Aerpelskeller in Mettmann

Recently with a new owner. Mostly Greek cuisine. Unfortunately, the Bifteki was already sold out... is actually standard for Greek cuisine and should always be in stock. Food was properly prepared and tasty. Prices reasonable. Service friendly. Reservation required, unfortunately cash only, at least this weekend no credit cards were accepted. Parking space at the house.

Based on a recommendation, we went to Wülfrath today (Sunday) to try something new at the Punto restaurant! Starting with an exceptional outdoor area that offers many small seating areas. A friendly greeting from the kitchen (bread with homemade wild herb quark). A Mediterranean ham melon platter (with incredibly great, fresh, high-quality components). Right down to a main course that is second to none. I had the entrecote, which was simply incredibly tasty and an absolute poem of meat. My love had a pasta Bolognese dish, which was also absolutely exceptional. If I can make a recommendation: treat yourself to something special and go here either Friday, Saturday or Sunday and simply let the boss recommend a meal for you! We definitely won't be here for the last time.

Very nice atmosphere, fantastic service, great selection of drinks! Unfortunately that was it. Everything I tried from the regular buffet was lukewarm or cold. The Mongolian buffet was OK. The sushi looked very tasty, but I didn't try it. Summary: We won't come back because there are better Chinese "all you can eat" buffets in the surrounding area (Haan, Wuppertal).

The best pizza we have ever eaten. I tried to find out the secret of the sauce. No chance. You would have to kidnap the master chef or marry him. Clearly, this master chef is world class. CRAFTSMANSHIP. I would like to thank you again for this taste experience. Unfortunately there are no more stars.
