A Tavola da Carmelo Eschborn in Eschborn

Spontaneously went to the restaurant at opening time on Sunday at 6 p.m. and got a table. The waiter was very friendly and accommodating. Drinks and food were picked up quite quickly. We had 2 different pizzas, both of which were very tasty. The edge of the dough is crisp and the base is thin. That's how it should be. Plenty of stock and therefore a very good price/performance ratio. I could only imagine that it could get quite loud in the front area when it was full. Absolutely recommended.

We had dinner today with a larger group. Friendly welcome and nice service throughout the evening. As a starter there was a mixed selection of antipasti. Tasty but for my taste the antipasti could have been a little more refined. The main course was rump steak with spaghetti aglio e olio. The pasta was delicious and al dente. Unfortunately the rump steak was well done. Due to the good quality, it still tasted very good. The pizzas, e.g. Diavolo, are also recommended. I can happily recommend the restaurant..

I love Italy and the food. The Tavola accommodates all of this. That's how it has to be. My mushroom tagliatelle is a blast, so delicious. The tiramisu is sensational. The place is packed on a Wednesday evening, that's what a restaurateur can dream of. Carmelo the boss is so likeable, no wonder things are going well here. An Italian like I want. Many others can get involved. I'll be back

We were here for the first time today and it was super delicious. At the beginning there was only one waiter, which is why it took a little longer to take the order because he was busy. Later there were even more people there, which made the service significantly faster. The food came super quickly and was still freshly prepared. The panna cotta was taken from the fridge, I don't know if it was fresh, but it was good. The gentleman in the red shirt served us very friendly, warmly and courteously, thank you very much! The interior is bright and friendly, and cloth napkins add a high-quality charm. Start again!

We visited A Tavola da Carmelo for a Sunday family dinner. The restaurant was nearly full, creating a lively atmosphere. Dominik, our server, was very friendly and attentive, which made us feel welcome. However, the tablecloth was covered with paper menus, which seemed to conceal food stains underneath—a small detail that detracted from the overall ambiance. As for the food, the salmon was decent, but the pizzas fell below expectations, lacking the flavor and quality we’d hoped for. On a positive note, the restrooms were clean and well-maintained.

Absolutely disproportionate price/performance ratio - the saddle of lamb for a mere €31 was completely fried and hard, the sparse side dish was completely in an oil bath and was cold!!! Furthermore, everything was arranged absolutely carelessly!!! Every euro invested there would have been better spent at any chip shop!!! The only positive thing - the Allgäuer Hell is recommended

I was expecting a good pizza, but I received only a pre-cooked one. Then I asked specifically for a Coca-Cola, but Pepsi was served... The service was not good either, so the overall experience was really bad.

We come here regularly and no matter what we order, we are always satisfied. Especially the grilled baby calamari, pizza verdure and all the salads. Went there again today and ate butter-tender Argentinian rump steak and a good lamb chop.

We came to this great restaurant via a 'detour'. Unfortunately, the original restaurant in Eschborn 'forgot' our reservation (as a funeral party after the funeral), so we are very grateful that A Tavola da Carmelo took us in at very short notice. We were quickly brought drinks at the beginning and then fantastic Italian starter platters, followed by the main courses chosen à la carte. The atmosphere is nice, the operators are very friendly, the food is very good. Although we came unexpectedly as a large group, we were warmly welcomed and served. The meal didn't take long either. We'll be back soon, then on a happy occasion and not so many people unannounced at once.

It's lovely to sit on the terrace. The food was delicious. Unfortunately, the pear on the pizza with Gorgonzola was a bit tasteless. This was our second time there and this time we unfortunately missed the previous hospitality. When the neighboring table was cleared away, the waitress didn't ask us if we wanted something more to drink, even when we walked past, even though we had two empty glasses on the table. Apart from us, there were only two women sitting outside, also with empty glasses. And then there was simply no more service. After a quarter of an hour we decided to leave. We even had to pick up the bill ourselves. When I said we would like to pay, I had to pay right at the counter in the middle of all the hustle and bustle. They didn't even bother to come outside to cash in at our table... Apparently more attention was paid to the many guests sitting inside. Very unfortunate.

A very nice Italian restaurant with very nice staff who didn't seem annoyed at all when asked questions. The food was simply delicious, the meat of the schnitzel was super tender, the side salad was very tasty, didn't have too much dressing. The fries were well salted and tasty. The restaurant is a bit hidden but had very nice decoration, there was an outdoor area and The inside area was both very nice and the outside area had tables with and without sun or rain umbrellas. The dessert (Tartufo) was very tasty and was alcohol-free for younger guests. There were alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, alcoholic and non-alcoholic food, so overall there was nothing to complain about very good restaurant that can only be recommended👍🏼

Bright lighting and the arrangement of the tables are more reminiscent of a canteen than a restaurant. Unfortunately, comfort looks different...

Very friendly conditions. Pizza is solid, but some young air-dried ham on the pizza is sold as Parma ham, which is not.

Sehr durchschnittliche Pizzen, nicht eines italienischen Restaurants würdig. Keine typische neapolitanische Kruste oder Anzeichen eines Backens im Steinofen. Pizza verdure offensichtlich mit TK-Gemüse. Dafür faire Preise.

Bei Sonderwünschen wird einfach ein teureres Gericht berechnet. Bei einem Radler bekommt man zudem automatisch ein großes Getränk. Ergo: Zu teuer für das was ich eigentlich nur bestellt habe. :(

Diesmal überraschte es uns, dass am Freitagabend nur 3 Tische besetzt waren. Die nächste Überraschung: unsere Bestellung war schon 15 Minuten später serviert. Dann kam die Enttäuschung! Wir hatten schon einmal Gericht Nr. 66 bestellt, aber dieses Mal war das Fleisch nicht gegrillt, Salat mit Dresik aus dem Supermarkt war in der Beschreibung des Gerichts nicht enthalten. Die Pfifferlinge waren zu stark gesalzen und die Nudeln mit Trüffel schwammen in mit Butter vermischtem Wasser. Besonders "beeindruckt" hat uns eine sehr aggressive Reaktion der Bedienung auf unsere Fragen und Kommentare. Ein solches Essen und ein solcher Service kann man Freunden und Kollegen nicht weiter empfehlen!

Zum ersten Mal heute hier gewesen und ich muss sagen TOP!! ALLES SUPER!! essen war sehr lecker und der Service einfach nur perfekt!👌

Viel Wind um wenig. Das Essen ist gut, allerdings sind die Portionen sehr klein, mein Lammrücken ist durch gegart, obwohl medium bestellt. 3 sehr schmale Stücke  dazu eine halbe kleine Kartoffel mit ganz wenig Gemüse. Dafür kostet das Ganze 25 Euro, das ist schon sehr teuer. Ohne Vorspeise bleibt man hungrig. Zusammengefasst: ich hätte mehr erwartet. Preis-Leistung ist ein Witz

Leckere Italienische Pizza und Nudeln in schönem Ambiente und mit nettem Service

‘Die Welt gehört dem, der Sie genießt’ - steht zumindest im Eingang beim Lieblings-Italiener in der zweiten Heimat Eschborn. Der gute Carmello kann’s glatt mit dem C’era una Volta / Franco aufnehmen. Danke für einen tollen Abend!

Das Essen war sehr lecker. Wir haben verschiedene Vorspeisen geteilt und alles war sehr, auch die Hauptgerichte. Der Service war sehr und freundliche Bedienung. Klare Weiterempfehlung 👍 Draußen ist es wegen der Straße etwas laut.

Mein Eindruck nach dem 2ten Besuch, GUT!! Beim 1sten mal hatte ich einen Sonderwunsch, Spaghetti Bolognese 2x auf einem Teller, der mir auch erfüllt wurde. ( Spaghetti B. Waren aldente.. perfekt) Beim 2ten Besuch habe ich Nudeln mit Lachs und Lammfilet bestellt . Die Nudeln mit Lachs waren leider mit Zwiebeln (es stand nicht in der Karte) Das Lamm war innen noch rosa, nicht zäh zerging im Mund. Sehr Kundenorientierte Bewirtung. Ich kann diese Gaststätte die preislich im normalen sich befindet, mit diesen Gerichten empfehlen. Die anderen Gerichte ( Rumpsteak, Nudeln mit Hackfleischbällchen ...) sind nicht so lecker. Obwohl es einen Lieferdienst gibt, werde ich zum 3ten mal in folge verwiesen, das es zur Zeit nicht möglich ist zu liefern. Dazu kommt das die Nudelportionen leider immer kleiner werden. Schade!!!

Lovely, cozy restaurant. The staff is very friendly and food is divine! We thoroughly enjoyed everything we ordered. It was all fresh and perfectly seasoned. The portions are huge. We shared an appetizer, entree and dessert. It was plenty for two. Prices are very reasonable. Hoping we have the opportunity to eat here again while on this trip.

Excellent accueil, patron sympathique et enjoué. On regrette juste l'absence de vestiaire pour les lourds manteaux d'hiver. Le mobilier est confortable et suffisamment espacé. L'ambiance est décontractée, on se sent vite à l'aise. Les portions sont copieuses à souhait, de fraîcheur irréprochable et de bon goût. Nous avons juste regretté que le restaurant se soit vidé de ses clients à 21h déjà, si bien que nous étions les derniers et nous sommes pressés de finir nos desserts pour ne pas déranger l'équipe. Excellent rapport qualité prix.

Ob vor Ort, oder zu Hause, es hat uns immer gut geschmeckt. Ob Pizza oder Nudeln , Fleisch oder Fisch, die Karte bietet eine sehr gute Auswahl. Preise finden wir für die Qualität absolut angemessen.

Wir haben am 15.01.2023 das Essen telefonisch vorbestellt und es wurde pünktlich und gut temperiert geliefert. Die Pizza mit Rindersalami wurde mit zusätzlichem Mozzarella bestellt und hat sehr gut und ausgewogen geschmeckt - auch der Rand! Der Salat mit Hähnchen und frischen Früchten (Apfel und Orange) hat gut geschmeckt. Das Hähnchen war gut gebraten und für die Menge an Salat gut portioniert. Von der Joghurt-Salatsoße hätte ich mir aber einen Ticken mehr Raffinesse erhofft. Das Brot, das es zum Salat gab, war weltklasse. Alles in allem hat es gut geschmeckt und war preislich angemessen. Bestellt wird auf jeden Fall wieder. Positive Anmerkung: Das Essen wurde in recycelten, ungebleichten/unbedruckten Behältnissen geliefert (Deckel vom Salat ausgenommen) - top!
