Geschmacklich akzeptabel, wirklich nicht gut. Für All you can eat „einmal vollfressen“ i.O.

Ich liebe den Laden einfach. Egal, ob ich mit meiner Frau und meiner Tochter oder mit den Chefs hier bin – wir kommen immer gerne her. Das Sushi trifft genau unseren Geschmack, und auch die warmen Speisen sind sehr lecker. Das Beste ist, dass man sich immer auf eine gleichbleibend hohe Qualität verlassen kann und das Personal stets freundlich ist. Außerdem gefällt mir das Konzept sehr gut, dass man nicht unbegrenzt bestellen kann, sondern pro Runde eine gewisse Menge auswählen darf. So wird am Ende so gut wie nichts weggeschmissen. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Wir waren jetzt schon das 2te mal dort. Das All you can Eat menu hat viele verschiedene Speisen die man mit einem Tablet bestellen kann.

Wir haben bestellt und liefern lassen. Das Essen kam 20 Minuten früher als wir die Uhrzeit angegeben haben. Gut, dass wir schon zu Hause waren. Leider wurde das Sushi Menü ordentlich durchgeschüttelt, sodass einige Sushi Teile aus einander gefallen sind und die Anrichtung auf dem Teller nicht mehr so schön aussah. Da hat der Fahrer wohl jedes Schlagloch auf den Straßen mitgenommen. Sehr ärgerlich für ein Essen um die 40€. Von der Qualität hätte ich definitiv mehr erwartet.

Essen sehr gut! Bestellung per iPad ist einfach genial. Aber man wird immer von dem Personal gehetzt… Man hat noch nicht mal zuende gegessen, wie einem regelrecht schon die Teller vor der Nase genommen werden. Wir haben uns sehr unwohl und unerwünscht gefühlt!

All you can enjoy gehabt, essen war wirklich alles andere als Lecker. Die Konkurrenz in der Stadt ist da auf einem ganz anderen Level. Teilweise schmeckte es nach 3 Tage alten essen. Eher meiden anstatt zu speißen. Das Restaurant war Mal gut, vor einigen Jahren. Zudem Auslastung sehr hoch, es waren 3 weitere Gäste da...

Das Sushi war frisch, lecker und sehr schön präsentiert. Die Qualität der Zutaten war hervorragend und der Geschmack einfach top. Das Personal war freundlich, aufmerksam und der Service schnell. Die Atmosphäre im Restaurant war angenehm und modern. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder. Klare Empfehlung für alle Sushi-Liebhaber in Oldenburg!

Sehr gutes Essen, guter Service und ein wunderbares Ambiente

Interessantes "Buffet-Konzept" per Tablet. Man kann sich im Grunde einmal durch die Karte essen. Das Sushi ist okay. Service eher gelangweilt. Das Ambiente absolut ausbaufähig. Wer großen Hunger hat und gerne viel Sushi isst, ist hier richtig. Für "chic" Sushi essen würde ich ein anderes Restaurant wählen.

Mit Abstand Bester Sushi Laden in Oldenburg, Service top kommen immer wieder gerne her oder holen uns etwas raus :)

Hab Heute (05.06.26) bei Akino über Wolt bestellt und hatte ein ab gebrochenen Plastik ansatz in der Sweet chilli soße.

Super nettes Lokal, Service fix und Bestellung zur Abholung auch online machbar mit Wunschtermin (Uhrzeit). Bisher war alles was in der Karte top vor allem essen wir dort Sushi.

Früher unser Stammlokal – leider nicht mehr zu empfehlen Wir sind seit mehreren Jahren Stammgäste beim Akino und haben das Mittagsangebot lange Zeit sehr geschätzt. Damals lag der Preis bei etwa 14–15 €, mittlerweile sind wir bei 23,90 € angekommen. Dass Preise steigen, ist verständlich – aber nur dann, wenn Qualität und Leistung mithalten. Beides tut es hier leider nicht mehr. Die Karte wurde deutlich gekürzt, die Qualität hat spürbar nachgelassen. Was uns jedoch am meisten stört: Bestellungen kommen regelmäßig nur zur Hälfte an oder werden schlicht vergessen – und das kein Einzelfall, sondern ein wiederkehrendes Muster. Sehr schade, denn das Potenzial war da. Für uns persönlich heißt es jetzt: Wir schauen uns nach einer Alternative um.

Wir waren heute nach langer Zeit wieder zum Essen. 🍽️ Weil wir in den letzten paar Malen sehr enttäuscht waren, waren wir diesmal sehr überrascht. 😲 Das Essen und der Service haben sich sehr verbessert. 👍 Das Essen war sehr schön angerichtet, 🎨 der Service war auch sehr zuvorkommend. 🤵 Die leeren Teller wurden sehr schnell vom Tisch geräumt. 💨 Man hatte auch keine lange Wartezeit, bis das Essen am Tisch war. ⏱️ Wir waren alle satt und sehr zufrieden. 😊 Wir kommen gerne wieder. 🥰

Der Service ist sehr schlecht. Es wurden Essen wie Getränke vertauscht und so falsch zum Tisch gebracht. Außerdem wurde die Vorspeise nach der Hauptspeise gebracht und anstatt 8 Sushi rollen habe ich leider nur 6 bekommen. Ich würde nicht wieder kommen .

Also ich habe schon mehrmals im Akino das AYCE genossen. Das Bestellen mit dem IPad macht teilweise echt Spaß und die Bestellungen kommen auch schnell. Vor allem mit Freunden ist es lustig hier zu essen. Das einzige was etwas doof ist, ist natürlich, dass manche Sachen dann doch nochmal extra kosten, das ist ja aber eigentlich auch normal bei AYCE..

Ein sehr gemütliches und preiswertes Restaurant. Die Auswahl beim All-you-can-eat-Buffet ist zwar nicht riesig, aber das Essen ist lecker und frisch! Vielen Dank, ich kann es wärmstens empfehlen!

Leider muss ich mich den Vorrednern anschließen – die schlechten Bewertungen sind leider berechtigt. Der Service war zwar wie immer sehr freundlich und die Atmosphäre wirklich angenehm, aber das Essen hat stark nachgelassen. Das Fleisch war zäh und insgesamt stimmte die Qualität einfach nicht mehr. Sehr enttäuschend, denn früher war ich wirklich gerne hier. Ich hoffe, dass sich die Küche wieder verbessert.

Ambiente und Service sind in Ordnung, insgesamt jedoch kein zufriedenstellendes Essen. Der Laden sollte sich eher auf das beschränken, was er kann und zwar gutes Sushi. Der Rest war eher ein kulinarischer Reinfall. Sog. "Rinder-Carpaccio", daumendick geschnitten und ertänkt in einer Sauce, die geschmacklich nicht zu definieren war. Ansonsten eine ganze Menge frittiertes TK-Zeug (Nuggets, Karage Chicken und seltsame, nicht vollends durchgegarte Hähnchenspieße). Ein 0,4l Leitungswasser für 4,50€ und Convenience-Eiskugeln runden dieses absolut mittelmäßige gastronomische Erlebnis ab. Sicher kann man von einem Laden dieser Größe nicht erwarten, alles frisch zu machen. Für 35€ All-you-can-eat wäre es aber schön gewesen, wenn zumindest das TK-Hühnchen auch warm am Tisch angekommen wäre. Alles in allem, für diesen Preis, nicht zu empfehlen.

Meine reizende Dame und ich waren grade vor Ort und habe all you can eat gegessen. Die Tablett Funktion hat echt gut funktioniert und dort habe ich nichts auszusetzen. Das Essen hat größtenteils kake geschmeckt und die Portion waren sehr komisch. Ich nahm Pommes die mich von der Menge her gefühlt schon satt machten. Ich hatte einen kleineren Teller erwartet damit ich die Vielfalt probieren kann. am besten hat mir das crunchy Sushi geschmeckt und fast kotzen musste ich wegen den yakitoris. Mir war dort kalt dafür sah es doch sehr schön aus, außer bei dem Aquarium ist mir regelrecht der Appetit vergangen. Die Mitarbeiter waren nett aber sehr leise und konnten nicht so gut deutsch verstehen. Fazit: Es gibt deutlich bessere Sushi Restaurants und auch billigere. 80€ für 2 mal all you can eat und 2 colas sind schon heftig. Respekt!!!

All you can eat sehr lecker und sehr viel Auswahl. Sehr freundliches Personal. Wir kommen auf jedenfall wieder.

Ein Date Abend mit dem liebsten Menschen haben wir bei Akino sushibar Grill verbracht. Wie waren das erste Mal da und wir waren begeistert. Die zentrale Lage des Restaurants bietet eine perfekte Möglichkeit vor- und oder nach dem Essen einen Spaziergang durch die Oldenburger Stadt zu machen. Wir haben all-you-can-eat Sushi gegessen. Man konnte super einfach alles über einen Tablet zum Tisch bestellen. Wir hatten nur wenige Minuten Wartezeit. Die Sushis waren echt lecker und man hatte eine gute Auswahl an verschiedenen Sorten. Wir empfehlen diesen Ort auf jeden Fall weiter.

Wir waren über viele Jahre hinweg immer wieder im Akino zum AYCE-Angebot essen. Dabei haben wir im Laufe der Zeit alles erlebt, was man auch in anderen Bewertungen liest: Mal war es wirklich gut, an anderen Tagen saßen wir frierend mit Winterjacken im Restaurant. Auch falsche oder fehlende Bestellungen und laut polternd abgeräumtes Geschirr mit dem Servierwagen gehörten leider immer wieder dazu. Durch die verschiedenen Umgestaltungen ist das Ambiente für unser Empfinden zudem immer ungemütlicher geworden. Unser heutiger Besuch am Mittag hat uns dann endgültig enttäuscht. Die Auswahl beim Mittagsangebot war deutlich stärker eingeschränkt als erwartet. Außerdem dauerte es relativ lange, bis uns überhaupt ein Tablet zum Bestellen gebracht wurde. Auch der Eindruck vom Service war diesmal leider nicht überzeugend, da die Kleidung eines Mitarbeiters schmutzig wirkte, und insgesamt fühlte sich der Aufenthalt einfach nicht mehr angenehm an. Schade, denn wir sind früher gerne gekommen. Für die Preise, egal ob mittags oder abends, erwarten wir in der Gastronomie jedoch ein gewisses Maß an Sauberkeit, Service und Atmosphäre. Daher werden wir das Akino künftig leider nicht mehr besuchen.

Wir kommen seit einigen Jahren immer mal wieder ins Akino und waren früher auch wirklich gern dort. Leider hat die Qualität in letzter Zeit deutlich nachgelassen. Obwohl der Laden unter der Woche sehr leer war, hat das Essen ungewöhnlich lange gedauert. Zudem war es im Restaurant eiskalt – es lief keine richtige Heizung, lediglich ein kleiner Heizlüfter stand auf dem Boden. Das hat den Aufenthalt leider sehr ungemütlich gemacht. Das Essen selbst war sehr durchwachsen: Manche Speisen waren gut und schmackhaft, andere hingegen leider kaum genießbar. Gerade bei einem aktuellen Preis von 33,90 € pro Person erwartet man insgesamt eine deutlich konstantere Qualität. Sehr schade, da wir das Restaurant aus besseren Zeiten kennen und eigentlich immer gern gekommen sind. Wir hoffen, dass sich Qualität und Ambiente wieder verbessern.

Das Essen war wirklich nicht gut! Das Seafood hat feuchtbar Geschmeckt. Wir haben leider danach Bauchschmerzen bekommen. Und wir haben zwei mal das falsche Essen bekommen. Es tut mir leid aber es echt nicht gut.

Ich bin immer gerne hierher gekommen. Leider hat die Auswahl an Gerichten deutlich abgenommen (Zur Mittagszeit).

Ich war total begeistert von meinem Besuch im Sushi-Restaurant [Akino Sushibar Grill]! Das Sushi war super frisch und lecker, und die Präsentation war auch top. Aber das Beste war, dass ich eine Box als Geschenk bekommen habe! Das war eine nette Überraschung und hat meinen Besuch noch schöner gemacht. Ich kann dieses Restaurant nur empfehlen😍😍😍

The staff are extremely friendly, and drinks arrive promptly. We were there several times two or three years ago, and the food was significantly better then. However, what we were served this month (December 2025) was really not worth the money. Some dishes weren't properly heated, some didn't arrive at all, and the overall taste wasn't particularly good or tasty. It's a shame; if the quality improves, we'll come back, otherwise not.

My partner and I went out for lunch today. He found a hair in a piece of sushi. The meal was inedible because I vomited when I got home. I cannot recommend this restaurant and we will never go there again.

The food was delicious and plentiful. The service was also great. The only downside was the decor, which was marred by some construction work.

Absolutely unacceptable. The staff were incredibly unfriendly and the food was really bad. The place was practically a construction site. Loud and cramped, and they charged exorbitant prices for a frozen Coke that was overflowing with foam – €3.50! Then we had to wait almost another hour to pay. Never again.

First and last time ordering from here. Ordered a platter of assorted crunchy sushi for €35.90! Result: Hardly any difference in taste. Consistency: Like ready-made sushi from the supermarket. Appearance: Simply thrown into the plastic packaging. A few splashes of soy sauce on top. That's it. Unfortunately, just awful! Maybe you could get away with something like this at a fast-food place if it cost a third of the price. My wife had a small sushi platter with 12 pieces. It was nicely presented and tasted okay. Unfortunately, the bowl we ordered was forgotten and only arrived about 50 minutes later after a phone call.

Due to delays in the kitchen, we received our sushi 30-45 minutes later, after dessert. Normally there's a penalty for ordering too much, but under the circumstances, they gave us the extra sushi free of charge.

The sushi and side dishes were unfortunately rather bland, and the atmosphere was quite unpleasant. A shame.

Like every tablet-based sushi restaurant I've visited, this one has its share of problems. Sometimes the food arrives late, sometimes not at all, and other times all the portions arrive mixed together. This makes it difficult to choose the right amount, especially when there are more than two of you. There are also issues with the sushi itself. Often, the maki rolls fall apart because they aren't properly sealed or not enough seaweed is used to wrap the rice. It's also unpleasant that the rice is often warm, making the cold fish arrive lukewarm. I've been here several times because my friends like to meet here, and I've encountered the same problems every time.

Very tasty food, especially the octopus (without sauce for us) and the dumplings, but also the sushi; everything was delicious. The staff is incredibly nice, fast, and friendly. Thank you very much!

First of all, the staff were gossiping about us, the food wasn't fresh, and I won't be eating there again! I'm disappointed. When I finally paid, the waitress was already there with a cleaning rag in her hand, just waiting for us to leave. I felt very unwelcome. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

We were there last Saturday and tried the "all you can eat" option. And honestly... no. I can't recommend it. I like the tablet ordering option. There are a handful of dishes that taste good, but then there are a lot that taste like nothing. The sushi, in particular, is a total no-go; in terms of consistency and taste, it's like supermarket sushi to me. And a lot of the other stuff tastes like reheated frozen food. And it's too expensive for that.

For me, Akino is the best sushi in Oldenburg. Delicious, fresh sushi with a wide selection. The all-you-can-eat menu is a bit more expensive, but absolutely worth it. Central location in the city center, friendly staff, and plenty of space. Highly recommended!

The Akino concept is great, as you can order up to 10 dishes per person after 15 minutes. The sushi and hot dishes are delicious. However, sometimes orders are forgotten or arrive very late – especially annoying, as some dishes have a surcharge and leftovers require an extra charge. However, I can highly recommend it, especially for big eaters who don't get full from regular orders.

The food is delicious, the service is top-notch and super fast, and the ambiance is fantastic. I highly recommend it with more than 10 stars.

We've been to Akino for lunch several times in the past (about one and a half to two years ago). What we really liked back then was the variety of choices, especially in the sushi section. I also liked one or two of the hot dishes every now and then. Yesterday we were there for the first time in a long time. We've had the feeling in the past that the quality and variety have declined, while the prices have increased disproportionately. (Yes, everything has gotten more expensive, and yes, it's also gotten more expensive to eat out, which is fine... that's not necessarily a criticism.) The variety on the menu has definitely decreased, and it wasn't particularly tasty either: the hot dishes (miso soup, duck, chicken skewers, etc.) were all only lukewarm, and the rice in the various sushi varieties seemed dry. The same goes for the salmon. I just don't want fresh. We'll focus on other locations in the future. For over €50, it's considered a "good" option. “Lunch” I was disappointed and simply expected more.

We went to this restaurant – the food was delicious. There were plenty of sauces. We ran out of ginger, and the waitress noticed and kindly brought us more. A very pleasant place, I highly recommend it.

Disastrous: The decor and appearance were very dirty (grease stains on the seats, dirty tables, dirty floor). Sushi lacked wasabi and ginger. The soup consisted of instant vegetable broth, shell-on shrimp, and asparagus wrapped in tough beef. The wait staff held the counter tightly and didn't come when called (drinks). All in all: never again.

Decent sushi, but for the price I expected better. Atmosphere is okay. Staff is decent. The concept is that you order max 10 dishes per 15 minutes via a tablet that is provided by the restaurant. Be careful not to order too much after your second round as you can easily waste quite a bit of food

Unfortunately, it's not as nice as it used to be. It's very uncomfortable and noisy, with dishes being moved around and food being thrown away near the tables. There's simply an abundance of food, some of it substandard. We sometimes even got food we didn't order at all.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Akino, and it was a fantastic experience! The quality of the sushi was outstanding—fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. I particularly appreciate the variety of sushi rolls offered and the creativity of the chefs. The service was also top-notch. The staff were friendly, attentive, and very accommodating. The atmosphere in the restaurant was pleasant and inviting, perfect for a relaxing evening. I highly recommend Akion to any sushi lover. It is definitely one of the best sushi restaurants I have ever visited. I'm already looking forward to my next visit.

Very tasty, fresh sushi. Individual requests are responded to immediately. We're happy about the new opening hours. Despite the long distance, we'll always be happy to come back. I hope the renovations will be completed soon.

The restaurant was half a construction site. Tiles were missing, and there were dirty marks everywhere in the hallway. The food was catastrophically bad!!!!!!! The chicken skewers tasted like cat food, everything was coated in sweet sauce, and the pasta was old and hard. We would advise everyone not to go; the food isn't worth a cent. We paid €32 per person for dinner on a weekend evening, plus drinks, and yet we still had to pay extra for dessert. Absolutely outrageous! The service from the staff was poor, there was hardly any interaction, and in the end, no one cared that we didn't like it.

Honest and transparent: The food served here is truly terrible. Everything is drenched in fat, MSG, and mayonnaise. The chicken skewers smell and taste like cat food. The salmon has a maximum of fatty deposits, which is evidence of the worst quality. Please listen to all the negative comments.

The Akino in Oldenburg was really a top address in Oldenburg for years. All you can eat for 30 euros was ok, as the food was also good quality. I assume that the owner changed about six months ago. The ambience is no longer there (tiles ripped out, etc.). You walk into the shop and you'd think it was being renovated. Unfortunately, the food was also abysmal. You can get better food from the supermarket (sushi). Unfortunately, there wasn't a single dish that was impressive. We will be giving the shop a wide berth in the future. It's a real shame that the place has been run down. A real shame.

A good all-you-can-eat restaurant. We've been here several times, and the food is high-quality and delicious. You order using a modern tablet, and you also have sample photos of the food right there. I find that very helpful for different types of sushi. However, orders are sometimes forgotten. Therefore, one star deducted for the staff. The ambiance could be a bit more cozy. There's still room for improvement.

Honestly the quality of the food is really bad. The food is way too sweet and too salty. We waited half an hour and only got two sushi. The dishes we ordered were not served either. It's absolutely not worth the price. I will never eat here again. Waste of money for bad food!

Once and never again! I can't understand the good reviews. The sushi was cold and unappetizing, as if it had been in the fridge for ages. The edamame were hard and not cooked through. We ordered 1 round and were really disappointed with everything. Left the store afterwards too. What really tasted good were our drinks, for that one star 😉. The store is unclean and the employees are very unsympathetic. No thanks, not Akino again!

Vegetarian selection could be larger, leftover food and empty plates are "collected" on a trolley. Unfortunately, very unappetizing for me!

The service is quite nice but everyone is about to fall asleep. Shrimp are good but that's where it ends. The quality of the food is simply cheap, the rice is hard and the nori sheets taste like dead fish. The wasabi is more like a mushy cream. The food was carelessly placed on the plate as if it had already had a life. The avocados had also had greener days. Absolutely not worth it for €31. You can eat it, but you don't have to.

We went there for all-you-can-eat. The restaurant itself is attractively designed and the staff were friendly. Unfortunately the food was disappointing. The taste of the meat, fish and gyoza wasn't convincing - a lot of it didn't seem fresh, the portions were small and the quality left a lot to be desired. Even more problematic: in the days following the visit, my friends and I had stomach pains, and some even had diarrhea. Because of this experience we wouldn't come here again.

Hello, we ordered a meal from you for dinner for just under €60. Unfortunately, it arrived as pictured. Almost all of the sushi rolls were open or smeared, which made the food less than appetizing. Despite that, it was delicious as always, and we'll continue to be your customers. But next time, please use packaging that actually fits, because when it's flying around from left to right and you can't tell what's what, you start to wonder if it's worth €60.

I got there at 9:45 p.m. I was asked to order and eat quickly, even though the stated opening time is until 11 p.m. Billing was done 20 minutes later at the table while I was still eating. Furthermore, the sinful cheese sushi was unappetizing. I came and left with an empty stomach. First and last time!

The food was really tasty and also fresh 👍 The service was attentive and always quick to help, we would love to come back.

We ate "sushi, all you can enjoy". Overall it was delicious. We didn't like a few little things: e.g. The scallop drowned in melted cheese that you couldn't taste anymore, the totally unseasoned fried noodles, the salty tuna (sashimi). the sushi rice was very sweet. Therefore 1 star deducted for the food. However, the tuna tartare and the baked banana at the end were very tasty. The service staff were super friendly, the food always came very quickly after every order. Unfortunately it was so cold in the restaurant that we ended up freezing. Therefore 2 stars deducted. We have already experienced this in some restaurants. But how are you supposed to enjoy a great meal when you're freezing your ass off?!?

We were honestly disappointed! The sushi and duck were quite good. Unfortunately, everything else wasn't seasoned at all, completely bland and inedible. Uncomfortable atmosphere. Too bad! Clearly too expensive for that!!!

Food and service was top as always

Fish quality is not necessarily the best. The salmon in the nigiri is way too thick on the rice. Service was already better.

A few years ago it was really tastier and the menu was bigger. Had a lot of trouble with drafts and cold inside. The high ceiling makes the atmosphere a bit chillier. Service was also good. Toko is also full of reservations. Price is reasonable. Little tip: Upon entering you have a table on the left with paperwork and the like. It doesn't look neat.

Food is okay. Actually okay, because some of it is floating in fat. The furnishings are cheap and not comfortable. Unfortunately it's dirty everywhere. In the entrance area there is a corner with toilet rolls and shopping. In the middle of the operation, a shopping cart with net purchases is pushed in, with cheap beers etc. Sorry, the drink prices are not cheap and then you can see what is being served...

Not enough toppings, staff not friendly

There was dirt everywhere on the floor, just two shopping carts in the middle of the room. The table stuck and the tray too. Since there was only rubbish around us at the table where we were sitting, I asked if we could change tables. The reaction to this was very unfriendly. Very unfriendly

The virtual all-you-can-eat menu is especially fun in small groups. Not really suitable for wheelchair users. Very nice service

Not accommodating at all about vouchers. Unfortunately not recommended.

Sushi was very good, large selection and friendly staff.
