Super Essen, wirklich ein Traditionshaus, gibt es schon viele Jahre und noch nie enttäuscht worden. Mega netter Wirt, extrem freundlicher Service, einfach toll!

Als Stammkunde schätze ich die gleichmäßig gute Qualität der Speisen. Ich werde immer sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich bedient. Ich bin noch nie enttäuscht worden.

Wir kommen seit Jahren immer wieder, tolles Essen zu guten, fairen Preisen. Super nette Bedienung, schönes Ambiente, hier lässt sich gut und in angenehmer Atmosphäre speisen, bestes Gyrosfleisch(Qualität als auch Geschmack) in Dortmund und Umgebung, aber auch Taxiteller, PrimeCut Burger, Leber, Pommes oder Salat sind eine echte Empfehlung. Wir waren zu dritt mit Freunden zum Essen dort und hatten einen sehr schönen Abend. Das Ambiente ist gemütlich und einladend. Ich hatte den Zeus-Teller bestellt, der hervorragend geschmeckt hat. Alles war sehr schön angerichtet, frisch und super lecker. Ich gehe regelmäßig in dieses Restaurant, weil das Essen immer von sehr guter Qualität ist und hervorragend schmeckt. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich auch den freundlichen und aufmerksamen Service – man fühlt sich als Gast wirklich willkommen. Ein tolles griechisches Restaurant, das ich gerne weiterempfehle. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder! 😊🍽️🇬🇷

Sehr leckeres griechisches Restaurant, super nettes und freundliches Personal zu angemessenen Preisen im schönen Ambiente. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Preis-Leistung stimmt wäre aber bereit mehr zu zahlen für höhere Qualität.

War nun mehrfach schon im Akropolis in Dortmund Körne zu Besuch. Die Lokalität ist eine Mischung aus Schnellimbiss und Lokal. Das Essen ist sehr lecker und preislich ist es vollkommen akzeptabel. Die Inhaber sind sehr nett und zeigen eine familiäre Atmosphäre. Die Räumlichkeit ist modern und ansprechend, sowie sehr sauber. Parkmöglichkeiten auf dem Hellweg sind natürlich schwierig und dadurch ist man auf der viel befahrenen Strasse und den zugehörigen Altbauten im Viertel schnell und unscheinbar vorbeigefahren, was sehr Schade ist, denn ein Zwischenstop lohnt auf jeden Fall.

Das Essen war sehr lecker, toller Service. Kommen sehr gerne nochmal wieder!

Wir sind auf Empfehlung gekommen und waren sehr zufrieden. Der Gastraum ist sauber und schön eingerichtet. Das Essen schmeckt sehr gut und die Portionen sind wirklich okay. Soweit ich das mitbekommen habe, sollte man auf jeden Fall reservieren, wenn man sitzen möchte. Alle Gerichte können aber auch mitgenommen werden. Im Sommer kann man wohl auch draußen sitzen. Ob man dort gut parken kann, weiß ich nicht. Wir sind zu Fuß gekommen. Wir kommen bestimmt demnächst nochmal vorbei, vielen Dank

Super lieber Service,sehr aufmerksam und wir immer sehr lecker. Leider war es ziemlich kalt draußen, und die Heizung war leider auch aus gewesen,sodass uns etwas kalt gewesen ist und wir unsere Halstücher und Strickjacken an lassen mussten. Was etwas störend war. Ansonsten ein schöner Abend.

Sehr guter Grieche mit fairer Preisleistung. Die Dame im Service ist sehr freundlich und kompetent. Das Essen ist sehr gut und wir haben sowohl das Zaziki als auch der mit Käse überbackene Gyros sehr gut geschmeckt. Klare Empfehlung!

Super Essen zu fairen Preisen. Sehr nettes Personal!

Einer von vielen „eingedeutschten“ Griechen. Für die griechische Küche typische Kräuter und scharfe Zwiebeln vermisst man hier. Eher ist alles einem Gaumen, der keine deftigen Geschmäcker verträgt, angepasst was bedeutet: unser Essen hatte wirklich kaum Geschmack. Die Zwiebeln schmeckten nach absolut nichts, der Zaziki nicht nach einem Hauch von Knoblauch. Das Fleisch war von guter Qualität, allerdings sehr lieblos gewürzt und selbst Nachwürzen mit Salz und Pfeffer brachte nicht wirklich viel. Die Pommes waren komplett ungesalzen und lauwarm. Das Ambiente wirkt auf den ersten Blick aufgrund schöner Möbel richtig hübsch, letztendlich hat man aber einen Fliesenboden unter den Füßen, Neonlicht über dem Kopf und es ist entsetzlich laut weil der Raum sehr groß ist und sich nichts darin befindet, das die Lautstärke etwas abfangen oder dämpfen könnte. Eigentlich sind wir treue Gäste des „Metaxa“ gegenüber, der wirklich richtig ursprünglich gute, griechische Küche anbietet; aber wir wollen dem Akropolis eine Chance geben, leider ein Fehler. Wir bleiben beim Metaxa. Der Service war aber sehr schnell und freundlich.

Wenn ich ganz ehrlich bin, hat mich nicht umgehauen. Das war jetzt unser zweiter Besuch, und ich hatte mich echt darauf gefreut. Im Vergleich zum erstenmal war es diesmal ein Reinfall. Ich hatte Gyros überbacken mit Metaxasausse, das hätte meiner Meinung nach noch etwas länger im Ofen bleiben müssen, das ganze war nicht wirklich heiß. Aber das ist allein meine Meinung, und entspricht wahrscheinlich nicht der Meinung anderer. WIr werden es trotzdem noch einmal versuchen, kann nur besser werden.

This restaurant is exceptionally outstanding in every respect, from the food to the enthusiastic service of the staff. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a mind-blowing culinary experience. Akropolis offers high-quality Greek dishes as well as cuisine from various other origins.

I found it a bit expensive. My gyro wasn't particularly crispy grilled, perhaps because so many people had already ordered gyros, but that shouldn't be an excuse for gyro meat that isn't crispy grilled. If there's one thing I hate, it's undercooked food. The Greek version of lasagna is moussaka. I think the price was €19, which is pretty steep. A Coke was €3.70. It's more of a fancier snack bar. Overall, it was nice, but I don't know why I/we would come back. My suggestion is to tell the customers that the gyro takes a little longer because it's not quite as browned yet, and to offer drinks and other dishes at a more affordable price. That would encourage more people to eat out.

I went because of the reviews and have to say I highly recommend it. Very friendly service, very good food... and the prices are simply great too! I had liver with beer and a water - €25 👍👍👍

The best Greek restaurant in all of Dortmund. I've been going there since the 90s and I absolutely love it because it's simply delicious.

I haven't eaten here in a while. But for me, it's still the best Greek restaurant in Dortmund. Everyone should try it for themselves.

We, as spoiled Bremen residents, came to eat with you on August 31st. We're truly spoiled when it comes to tzatziki from our local Greek restaurant. But what can I say, it was excellent here. We spent a wonderful evening with super delicious food and super friendly staff who make us want to come back. We look forward to the next time. Best wishes from Bremen.

The service staff was courteous, the food was delicious, but sitting outside can be uncomfortable depending on the amount of passersby (homeless people and beggars). Still, it's great, I'd gladly return 👌

After a BVB evening game, it ends here at 9:30 p.m. on a Saturday. This despite the fact that there is a large hotel around the corner!...The operators are fed up and don't need unpleasant customers to adapt to!....

We were eating again, but now with a total of 17 people. I had promised we would go to the best Greek restaurant in Dortmund and everyone was thrilled 🤩 by the ambience, loving service, always very friendly asking the guests if they would like anything else... Drinks etc. We had gyros, a salad bowl, grape leaves, pasta with scampi, the best saganaki with honey, calamari (the best my daughter has ever eaten 👏🏼grilled peppers to die for and all the desserts were tried and tasted great... worth more than 5*****.

By far the best Greek in the area! The food simply tastes delicious and the menu leaves nothing to be desired. The food is served very quickly and the owner and his wife are so warm and can't be beaten in terms of friendliness. On top of that are the fair prices and the cozy atmosphere. I'm already looking forward to the next visit. PS: The chocolate fondant is a must!

I have often been to this large restaurant and find that the owners do everything they can to satisfy their customers! The food is excellent and so sufficient that you (or I) can't manage to eat it all. Keep it up!!

This year I was in Dortmund for further training and lived nearby. We occasionally had dinner with a friend, very friendly service, delicious steaks, not exactly cheap... but very tasty.

My favorite Greek. There is no other size. At this price-performance ratio. At least in Dortmund. The chicken breast is always tender with fine coleslaw and rice that is not neglected. Always great, nothing else for 2 years. Always friendly service. Experienced gastronomy👍 Still nothing to complain about. 3x a month for 3 years now👌

My absolute favorite Greek restaurant in Dortmund! Super nice staff, the consistently delicious food is served quickly, the prices are absolutely fair. The atmosphere is very nice, comfortable chairs and benches, tasteful wall decoration with historical photos. What I particularly like is that many dishes can also be ordered in smaller portions. In summer there is a nice terrace next to the house. Acropolis - always happy!

Unlike the restaurant, you can really forget about the delivery service. The gyro portion is really small. We are so disappointed that we would not choose either as guests or the delivery service. What a shame! Gyros unappetizing and tough

Incredibly awesome shed, everything was just right; Price, food, service and ambience. I can only recommend it to anyone who wants a really fatty gyro. There really is something for everyone here, the waitress was also a 10/10.

Nice restaurant, very nice staff, price also great, unfortunately long waiting time in a restaurant that wasn't too full, unfortunately my food wasn't as expected, my rice didn't really have any flavor, tasted bland, the tzatziki had too many cucumbers in it, so cucumbers with yogurt and some garlic and my bifteki had some flavor with too much bread in the chopped. Sorry.

Service is extremely friendly. Food was ok. Souvlaki very dry because of extremely lean meat, after being spoken to, a replacement with other meat was offered. Gyros very tasty. 2 person platter, still extra costs for rice instead of fries and mayo. More than 48 euros for that. Simply too expensive. Adding costs to changes is not customer-friendly.

Mir haben der freundliche Service und das Ambiente sowie die Sauberkeit sehr gefallen. Abzüge gebe ich, weil mein Mega-Souvlaki-Spieß (aus Nackenfleisch) zu hart und trocken war. Die Pommes waren sehr gut. Im Wiederholungsfall probiere ich ein Gericht mit einer Soße und akutalisiere meine Bewertung. Denn auch in einem guten Lokal kann ja einmal etwas schief gehen.

A very nice family business in a middle-class residential area in Dortmund. Attentive service and typical Greek hospitality. Tasty, clean, nothing to complain about.

Don't order mussakas here. I ordered it, total disappointment. It was baked in the morning and “warmed up” for me in the afternoon at 6 p.m. Yuck. The worst thing I have ever eaten and at a price of €18.70. Outrageous. However, my friend Ira had baked plates and gyros special, which were really very good. From meat to fries to salad, everything was very good. Tzatziki was particularly delicious. That's why I'm giving it another chance and will eat there again, but it won't be Mussakas😉

Had lunch at the snack bar today. Currywurst fries with mayo. The fries were too few and too salty. The currywurst was mixed with another as I had three bratwurst ends! Cola 0.33l. For €11.10 the meal was definitely too expensive! I hadn't even finished drinking my cola when my plate was unkindly taken away from me! Because I needed a little longer to eat. Really bad! My conclusion, rude gentleman.

The restaurant was in the immediate vicinity of our hotel, so we enjoyed ourselves here. And in the truest sense of the word 🤤 it was too crowded inside for me that evening, but I'm just a bit sensitive ☺️. We then sat down on the great outdoor terrace. The service is great and very friendly! I had an Aperol that was not only particularly cheap at under €7 but also really tasty!!!! Menne had a mezzo and the Zeus plate. He was also extremely happy 👍🏻 I had bifteki filled with feta and fries. Very tasty and large portions. We stayed on the terrace for a while and of course I had a second Aperol 😋 so we ended up with 56€ for everything. We will definitely come back ☺️👍🏻

Here you get the best currywurst and the best fries. The prices are a bit high, but the quality is impressive because everything is freshly prepared and the waiting times are quite humane.

Anyone looking for a fantastic place to eat when the EM football comes to Dortmund, I can highlight recommend this place. The food is amazing and the personal are really friendly and highly competent in everything they do. I couldn't count 3 minutes without seeing a friendly waitress in the near from us. Not to forget the big portions that you get. Well worth a visit 👍👍👍

Delicious Greek dishes to take away or eat straight away in the restaurant. I really enjoyed the salad that came with the meal, and the Ira plate (souvlaki and gyros) was also very tasty. I ordered the dish with rice, which could have been a little juicier for my taste. Very friendly and fast service.

Wir kommen aus Brandenburg und sind da bessere Griechen gewohnt. Das Essen war versalzen, das Fleisch trocken und die Teller lieblos hergerichtet. Wir sind sehr enttäuscht.
