Very unfriendly staff. Sushi is not recommended. Tables are greasy and not really clean. I don't want to know what the kitchen looks like. Toilets are disgusting. Absolutely no recommendation. Better save your money

The ambience was not very appealing, the service was okay. Unfortunately, the sushi was underwhelming and the edamame were by far the worst I've ever seen. Frozen dammies that I make at home in the microwave are worlds better. I wouldn't have thought that you could mess up edamame so badly that it would end up so mushy.

So price performance is top. Paid €14 for all you can est. However, very limited selection

The sushi conveyor belt offers delicious fresh things at a good, fair price! Unfortunately the place is very dark and it wasn't pleasantly warm. I had to get my jacket because it was too cold for me.

It's ok, it's just a bit expensive as a child and yes you can only make the 15 plates there until 4 p.m. it just doesn't matter

Price performance for the lunch menu sushi is good. I was just a little disappointed with the ginger tea with teapot tea bags. I was expecting a fresh ginger tea.

Absolutely justified for the price. Of course not luxury sushi, but it tastes good. One service person is absolutely unfriendly and always seems annoyed, while the other lady with the glasses is very friendly and accommodating. In the future I will only eat there when the unfriendly waitress is not there. Otherwise, always happy.

We arrived at 3:45 p.m. We were told the lunch buffet is until 4:30pm. Well, that's enough... At 4:17 p.m. the lady came and told us to leave because the lunch buffet lasted until 4:30 p.m. 🤔. At the checkout we pointed out that it wasn't actually 4:30 p.m. yet. The lady then replied rudely that the lunch buffet was until 4 p.m.🤔 and that they had a reservation. Unfortunately the selection was also limited. Unfortunately the employee was totally unfriendly.

Well, hunger drives it in. Have had much better sushi. We don't have to come again. Service is good!

Small sushi shop. We were greeted very nicely and given a place on the assembly line. For 20€ All Hab you Eat, or the lunch offer, I think it's cheap. Sushi was also really tasty and since I love sushi, I come here more often now. Highly recommended, but I think you should make a reservation for the lunch buffet.

Quite cheap running sushi without anything special. Nice service. Spontaneous visit with the children at 6.30 p.m. We sat right at the conveyor belt, where you have to eat all you can eat.

Aijno is one of the few Japanese people who owns a sushi bowl. The selection is large. Raw fish, vegetarian sushi and warm dumplings and shrimp in batter. Nothing was missing. There were even several sweet things. All 3 of us were very satisfied. The ambience, on the other hand, is unfortunately rather dreary.

Unfortunately it is not possible to put less than 1 star… basically you get just rice, would not go again never ever. Beside the rice problem, there are not vide options for the all you can eat, not even sashimi!! Skip absolutely this place.

Were here today with a reservation, as were most of the guests. We noticed how spontaneous guests had to leave without a reservation. The running sushi belt was continually replenished. The selection was sufficient for us and, in our opinion, appropriate for the price. The dishes were all freshly prepared and tasty. The drink selection and prices were also reasonable. The service was friendly, brought our drinks quickly and always came by to clear away the plates and hygiene covers. We felt comfortable and had an appetizing dinner. We'd love to come back.

A women Waiter really unfriendly, first we come and my friend smile to her she doesn’t smile back, And to me that’s rude because she throws way the chopsticks to us! Why you can’t put that’s really slowly.. we just sit and she ask us directly what we want trink. Why don’t let us think first and come back. If she tired or have problem that’s still not the point to served us like that. I really don’t like her attitude! My friends don’t eat the rice , she just eat the top of that , and then she come to us and says „What is that? If you waste that you need to pay 5.90€“ I know that’s wrong what my friend do , but why she need to talk like rude ?! She can talk with friendly and we can understand. That’s my first and last i come to this Ajino Sushi Bar. Not really recommended.

The sushi had a really solid selection for the lunch buffet and 15 plates usually fill you up well. The service isn't that friendly, but if you're in the mood for sushi from the conveyor belt, it's worth it.

The waitress came at 4:00 p.m. to inform us that the lunch buffet time was over, even though it was supposed to last until 4:30 p.m. In addition, we were charged one more drink at the checkout than we actually ordered. In the future we will prefer to go somewhere else and spend a few euros more. The food is okay, the quality varies and the selection is unfortunately a bit meager. You can tell from the band that it is getting old, perhaps a few components could be replaced.

We ate all you can eat, the selection of sushi is manageable, many are very good but the variations are a bit boring for my taste. The service is unfriendly and gives you the feeling that you should leave as quickly as possible. We wanted to order drinks and were even told that our reservation would soon be over, but we were already aware of this. Despite everything, the food is very good and I will definitely go there again.

Absolute Mannheim must-have for everyone who loves sushi. The price of the lunch menu is super cheap at €14, and so are the drinks! You get a huge selection of sushi, side dishes and desserts. After 15 plates you are more than full and happy!

The staff was unfriendly, we were there around 8:20 p.m., we looked at the clock and said rudely: Yes, you can only eat until 9:30 p.m.! It doesn't work at all. The food was tasty, although there wasn't much choice, but it was good.

The food was quite tasty, but the service was really strange. A woman with minion glasses came across as really listless and it seemed to me like she was gossiping about me because I often saw her talking to the employees in their language and often looking over at me.

It's a shame, I've eaten here several times before but yesterday it was a complete disappointment... we were the first guests in the evening and the plates were clearly left over from the lunch buffet. The sushi was dry, the beans brown and soft, the ginger hard, etc. The service was absolutely unfriendly. When we asked for fresh ginger, she reluctantly brought a bowl for all four people after a long time. After asking again, we were told that the (tiny) quantity had to be enough for everyone... especially in a sushi shop, I expect the food to be fresh and not the old, dried-out items from the lunch buffet (or even older?). .... Unfortunately, a reason never to visit this location again!!!

The food really wasn't bad. Relatively many variations of different sushi. Unfortunately, only very few side dishes such as spring rolls or similar were distributed, as well as very few desserts such as pudding, which unfortunately meant that the experience was almost exclusively limited to sushi... The service was below average, a very very very long wait for the specially ordered one Sauce, in general they hardly looked at which plates went well and which went badly and therefore put far too much on the belt, which was almost not eaten at all... But if you go there purely for the sushi, you will be happy there, if you have something If you expect more, you will unfortunately be a little disappointed be.

This was my second time at the Ajino Sushibar, the first time it was really great and actually deserved 5 stars in all respects for the price-performance ratio (lunchtime running all you can eat for €13.90). The selection is varied and it tastes good. However, the small portion of wasabi you get at the beginning is never enough for me. On our first visit, the service staff was very friendly and accommodating (even brought us three extra portions of chocolate pudding when we asked) and we felt very comfortable there. However, on the second visit a lady was waiting for us who was totally unfriendly and almost annoyed with us. Basically acceptable sushi for little money, the 15 plates definitely fill you up and taste good.

I recently ate there on the assembly line... After a few hours I got a severe stomach ache. The sushi was probably bad and had salmonella. Salmon also didn't taste fresh and was warm. Very sick at home and on the toilet for hours...

Sushi was delicious but the woman who runs the restaurant was very unfriendly. We had to pay for a drink even though we didn't drink anything. When we told her, she didn't even apologize.

We had the "expensive" menu on a Sunday lunch. The sushi was really good, the rice was fresh, tasty and not too rich. Only the selection was a bit small for the expensive menu. It was relatively normal and is offered on normal days by every AllYouCanEat sushi colleague - but rarely this good. Update: still good

Under new management? Not the old Ajino I knew from before. Food okay, a bit bland, probably skimped on the vinegar for the rice, service snippy and uninterested. It's enough to fill you up quickly at lunchtime. The sushi kebab, so to speak.

It's extremely bad. There are few varieties and it's hard to eat. I'm going to vomit after eating it. I can't stand it after eight plates. Don't eat it. Please don't eat it!

We took an all-you-can-eat option, and it was our first time trying out that concept. It was interesting, but not really our cup of tea. Maybe it would have been better in general if the place looked fancier, and without really cheap looking plastic covers over the plates. The food was in the best case average. It was definitely fresh, but the sushi bits contained a bit too much rice - and that was the dominant flavour. So, you get full fast, but don't really eat much fish. There were about 10 different sushi choices, we liked about 4, the rest we found too plain and boring and way too similar in flavour (sweetish rice). They also had sweets - not to our liking, but I never had great expectations regarding those.

The delivery man was very unfriendly and made me walk to another street because he supposedly couldn't drive in by car. In the end he wasn't even there with a car

The sushi is okay, nothing more. The selection is very clear. The service is catastrophic. Even when there's very little going on, you don't get anything to drink because she prefers to chat. The store itself offers 0 ambience. It's getting old, not inviting, a bit dingy and relatively dark. If you want something quick to eat, it might be okay. But there are significantly better shops in Mannheim in all areas

Service is a disaster. Listlessly unfriendly. The sushi has become mass-produced and sometimes there are only four different ones. Some of the salmon was still frozen. People are more concerned with handling than with ambience. Price performance is also no longer visible. What really annoyed me was that we arrived at half past three and had to leave at four o'clock because that's when the evening prices apply. But the sushi remained the same.

I've known the Ajino Sushibar for many years and go there every now and then at lunchtime. The all-you-can-eat sushi is currently available for just €13.90. A really reasonable price for a maximum of 15 plates. You should therefore also be aware that you cannot get fine tuna or anything similar at that price. I would perhaps describe the offerings on the conveyor belt as Japanese tapas. I think the sushi is okay (always keep the price in mind!), but it's also pretty rice-heavy. It will definitely fill you up. What has changed recently, however, is the service. This is currently being done by a lady who unfortunately never manages to smile even remotely in a friendly manner. You almost get the feeling that she resents you a little when you enter the store. In addition, even the smallest things are extremely stingy. Wasabi and ginger used to be on the treadmill and you just took what you needed (and no one eats spoonfuls of wasabi just because it doesn't cost anything). Now you get a micro portion of both at the beginning and I actually always have to order more. Which then emotionally leads to an even grumpier face when serving. It's better to ask for one or two euros more for the meal, but then don't skimp on such little things. Conclusion: If you want to eat gourmet sushi, you're in the wrong place. But if you want to make a little running sushi that doesn't go out of control in terms of price, that's a good thing. If there was a slightly nicer service, that would be completely okay. Unfortunately, this reduces the joy of the visit.

Underwhelming food, very small variety of sushi. Just basic rolls with whole shrimp, or with cucumber and crab, one dumpling. Nobody would pick them up therefore the staff wouldn’t make new ones. Did not enjoy.

I eat there with my daughter. My daughter chose something from the menu, then she didn't get enough so I said to her you can have the lunch menu for €13.90, which is what she did and as a father I wasn't allowed to sit with her and I found that really disrespectful Daughter is 10 years old, they have to sit there alone and eat and I had to sit at the back table until she was ready to eat. My daughter ate a piece of the menu and then she felt bad, she couldn't eat, I wanted to have to pay Waiting at the counter for 5 minutes. Even though she saw me, she was drying glasses and I was ignored and then I said hello hello hello Parmal then she just came at 7.30 p.m. without please rude rude then she could have been more tolerant with the menu Because she only ate one piece, she took the full price of the lunch menu from the small ones and was really outrageous. The food wasn't good either. My daughter felt bad all day. Dear people, she doesn't go there either. I was already disappointed. She would have taken a small amount and not the full price, that's outrageous. As a chef in the kitchen for 20 years, I've never seen a woman like that. I think the service is the boss herself. Here in Germany, they're not in Thailand or in Japan or Thailand or what do I know, like that I have never seen an unfriendly person in my life and I will never go there again!!! People don't go there either, I'll regret it, one star is way too much for one but I have to give one star otherwise I can't post this, disgusting

Sushi very sweetly prepared and very tasty. The service came across as listless. In addition, we were not informed in advance that you have to leave after 90 minutes. I actually wanted to spend a cozy evening with my daughter and not compete for food.

Great sushi idea! Bar that rotates and has many choices of dishes, which are constantly updated. All delicious and the offer of €13.90 for 15 dishes is worth even more!!!

We've been there a few times and have never been disappointed. You are looked after in a friendly manner and they are happy to comply with your wishes. A very good solution with the hygiene rules in the Corona pandemic. We look forward to the next time!

einfach zu reservieren, trennwände zwischen gruppen, gutes essen aber man könnte vielleicht bisschen mehr verschiedene sushi sorten machen aber lohnt sich nochmal zu kommen

Nette Atmosphäre, sauber, sehr freundliches Personal. Klassisches Running Sushi mit einstöckigem Laufband. Abwechslung am Band tagesformabhängig - kann super sein, kann aber auch etwas öde sein. Geschmacklich gut, aber nicht Top of the Notch. Update: Inzwischen ist die Abwechslung insgesamt besser geworden, wobei das Mittagsangebot verständlicherweise nach wie vor nicht zu viel Abwechslung bietet. Aber dafür ist dann auch der Preis unschlagbar! Wichtigste Verbesserung, die sich auch dauerhaft durchgesetzt zu haben scheint: Die Nigiris sind nun viel mundgerechter, mit fein geformten kleinen Reismengen statt den gefühlt faustgroßen Reisklumpen wie früher, und wie bei vielen anderen Running Sushis leider auch heute noch. Das Ajino sollte man auf dem Schirm haben, wenn man Sushi ohne Firlefanz mag.

Das Personal war nicht nur äußerst nett, sondern auch sehr aufmerksam und hat unseren Aufenthalt besonders angenehm gestaltet – hier stimmt einfach alles: Geschmack, PREIS, Auswahl und Service. Klare Empfehlung für diese Preisklasse. All you can eat Sushi

Eigentlich sehr gutes Essen, da hört der Lob aber auch wieder auf. Ab ca 21 Uhr gab es auch kein neues Essen mehr. Zu beachten auch das die Kellner*innen absolut katastrophale Deutsch Kenntnisse besitzen und auch einfach nicht Nett sind. Die Bitte um neue Stäbchen traf auf pure Ignoranz. Ich war dann gezwungen meine sushi aufzuspießen, was übrigens in der Japanischen Kultur als sehr unhöflich angesehen wird, also war das eine sehr unangenehme Situation unsererseits. Zu beachten ist unteranderem auch die Hygiene des Unternehmens. Die Gläser waren teils sehr Schmutzig und um es in den Worten meiner Begleitung zu sagen ,,versifft‘‘. Auch Haare haben wir auf den Tellern gefunden. Darunter weiße. Das Essen war an sich sehr Genießbar, aber der restliche Verlauf des Abends zwingen mich leider zu den 2 Sternen die ich hier vergebe. Sehr schlechter Service. Die Bedienung, weiblich, war nur genervt und unfreundlich. Die Sushibar mittags war auch miserabel, kaum Fisch und wenn nur Lachs. Ansonsten nur sushi mit fake Fisch oder Gemüse. Sogar Mini Mohenköpfe versuchen sie unterzujubeln. Völlig überteuert. Nie wieder

Das Sushi ist einfach immer frisch und der Reis frisch und perfekt gewürzt! Eine tolle Auswahl wir werden nie enttäuscht. Ein absoluter Geheimtipp

Der „Sushimeister“ arbeitet mit Handschuhen, klingt zuerst ganz gut. Aber ich habe ihn beobachtet, wie er ein Stück Reis welches ihm an der Hand klebte „abgeschleckt“ hat. Als eine Person die häufig Sushi isst kann ich sagen, dass das Sushi ziemlich das schlechteste war von dem was ich gegessen habe (geschmacklich). Das Konzept an sich ist cool und der Preis fürs Mittagsbuffet ist ebenfalls sehr gut dafür die zwei Sterne. Abends finde ich es dann schon zu teuer für die geringe Auswahl die man geboten bekommt. Definitiv nicht weiterzuempfehlen.

Kleines Sushi-Restaurant mit Sushi vom laufenden Band. Der Preis für mittags all you can eat ist top. Für Abends jedoch schon zu teuer, insgesamt sind keine geschmacklichen Überraschungen zu erwarten. Nette Inhaber.

Das Sushi am Band ist sehr frisch und lecker. Wir waren bisher immer nur abends da und oft muss man reservieren da es so voll ist. Zu diesem Punkt kommt das dass Ambiente ziemlich klein gehalten ist und dadurch nicht viele Gäste Platz nehmen können. Sushi am Band könnte abwechslungsreicher sein in den 1-2 Stunden die man dort verbringt aber der unschlagbare Preis macht es dennoch wieder gut. Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend bei fragen oder bestellungungen am Abend.

Суши были свежими и вкусными, но первый раз за много лет у меня после еды суши была очень сильная жажда которая длилась почти сутки. Такое ощущение что в суши добавляют какой-то ингредиент который вызывает сильную сухость во рту.

Ich habe per Karte gegessen, zwei Getränke getrunken und ca. 40€ mit Trinkgeld gezahlt. Das Geld war es mir persönlich wert. Im All you can eat ist die Auswahl leider etwas begrenzt und wenn man keine Avocado essen kann bleibt einem noch weniger Auswahl. Das Sushi ist Frisch und die Bedienung war freundlich auch wenn schwer zu erwischen. Zudem gibt es leider kein Mochi Eis aber ok. Gerne komme ich wieder um weitere Köstlichkeiten zu probieren. Ich weise drauf hin, dass die Preise nicht ganz mit denen auf der Karte übereinstimmen. (Saft karte: 2,90 rechnung: 3,50) oder warme cheese CR sind teurer. Aus ca. 30€ sind dadurch fast 40€ geworden. 🥲

Very well balanced restaurant all around. A lunch offer of up to 15 little plates of sushi (2-4 pieces each) seems like a very good deal for the price. Recommended.
