Nice. Western prices. Soft pizza not my style, but that's Neapolitan.

We trusted the reviews and we made a mistake. This restaurant is dirty all the way through. Staff was grumpy from the moment we came, so we at least thought the pizza is amazing, but we were wrong. The dough has a nice char but that’s about it. It was pretty much raw in the middle and sauce has no taste. I’ll never come here again..

It WAS the best pizza in town, unfortunately not anymore.

On recommendation, I ordered the truffle pizza - but there was hardly any truffle to be seen or tasted. Instead of an intense flavor, I received an almost ordinary cheese pizza with minimal truffle residue. The dough was well baked, but that doesn't justify the price for a pizza that doesn't live up to its name. Very disappointing! Service was friendly

60 minutes to no pizza. We had reserved a table, decided quickly and ordered the food along with the drinks. We were told that the pizza could take 20 minutes. After the 20 minutes, the waitress asked us if we wanted to order food - obviously the pizzas were forgotten, which can happen. However, after another 20 minutes we asked again in a friendly manner (after which the order was obviously passed on to the kitchen). After a total of an hour it was too much for us and we asked for the bill for our drinks. Instead of two drinks they tried to charge for three, apparently they made a mistake in the table. Overall, unfortunately, a service that the best pizza couldn't make up for. Do yourself a favor and go to Cheers Kiez Pizza or Overslice, both excellent pizza and much better service, just around the corner!

Great pizza but the service is so bad and atmosphere so crowded it really doesn’t make sense to go. Last few times I’ve gone I just find myself annoyed with how long everything takes and for me it’s not worth it.

There is no pizza napoli in restaurant called “60 seconds to napoli”. 🤯🤷🏼 Kind of pricy.

Delicious pizzas, greasy windows, wobbly tables, loud and slow service that doesn't understand if the guests would like a second drink...

The pizza looked good but it was super heavy and the mozzarella felt like plastic too. But the worst thing is that they made us wait 50 minutes for the pizza, all the tables were served before us even though they arrived after.

The amount of buffalo mozzarella was not satisfying. As seen in the picture it had one single piece of basil and not enough mozzarella. The pizza “the beast” was nice.

It wasn't even worth a star! We were celebrating our anniversary and had already made a reservation a week ago! We arrived, sat down, and had to wait over an hour for our food, with multiple inquiries about when it would arrive. After over an hour, our two pizzas arrived (both completely burnt), and that was enough! We got up and left the place as quickly as we could. No professional attitude whatsoever, no clueless, both from the kitchen and the staff outside. They ruined our anniversary, thank you for that. We will never return to this "restaurant," if you can call it that.

We waited 1 hour 15 mins for 2 Pizzas. I used to enjoy this place but I will not go there again!

We had amazing lunch with my family one of the best pizza in the town, I highly recommend to visit if you are looking for great (Napoli) pizza. Service was brilliant!!!!

We already know the chain from Munich and were happy to find it in Berlin too. Pizzas are simply great, we love these pizzas. Service was ok, the waiter was super friendly and on the ball, the waitress unfortunately less so, had to wait longer until she noticed us and when we wanted to pay, she made us wait again. We'll still be back because the pizzas are simply great!

Disappointing experience – Never again! Unfortunately, I had an absolutely terrible experience here. We had to wait 1.5 hours for a pizza without anyone informing us or apologizing. The service was extremely inattentive – we had to call them ourselves several times because no one else was there to help us. When we finally wanted to pay, no one wanted to take our money, and instead, they rudely told us we hadn't waited that long. Absolutely unprofessional! Such poor service is unacceptable. Definitely not recommended!

If you make pizza dough and let it rise for 24 hours, you'll have pizza faster than if you make a reservation here. lol The toilet at Berlin HB is cleaner… We waited 1.5 hours for pizza and when we wanted to pay there was no one in sight. When we went to the front to pay, the gentleman at reception pointed out to us that we should pay at the table... I explained the situation to him and that we had been here for over 2 hours and just wanted to go home, whereupon he said: "No, that can't be right, a pizza takes 15 minutes." Ahahahaha bro we waited 2 hours wtf. Long story short: Do it yourself or go somewhere else

Pizza was delicious. Space was tight, service was at least in German. It's not a given in Germany/Berlin either. Toilet was closed.

Very tasty, I took the recommendation “New Pizza” and it was very good :) Waiters were quick and friendly, even though the place was very full.

The pizza is okay, but overpriced, it is a little bit over the average price for those kind of pizzas. Yummy but expensive.

You really feel like you're in Italy. Especially when it comes to the food. The ambience is nice and modern and very clean. The service was very friendly. Everything went so quickly and the food was so fresh and delicious. There are also large tables. It was so busy that people were even sitting outside despite the cold. But there was immediately a seat available for two. And the others who were waiting were quickly shown to a table. It's also nice that not everyone waits in the guest room, but outside as well. The menu is clear and to the point. The pizza with white sauce is simply fantastic.

Carpaccio was a disaster, pizza was very good, service was reactive, we were not asked once whether it was tasty, whether we would like to order anything else, etc. Our feedback that the carpaccio was completely dry and we didn't like it was completely ignored. We were referred to the online review. Here she is.

The waiter to our table called Nick was absolutely fantastic, in fact the absolute highlight of the place. This guy deserves a promotion, the most attentive, funny and adaptable waiter I have ever come across. I have to say the fact that the toilets were not open was a huge fault. Also the managers were extremely rude, our waiter and the food made this place what it was. Everyone else absolute let down. :)

The pizza was really delicious – perfectly prepared and super tasty! Unfortunately there was no more space available inside so we had to sit outside. It was a bit cold, but the pizzeria had taken precautions: they brought us blankets and even set up patio heaters, which made the situation much more pleasant. Despite the cool temperatures, overall it was a very nice evening with a great meal.

First of all, it should be said that the service was attentive and friendly. The two of us ordered a pizza diavolo and a truffle pizza. The dough tasted very good and the Diavolo was okay too. However, our truffle pizza didn't taste like truffles, but like Gorgonzola. When we told the waitress this, she said that there were actually truffle shavings there and she took the pizza with her so that they could be added to it. However, she came back after 1 minute and said that unfortunately there were no more truffles, but she could put something else on them. We said no. However, I think that such important information must be announced when ordering and you as a guest must be informed about it! Especially at a hefty price of €21 (!), the pizza should also taste like truffles.

Very disappointing experience! We had reserved at 8:00 p.m., arrived at 8:15 p.m. due to poor parking and wanted to let us know in advance - but no one answered the phone. On site, a waiter told us: “We’ll manage, you’ll get a table straight away.” So we waited. After 30 minutes we asked the same waiter again and he said again: “In a moment.” But again and again other guests were seated in front of us, and when we asked, none of the other waiters knew what to do. It was always said that it wouldn't be long. But nothing happened. After more than an hour we spoke to the waiter who had greeted us at the beginning. His surprised look said it all - he had apparently completely forgotten about us. Suddenly we got a table straight away. We finally got a table at 9:30 p.m. However, the food was mediocre (5/10) and too expensive for the quality. The service was by far the worst I have ever experienced. Absolutely no recommendation.

Took my friends to eat vegan pizza there ,cause i liked it last time. We ordered wine bottle they bring one glass, than two bottles , after they brought the so claimed vegan pizza one was vegan and the second one i had suspicion that the mozarella was normal mozarella. And i was right! The waiter even said that there is not supposed to be mozarella there at all. They went to change the pizza and brought a new one : dry pizza now completely without a sauce and with raw potatoes on it. I asked where is the sauce ? He brought me the vegan sauce separately :D After asking for chilli and garlic oil they gave me empty garlic oil 2 times :D i was already laughting how is this Service possible. I didn’t eat that pizza in the end and they didn’t charge me for it ( as they ofcourse shouldn’t ) and the manager gave me 10% discount which i have to ask for otherwise they didnt even care. And he was rolling his eyes. I was dissapointed cause i choose the place specifically to show my Italian friends make pictures and they treat us like that. Not suitable for vegans to go. They dont care about vegan even if they write it on the menu. If you charge 16€ for a pizza and claim to be a vegan pizza than make it like that not that a customer has to give back the same pizza twice and in the end i won’t even get it correctly at all…that never happened to me in any restaurant before. And after all that mess he gave 10% discount which i had to beg for 🤣 and he said that he didnt charge me for the pizza ( i didnt even eat it cause it had raw potato on it even after two attempts to make it correctly) NEVER AGAIN

The pizzeria 60 seconds to Napoli Berlin is simply great! The atmosphere is cozy, the service is super friendly, and the food is unbeatable. The pizza is authentically Italian, with a crispy base, fresh ingredients and perfect seasoning. The [name of pizza] in particular was a highlight – simply heavenly! The pasta and desserts are also highly recommended. The waiting time was pleasantly short and the prices are fair for the high quality. I'll definitely be back and can only warmly recommend this pizzeria!

It's a shame ☹️ We ordered and paid for two pizzas online, but only received one. When we contacted the restaurant by phone, we were told that we didn't have an order - and then they just hung up! No accommodation, no service. Absolutely disappointing. Never again!

Very good food, fast, friendly service. Telephone reservation wasn't in the system, but we still got the table. Waiting time (20 minutes) was okay. A bit noisy due to its popularity. If you want a quiet ambience, this is the wrong place for you. Highly recommended.

One of the best pizzas in Berlin! They offer special pizzas every month, made with fresh, high-quality ingredients. The place was quite busy, so the pizza took a bit longer to arrive, but it was definitely worth the wait.

Solid pizzas, the usual Napoli style and a wide choice of toppings. If you like it traditional maybe it’s too much noise and crowd and a service that seems stressed. But they did find us a table for 4 on a Saturday night at 8:30.

Despite having a reservation, you first have to wait until the table becomes available. The selection of pizzas is good, but the price-performance ratio is mediocre. Unfortunately, it is extremely loud, making it difficult to have a conversation. In addition, the service is slow (wait 45 minutes for a drink) and you are told that you are no longer allowed to order dessert because they now need the table. As an excuse, you quickly get the rather overpriced bill. Too bad

Matilda was the best! She was super sweet and made this experience even better! We were a group of 6 and our order was very confusing, and she was super patient and even made us feel at home! We really loved her!

Ordered chicken burrata salad with - according to the description - 8 ingredients but only 4 were included. Avocado, dressing, pine nuts and basil were simply left out and instead of a wild herb salad, carelessly chopped iceberg lettuce was included.

Waiting time was reaaaly long, but the pizza paid it out. Thanks again!
