Very friendly staff and great food. We often vacation in this area and now enjoy staying here for a longer time. In our opinion, this is the best Greek restaurant in the area. The ambiance is classic Greek. Calm, atmospheric Greek music, real green plants, and subtle decor create a pleasant atmosphere. The food is very good. The gyro is the best we've ever had. The portions are large, and you can easily have leftovers packed away. The staff is very friendly and patient. Highly recommended!

The food is okay, but it reminded me more of the Balkans than Greece. The starters are quite expensive compared to the main courses (pepperoni 8.90!). We sat on the terrace and were essentially left to our own devices after receiving our drinks and food. If we wanted to order something, we had to go inside. Furthermore, they had simply forgotten to bring us a main course. At first, they doubted we had even ordered it. Then they finally deigned to bring us the food. My conclusion: we probably won't go there again.

The food was lukewarm to cold. We ordered at exactly 6:00 PM, and by 6:34 PM the bill had been paid and we were out. It was definitely not freshly prepared. We ordered Metaxa sauce and got some kind of ready-made Maggi/Knorr-style hunting sauce, which was completely oversalted. Service was OK - the food was absolutely not. It was our first and last time; I wasted 50 euros.

It was absolutely delicious 😋 and we'll be back on our next vacation! Great value for money!

It says it's open until 10 p.m., but you have to be out of the restaurant by 9:30 p.m. Rude, so we went somewhere else. That's disgusting. Then write it until 9:30 p.m., then they would have planned it differently!

Went there for lunch; the portions were a bit smaller than usual, but perfectly adequate. The food was delicious, beautifully presented, and the service was very friendly. We'll definitely be back, especially since it was nice and quiet.

We ordered the gyro. The meat gyro was very tasty, not dry, and the fries were delicious. The waiters were all very friendly, despite the full place.

Incredibly delicious. I'm used to dry meat from Greek grills like this, but everything was very juicy and tender and pink. The portions were huge. I especially recommend the taramas. You won't find them as delicious anywhere else. The grilled bread that comes with it is also fantastic. Maybe skip the balsamic vinegar, but otherwise everything was fantastic. One of the few restaurants that has improved over the years.

Very nice at the Akropolis. Went there for lunch. Prices are significantly cheaper than at the promenade. The portions were decent. Highly recommended.

Not to be compared with our Greeks

We arrived at 9 p.m., as the internet said they were open until 10 p.m. The waiter told us, "The kitchen's already closed!" and that they were already cleaning. We then complained that we had driven there specifically because they were open until 10 p.m. They then said they could make us two portions of gyros with fries to go. They didn't have anything else. So we agreed and paid €32.40 for two portions of gyros to go. The taste and the portion size were fine. On our next trip, we'll look for an alternative in the region.

Very tasty and reasonably priced. Service was friendly. Only the free ouzo tasted diluted...unfortunately. But still, it was delicious.

Very good food, huge portion, very friendly staff

Well, unfortunately, only the service was good. The gyros were too far and too dry. Rice was prepared, but in the evening it was simply too dry. The side salad consisted of 95 percent coleslaw, half a slice of cucumber, and half a tomato. The sauces were great. The food was only lukewarm in 30-degree heat and a five-minute walk away. All in all, it could be better.

Service not professional Food average Fries tzatziki and salad were very good. Meat and gyros ok Gyros Metaxa with vegetable sauce but never Metaxa sauce. Partly cold and pieces of cooked meat but no gyros. Small portions with hardly any meat in the Gyros Metaxa. We were really disappointed because we remembered it better from last year. We'll go looking for a better Greek again.

The restaurant is really very nice and the service is friendly. The Bifteki has a special seasoning that we haven't had at any other Greek restaurant - but unfortunately it wasn't our taste at all. The rice was missing, the fries were still relatively soft. The chicken in Metaxa sauce was good, but in contrast to the really extremely seasoned Bifteki, it was weak and the sauce was a bit watery. The fries were also included here. The side salad, actually coleslaw with a piece of tomato and cucumber, was good. The tzatziki was equally good, with a hint of cucumber. We had saganaki as a starter and it was really good too. Overall, not bad and visually nice too, but we wouldn't take Mett again because of the special seasoning, which we couldn't really tell what it was (allspice?). Everything is right here...the food was outstanding...the Hermes platter had the meat was great and the piece of liver was also fried to perfection!

War mal gut, hat sich leider stark verändert.Wir sind seit vielen Jahren Gäste in diesem Restaurant. Auch nach Betreiber wechsel war es immer sehr lecker. Was wir heute erlebt haben hat uns sehr enttäuscht. Der Wirt und die Bedienung waren sehr nett. Was uns gewundert hat war,das wir die einzigen Gäste waren.Das Essen kam und die Entäuschung war groß. Das Lamm war sehnig und fett, das Schweinesteak war mit dem Messer nicht zu schneiden. Gyros war hart und trocken.Was gut war,war der Reis das Tsaziki ,und das Bier.

Unfortunately very disappointed 😞 nothing like usual.... Ambiance as always. Service okay. Food very sobering. Lamb was very tough and had a lot of fat on it. Gyros was rather hard instead of cross. You couldn't cut well with the knife. The pork steak was way too well done and dry. Reminded of the meat skewer that we always avoid because no one can do it well. Tsaziki, rice and fries were good. My conclusion after about 10 years: NEVER MORE...and are now looking for a new Greek...

Nice atmosphere, friendly service, ouzo before and after the meal (good!), nicely prepared salad, fish platter with almost raw shrimp, homemade bifteki but unfortunately ruined the taste with an oriental spice - never again!

Clean, very friendly and child-loving restaurant. We've been coming there for years, and even after the change of ownership 3 years ago, nothing negative has changed. The food was very good and sufficient. And I already eat a lot. We had 75 gyros, 103 platters, 105 grill platters and children's spaghetti. 05L / 02L Imiklikos, 0.7L sparkling water, and small still water. eaten, everything with coleslaw and what was absolutely delicious and the plate was full for 86€ An ouzo as a welcome and farewell and a lollipop for the little ones. Despite the fact that it was very full, there was no feeling of hecticness or discomfort. All wishes were fulfilled with peace and serenity. Great and keep it up, we will remain loyal to you. The ambience has become very bad, the 70s/80s look is really shabby, it should be renovated. Food is no longer as tasty, small portions and the staff are not that friendly either. It's a shame our regular Greek used to be.

While I gave the food 5 stars on our last visit, I only have to give it 4 stars this time. It was noticed that the food in general has also deteriorated at other Greek restaurants. The Giros were otherwise not mixed and tasted better. The same is true with the liver. The tzatziki tasted good. All that remains is the ambience. The space looks quite good, although there is room for improvement. The furniture from the 1950s should be renewed. Card payment possible.

On the coast you should eat fish, but if you like Greek food then you've come to the right place! Be careful, it's addictive here!!

Lack of skilled workers or language difficulties? We ordered Krombacher Weizen as it says on the menu. But then we got Pils. After going back and forth, Erdinger got it. Only have that. Well. Gyros in garlic sauce ordered only the sauce should come separately and not drown the meat. The gyros come swimming in sauce and are then very soft. Get extra sauce with it. This should also be paid extra at the end. After going back and forth, since the sauce wasn't used and was returned straight away, it didn't have to be paid for. Been coming here for about 17 years. Unfortunately the quality/service gets a little worse every year. The prices are going up. Unfortunately, this has often become a habit in the catering industry. A pity.... Always very friendly despite many small defects!!!

Not recommended. The menu says Cola Zero and Fanta, but you don't get the original but a cheaper and therefore not a tasty alternative. The mixed salad could more accurately be called coleslaw with a slice of onion and tomato. The meat was dry and the rice tasted like ready-made rice. The seat we had was very narrow. But the service was quite good, quick and friendly. Still not worth the money

Unfortunately, despite having a reservation, we waited around 75 minutes for 2 meals and somehow felt forgotten. Tastes pretty good, portions just ok... Update 2024: ordered for pickup this time, it was very quick and the portions were huge, and like last time, very tasty 😋. We will probably repeat this tactic with our little daughter...

I can't understand the positive reviews at all. We haven't eaten such bad gyros in a long time, just greasy and not good in taste. The minced steaks had a strange taste and weren't particularly tasty either. We hadn't really finished eating when the plate was pulled out from under our noses. Just super rude. There is no reaction at all to empty glasses. The ambience also left a lot to be desired. Everything is very old and dingy. We won't be coming back again.

My native Greek! Great food and, above all, always equally good! I've been going there for probably a decade. Can recommend the ouzo platter. The meat is incredibly good. The prices have increased a bit, but are completely acceptable for the quality of the food. But it can't get any more expensive.

the souvlaki skewer was very tasty. The gyro wasn't a bit too fatty for us. Portion could have been a little larger for the money. 305 was the gyros with skewers and number 90 was the skewers

Very attentive service and delicious food!

Brought food twice. Was okay. Unfortunately we received expired drinks at an overpriced price. Beer and wine had expired for several months. Change wasn't right either. Unfortunately no recommendation. Since we are in Dahme more often, we will go somewhere else in the future.

Repeatedly received excellent service at lunchtime from the senior. Portion good, meat fried appropriately. Special requests were gladly fulfilled at no extra charge. In the evening it looks completely different. Service was poor, pointed out several times about mayo etc., then came grumpy and late. Requests for changes were completely ignored, even when asked! As a guest in the almost empty restaurant you got the feeling of being a nuisance!! Meat fried to death, side dishes cold and puny. Never again!!! Too bad for the senior.

We received a very warm welcome today and were served very nicely. After ordering, there was a greeting from the kitchen and the Acropolis platter for two was very tasty but not manageable, the rest will be available tomorrow. Highly recommended in our opinion👍👍

Freundlicher Service und leckere Gerichte. Es gab sogar einen "Gruß aus der Küche" was eher untypisch für ein griechisches Restaurant ist. Ein Stern Abzug, weil das Bifteki sehr trocken und zu überwürzt war und ich mir ein anderes Pils, statt Krombacher, gewünscht hätte. Alles in allem ist es einen Besuch wert.

Wir waren in unserer Urlaubswoche 2x da und sehr zufrieden! Das Essen kam beim ersten Besuch sehr zügig, beim zweiten haben wir fast eine halbe Stunde gewartet, es war aber auch eine größere Gruppe da. Das Licht im Gastraum teilweise kalt und nicht nur warm, dadurch etwas weniger gemütlich. Etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig ist, dass man am Eingang die Tischnummer gesagt bekommt und dann selber seinen Tisch aufsuchen darf..... Das Essen fanden wir sehr gut! Die Bedienung zügig. Gratis Quzo vorweg, beim zweiten Besuch auch noch einen danach. Insgesamt waren wir sehr gerne hier und werden in unserem nächsten Urlaub sicher auch wieder da sein! 😀
