Zimmer, Ausblick wenn man Pech hat auf Wellblechdach.

Wir kommen aus Frankenberg und nutzen ab und zu den Saunabereich. Es ist schön das man da dann ganz für sich ist.

Wir haben kurzfristig gebucht für nur eine Nacht und wurden sehr angenehm überrascht. Alles war sehr sauber und gepflegt, der Service unaufdringlich freundlich und wirklich die Krönung: super leckeres Frühstück, das keine Wünsche offen ließ. Kompliment und unbedingte Weiterempfehlung.

Wij waren met een groot gezelschap in dit hotel. Prima locatie in Dresden, Leipzig en Meisen te bezoeken. Personeel van het hotel bijzonder vriendelijk. Zeer behulpzame bedrijfsleiding. Ontbijt buffet prima met huis gemaakte koekjes. Vooral Frau Glänzel was heel vriendelijk. Tip, broodjes even warm maken. Het diner werd verzorgd door restaurant Amici. Het personeel daarvan was vliegensvlug, bord leeg en weg was het. Wat vriendelijkheid betreft kunnen ze nog veel leren van het personeel van het hotel. Het eten was eenvoudig maar smakelijk en genoeg. Tip, probeer eens een ander recept voor de carbonara

Nettes Hotel in der Garnisonsstadt Frankenberg. Saubere Zimmer. Ruhige Lage. Nettes Personal. Waren zu einem Seminargruppentreffen im Hotel. Die Betreuung durch das angeschlossene Restaurant war anfänglich etwas "schleppend", dann aber sehr gut. Sehr gute italienische Küche zu akzeptablen Preisen.

Sauber. Super Frühstück. Toller Service. Alles bestens und sauber. Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit
