7Fuji Sushi & Ramen in Ahrensburg

The Gyoniko Ramen makes me happy. The gyosa is perfect. The sushi looks amazing, but I've never been able to eat it because I need my soup when I make the trip to Ahrensburg. We get the urge about twice a month, and we've never been disappointed. The atmosphere is more like a snack bar, sometimes quite drafty. But no matter, the great food at fair prices, and of course the friendly service, make up for it! We'll definitely be back. And back again.

We've eaten a lot of sushi, but this is absolutely delicious. Thank you so much for these amazing rolls. We'll definitely be buying our sushi here more often. A full 5 stars for the sushi! 🤩 Addendum: What we don't like is that the restaurant price is charged for "sushi to go." At least it's only 7% VAT instead of 19%. The German VAT Act (§ 12 para. 2 no. 1 UStG) makes clear provisions on this: • Food → 7% • Restaurant service → 19% "Sushi to go" in disposable packaging, without service, without seating, is not a service, but a delivery of food. -> Therefore, 7% VAT is mandatory. Why is the owner unnecessarily feeding the tax office with my overpaid tax? I'm deducting one star for this. I'm curious to see if the prices will decrease from 2026 onwards, keyword "VAT reduction."

The food was very, very delicious, and the restaurant looked very tidy.

Both the ramen (incredibly rich, flavorful broths, and deliciously aromatic noodles) and the sushi (fresh, high-quality, and aromatic) are first-rate. You can eat here again and again; the quality is consistently excellent. The service is okay, the ambiance simple. But that's completely secondary, because the exceptionally good food is clearly the main focus.

Delicious and cozy. The place is very small, but that doesn't detract from the overall experience. Super tasty ramen and friendly people. We love eating here or getting takeout. It always tastes fresh. 😊

For me, this is the absolute best sushi restaurant! We always order takeout, mostly sushi, sometimes ramen. The staff is always very friendly, and the food is excellent. I always order sushi myself, and for me, it's truly top-notch—the best, most flavorful sushi ever. Purists might find it a bit too "fancy." They do have classic maki, but the real highlight is the "fabulous rolls," which are prepared with as much imagination as their names suggest. According to my husband and many friends, the ramen is also incredibly delicious. I think it's fantastic that such great sushi is available in our area! Keep up the good work! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

It's sometimes difficult to get a seat because the place is usually packed. But it's packed for a good reason – the food is incredibly delicious. My favorite is the gyoza… I've never eaten better than this. The presentation of the food is also top-notch.

The ramen soups are delicious, filling, and of very high quality. They're definitely filling. The sushi selection is very unique and prepared with love and talent. The Food was amazing, it is expensive but for the price it is really worth it. It’s variety is quite expansive so you have a lot of options to choose from. The Service and Employees are also really kind and friendly. I really enjoyed this place and would definitely go back here to eat and dine 10/10

A wonderful little restaurant where you can enjoy excellent ramen. Especially in smaller cities, you can't find shops like this on every corner. The ramen may not be 100% authentically Japanese, but it is incredibly tasty and has plenty of ingredients. I didn't try the sushi, but it makes a good visual impression. Since seats are limited, I would reserve in advance, especially on the weekend. If you like delicious soup you definitely have to stop by here!

My partner and I were there for the second time. It was very very tasty! We had the Proud Peacock, Maple Leaf in Autumn and the Gyuniko Ramen. The staff is also very friendly! The shop is small and always fills up quickly. So I would recommend making a reservation in advance, at least on weekends. We'd love to come back😊

We (from Hamburg) were in Ahrensburg for the first time today and were looking for a place to have lunch. We ended up here because of the very good Google reviews. My friend had sushi, I had ramen. We were both very happy with our food. We particularly liked that the ingredients were obviously fresh, the combination of ingredients was great and the service was very warm. Great praise also goes to the pickled ginger. I would recommend the restaurant to anyone who is in Ahrensburg.

We were there on a Friday, the shop was well attended and, as always, there were a lot of people "picking up", but the food came quickly, the service was good and the food itself was really excellent! (And also very fairly priced). The only thing that topped the whole thing was the owner, who was, as always, very friendly and polite and really passionate about his dishes! We always enjoy eating here and bringing friends here who are also very enthusiastic afterwards. Please continue exactly like this!

We were there for the first time yesterday for lunch and had beef ramen. It was simply indescribably delicious 😋 and we plan to come by regularly to gradually try everything that is on the menu. Price/performance is right due to the fresh, authentic ingredients. We had a seat in the restaurant, but there is also seating outside.

I love the noodles. My family and I have been there so many times and never have enough of the delicious food. Everything is prepared with love and professionalism. The noodles and sushi are the best around. I have visited many sushi shops in China and Japan, 7Fuji is one of the best I have tried. Of course the sushi isn't cheap, but great ingredients have their price. And the noodles are very inexpensive. Always my pleasure.

I had dinner there with my mother today. Since I come from Karlsruhe, I unfortunately don't have the opportunity to eat there every day. I had the fish soup with noodles and my mother had the beef soup with noodles. Every spoonful was a delight! Exceptionally good, tasty and fresh food! 100% recommended... It was great! Friends had been raving about it for months but it was too far away for me (1 hour by car and we also have restaurants). Since it was vacation, we took a detour there and it was actually worth the trip. It was incredibly delicious. A clear recommendation for anyone who likes to eat ramen and appreciates good food.

We had dinner there today on Valentine's Day. It's a super cozy little place with quiet music that lets you immerse yourself in the culture. You are greeted in a friendly manner as soon as you enter. The menu is small, in keeping with the store, but everything is homemade and the portions are very generous. I had a Gyuiku Ramen which tasted so incredibly delicious, I would say the tastiest soup I have ever eaten. My partner had the satay skewers and the golden ramen soup. This was also very generous, but it lacked the aforementioned sharpness. However, this is a matter of taste and says nothing about the quality of the food. We would be happy to come back and recommend this restaurant as an insider tip :) Thanks for the great food.

I love the restaurant. It's quite small, but the atmosphere is really nice and the employees are really nice and friendly. I would especially recommend the miso ramen because they taste so damn good!!!

There are ramen and Shanghai wontons, which taste pretty good and the dishes are beautiful, but the portions are a bit small for the price. There are only one or two noodles and only eight wontons.

The best sushi restaurant around! The owner's own creations, which are made from completely different ingredients than you can get elsewhere, taste best here - a great taste experience! Good morning, I have had the following experiences and would like to share them. This small shop in a good, top location in the city center is easy to reach. Mainly on foot, but car is also possible, parking spaces are very popular on site and cost a bit. A small, nice shop with a few seats outside (wooden tables, but they don't serve their purpose very comfortably) and there is manageable seating inside. If you want to eat during peak times, you should make a reservation!! The staff is very well looked after, speaks German very well and is friendly and quick. You can expect a short waiting time even when the service is in full operation. I can mainly speak about the frames and can recommend all of them so far. Anyone who doesn't know this might be surprised by the prices!! 13 to 20 € for a bowl of soup may seem crass. But it's worth every cent and you'll be completely full afterwards! The location is beautifully decorated, it reflects an actual flair from the culture. Functional and authentic. I would recommend this place to everyone. Food can be picked up. Which is really great when it comes to frames.

We discovered 7Fuji by chance one day when we wanted to eat ramen outside of Hamburg and were immediately in love. Here everything is cooked and served with attention to detail, everything is perfect. The shop, the family atmosphere, the pleasant music in the background. Here you have by far the best ramen and the best sushi that my husband and I have ever eaten. Unfortunately we live a little further away, otherwise we would be here much more often! I'm looking forward to next time!!

Unser Lieblings-Sushi Restaurant in und um Ahrensburg. Zwar kosten die Gerichte etwas mehr, aber das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist einfach hervorragend. Wir bestellen hier wöchentlich und wurden noch nie enttäuscht. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Das Essen ist wirklich lecker, von Ramen bis Sushi. Sehr empfehlenswert sind das Gyuniku Ramen, die Shanghai Wonton, der halbfrohe Fisch und der rote Traum.

Das beste Sushi was ich jemals gegessen habe. Das Personal ist super freundlich. Es wird alles frisch selbstgemacht und schmeckt einfach sooo lecker!

Fan-tas-tische Ramen!!! Extrem lecker und ich war schon mehrfach in Asien unterwegs. Das freundliche Personal geht auf individuelle Wünsche ein. Ramen genießen und den Blick auf den Platz vor dem Lokal schweifen lassen…

Absolut empfehlenswert aber ausbaufähig, super freundlicher Service und leckeres Essen. Einzieger Kritikpunkt wäre die Größe des Gastraumes, es ist zu empfehlen zu reservieren als Laufkundschaft sitz man doch recht ungastlich. Leider scheint es auch keine Sanitären Einrichtungen zu geben. Ein klares Konzept der Ausrichtung ob Imbisse oder Restaurant ist nicht klar zu erkennen. Aufgrund der angeboten Speisen gehe ich jedoch davon aus das es sich um ein Restaurant handelt und dafür ist die Ausstattung einfach zu mager, als Kunde eines Restaurant erwarte ich als Kunde mir vor und nachdem Essen die Hände waschen zu können. Als Betreiber würde ich darüber nachdenken, eventuell der Kosten wegen etwas dezentraler aber größer zu performen um den Bedürfnissen des Gastes gerechter zu werden. Aufgrund des unglaublich guten Essen würde und werde ich aber die Dienste in Anspruch nehmen und kann sie guten gewissen weiter empfehlen.

Endlich ein Ramen Restaurant am Rande von Hamburg. Wir waren hier schon etliche Male und immer begeistert. Mein Favorit ist die Miso Ramen (scharf), aber auch das Sushi ist toll. Service ist sehr freundlich. Wir kommen immer wieder gerne.

Das absolut beste Sushi Hamburgs. Klein aber fein und auf Weltklasse Niveau. Kreationen sind ausgefallen und immer etwas besonderes. Man merkt, dass die Inhaber mit Herz dabei sind. Auch die Ramen sind der Wahnsinn. Dazu der liebevolle Service. Ein must-go für alle Sushi/Ramen Fans.

Waren das erste mal Ramen essen und kommen mit Sicherheit wieder. Das Essen hat unglaublich gut geschmeckt, der Service war aufmerksam und vom Ambiente her, hatte man das Gefühl irgendwo in Asien im Urlaub zu sein.

Kleines aber feines Restaurant, wegen dem ich nirgendwo anders mehr Nudelsuppe und Sushi genießen kann, da geschmacklich nichts an das ran kommt, was hier zubereitet wird. Und das zu einem mehr als fairen Preis! Wenn man ein asiatisches Restaurant in Ahrensburg und Umgebung sucht, ist man hier am besten aufgehoben. Auch von weiter weg lohnt es sich, hier eine Nudelsuppe zu schlürfen. Dann empfehle ich aber sicherheitshalber eine Reservierung per Telefon am selben Tag. Jede Person, die ich bisher dort hin mitnahm, war hin und weg. Seit dem ist es der Ort, wo wir zusammen essen, wenn wir uns spontan entscheiden, auswärts zu speisen. Selbstverständlich schmecken die Gerichte genau so super, wenn man alleine dort hin geht. Das Essen ist immer top zubereitet und die Stimmung in dem Laden (selbst bei starkem Besuch) ruhig und familiär. Extrawünsche beim Essen sind nie problematisch gewesen. Sehr zu empfehlen ist das Gyuniku Ramen (mit super leckerem Rindfleisch) und "der halbrohe Fisch" (Sushi mit flambiertem Lachs). Beides ist, ich glaube man nennt das heutzutage so, mein absolutes "comfort food". Zu sehen auf den Fotos! Selbst nach den ~25+ Malen, die ich dort war, wird das Essen nicht langweilig. Das Restaurant ist eine riesen Empfehlung von mir an die, die im Herzen Ahrensburgs Hunger verspühren oder Freunde authentischer Fern-Ost-Küche sind. In diesem Sinne ein riesiges DANKE an Jessica und Kevin für die mehr als herzliche Bewirtung und das immer sehr leckere Essen!

Kleines Lokal mit 2 Tischen vor der Tür. Interessante Speisekarte. Wir hatten Ramen, die sehr lecker waren und schmeckten nicht "eingedeutscht". Wenn wir wieder in der Nähe sind kommen wir gerne wieder.

Es gibt hier hervorragendes Sushi, liebevoll und kreativ zubereitet mit Fisch von bester Qualität. Die Bedienung ist sehr freundliche und man bekommt schnell sein Gericht. Auch Mitnahme möglich. Wir waren heute das erste mal hier auf Empfehlung und ich kann nur sagen das es sich lohnt.Die Ramen sind ein absolutes Gedicht.Der Service super freundlich und erklären einem bei Fragen auch gerne alles.Sie weisen ein darauf hin das die Ramen wo scharf steht auch wirklich scharf sind. Waren heute zum ersten Mal hier, es werden hochwertige Zutaten verwendet und alles wird handgemacht mit viel Liebe serviert. Alles in allem ist dieses Sushi Restaurant in Hamburg bei uns unter die Top Ten gekommen. Das Ambiente könnte etwas einladener sein, aber hier geht es ja um die Verköstigung und die ist einfach Klasse. Die Bedienung war ebenfalls sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.
